本文涉及但不限于通讯领域,特别是涉及一种订购服务的方法及装置。
背景技术
物联网应用丰富,应用前景广阔,但是传统网络除了支持物联网的应用之外,还应关注物联网自身的特点,例如物联网设备通常数量庞大,传输数据量较少,移动性较低等。据不完全推测,到2040年,平均每个人将拥有1000多件物联网设备,对如此多的物联网设备如何进行管理将是巨大的考验,尤其采用基于LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)以及蜂窝网络的物联网设备,其大多运行在无人值守的位置,并且未来运营方式不但有运营商提供服务,也有可能由独立设备商提供服务,用户如果考虑费用、服务质量等因素,想要更换服务商时,如何切换家中的物联网设备的服务商将是不得不考虑的问题。

本发明实施例提供一种订购服务的方法及装置。
根据本发明实施例的第一个方面,提供了一种订购服务的方法,包括:
接收终端设备的订购请求消息;根据订购请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求;
根据服务商发送的订购请求消息的反馈消息向终端设备发送订购数据或退订结果。
其中,根据订购请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求,包括:向终端设备发送寻呼请求,寻呼请求包括订购信息,订购信息包括:至少一 个订购代理服务器的IP地址与端口号信息;接收终端设备的接入请求;解析接入请求,得到终端设备对应的端口号信息,根据终端设备对应的端口号确定目标服务商;向目标服务商发送订购请求或退订请求。
可选的,上述方法还包括:在向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求之前,向终端设备发送寻呼请求,寻呼请求包括订购信息,订购信息包括:终端设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码;在向终端设备发送寻呼请求后,接收终端设备的鉴权结果;在根据鉴权结果确定终端设备鉴权成功的情况下,执行根据请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求的步骤。

本实施例提供的方案,服务侧根据接收到的订购请求向指定的服务商订购服务,并将得到的订购数据发送至终端设备,提高了终端设备的订购服务的效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
LTE、UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,通用移动通信系统)等3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project,第三代合作伙伴计 划)网络架构中存在运营商、用户、设备制造商等角色,对于用户而言,如果用户想要切换运营商,主要需要通过更换USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,全球用户识别模块)或者SIM卡实现(Subscriber Identity Module,Subscriber Identification Module客户识别模块),需要用户去目标服务商服务点办理相关业务,然后领取USIM或者SIM实体,同时在的物联网设备上进行更换配置。
上述方式首先未考虑物联网带来的改变在于MTC设备应用场景不同,例如,物联网设备大多工作在无人值守地区,部署之后现场维护成本较高并较难实现;其次,物联网设备工作周期与传统设备不同,物联网设备大多数时间处于休眠状态,只有特定时间或者特定监测事件发生,才会建立连接请求数据发送,并且不支持电路交换CS域服务,无法通过短信与网络交互更新通知,基于此,则导致物联网设备更换服务商或业务较为困难。
本实施例提供了一种订购服务的方法,该方法可以由服务端执行,如图1所示,该方法包括如下处理:
步骤101:接收终端设备的订购请求消息;
步骤102:根据接收到的请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求;
步骤103:根据服务商发送的订购请求消息的反馈消息向终端设备发送订购数据或退订结果。
在本实施例中,服务商还可以包括至少一个订购代理服务器,可以使用该订购代理服务器向订购商订购服务,基于此,根据订购请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求可以包括:向终端设备发送寻呼请求,该订购信息可以包括:至少一个订购代理服务器的IP地址与端口号信息;接收终端设备的接入请求;解析该接入请求,得到终端设备对应的端口号信息,该端口号可以对应不同的处理进程,不同的处理进程主要是针对不同运营商订购服务编辑接口的一组应用程序,不同的应用程序用于处理不同运营商的服务请求,根据终端设备对应的端口号确定目标服务商;向目标服务商发送订购请求或退订请求。
在本实施例中,订购服务可以包括,订购或修改具体的通信业务、更换运营商、订购运营商以及退订运营商等。
本实施例提供的方法还可以包括对终端设备的鉴权过程,基于此,在向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求之前,向终端设备发送寻呼请求,该寻呼请求包括:订购信息,订购信息可以包括:终端设备的IMEI(International Mobile Equipment Identity,国际移动设备标识)、IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,国际移动用户识别码)以及鉴权码;终端设备接收到订购信息后即根据IMEI、IMSI以及鉴权码进行鉴权,得到鉴权结果;在向终端设备发送携带有订购信息寻呼请求后,接收终端设备的鉴权结果;在根据鉴权结果确定终端设备鉴权成功的情况下,执行根据请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求的步骤。
可选的,本实施例提供的终端设备可以是机器型通信(machine-type communication,MTC)设备,即物联网设备。
本实施例提供了另一种订购服务的方法,该方法由设置于MTC设备上的客户端执行,图2是该方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法包括如下处理:
步骤201:接收服务端发送的寻呼消息,如果寻呼消息中携带有订购信息,则唤醒物联网MTC设备;
步骤202:根据订购信息向服务端发送接入请求;
步骤203:在接入服务端后接收来自服务端的订购数据或退订结果。
其中,订购信息可以包括:订购代理服务器的IP地址与端口号信息;根据订购信息向服务端发送接入请求,包括:在唤醒MTC设备后,根据订购代理服务器的IP地址与MTC设备对应的端口号信息向订购代理服务器发送接入请求;接收来自服务端的订购数据或退订结果可以包括:接收订购代理服务器发送的订购数据或退订结果。
此外,订购信息还可以包括:MTC设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码;基于此,本实施例提供的方法还可以包括,在唤醒物联网MTC设备之后,根据MTC设备的IMEI、IMSI以及鉴 权码进行鉴权得到鉴权结果,将鉴权结果发送至服务端。
可选的,本实施例提供的方法还可以包括:在接收服务端发送的订购数据之后,将订购数据写入虚拟客户识别模块SIM电路进行存储,在接收到退订结果之后,删除中的原有订购数据。
本实施例还提出了另一种订购服务的方法,该方法由订购代理服务器侧执行,图3是该方法的流程图,如图3所示,该方法包括如下处理:
步骤301:接收终端设备的接入请求;
步骤302:根据接入请求向服务商发送订购请求或者退订请求;
步骤303:接收服务商发送的订购数据或退订结果;
步骤304:将订购数据或退订结果发送至终端设备。
其中,根据接入请求向服务商发送订购请求或者退订请求,可以包括:
解析接入请求,得与终端设备对应的端口号,根据端口号确定目标服务商,向目标服务商发送订购请求或退订请求。
以上分别从服务端、客户端、以及代理服务器的角度对本发明实施例提供的订购服务的方法进行了说明,在此基础上,以服务端与客户端进行交互的整个MTC设备订购服务的过程进行说明。
本实施例首先对涉及到的服务端进行说明,后续再根据服务端的一个或多个组成部分从服务端、客户端、以及代理服务器的角度对本发明实施例提供的订购服务的方法进行说明。
本发明实施例所涉及到的服务端,可以是一种服务器,也可以是用于实现不同功能的两个甚至多个服务器,本实施例首先以服务端包括一种服务器为例进行说明。
图4是本实施例中涉及到的第一种服务商系统的示意图,如图4所示,该系统包括MTC设备、运营商网络以及MTC服务器,其中MTC服务器即本发明实施例中所涉及到的服务端。
以下对服务端包括两种服务器的情况来进行说明:

基于上述介绍的服务端的组成部分,本实施例所涉及到的MTC设备订 购服务的过程可以包括如下处理:
1、MTC设备初始化,获取配置信息。
MTC设备也称为MTC终端,是一种基于3GPP无线蜂窝网络的物联网通信终端。
配置信息包括IMEI、SIM卡中国家码IMSI_MCC和网络码IMSI_MNC,IMSI。
MTC设备一般有两种工作模式:工作模式(WAKE-UP MODE)和休眠模式(SLEEP MODE),由于MTC设备通常无大量数据发送以及省电、低移动性的要求,MTC设备大多时间工作在SLEEP模式,即与系统网络无直接信令、数据连接,只有在WAKE-UP模式即工作模式时,以及有数据或者信令发送,才会建立与系统核心网接入连接。
2、MTC设备进行初次网络附着以及初次网络注册。
MTC设备向核心网网元发送注册消息,核心网网元向MTC服务器确认鉴权结果,MTC服务器,其可以由PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)运营商来部署,也可以由MTC服务器的维护者来提供,使用一个特定的APN(Access Point Name,接入点)。通常MTC服务器需要与运营商网络核心网网元连接,对MTC设备进行管理维护,以及对MTC应用数据进行处理。
3、MTC设备正常注册后,根据核心网元发送的DRX(Discontinuous Reception,非连续接收)周期与MTC服务器的休眠策略,进行周期性休眠,进入休眠模式。
MTC设备根据网络发送寻呼消息中的DRX周期,进行周期性休眠,断开网络连接,释放网络资源,同时减少终端电量消耗,只在网络UE power saving wakeup timer(终端省电唤醒定时器)超时,MTC设备进行唤醒检查是否需要数据连接或者信令连接,进入工作模式。
4、当用户有MTC设备需要修改服务商信息,发起申请,管理员通过设备管理模块,修改目标MTC设备服务商。
管理员通过服务配置模块,修改目标MTC设备的服务商申请。
5、设备管理模块向目标MTC设备发起唤醒请求,强制唤醒目标设备,并发送代理服务订购服务器信息到目标MTC设备。
设备管理模块是位于设备管理服务器的一组应用程序,提供一组可操作接口供管理员查看已经配置MTC终端设备的服务订购情况。
唤醒请求通过向MTC设备发起寻呼消息(PAGING REQUEST),并携带目标MTC设备订购信息IMSI与IMEI,以及代理订购服务信息,包含代理服务器地址与目标端口号;服务器地址为订购代理服务器的网络地址,不同服务商其代理订购服务信息元素中端口号信息不同,端口号代表不同运营商或者服务商的处理进程。
订购代理模块是位于订购代理服务器的一组应用程序,提供一组应用进程供客户端连接,可提供必要协议网关数据转换,发送请求至目标运营商订购服务器,请求目标运营商进行放号或提供运营商服务号码列表,同时向原有订购运营商发起退订请求。
6、MTC设备根据本次唤醒的鉴权信息(该鉴权信息包括IMEI,IMSI以及校验鉴权码,也简称鉴权码,鉴权码由网络侧生成,MTC收到该鉴权码后根据SIM卡中运营商订购数据算法计算结果发送网络验证)进行安全鉴权,确认通过后回复网络确认消息并向目标代理订购服务器发起连接请求消息,该请求消息中包括目标运营商的信息,即端口号信息。
7、订购代理模块根据连接请求消息,向目标运营商网络发起放号申请,同时向原有运营商发起注销服务请求,需要说明是的,订购代理服务器可以根据MTC设备的IMSI获知MTC设备的原有运营商。
订购代理模块对本次连接进行信息解析,然后根据其端口号信息分发至不同处理进程,不同端口号代表不同运营商或者服务商的处理进程,并根据其携带的IMEI,以及IMSI,确认为目标设备后,发送请求至目标运营商网络;同时向原服务商发送销号请求注销所需服务。
8、目标运营商收到放号请求后,进行身份验证后进行放号,下发放号数据(即订购数据)到请求MTC设备。
放号数据主要通过TCP/IP数据包发送至MTC设备,MTC设备进行身 份验证后通过SIM管理模块更新虚拟SIM电路中的运营商信息与鉴权信息,并切换到新的订购运营商。
9、原请求MTC设备收到放号数据后,通知SIM管理模块更新虚拟SIM电路中运营商信息,同时进行服务切换。
虚拟SIM是一种没有传统实体SIM的SIM管理方法,其通过一组硬件电路完成SIM卡各种功能模拟以及数据存储,虚拟SIM出厂直接内置于终端中,可以提供一组安全应用编程接口供修改SIM卡信息与应用。
本实施例通过三个具体的实例分别以服务侧、代理服务侧以及MTC设备侧在MTC设备订购服务过程中所执行的步骤进行说明。
系统侧实例
图6为本实施例提供的MTC设备订购服务方法的流程图,本实施例以用户申请修改MTC设备服务商为用户的订购行为为例来进行说明,该流程主要由服务端执行,该流程包括:
步骤701:接收用户申请修改MTC设备服务商信息;
步骤702:管理员通过GUI修改设备归属服务商信息,配置远程服务器等信息;
步骤703:设备管理模块检查设备状态是否正常,如果正常则执行步骤704;如果不正常,执行步骤713,退出,结束流程;
步骤704:检查用户身份信息与设备归属信息是否符合,如果是,执行步骤705;如果不符合,执行步骤713,报错异常退出。
步骤705:通知寻呼模块构造寻呼参数;
寻呼模块通过管理员输入信息与MTC设备注册信息,根据用户请求,构造寻呼请求参数,包括IMEI、IMSI、鉴权码以及订购代理服务器IP与端口信息。
步骤706:对目标MTC设备发送寻呼请求;
寻呼模块通过对MTC设备原服务商接口发送寻呼请求,进行MTC设 备唤醒,强制唤醒MTC设备对订购代理服务器进行数据连接。
步骤707:检查是否收到目标MTC设备有回复,如果是执行步骤708;如果否,执行步骤713,报错异常退出。
步骤708:对收到寻呼回复进行身份验证,并通知订购代理服务器鉴权结果。
步骤709:检查订购代理服务器是否收到MTC设备的接入更换服务商请求,如果是执行步骤710;如果否,执行步骤713,报错异常退出。
步骤710:订购代理模块根据连接请求的端口信息,匹配正确的运营商策略进程进行处理。
步骤711:运营商策略模块请求通信模块向目标运营商发起订购请求或者退订请求。
步骤712:根据运营商接口回复结果通知MTC设备新的订购数据或者结果。
步骤713:结束。
系统侧订购代理服务器实例图7为本实施例提供的MTC设备订购服务方法的流程图,本实施例以用户申请修改MTC设备服务商为用户的订购行为为例来进行说明,该流程主要由订购代理服务器执行,该流程包括:
步骤801:服务启动。
步骤802:监听是否有MTC设备接入请求,如果有,则执行步骤803;如果否,继续执行步骤802,继续循环监听。
循环监听是否有MTC设备请求服务,如果有,则进行请求处理;如果否,继续监听。
步骤803:对接入请求进行内容解析。
步骤804:根据解析出的端口信息,映射不同处理进程。
步骤805:处理进程根据请求的设备ID以及身份信息,向目标运营商服务订购接口发送请求。
步骤806:目标运营商服务器进行身份验证后,进行放号以及订购数据下发。
步骤807:订购代理服务器对放号数据进行透传到具体的MTC设备。
步骤808:检查是否传输放号数据正确,如果是则执行步骤809;如果否,执行步骤807。
步骤809:订购代理服务向原服务商发起退订服务。
步骤810:解析退订结果,通知MTC用户。
本实施例提供的方案,对MTC设备进行批量或者对某个MTC设备进行寻呼,并且在寻呼消息中加入鉴权信息以及系统侧订购代理服务器信息,强行唤醒MTC设备,令MTC设备发起对订购服务器连接请求,订购管理模块根据请求身份信息进行服务商切换以及对原有服务的退订并更新MTC设备中虚拟SIM电路运营商相关订购信息,该方法方便了MTC设备订购服务的效率。
MTC终端侧实例
MTC终端可以包括如下组成部分:
配置模块,设置为完成对MTC设备配置信息的获取、管理和保存;
休眠模块,设置为对MTC工作模式的进行切换;
虚拟SIM管理模块,设置为负责对服务商订购数据以及SIM卡信息进行管理;
身份验证模块,设置为对服务器唤醒进行双向身份验证;
接入模块,设置为完成对目标服务器接入请求管理。
图8为本实施例提供的MTC设备订购服务方法的流程图,本实施例以用户申请修改MTC设备服务商为用户的订购行为为例来进行说明,该流程主要由MTC设备执行,该流程包括:
步骤901:MTC设备开机初始化终端一个或多个模块。
MTC设备进行初始注册,鉴权,接入运营商或者服务商网络。
接入模块进行帧同步、解码广播小区,并扫描当前环境可用小区与该运营商网络小区信息,如果当前网络可用,则发起注册。
步骤902:MTC设备进行待机休眠。
步骤903:MTC设备监听检查是否收到寻呼消息,如果收到则执行步骤904;如果没有收到,执行步骤902继续休眠。
步骤904:判断本次寻呼消息是普通寻呼还是强制唤醒寻呼,如果是强制唤醒寻呼则执行步骤905;如果是普通寻呼,执行步骤902。
判断本次寻呼消息是普通寻呼还是强制唤醒寻呼主要通过寻呼消息是否携带代理服务器信息元素判断,如果有该元素,则认为为强制唤醒寻呼消息;如果没有该元素,认为为普通周期性寻呼。
步骤905:根据鉴权码计算回复结果进行身份验证。
鉴权码为强制唤醒寻呼中携带参数,通过鉴权码,MTC设备的身份验证模块可以通过SIM卡鉴权算法计算唯一鉴权回复发给网络,确认身份唯一,避免错误升级。
步骤906:检查服务器身份验证结果,如果身份验证通过则执行步骤907;如果身份验证没有通过,执行步骤902。
步骤907:接入模块发起对目标订购代理服务接入请求。
接入模块对强制唤醒寻呼消息中携带的订购代理服务器发起连接请求,请求中携带自身IMEI、IMSI以及端口号信息。
步骤908:检查接入请求结果,如果接入成功则执行步骤909;如果接入失败,执行步骤907。
步骤909:循环判断是否有放号数据下发,如果有,执行步骤910;如果没有,执行步骤909。
步骤910:虚拟SIM管理模块进行SIM更新,更新放号数据。
虚拟SIM管理模块更新服务器转发的放号数据、订购数据、新的秘钥数据、以及运营商SIM卡文件信息,写入虚拟SIM电路存储,并删除原有订购数据。
步骤911:重启生效,通知服务端更新结果。
本实施例提供了一种订购服务的装置,该装置应用于服务端,图9是该装置的结构框图,如图9所示,该装置1000包括如下组成部分:
第一接收模块1001,设置为接收终端设备的订购请求消息;
请求模块1002,设置为根据订购请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求;
第一发送模块1003,设置为根据服务商反馈的消息向终端设备发送订购数据或退订结果。
请求模块1002可以包括:寻呼单元,设置为向终端设备发送寻呼请求,订购信息包括:至少一个订购代理服务器的IP地址与端口号信息;接收单元,设置为接收终端设备的接入请求;解析单元,设置为解析接入请求,得到终端设备对应的端口号信息,根据终端设备对应的端口号确定目标服务商;发送单元,设置为向目标服务商发送订购请求或退订请求。
可选的,本实施例提供的装置1000还包括:第二发送模块,设置为在向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求之前,向终端设备发送携带有订购信息的寻呼请求,订购信息包括:终端设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码;第二接收模块,设置为在向终端设备发送携带有订购信息寻呼请求后,接收终端设备的鉴权结果;执行模块,设置为在根据鉴权结果确定终端设备鉴权成功的情况下,执行根据请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求的步骤。
本实施例提供了一种订购服务的装置,该装置应用于客户端侧,如图10所示,该装置1100包括以下组成部分:
唤醒模块1101,设置为接收服务端发送的寻呼消息,如果寻呼消息中包括订购信息,则唤醒终端设备;
第三发送模块1102,设置为根据订购信息向服务端发送接入请求;
第三接收模块1103,设置为在接入服务端后接收来自服务端的订购数 据或退订结果。
其中,上述订购信息包括:至少一个订购代理服务器的IP地址与端口号信息;第三发送模块1102是设置为:在唤醒终端设备后,根据订购代理服务器的IP地址与与终端设备对应的端口号信息向订购代理服务器发送接入请求;第三接收模块1103是设置为:接收订购代理服务器发送的订购数据或退订结果。
此外,订购信息还可以包括:终端设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码;基于此,本实施例提供的装置1100还可以包括,鉴权模块,设置为在唤醒终端设备之后,根据终端设备的IMEI、IMSI以及鉴权码进行鉴权得到鉴权结果,将鉴权结果发送至服务端。
可选的,本实施例提供的装置1100还可以包括:虚拟客户识别模块SIM,设置为在接收服务端发送的订购数据之后,将订购数据写入虚拟客户识别模块SIM进行存储,在接收到退订结果之后,删除SIM中的原有订购数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述实施例所述方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种订购服务的方法,包括:
    接收终端设备的订购请求消息(101);
    根据所述订购请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求(102);
    根据所述服务商发送的所述订购请求消息的反馈消息向所述终端设备发送订购数据或退订结果(103)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述订购请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求(102),包括:
    向所述终端设备发送寻呼请求,所述寻呼请求包括订购信息,所述订购信息包括:至少一个订购代理服务器的互联网协议IP地址与端口号信息;
    接收所述终端设备的接入请求;
    解析所述接入请求,得到所述终端设备对应的端口号信息,根据所述终端设备对应的端口号确定目标服务商;
    向所述目标服务商发送订购请求或退订请求。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    在向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求之前,向所述终端设备发送寻呼请求,所述寻呼请求包括订购信息,所述订购信息包括:所述终端设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码;
    在向所述终端设备发送寻呼请求后,接收所述终端设备的鉴权结果;
    在根据所述鉴权结果确定所述终端设备鉴权成功的情况下,执行根据所述请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求的步骤。
  4. 一种订购服务的方法,包括:
    接收服务端发送的寻呼消息,如果所述寻呼消息中包括订购信息,则唤醒终端设备(201);
    根据所述订购信息向所述服务端发送接入请求(202);
    在接入所述服务端后接收来自所述服务端的订购数据或退订结果 (203)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述订购信息包括:
    至少一个订购代理服务器的互联网协议IP地址与端口号信息;
    所述根据所述订购信息向所述服务端发送接入请求(202),包括:
    在唤醒所述终端设备后,根据订购代理服务器的IP地址以及与所述终端设备对应的端口号信息向订购代理服务器发送接入请求;
    接收来自所述服务端的订购数据或退订结果(203),包括:
    接收所述订购代理服务器发送的订购数据或退订结果。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述订购信息包括:
    所述终端设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码;
    所述方法还包括:
    在唤醒所述终端设备之后,根据所述终端设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码进行鉴权得到鉴权结果,将所述鉴权结果发送至所述服务端。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6任意一项所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    在接收所述服务端发送的订购数据之后,将所述订购数据写入虚拟客户识别模块SIM进行存储,在接收到退订结果之后,删除所述SIM中的原有订购数据。
  8. 一种订购服务的装置(1000),包括:
    第一接收模块(1001),设置为接收终端设备的订购请求消息;
    请求模块(1002),设置为根据所述订购请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求;
    第一发送模块(1003),设置为根据所述服务商发送的所述订购请求消息的反馈消息向所述终端设备发送订购数据或退订结果。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置(1000),其中,所述请求模块(1002)包括:
    寻呼单元,设置为向所述终端设备发送寻呼请求,所述寻呼请求包括订购信息,所述订购信息包括:至少一个订购代理服务器的互联网协议IP地址与端口号信息;
    接收单元,设置为接收所述终端设备的接入请求;
    解析单元,设置为解析所述接入请求,得到所述终端设备对应的端口号信息,根据所述终端设备对应的端口号确定目标服务商;
    发送单元,设置为向所述目标服务商发送订购请求或退订请求。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置(1000),所述装置(1000)还包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为在向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求之前,向所述终端设备发送寻呼请求,所述寻呼请求包括订购信息,所述订购信息包括:所述终端设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码;
    第二接收模块,设置为在向所述终端设备发送寻呼请求后,接收所述终端设备的鉴权结果;
    执行模块,设置为在根据所述鉴权结果确定所述终端设备鉴权成功的情况下,执行根据所述请求消息向服务商发起订购请求或者退订请求的步骤。
  11. 一种终端设备订购服务的装置(1100),包括:
    唤醒模块(1101),设置为接收服务端发送的寻呼消息,如果所述寻呼消息中包括订购信息,则唤醒终端设备;
    第三发送模块(1102),设置为根据所述订购信息向所述服务端发送接入请求;
    第三接收模块(1103),设置为在接入所述服务端后接收来自所述服务端的订购数据或退订结果。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置(1100),所述订购信息包括:
    至少一个订购代理服务器的互联网协议IP地址与端口号信息;
    第三发送模块(1102)是设置为:在唤醒所述终端设备后,根据订购代 理服务器的互联网协议IP地址以及与所述终端设备对应的端口号信息向订购代理服务器发送接入请求;
    所述第三接收模块(1103)是设置为:接收所述订购代理服务器发送的订购数据或退订结果。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置(1100),其中,所述订购信息包括:
    所述终端设备的国际移动设备标识IMEI、国际移动用户识别码IMSI以及鉴权码;
    所述装置(1100)还包括:
    鉴权模块,设置为在唤醒所述终端设备之后,根据所述终端设备的IMEI、IMSI以及鉴权码进行鉴权得到鉴权结果,将所述鉴权结果发送至所述服务端。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13任意一项所述的装置(1100),所述装置(1100)还包括:
    虚拟客户识别模块SIM,设置为在接收所述服务端发送的订购数据之后,将所述订购数据写入虚拟客户识别模块SIM进行存储,在接收到退订结果之后,删除所述SIM中的原有订购数据。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述权利要求4至7中任一项所述的方法。
