本公开涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种背光模组和一种包括该背光模组的显示装置。
在窄边框显示装置的设计中,通常利用双面胶带将显示面板粘连到背光模组中的框架上,但是在组装显示面板和背光模组时,显示面板的固定需要借助背光模组中的框架与背板间的卡合连接与螺丝定位柱连接。
由于显示面板与背光模组的相对运动会产生较大的冲击力,会造成卡扣连接的损坏。
如何解决装配显示面板与背光模组时产生的冲击力造成的框架和背板之间的卡扣连接的损坏成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提出了一种背光模组和具有该背光模组的显示装置。
为了实现上述目的,本公开的第一方面,涉及一种背光模组,包括:背板,其包括第一卡槽;框架,其包括框架侧壁且所述框架用于承载显示面板,所述框架侧壁上设置有第二卡槽;和弹性卡接件,所述弹性卡接件包括第一卡接部、第二卡接部和连接部,所述第一卡接部设置在所述第一卡槽处,所述第二卡接部设置在
所述第二卡槽处,所述连接部分别连接第一卡接部和第二卡接部,以将所述框架和所述背板连接在一起。

本公开的第二方面,涉及一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括显示面板和背光模组,所述背光模组包括上述任意一项所述的背光模组。
在本公开的背光模组中,设置有弹性卡接件,其将背板与框架连接在一起。在与显示面板进行装配以形成显示装置时,即便显示面板与背光模组之间发生相对运动产生冲击力,由于该弹性卡接件具有弹性,所以会吸收该冲击力,从而能够起到缓冲作用,进而使背光模组和显示面板不会损坏,并当冲击力消失时,该背光模组能够恢复至预设初始位置。同时,设置的第一卡槽和第二卡槽还具有定位的功能,在将背光模组与显示面板进行装配以形成显示装置时,能够准确定位,使得正确组装背光模组和显示面板。
在本公开的显示装置中,因为具有上述结构的背光模组,当显示面板与背光模组间发生相对运动产生冲击力时,因为该弹性卡接件具有弹性,所以会吸收该冲击力,从而能够起到缓冲作用,进而使得背光模组和显示面板不会损坏。同时,设置的第一卡槽和第二卡槽还具有定位的功能,在与显示面板进行装配以形成显示装置时,使得能够准确定位,正确组装背光模组和显示面板。

参考图1、图2、图3和图4,在本公开的第一方面中,提供了一种背光模组100。其中,背光模组包括背板110,框架120,导光板130,光学膜材140,光源150,反射片160。其中,背板110包括背板底壁111和背板侧壁112。框架120包括框架侧壁121和位于框架侧壁121的顶端、用于承载显示面板200的承载部122。框架侧壁121设置于背板侧壁112的外侧,反射片160设置于背板底壁111的内侧,即,反射片160设置在所述背板底壁的内表面上,导光板130设置在反射片160的上方,光学膜材140设置在导光板130的出光侧,光源150设置在导光板130的入光侧。
其中,上述背板110上设置有第一卡槽(111a,112a),框架侧壁121上设置有第二卡槽121a。
背光模组100还包括弹性卡接件170。其中,弹性卡接件170包括第一卡接部171、第二卡接部172和连接部173。第一卡接部171设置在第一卡槽(111a,112a)处,第二卡接部172设置在第二卡槽121a处,连接部173分别连接第一卡接部171和第二卡接部172,以将框架120和背板110连接在一起。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,设置有弹性卡接件170,其将背板110与框架120连接在一起。在与显示面板200进行装配以形成显示装置时,即便显示面板200与背光模组100之间发生相对运动产生冲击力,由于该弹性卡接件170具有弹性,所以会吸收该冲击力,从而能够起到缓冲作用,进而使背光模组100和显示面板200不会损坏,并当冲击力消失时,该背光模组100能够恢复至预设初始位置。同时,设置的第一卡槽(111a,112a)和第二卡槽121a还具有定位的功能,在与显示面板200进行装配以形成显示装置时,能够准确定位,正确组装背光模组100和显示面板200。
需要说明的是,对于第一卡接部171、第二卡接部172和连接部173的具体结构形状并没有作出限定,第一卡接部171只要能够满足与第一卡槽(111a,112a)卡接即可,第二卡接部172只要能够满足与第二卡槽121a卡接即可,连接部173分别连接第一卡接部171和第二卡接部172,以便将背板110和框架120固定连接在一起。
继续参考图1,该图示出了第一卡槽和第二卡槽的第一种设置位置。可选地,上述第一卡槽112a可以设置在背板侧壁112上且贯穿该背板侧壁112,第二卡槽121a贯穿框架侧壁121。其中,第二卡槽121a的位置与第一卡槽112a的位置相对应。
在该结构的实施例中,第一卡接部171穿过第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a,并与背板侧壁112内侧的第一卡槽112a的卡槽边缘卡接。第二卡接部172穿过第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a,并与框架侧壁121外侧的第二卡槽121a的卡槽边缘卡接,同时,连接部173设置在第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a内,与第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a接触,且分别连接第一卡接部171和第二卡接部172,以便能够将背板110和框架120连接在一起。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a的位置相对应设置,可以实现在同一个位置将背板110和框架120连接在一起,结构简单。同时,在与显示面板200进行装
配以形成显示装置时,当显示面板200与背光模组100产生相对运动或背光模组100内的背板110和框架120产生相对运动时会产生冲击力,此时,位于第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a内的连接部173会吸收该冲击力,起到缓冲作用,能够保护该背光模组100或显示装置。当冲击力消失时,该连接部173会恢复到预设位置,此时显示面板200或背光模组100内的背板110和框架120也会恢复到预设位置。
继续参考图1,该图示出了第一卡接部171的第一种具体结构形式。可选地,第一卡接部171包括第一卡钩171a和第二卡钩171b。其中,第一卡钩171a设置在第一卡接部171位于背板侧壁112内侧的端部,且该第一卡钩171a向上(即,远离第一卡槽中心的第一方向)延伸与背板侧壁112的内侧壁接触。其中,第二卡钩171b设置在第一卡接部171位于背板侧壁112内侧的端部,且该第二卡钩171b向下(即,远离第二卡槽中心的第二方向)延伸与背板侧壁112的内侧壁接触。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,采用在第一卡接部171位于背板侧壁112内侧的端部设置第一卡钩171a和第二卡钩171b,该卡钩结构能够与卡槽更好地卡接,从而能够更稳固的将框架120和背板110连接在一起。
应当理解的是,在上述的背光模组100中,连接部173与第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a接触,应当至少包括与第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a的上侧壁接触以便连接第一卡钩171a的部分,以及至少还应当包括与第一卡槽112a和第二卡槽121a的下侧壁接触以便连接第二卡钩171b的部分。
继续参考图1,可选地,第二卡接部172包括第一止挡部172a、第二止挡部172b和固定部172c。其中,第一止挡部172a设置在第二卡接部172位于框架侧壁121外侧的端部,第一止挡部172a向上(即,远离第二卡槽中心的第一方向)延伸与框架侧壁121的外侧壁接触。其中,第二止挡部172b设置在第二卡接部172位于框架侧壁121外侧的端部,第二止挡部172b向下(即,远离第

在本实施例的背光模组100中,在第二卡接部172位于框架侧壁121外侧的端部设置有第一止挡部172a和第二止挡部172b,同时,固定部172c分别将该两个止挡部固定连接在一起。该两个止挡部能够避免弹性卡接件170从卡槽中脱落导致的卡接失效。因此,具有该卡接结构的背光模组100能够使得背板110和框架120之间的连接更加稳定,并且当背板110和框架120之间因外力或其他原因产生相对运动时,能够更好地吸收冲击力。

其中,上述的第二导向部171e和第二副止挡部171f设置在第一卡接部171位于背板侧壁112内侧的端部。第二副止挡部171f向下延伸与背板侧壁112的内侧壁接触,第二导向部171e一端朝向第一卡槽112a的顶部倾斜,另一端与第二副止挡部171f连接。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,一方面,由于第一卡接部171位于背板侧壁112内侧的端部具有上述的导向部结构,由于该导向部结构向第一卡槽112a的内部倾斜,因此,便于将该弹性卡接件170组装至该背光模组100中。另一方面,由于第一卡接部171位于背板侧壁112内侧的端部还具有止挡部结构,还能够实现将背板110与框架120固定连接。
继续参考图2,可选地,第一导向部171c的远离第二主止挡部171d的一端和第二导向部171e的远离第二副止挡部171f的一
端连接,即第一卡接部171在位于背板侧壁112内侧的端部为一个整体结构。
在本实施例中,第二卡接部172还包括第三主止挡部172d和第三副止挡部172e。其中,第三主止挡部172d设置在第二卡接部172位于框架侧壁121外侧的端部,且向上延伸与框架侧壁121的外侧壁接触。第三副止挡部172e设置在第二卡接部172位于框架侧壁121外侧的端部,且向下延伸与框架侧壁121的外侧壁接触。
应当理解的是,第一卡接部171在位于背板侧壁112内侧的端部也可以不为一个整体结构,此时,第二卡接部172还应当包括上述的固定部172c,该固定部172c分别连接第三主止挡部172d和第三副止挡部172e,以便形成一个整体结构,实现将背板110和框架120固定连接。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,能够进一步防止弹性卡接件170从卡槽内部脱落而导致卡接结构的失效,更能够有效的将背板110和框架120连接在一起。
进一步参考图3,该图示出了第一卡槽和第二卡槽的第二种设置位置。可选地,第一卡槽111a位于背板底壁111且贯穿该背板底壁111,第二卡槽121a贯穿框架侧壁121。其中,连接部173围绕背板底壁111外侧和框架侧壁121外侧设置,分别连接第一卡接部171和第二卡接部172。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,一方面,第一卡槽111a贯穿背板底壁111,第二卡槽121a贯穿框架侧壁121,该方式避免在背光模组100的同一个位置设置卡槽,能够有效增加该背光模组100的强度。另一方面,连接部173围绕背板底壁111外侧和框架侧壁121外侧设置,因此,连接部173的长度增加,当背光模组100受到外力或者其他受力情况下由于相对运动产生较大的冲击力时,该弹性卡接件170能够吸收该较大的冲击力。
进一步参考图3和图4,图3和图4示出了第一卡槽和第二卡槽的第二种设置位置,可选地,在该种卡槽的设置位置中,第
一卡接部171包括第三卡钩171g。其中,第三卡钩171g设置在第一卡接部171位于背板底壁111与反射片160之间间隙的端部,且所述第三卡钩171g沿所述背板底壁的内表面延伸并与所述背板底壁的内表面接触。
第二卡接部172包括第四卡钩172f。其中,该第四卡钩172f设置在第二卡接部172位于框架侧壁121与背板侧壁112的外侧壁之间间隙的端部,且第四卡钩172f向下延伸与框架侧壁121的内侧壁接触。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,第一卡槽111a和第二卡槽121a处于上述第二种设置位置时,上述的第三卡钩和第四卡钩172f使得第一卡接部171和第二卡接部172能够与卡槽更好地卡接,从而实现框架120和背板110的稳固连接。
继续参考图4,可选地,框架侧壁121包括第二卡槽设置部121b和周边部121c。其中,第二卡槽121a设置在第二卡槽设置部121b处,且第二卡槽设置部121b处的框架120的厚度(即,附图中左右方向上的厚度)大于周边部121c的框架120厚度。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,框架120在第二卡槽设置部121b处作加厚处理,能够防止该背光模组100受到较大的冲击力时造成该处的框架120损坏。
可选地,为了实现窄边框设计,上述第二卡槽设置部121b处的框架120厚度与周边部121c的框架120厚度的差值小于连接部173的外表面到周边部121c的外表面的距离。
可选地,第一卡接部171、第二卡接部172和连接部173由同种材料一体形成。
在本实施例的背光模组100中,第一卡接部171、第二卡接部172和连接部173由同种材料一体形成,即该弹性卡接件170为一体形成的结构,节省了制造成本,同时能够有效吸收装配显示面板200时产生的冲击力。
可选地,为了更加方便地装配显示面板200,上述承载部122上设置有容纳台阶122a。其中,容纳台阶122a用于容纳显示面板
与承载部的连接部210。
本公开的第二方面,涉及一种显示装置(图中并未示出),显示装置包括显示面板200和背光模组100。其中,背光模组100包括上述任意一种结构的背光模组100,显示面板200与框架侧壁121的顶端以及承载部122相接触。
在本实施例的显示装置中,因为具有上述结构的背光模组100,当显示面板200与背光模组100之间发生相对运动产生冲击力时,因为该弹性卡接件170具有弹性,所以会吸收该冲击力,从而能够起到缓冲作用,进而使得背光模组100和显示面板200不被损坏。同时,设置的第一卡槽(111a,112a)和第二卡槽121a还具有定位的功能,在与显示面板200进行装配以形成显示装置时,能够准确定位,正确组装背光模组100和显示面板200。
可选地,为了进一步地实现窄边框设计,显示面板200的边缘与框架侧壁121的顶端的边缘相对应,且至少一个显示面板200的边缘与其相对应的框架侧壁121的顶端的边缘的距离小于1mm。
上述显示装置可以是显示器、GPS导航仪、手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等电子设备。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。
Claims (13)
- 一种背光模组,包括:背板,其包括第一卡槽;框架,其包括框架侧壁且所述框架用于承载显示面板,所述框架侧壁上设置有第二卡槽;和弹性卡接件,所述弹性卡接件包括第一卡接部、第二卡接部和连接部,所述第一卡接部设置在所述第一卡槽处,所述第二卡接部设置在所述第二卡槽处,所述连接部分别连接第一卡接部和第二卡接部,以将所述框架和所述背板连接在一起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述背板还包括:背板底壁;和背板侧壁,其中所述框架侧壁设置于所述背板侧壁外侧,所述第一卡槽设置在所述背板侧壁上且贯穿该背板侧壁,所述第二卡槽贯穿所述框架侧壁,且所述第二卡槽的位置与所述第一卡槽的位置相对应,并且其中所述第一卡接部穿过所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽,并与所述背板侧壁内侧的所述第一卡槽的卡槽边缘卡接,所述第二卡接部与所述框架侧壁外侧的所述第二卡槽的卡槽边缘卡接,所述连接部设置在所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽内,与所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽接触,且分别连接所述第一卡接部和所述第二卡接部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一卡接部包括:第一卡钩,其设置在所述第一卡接部位于背板侧壁内侧的端部,所述第一卡钩向远离第一卡槽中心的第一方向延伸与背板侧壁的内侧壁接触;和第二卡钩,其设置在所述第一卡接部位于背板侧壁内侧的端部,所述第二卡钩向远离第二卡槽中心的第二方向延伸与所述背板侧壁的内侧壁接触。
- 根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二卡接部包括:第一止挡部,其设置在所述第二卡接部位于框架侧壁外侧的端部,所述第一止挡部向远离第二卡槽中心的第一方向延伸与框架侧壁的外侧壁接触;第二止挡部,其设置在所述第二卡接部位于框架侧壁外侧的端部,所述第二止挡部向远离第二卡槽中心的第二方向延伸与框架侧壁的外侧壁接触;和固定部,其位于所述框架侧壁外侧,且固定连接所述第一止挡部和所述第二止挡部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一卡接部包括:第一导向部;第二主止挡部,其与所述第一导向部设置在所述第一卡接部位于背板侧壁内侧的端部,所述第二主止挡部向上延伸与所述背板侧壁的内侧壁接触,所述第一导向部的一端朝向所述第一卡槽的底部倾斜,另一端与所述第二主止挡部连接;第二导向部;和第二副止挡部,其与所述第二导向部设置在所述第一卡接部位于背板侧壁内侧的端部,所述第二副止挡部向下延伸与所述背板侧壁的内侧壁接触,所述第二导向部的一端朝向所述第一卡槽的顶部倾斜,另一端与所述第二副止挡部连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一导向部的远离所述第二主止挡部的一端和所述第二导向部的远离所述第 二副止挡部的一端连接,且所述第二卡接部包括:第三主止挡部,其设置在所述第二卡接部位于框架侧壁外侧的端部,且向上延伸与所述框架侧壁的外侧壁接触;和第三副止挡部,其设置在所述第二卡接部位于框架侧壁外侧的端部,且向下延伸与所述框架侧壁的外侧壁接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,所述背板包括:背板底壁;和背板侧壁,其中所述框架侧壁设置于所述背板侧壁外侧,并且其中所述第一卡槽位于所述背板底壁且贯穿该背板底壁,所述第二卡槽贯穿所述框架侧壁,所述连接部围绕所述背板底壁外侧和所述框架侧壁外侧设置,分别连接所述第一卡接部和所述第二卡接部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,还包括:反射片,其设置在所述背板底壁的内表面上,其中,所述第一卡接部包括:第三卡钩,其设置在所述第一卡接部位于所述背板底壁与反射片之间间隙的端部,且所述第三卡钩沿所述背板底壁的内表面延伸并与所述背板底壁的内表面接触,并且其中所述第二卡接部包括:第四卡钩,其设置在所述第二卡接部位于所述框架侧壁与背板侧壁的外侧壁之间间隙的端部,且所述第四卡钩向延伸与框架侧壁的内侧壁接触。
- 根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其中,所述框架侧壁包括:第二卡槽设置部;和周边部,其中所述第二卡槽设置在所述第二卡槽设置部处,且所述第二卡 槽设置部处的框架厚度大于所述周边部的框架厚度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二卡槽设置部处的框架厚度与所述周边部的框架厚度的差值小于所述连接部的外表面到所述周边部的外表面的距离。
- 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一卡接部、所述第二卡接部和所述连接部由同种材料一体形成。
- 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的背光模组,其中,所述框架包括:承载部,其位于所述框架侧壁的顶端并且用于承载显示面板,其中所述承载部上设置有容纳台阶,所述容纳台阶用于容纳显示面板与承载部的连接部。
- 一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括显示面板和背光模组,其中,所述背光模组包括权利要求1至12任意一项所述的背光模组。
