一种捋丝工装 技术领域
本发明涉及一种捋丝工装。
背景技术
在同根滚子绕丝时容易使丝线产生摩擦而发生损坏,从而影响后续加工和使用。因此,需要设计一种装置,使得同根滚子绕丝时其丝线间不再发生摩擦。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出一种捋丝工装,该捋丝工装包括支架、捋丝桶和磨砂轮,其中,所述磨砂轮与捋丝桶一隔一的设置在支架上,通过磨砂轮增加捋丝桶之间的摩擦力,使其在绕支架旋转时可以固定不自然松动,当丝线角度变换时,可自动进行小范围调整。
捋丝桶包括旋转套、固定套、内套和旋紧螺丝,其中,旋转套与固定套径向垂直设置,并且设置在中间位置,旋紧螺丝设置在设有旋转套的另一面,用于匹配不同丝线直径的内套设置在固定套内。
进一步地,所述内套包括硬套、软套,软套分别设置在硬套两端,用于引导丝线的进出。
本发明的有益效果在于:
可以防止在滚轮上导丝时发生丝线间的摩擦,并且确保导丝角度可在小范围内变动。

具体实施方式
为充分公开的目的,以下将结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示的实施例1,其中的捋丝工装包括支架1、捋丝桶2和磨砂轮3,其中磨砂轮2与捋丝桶1一隔一的设置在支架上,通过磨砂轮2增加捋丝桶2之间的摩擦力,使其在绕支架旋转时可以固定不自然松动,当丝线角度变换时,可自动进行小范围调整。
如图2-3所示,捋丝桶2包括旋转套4、固定套5、内套6和旋紧螺丝7,其中旋转套4与固定套5径向垂直设置,并且设置在固定套4的中间位置,旋紧螺丝7设置在与旋转套相对的所述固定套的另一面,固定套5内设置有用于匹配不同丝线直径的内套6。
进一步地,所述内套6包括硬套、软套,软套分别设置在硬套两端,用于引导丝线的进出。

  1. 一种捋丝工装包括支架、捋丝桶和磨砂轮,其特征在于,所述磨砂轮与捋丝桶一隔一的设置在支架上,所述磨砂轮用于增加捋丝桶之间的摩擦力,使所述捋丝桶在绕所述支架旋转时保持固定不松动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的捋丝工装,其特征在于,所述捋丝桶包括旋转套、固定套、内套和旋紧螺丝。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的捋丝工装,其特征在于,所述旋转套与所述固定套径向垂直设置,并且所述旋转套设置在所述固定套的中间位置,所述旋紧螺丝设置在设有所述旋转套的所述固定套的另一面,用于匹配不同丝线直径的所述内套设置在所述固定套内。
  4. 如权利要求2-3中任一项所述的捋丝工装,其特征在于,所述内套包括硬套和软套,所述软套分别设置在所述硬套两端,用于引导丝线的进出。
