South Korea is already proud of its world-class medical technology, and more particularly, a specific travel industry called a "medical tourism" is recognized as the best service for overseas customers in the fields of plastic surgery and dermatology.
However, when looking at an inner circumstance of an actual medical tour, medical tours have been criticized as "overcharging" in foreign countries due to excessive competition according to illegal brokers' mediation, and are criticized as an impractical medical service in South Korea.
Recently, the number of Chinese tourists visiting South Korea in order to have plastic surgery is increasing, but Chinese patients tend to pay an excessive price to a Chinese broker and plastic surgery hospitals pay an excessive price to a domestic broker since there is no legal mediation system or method, and South Korea's national image has been damaged and medical accident victims are generated since illegal medical activities often occur.
Accordingly, in order to solve the problem, the necessity of a remote plastic surgery consultation system which directly mediates between a plastic surgery user and a hospital is increasing. Further, there are a lot of cases in which tourists visiting South Korea to have domestic plastic surgery want to have both the plastic surgery and a trip.
A medical travel service system for providing both a medical service and a travel service is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No.10-2016-0060900. However, a plastic surgery consultation service using virtual plastic surgery result information is not disclosed in the document, and a travel schedule management based on position information of a user and a position of a plastic surgery hospital is not achieved, and thus there is a problem in which a user has to personally worry about a medical operation schedule and a travel schedule.

Hereinafter, an integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, an integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be connected to a user terminal 400 and a hospital terminal 200 through a network 300.
As shown in FIG. 2A, the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 may include a plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110, an authentication application 120, an information sharing application 130, and an information classification application 140.
The plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 may provide a function necessary for managing various kinds of plastic surgery consultations and travel schedules such as receiving user information from the user terminal 400 that is connected through the network 300, transmitting the user information to the hospital terminal 200 that is connected to the network 300, providing response information of the hospital terminal 200 to the user terminal 400 in response to the user information, and the like.
In FIG. 1, an example in which only one user terminal 400 and one hospital terminal 200 are included is illustrated, but a plurality of user terminals and a plurality of hospital terminals may be configured to be connected to the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 through the network 300 according to necessity.
The user terminal 400 may refer to a broad concept including various kinds of terminals which may be connected to the network 300. The user terminal 400 may preferably have the form of an unmanned booth installed at a public place, but is not limited thereto, and may include various kinds of terminals such as a personal computer (PC), a laptop computer, a smart phone, etc. which may be connected to the network 300.
The network 300 may refer to a concept including various kinds of wired or wireless networks.
A detailed configuration of a plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 is illustrated in FIG. 2B.
As shown in FIG. 2B, the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 may include a plastic surgery consultation user interface (UI) provider 111, a plastic surgery consultation mediator 112, and a travel schedule UI provider 113.
The plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 may confirm whether a user application enabling the user of the user terminal 400 to use a plastic surgery consultation/virtual plastic surgery service, a travel schedule management service, etc. is present in the user terminal 400, and provide the user application to the user terminal 400 through the network 300 when the user application is not present in the user terminal 400.
The plastic surgery consultation UI provider 111 may provide a UI which enables the user to use a plastic surgery consultation/virtual plastic surgery service (hereinafter, referred to as a "first UI") to the user terminal 400 through the network 300. A plastic surgery consultation service may refer to a service related to the field of plastic surgery medical including a plastic surgery consultation request, a plastic surgery quotation request, or a plastic surgery reservation request, and a virtual plastic surgery service may refer to a service which enables the user to virtually adjust his/her own body image in a desired shape, color, or length, or which provides a result obtained by synthesizing another partial image and a body image before having plastic surgery.
The first UI may include a virtual plastic surgery display portion displaying a capture screen for performing virtual plastic surgery on a body part on which the user desires to have plastic surgery and a shutter menu, a plastic surgery consultation request display portion displaying a screen in which the user requests a plastic surgery quotation together with virtual plastic surgery result information and applies for a plastic surgery consultation or a plastic surgery reservation, and an application form display portion displaying an application form mode screen for sharing plastic surgery result information.
The virtual plastic surgery display portion, the plastic surgery consultation request display portion, and the application form display portion may be simultaneously implemented on one screen, or may be individually implemented in the user terminal 400.
Accordingly, the user may use the plastic surgery consultation service and the virtual plastic surgery service provided by the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 through the first UI.
The plastic surgery consultation mediator 112 may collectively provide plastic surgery consultation request information and the virtual plastic surgery result information of the user provided from the user terminal 400 connected to the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 through the network 300 to hospital terminals 200 of hospitals which are previously registered in the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 without exception. The plastic surgery consultation mediator 112 may receive response information of the hospital terminal 200 with respect to the information provided from the user, and provide the response information to the user terminal 400.
The plastic surgery consultation request information may include content such as a body part that the user desires to have plastic surgery performed on, a plastic surgery consultation request, a plastic surgery quotation request, etc., and mean information written by the user using the electronic application form provided in the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110.
Response information may refer to information written in the form of replying to the plastic surgery consultation request information using the hospital terminal 200 at a hospital side.
For example, when the user requests a consultation while requesting a plastic surgery quotation on his/her own eye, the hospital side may provide various answers according to a current facial shape of the user or another body part.
Meanwhile, the virtual plastic surgery result information may be an image provided to the user through the user terminal 400 by the user capturing his/her own predetermined body part using the virtual plastic surgery service and synthesizing the captured image and all or a portion of a captured image in which the same body part is configured to have a shape, a length, and a color which the user prefers by the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110.
In this case, the virtual plastic surgery result may be provided to the user by further synthesizing a background image such as an airport, a street, a cafeteria, a theater, the outdoors, a mountain, etc. in addition to the above synthesized image so as to be observed more closely to an actual plastic surgery result with realistic feeling.
However, an airport, a street, a cafeteria, a theater, the outdoors, a mountain, etc. are merely examples of the background image, and the scope of the claims is not limited thereto. It should be obvious to those of ordinary skill in the art that places similar to the examples are utilized as the background image.
Further, a movement of the user terminal 400 may be sensed using a gyro sensor installed in the user terminal 400, and a change of various angles may be given to the background of the virtual plastic surgery result information displayed on the user terminal 400 according to the movement.
An algorithm that induces a virtual plastic surgery result information may be as follows.
First, feature points of a body part of a user may be extracted using machine learning such as a deep learning method from a still image or a moving image of the user input through the user terminal 400.
Movement of a human body may be estimated by comparing and analyzing feature point information regarding the body part and a predetermined virtual 3-dimensional body model (through this, it is possible for the user to have virtual plastic surgery in real time while capturing the body part).
Finally, information of the body part undergoing the virtual plastic surgery may be extracted on the basis of the feature point information on the body part and estimated information on the movement of the human body, and virtual plastic surgery result information may be generated by precisely adjusting a skin color, a size, and a position of the body part using image processing technologies such as a hue saturation value (HSV), a Poisson distribution, a histogram distribution, or an alpha blending method.
In addition, since a more detailed description regarding the virtual plastic surgery algorithm should be obvious to those of ordinary skill in the art, it will be omitted.
Meanwhile, when the user selects one among hospitals that provided response information as a hospital in which the user desires to have plastic surgery (hereinafter, referred to as a "plastic surgery hospital") through the first UI provided by the plastic surgery consultation UI provider 111, the travel schedule UI provider 113 may provide a UI which enables the user to use a travel schedule management service(hereinafter, referred to as a "second UI"). That is, a mode may be changed from the first UI to the second UI.
A travel schedule management service may refer to a service which provides a recommendation on a travel package together with the plastic surgery consultation service to the user, and everything related to a medical tour (or a medical trip) which frequently receives a travel schedule is provided to the user when the user selects a travel date and a travel place according to the selection.
The second UI may include a travel time display portion displaying a screen for inputting a travel time desired by the user, and a travel place display portion displaying a screen for inputting a travel place desired by the user.
The second UI may generate the travel schedule based on travel information when travel information including a travel time and a travel place after having the plastic surgery is received from the user.
The travel schedule may be more preferentially displayed for the user than another UI under a predetermined condition by the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 when the user application is executed in the user terminal 400.
In more detail, the plastic surgery and travel schedule application 110 may sense a position of the user terminal 400 through a global positioning system (GPS) when the user application is executed in the user terminal 400. When a distance between the position of the user terminal 400 and a travel place is determined to be within a threshold distance by analyzing the position of the user terminal 400 and the travel place, the travel schedule may be more preferentially displayed than another UI in order to more rapidly provide the travel schedule since the user is close to the travel place.
Of course, when a GPS function included in the user terminal 400 is turned on regardless of execution of the user application in the user terminal 400, it may be possible for the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 to display the travel schedule on the user terminal 400 as a push alarm.
Meanwhile, the second UI may further include a travel recommendation package display portion displaying a travel recommendation package related to one or more travel places located within a predetermined distance based on a position of a plastic surgery hospital.
That is, the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 may recommend travel products related to one or more travel places located within the predetermined distance from a position of a plastic surgery hospital selected by the user among travel products provided from a travel agency terminal (not shown) connected through the network 300 to the user through the second UI.
The travel time display portion, the travel place display portion, and the travel recommendation package display portion may be simultaneously implemented on one screen in the user terminal 400, or may be individually implemented.
Accordingly, the user may immediately use the travel schedule management service provided by the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 through the second UI after the plastic surgery consultation and virtual plastic surgery service.
Meanwhile, for a real-time plastic surgery consultation between the user terminal 400 and the hospital terminal 200, a video recording and displaying means (for example, a webcam and a monitor) and a voice recording and listening means (for example, a microphone, a speaker, and a headset) for a video consultation may be provided at each of the user terminal 400 and the hospital terminal 200. A message input and output means (for example, a keypad and a monitor) for providing a chatting function may be provided.
Referring again to FIG. 1, the authentication application 120 may provide a UI for an authentication or security function (hereinafter, referred to as a "third UI") to the user terminal 400, and may receive authentication and security information on the user from the user terminal 400.
For example, the UI may be switched to the first UI and the plastic surgery consultation and the plastic surgery reservation may be performed only when the user selects a login menu in the third UI and performs a user authentication procedure.
Non-login menus may be selected when the user authentication procedure is not performed, and in this case, the UI may be switched to the first UI, but only the virtual plastic surgery service may be used.
Various solutions for the user authentication such as a scanner for scanning an identification (ID) card, a card reader, a closed-circuit television (CCTV), a webcam, a biometric device (a fingerprint, a finger vein, an iris, etc.), and a device for inputting user authentication information such as an electronic signature pad, a touch screen, a keyboard, a PC, may be included in the user terminal 400 to perform the user authentication procedure.
The information sharing application 130 may enable other users to share plastic surgery result information received from the user terminal 400 and hospital information received from the hospital terminal 200.
For example, when a user that had plastic surgery uploads plastic surgery result information to the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 using the user terminal 400, the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 may enable other users to read or download the plastic surgery information using their terminals.
Plastic surgery result information may refer to information combining satisfaction regarding a plastic surgery hospital after having plastic surgery, a photograph obtained by capturing an actual plastic surgery result, an opinion on plastic surgery, etc., and may be selectively uploaded by a user so that sensitive personal information such as an entire facial photograph which specifies an individual or a photograph of a body part causing sexual shame is not included.
Conversely, when uploading hospital information such as a name of a hospital, a position of a hospital, a doctor included in a hospital, a history of a doctor, and an operation success case to the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 through the hospital terminal 200 at the hospital side, the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 may enable the user to access and read the hospital information using the user terminal 400. The sharing of the plastic surgery result information and the hospital information may induce users to further access the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100.
The information classification application 140 may classify the plastic surgery result information based on information related to a name of a hospital or a name of a doctor obtained from the hospital information, separately collect only the classified information, and provide the collected information to the user terminal 400.
For example, the information classification application 140 may classify the plastic surgery result information based on a recognized hospital A or a prominent doctor B in the plastic surgery medical field, and the information classification application 140 may separately collect only the classified information like the example described above and provide the collected information to the user terminal 400. The user may check the classified information through the plastic surgery consultation request display portion of the first UI.
A method of remotely managing a plastic surgery consultation and a travel schedule using the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 according to the configuration described above will be described with reference to FIG. 3.
When the user terminal 400 is connected to the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 through the network 300, the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 may check whether the user application which enables a user to use a plastic surgery consultation/virtual plastic surgery service and a travel schedule management service through the user terminal 400 is present in the user terminal 400 (S100), and download the user application to the user terminal 400 through the network 500 when the user application is not present in the user terminal 400 (S120). However, when the user application is already present in the user terminal 400, operation S120 may be omitted and the method may proceed to a subsequent operation.
When the user application is downloaded to the user terminal 400, the user terminal 400 may perform a login through a user authentication procedure in the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 using the user application (S130). That is, when performing the login, information capable of identifying the user such as an ID or a password of the user may be input. FIG. 4 illustrates an example of the third UI for logging in, and logging in may be performed by inputting an ID or a password in the example shown, but information input when performing the login is not limited thereto and may be diversely changed.
Meanwhile, in a login procedure, the user authentication procedure for authenticating whether a user performing the login is the same as a person corresponding to personal information input may be performed (S140). The user authentication procedure may be provided by the authentication application 120 of the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100, and various methods which are well known in technical fields including an accredited certificate, an ID scanning, a fingerprint recognition, a finger vein recognition, an iris recognition, etc. may be used as an authentication method.
For this, various kinds of solutions and devices for user authentication may be preferably provided in the user terminal 400. For example, various kinds of solutions for user authentication such as a scanner for scanning an ID card, a card reader, a CCTV, a webcam, a biometric device (a fingerprint, a finger vein, an iris, etc.), and devices for inputting user authentication information such as an electronic signature pad, a touch screen, a keyboard, a PC, may be included in the user terminal 400.
When the user completes login by the user authentication procedure, the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 may provide a UI which enables the user to use the plastic surgery consultation and virtual plastic surgery service (the first UI) to the user terminal 400 through the network 300 (S130).
The user may request the virtual plastic surgery and plastic surgery consultation by arbitrarily selecting various kinds of menus displayed on the user terminal 400 through the first UI. First, when performing virtual plastic surgery, the user may upload virtual plastic surgery result information to the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 through the user terminal 400 and request plastic surgery consultation or a plastic surgery quotation (S140).
The integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 may collectively provide the information described above provided from the user terminal 400 to the hospital terminals 200 of hospitals which are previously registered in the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 without exception.
A hospital side receiving the information of the user from the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 may provide response information to the system 100 in response to a request of the user, and the system 100 may transmit the response information provided from the hospital terminal 200 to the user terminal 400 (S150). Every hospital may not respond to the request of the user, and only a portion of the hospitals may respond to the request of the user.
The user may receive the response information through the user terminal 400 and select any one among the hospitals that provided the response information as a plastic surgery hospital. In the procedure described above, the user may perform a videotelephony connection in order to perform a detailed plastic surgery consultation with the plastic surgery hospital through the first UI.
As described above, when the user selects the plastic surgery hospital, the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 may provide a UI which enables the user to use the travel schedule management service (the second UI) to the user terminal 400 (S160).
The second UI may recommend information related to travel ticket information and information related to accommodations located within a predetermined distance based on a position of the plastic surgery hospital to the user. Further, the second UI may recommend travel products related to a peripheral travel place based on the position of the plastic surgery hospital.
The user may perform a travel ticket purchase and an accommodation reservation through the second UI. Also, the user may select at least one among the recommended travel products or directly write a post-plastic surgery travel schedule and a post-plastic surgery travel place. Everything related to the trip may be generated in the form of a travel schedule and displayed on the user terminal 400 (S170).
The travel schedule may be displayed by the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 on the user terminal 400 with a higher priority than another UI under a predetermined condition when the user application is executed in the user terminal 400 (S180).
In more detail, the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 may sense a position of the user terminal 400 through a GPS when the user application is executed in the user terminal 400. Accordingly, when a distance between the position of the user terminal 400 and a travel place is determined to be within a threshold distance by analyzing the position of the user terminal 400 and the travel place, the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 may display the travel schedule with the higher priority than another UI in order to rapidly provide the travel schedule since this means that the user is close to the travel place.
Of course, when the GPS function included in the user terminal is turned on regardless of execution of the user application in the user terminal 400, it may be possible for the plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule application 110 to display the travel schedule on the user terminal 400 as a push alarm.
The user may share the plastic surgery result information in the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 by writing the plastic surgery result information through the user terminal 400 after the plastic surgery is completed, and other users may read or download the plastic surgery result information shared in the integrated plastic surgery consultation and travel schedule management system 100 using their own terminals.
