Abstract

Diverses technologies présentées dans la présente invention concernent le chauffage d'un carburant et l'amélioration du mélange de carburant et de gaz de charge à l'intérieur d'une chambre de combustion pour permettre une génération minimale ou nulle d'émissions de suie et/ou d'autres émissions indésirables pendant l'allumage et la combustion ultérieure des mélanges prémélangés localement. Pour permettre un mélange suffisant du carburant et des gaz de charge, un jet de carburant peut être dirigé de façon à passer à travers un alésage d'un conduit pour amener les gaz de charge à être aspirés dans l'alésage, afin que soit créée une turbulence permettant de mélanger le carburant et les gaz de charge aspirés. Le conduit peut être chauffé pour chauffer le mélange de carburant/de gaz de charge. Le conduit peut être disposé à proximité d'une ouverture dans une extrémité d'un injecteur de carburant. Un composant d'aide à l'allumage peut être disposé en aval du conduit pour faciliter l'allumage du mélange carburant/gaz de charge.
