本发明公开的一种摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,包括控制器、驱动器以及数据线,所述驱动器包括驱动器壳体、安装于驱动器壳体内接收电路板、与接收电路板连接的驱动电机以及由驱动电机驱动的减速齿轮组,所述控制器包括控制器壳体、安装于控制器壳体内的控制电路板以及与控制电路板连接的控制旋钮,安装时驱动器与影像机镜头连接,控制器可安装在影像机安装机架上或手持操作,控制器通过数据线与驱动器连接,即插即用,方便更快的投入工作,安全、可靠,可长期保持性能的稳定;只需一只拇指就能通过控制旋钮完成相应的变焦、聚焦或光圈操作,操作方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及影像拍摄设备技术领域,尤其是一种适用于摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件。
背景技术
影像拍摄过程中常用带变焦调节器的无线控制器远程遥控对镜头进行变焦,特别是3D影像拍摄,通过远程遥控方便移动拍摄。但现有的具有带变焦调节功能的无线控制器存在结构复杂,体积较大,控制器设备价格也较昂贵;使用时需要设置无线控制器与接收器无线匹配,操作繁琐,且容易受干扰,对于手持式影像拍摄设备,无线控制器的遥控操作反而变得不灵活。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供的一种适用于摄像机镜头的、采用数据线即插即用的单通道控制组件。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,其特征在于:包括控制器、驱动器以及连接控制器与驱动器的数据线,所述驱动器包括驱动器壳体、安装于驱动器壳体内接收电路板、与接收电路板连接的驱动电机以及由驱动电机驱动的减速齿轮组,所述控制器包括控制器壳体、安装于控制器壳体内的控制电路板以及与控制电路板连接的用于控制驱动器的控制旋钮。
优选的,所述驱动电机为伺服电机,所述减速齿轮组包括主动齿轮和从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与所述驱动电机的输出轴连接,所述从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合。
优选的,所述驱动器壳体侧壁上设有导槽和可滑动连接于导槽内的U形夹。
进一步的,所述导槽内滑动安装有滑块,所述U形夹设置有一与所述滑块相适配的安装位,所述U形夹通过安装位卡接在滑块上且通过螺栓组件与滑块连接锁紧固定。
优选的,所述控制器壳体的侧壁上设有一夹块,所述夹块通过调节螺母连接在控制器壳体上。
优选的,所述控制电路板与接收电路板上分别设有与数据线连接的航空插头。
优选的,所述接收电路板上设有两个航空插头,其中一航空插头与控制电路板连接,另一航空插头连接用于供电的电源线。
本发明的有益效果:该单通道控制组件包括控制器和驱动器两主要部件,安装时驱动器与摄像机镜头连接,控制器可安装在影像机安装机架上或手持操作,控制器通过数据线与驱动器连接,即插即用,方便更快的投入工作,两部件机身结构得到简化,安全、可靠,可长期保持性能的稳定;只需一只拇指就能通过控制旋钮完成相应的变焦操作,操作方便快捷,该单通道控制组件可以结合专业脚架,斯坦尼康,摇臂,稳定器等更多的设备使用,无论上肩,手持,或者直播等等,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参见图1、4和6,一种摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,包括控制器1、驱动器2以及连接控制器1与驱动器2的数据线3,所述驱动器2包括驱动器壳体21、安装于驱动器壳体21内接收电路板22、与接收电路板22连接的驱动电机23以及由驱动电机23驱动的减速齿轮组,所述控制器1包括控制器壳体11、安装于控制器壳体11内的控制电路板12以及与控制电路板12连接的用于控制驱动器2的控制旋钮13。
安装使用时,将驱动器2与摄像机镜头连接,具体的,驱动器2可连接在镜头上调节光圈、变焦和聚焦中的任一位置,配合单通道控制1实现单通道调控,控制器1可安装在影像机安装机架上或手持操作,控制器1通过数据线3与驱动器2连接,即插即用,方便更快的投入工作,驱动器2能够匹配镜头的自动检测功能,自动分配电流、转速、电机的正反转。控制器1和驱动器2采用集成化结构,无需采用无线通信模块及相应的天线,两部件机身结构得到简化,安全、可靠,可长期保持性能的稳定。操作时,只需一只拇指就能通过控制旋钮13完成相应的变焦、聚焦或光圈操作,操作方便快捷。
参见图2-4,实施例中,所述驱动电机23为伺服电机,所述减速齿轮组包括主动齿轮24和从动齿轮25,所述主动齿轮24与所述驱动电机23的输出轴连接,所述从动齿轮25与主动齿轮24啮合。伺服电机运行顺畅,高速转动时,几乎听不到声响,强劲的驱动力能够轻松驱动Angenieux/Arri/Cooke
等各种专业电影镜头,同时兼容阻尼轻的相机镜头。
为了方便安装驱动器2,在驱动器壳体21侧壁上设有导槽211和可滑动连接于导槽内211的U形夹26,通过U形夹26将驱动器2夹紧固定在拍摄设备的支架上。实施例中,所述导槽211内滑动安装有滑块27,所述U形夹26设置有一与所述滑块27相适配的安装位,所述U形夹26通过安装位卡接在滑块27上且通过螺栓组件28与滑块27连接锁紧固定,安装方便快捷。
参见图5和6,实施例中,所述控制器壳体11的侧壁上设有一夹块14,所述夹块14通过调节螺母15连接在控制器壳体11上,该控制器适合安装在直径15mm-30mm的导管或任何管状手柄上,实现多角度和多方位的安装,完美配合使用需要。
实施例中,所述控制电路板12与接收电路板22上分别设有与数据线3连接的航空插头,其中,控制电路板12上航空插头为第一插头10。为了能够实现多个驱动器2串联,所述接收电路板22上设有两个航空插头,该两航空插头为第二航空插头20,其中,第一航空插头10与第二航空插头20之间通过数据线实现互联,另一个第二航空插头20连接供电电源线4,所述数据线3为供电与数据传输通用线。采用的航空插头为航空自锁六针插头,当拍摄处于某种恶劣的环境时,如遇剧烈抖动,严寒酷暑,长期磨损等情况,航空自锁六针插头就发挥了它的优势,保持数据线3连接的稳定。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式的结构,只要其以相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
- 一种摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,其特征在于:包括控制器、驱动器以及连接控制器与驱动器的数据线,所述驱动器包括驱动器壳体、安装于驱动器壳体内接收电路板、与接收电路板连接的驱动电机以及由驱动电机驱动的减速齿轮组,所述控制器包括控制器壳体、安装于控制器壳体内的控制电路板以及与控制电路板连接的用于控制驱动器的控制旋钮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,其特征在于:所述驱动电机为伺服电机,所述减速齿轮组包括主动齿轮和从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与所述驱动电机的输出轴连接,所述从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,其特征在于:所述驱动器壳体侧壁上设有导槽和可滑动连接于导槽内的U形夹。
- 根据权利要求3所述的摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,其特征在于:所述导槽内滑动安装有滑块,所述U形夹设置有一与所述滑块相适配的安装位,所述U形夹通过安装位卡接在滑块上且通过螺栓组件与滑块连接锁紧固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,其特征在于:所述控制器壳体的侧壁上设有一夹块,所述夹块通过调节螺母连接在控制器壳体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,其特征在于:所述控制电路板与接收电路板上分别设有与数据线连接的航空插头。
- 根据权利要求6所述的摄像机镜头用的单通道控制组件,其特征在于:所述接收电路板上设有两个航空插头,其中一航空插头与控制电路板连接,另一航空插头连接用于供电的电源线。
