需要注意的是,市面上独立袋泡茶产品通常由带吊牌103的茶包10和独立外包装袋组合而成,茶包10的外包装多为独立外包装袋,这种独立外包装袋一 般为纸质材料制作,同时独立外包装袋在撕开使用后都会被当场丢弃,会造成资源的浪费,本实施例中的所述吊牌103采用可弯折的形变材料,所述吊牌103被构造成一容纳包装袋1031,使吊牌103同时具有两种功能,所述包体101与所述连接件102,内置于所述容纳包装袋1031中,所述容纳包装袋1031用于保护茶包10不受外界污染,一定程度上防止茶包10受潮及氧化,通过吊牌103自身进行立体式折叠包裹茶包10,形成封闭安全的袋泡茶产品,取代了原有的软质纸质包装袋,节省了资源。
茶包10上的吊牌103多为小型纸质吊牌103,通过连接件102和包体101连接后置于独立外包装内,使用时通过连接件102悬挂于茶杯外,用于从杯中提取包体101,为减小吊牌103体积和降低制作成本,通常将这种吊牌103设计的形体都比较小,小的吊牌103不易展示茶产品信息,同时由于这种吊牌103重量偏轻,在使用中容易掉入茶杯且久泡后易被茶水通过连接件102引流浸湿,所以,本实施例中的吊牌103比现实中所使用的吊牌103都大,大型吊牌103可以充分展示茶产品信息。
具体的说,所述包体101包括软体包装袋1011及设置于所述软体包装袋1011内的茶叶;将所述包体101与所述连接件102一起放置于所述吊牌103上表面的其中一侧的边缘上,所述包体101与所述连接件102随着所述吊牌103一起多次朝着所述吊牌103其中一侧边的方向折叠卷曲成捆状结构后,两端和一侧再经机械压合可进行封闭压合处理,起到安全包装颗粒茶茶包10、防潮及抗氧化的作用,所述包体101与所述连接件102就可以内置于所述吊牌103形成的所述容纳包装袋1031中,本实施例是利用大型吊牌103折叠、压合后包裹密封包体101。
如图3所示,本实施例中所述容纳包装袋1031一侧上设置有一撕裂部10311及便于撕开所述撕裂部10311的开口10312,在容纳包装袋1031经过折叠后的末尾上有一些向外凸出的吊牌103形成的撕裂部10311,饮用茶包10产品时,通过吊牌103预留的撕裂部10311上的撕开位置可充分撕开吊牌103做的容纳包装袋1031,需要注意的是,在撕开容纳包装袋1031的方式是往上下两边撕开,不是往左右两边撕开,吊牌103被展开后可充分展示茶产品信息,其中吊牌103外侧展示茶包10相关法定信息,内侧展示茶产品文化信息。
如图4-5所示,吊牌103被撕开后,所述吊牌103可弯折至任何角度,可与 茶杯固定,起到固定茶包10及防止吊牌103滑落入茶水的作用,具体使用方法是当茶杯没有杯把的时候通过折叠固定在茶杯的杯沿,当有杯把时候通过折叠与茶杯的杯把相结合,从而起到固定茶包10的作用,吊牌103与茶杯结合的目的是便于该产品饮用。
本实施例中所述吊牌103采用铝箔纸材料制作而成,这种硬性铝箔纸可以弯折成理想的形状,铝箔纸质软容易变型,如纸一样,而且变形后不反弹,也不会恢复原状,可以定性,保证遮光,不会掉落,不透光,无污染,价钱便宜,供高级卷烟、糖果等食品防潮和装饰包装用。
茶包10外包装由于结构形态多为扁平状,但此类外包装不易保护茶包10内的茶叶,尤其是颗粒状的茶叶,也不利于随身携带,本实施例的独立袋泡茶还包括一胶囊壳体20,茶包10外包装设计采用“胶囊”硬质形态,搭配硬质胶囊形态包装外壳,形成稳固包装结构,起到保护茶包10的作用,从而进一步保护包体101内的茶叶不易破碎,所述胶囊壳体20包括胶囊体202及胶囊帽201,所述容纳包装袋1031插置于所述胶囊体202,所述胶囊帽201安装于所述胶囊体202上。
具体的说,所述胶囊壳体20还包括一胶囊上下连接件203,胶囊上下连接件203为一环状结构的壳体,所述胶囊上下连接件203设置于所述胶囊体202与所述胶囊帽201之间,所述容纳包装袋1031贯穿于所述胶囊上下连接件203,茶包10在装入胶囊后形成独立及安全的袋泡茶包装。
如图6-7所示,胶囊壳体20结构形式有两种,所述胶囊上下连接件203与所述胶囊体202为一体成型或是固定连接,这两种结构形式的开启方式分别为抽拉式及拨开式,起到提供封闭安全的内部盛装环境的作用,胶囊壳体20包装的茶叶便于开启和携带,胶囊壳体20也可多次循环使用。
具体的说,当所述胶囊上下连接件203与所述胶囊体202是一体成型时候,所述胶囊上下连接件203设置于所述胶囊体202的上端,与所述胶囊体202形成一台阶面,所述胶囊上下连接件203插置于所述胶囊帽201,其开启方式为抽拉式。
当所述胶囊上下连接件203与所述胶囊体202是固定连接时候,所述胶囊壳体20还包括一橡胶构件204,所述胶囊帽201上设置有一上槽口2011,所述胶囊体202上设置有一下槽口2021,所述橡胶构件204一端与所述上槽口2011 相连接,另一端与所述下槽口2021相连接,而胶囊体202内部设置有一圈卡持的凸起部,所述胶囊上下连接件203嵌套安装于所述胶囊体202的凸起部上,其开启方式为拨开式。
当所述胶囊上下连接件203与所述胶囊体202是固定连接时还有另一种胶囊壳体20,所述胶囊上下连接件203上设置有一向外凸出的定位块,所述胶囊帽201上设置有一上卡槽,所述胶囊体202上设置有一下卡槽,所述上卡槽与所述下卡槽配合后形成一定位槽,所述定位块卡置于所述定位槽中。
独立袋泡茶产品的品种有很多,如立顿、川宁袋泡茶,其外包装一般都为传统袋泡茶扁平式外包装,其内的包体101内茶叶一般也多为粉末状或者叶子样状的形态,也有颗粒状的,本实施例独立袋泡茶中的茶叶主要针对的为颗粒状茶叶,这种茶叶包装1.5克/包,重量比较轻,适合一次性饮用的茶叶量。
本实施例中的所述连接件102为一吊线,吊线成本低,可以降低整个茶包10的总价格。
通过提供一种独立袋泡茶,采用大型吊牌103自身进行立体式折叠包裹各种样式茶包10,尤其是颗粒状茶包10,形成封闭安全的袋泡茶产品,减少了资源的浪费;同时搭配硬质胶囊形态包装外壳,从而进一步保护颗粒状茶包10不易破碎,吊牌103展开后可通过折叠与茶杯固定,从而起到固定茶包10的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,包括茶包,所述茶包包括包体、连接件及吊牌,所述连接件一端与所述包体相连接,另一端与所述吊牌相连接;所述吊牌采用可弯折的形变材料,所述吊牌被构造成一容纳包装袋,所述包体与所述连接件内置于所述容纳包装袋中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,所述包体包括软体包装袋及设置于所述软体包装袋内的茶叶;
    所述包体与所述连接件放置于所述吊牌上,并随着所述吊牌朝着所述吊牌其中一侧边折叠,经机械压合后,所述包体与所述连接件内置于所述吊牌形成的所述容纳包装袋中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,所述容纳包装袋上设置有一撕裂部及便于撕开所述撕裂部的开口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,所述吊牌可弯折至任何角度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,所述吊牌采用铝箔纸材料。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,还包括一胶囊壳体,所述胶囊壳体包括胶囊帽及与所述胶囊帽相适配的胶囊体,所述容纳包装袋内置于所述胶囊壳体中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,所述胶囊壳体还包括一胶囊上下连接件,所述胶囊上下连接件设置于所述胶囊体与所述胶囊帽之间,所述容纳包装袋贯穿于所述胶囊上下连接件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,所述胶囊上下连接件与所述胶囊体为一体成型或是固定连接;
    当所述胶囊上下连接件与所述胶囊体是一体成型,所述胶囊上下连接件设置于所述胶囊体的上端,与所述胶囊体形成一台阶面,所述胶囊上下连接件插置于所述胶囊帽;
    当所述胶囊上下连接件与所述胶囊体是固定连接,所述胶囊壳体还包括一橡胶构件,所述胶囊帽上设置有一上槽口,所述胶囊体上设置有一下槽口,所述橡胶构件一端与所述上槽口相连接,另一端与所述下槽口相连接,所述胶囊上下连接件嵌套于所述胶囊体上。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,所述茶叶为颗粒状茶叶。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的独立袋泡茶,其特征在于,所述连接件为一吊线。
