Description

一种脱料装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种脱料装置,其能够使得产品自动从型芯上脱离。
背景技术
汽车大灯线接管是常见的汽车配件,多为硅橡胶模具注塑成型,其为大致呈锥形的管件,由于其结构较为复杂,使得其不易从模具的型芯上脱下。一般在产品成型后,进行模外脱料。传统的脱料方式为人工手动脱料方式,需要花费大量的时间和人力,因而工作效率不高。此外,由于通常一个模具需成型多个产品,使得人工脱模变得更加繁琐。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种脱料装置,其能够实现自动脱料,因而节约了时间和人力。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种脱料装置,用于使产品从型芯上脱离,其特征在于,包括底板、气缸、夹具、定位组件;所述气缸竖直地固设于所述底板上,且所述气缸的伸缩杆朝上;所述夹具,用于放置及固定产品,其通过连接块与所述夹具连接,所述型芯的轴线与所述气缸的伸缩杆的轴线相平行,且其末端部从所述夹具的顶端露出并朝上;所述定位组件,用于定位及固定型芯;
其中,所述定位组件包括垂直于所述型芯的定位柱、用于固定定位柱的固定板以及锁定件,所述型芯套设于所述定位柱上,所述型芯在所述锁定件的挤压下,紧贴于所述固定板的侧面。
优选的,所述定位柱包括相互连接的光杆部和螺纹部,所述型芯套设于所述光杆部上,所述锁定件包括螺母,所述螺母与所述螺纹部相匹配,所述螺母与所述螺纹部相配合,从而锁紧所述型芯使之紧贴于所述固定板的侧面。
优选的,所述夹具包括铰接的左夹板和右夹板,所述左夹板和右夹板围合形成容置产品的空腔。
进一步的,所述左夹板和右夹板的上端部和底端部均设置有用于勾住产品的卡勾。
优选的,所述定位组件还包括三脚架,所述三脚架固设底板上,所述固定板固设于所述三脚架上。
通过上述技术方案,一种脱料装置在工作时,将包裹着产品的型芯放置在夹具内,其型芯的末端部套设于定位组价上,而后气缸的伸缩杆缩回带动夹具向下运动,产品从型芯上被强制脱下,如此实现了自动脱料,节约了时间和人力,提高了工作效率。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参见图1-3所示,本实用新型实施例公开了一种脱料装置,用于使产品K从型芯P上脱离,其包括底板1、气缸2、夹具3、定位组件4;气缸2竖直地固设于底板1上,且气缸2的伸缩杆朝上;夹具3,用于放置及固定产品K,其通过连接块5与夹具3连接,型芯P的轴线与气缸2的伸缩杆的轴线相平行,且其末端部从夹具3的顶端露出并朝上;定位组件4,用于定位及固定型芯P;
其中,定位组件4包括垂直于型芯P的定位柱41、用于固定定位柱41的固定板42以及锁定件43,型芯P套设于定位柱41上,型芯P在锁定件43的挤压下,紧贴于固定板42的侧面。
优选的,定位柱41包括相互连接的光杆部和螺纹部,型芯P套设于光杆部上,锁定件43包括螺母,螺母与螺纹部相匹配,螺母与螺纹部相配合,从而锁紧型芯P使之紧贴于固定板42的侧面。
优选的,夹具3包括铰接的左夹板31和右夹板32,左夹板31和右夹板32围合形成容置产品K的空腔。
进一步的,左夹板31和右夹板32的上端部和底端部均设置有用于勾住产品K的卡勾33。
优选的,定位组件4还包括三脚架6,三脚架6固设底板1上,固定板42固设于三脚架6上。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
脱料装置在工作时,将包裹着产品K的型芯P放置在夹具3内,依靠左夹板31和右夹板32的上下端的卡勾33勾住产品K,防止产品K从夹具3内脱出,与此同时,将型芯P的末端部套设于定位组价上,具体的,将型芯P的末端部套设于定位柱41上,通过拧紧螺母使得型芯P紧贴于固定板42的一侧面,从而实现型芯P的定位;气缸2的伸缩杆缩回带动夹具3向下运动,而型芯P不动,从而使得产品K跟随夹具3下行,并从型芯P上被强制脱下。如此实现了自动脱料,节约了时间和人力,提高了工作效率。

  1. 一种脱料装置,用于使产品从型芯上脱离,其特征在于,包括底板、气缸、夹具、定位组件;所述气缸竖直地固设于所述底板上,且所述气缸的伸缩杆朝上;所述夹具,用于放置及固定产品,其通过连接块与所述夹具连接,所述型芯的轴线与所述气缸的伸缩杆的轴线相平行,且其末端部从所述夹具的顶端露出并朝上;所述定位组件,用于定位及固定型芯;
    其中,所述定位组件包括垂直于所述型芯的定位柱、用于固定定位柱的固定板以及锁定件,所述型芯套设于所述定位柱上,所述型芯在所述锁定件的挤压下,紧贴于所述固定板的侧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脱料装置,其特征在于,所述定位柱包括相互连接的光杆部和螺纹部,所述型芯套设于所述光杆部上,所述锁定件包括螺母,所述螺母与所述螺纹部相匹配,所述螺母与所述螺纹部相配合,从而锁紧所述型芯使之紧贴于所述固定板的侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脱料装置,其特征在于,所述夹具包括铰接的左夹板和右夹板,所述左夹板和右夹板围合形成容置产品的空腔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种脱料装置,其特征在于,所述左夹板和右夹板的上端部和底端部均设置有用于勾住产品的卡勾。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脱料装置,其特征在于,所述定位组件还包括三脚架,所述三脚架固设底板上,所述固定板固设于所述三脚架上。
