背景技术
现有生活中的家具、货架、展示架、置物架等设备中,通常包括有可拆卸的支架,支架通常由多个支撑件、固定件、活动件连接构成。
现有技术中支撑件与固定件之间直接的连接方式通常包括以下几种:
1、支撑件与固定件之间直接焊接在一起,这种连接方式无法实现可拆卸的功能,不便于搬运;
2、支撑件与固定件之间通过螺钉等连接件连接在一起,这种连接方式支架拆装起来较麻烦;
3、在支撑件上设置卡扣孔,固定件上设置有卡扣,固定件通过卡扣卡进卡扣孔内实现与卡扣孔的固定连接,这种连接方式卡扣卡进卡扣孔内的时候需要敲击才能够卡进,而且这种连接方式中的卡扣孔不能够与设置挂钩的活动件进行配合连接;
4、在支撑件上设置有挂孔,固定件、活动件上设置有挂钩,固定件通过挂钩挂在支撑件的挂孔内并配备螺钉等连接件进一步的固定连接固定件和支撑件,活动件则直接通过挂钩挂在挂孔内,如图1-2中所示;这种连接方式,支撑件上的挂孔虽然能够同时适用于固定件和活动件的连接,但是固定件的连接还需要配备螺钉等部件最进一步的固定,导致支架拆装较麻烦;

针对现有背景技术中提到的现有支架连接架构中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种支架连接结构以及采用该连接结构的支架,本发明提供的连接结构,连接快速方便,且现有中的活动件也可与发明中的支撑件配合连接。

本实施例提供的设置在支撑件上的插孔3还适用于现有的端部延伸设置有挂钩结构9的活动件8,活动件8可根据具体具体情况活动的连接到支撑件上不同位置处的插孔内,如图3中所示。活动件8端部设置的挂钩结构9,可直接钩在插孔的卡合部内。由此可见,本发明提供的支架连接结构和可与现有的支架的活动件配合使用,并不须知重新制作配套的活动件,使用范围广。
实施例2
由于一些支架上不便于开设插孔或设置凸扣,例如一些家具上,本发明通过将插孔或凸扣设置在连接件上,连接件再可拆卸的安装到支撑件、固定件上,从而方便连接结构的设置。
具体的,支架连接结构包括有可拆卸的安装在支撑件1的第一连接件;第一连接件上设置有至少一组连接孔结构,固定件上设置有至少一组凸起结构;连接孔结构包括有两对称设置的插孔,凸起结构包括有两对称设置的凸扣,插孔包括连通的插入部和卡合部,卡合部间隙小于插入部间隙,凸扣插入插入部,并移动卡进卡合部内。
其中,第一连接件的具体形状可根据支撑件的形式来进行调整,此处不做限制;
例如,如图12中所示,第一连接件5为一片状结构,第一连接件5通过螺钉固定到支撑件1上,同时支撑件1上与第一连接件5的插孔对应位置处设置有具有一定深度的凹陷部,用于容置穿过插孔的凸扣;
例如,如图13中所示,第一连接件51为横截面呈“L”型的条形结构,第一连接的51的两侧面上可排布有多组插孔,第一连接件51覆在支撑件的侧壁上并通过螺钉等部件进行连接;
例如,如图14中所示,第一连接件52为横截面呈

型的条形结构,第一连接的52的三侧面上可排布有多组插孔,第一连接件52覆在支撑件的侧壁上并通过螺钉等部件进行连接;
例如,如图15中所示,第一连接件53为横截面呈“口”型的条形结构,第一连接的53的四个侧面上可排布有多组插孔,第一连接件53包住支撑件并通过螺钉等部件进行连接。
在本实施例中,该支架连接结构还包括有第二连接件,凸扣设置在第二连接件上,第二连接件再可拆卸的安装到固定件2上;在本实施例中,第二连接件呈片状,如图12中所示;当然,在其他实施例中,第二连接件也可呈“L”型或

型或“口”,此处不做限制。
在本实施例中,插孔和凸扣的具体结构可参照实施例1中所述,此处不再赘述。
实施例3
参照16-20,本发明提供了一种支架连接结构,用于连接支架的支撑件1和固定件2。该支架连接结构包括设置在支撑件1上的至少一组连接孔结构和设置在固定件2上的至少一组凸起结构;连接孔结构包括有两个上下设置且朝向相同的插孔3,凸起结构包括有两个上下设置且朝向相同的凸扣4;其中,插孔3包括连通的插入部301和卡合部302,卡合部302间隙小于插入部301间隙,凸扣4插入插入部301,并移动卡进卡合部302内。
本发明提供的连接结构,凸扣插入插孔并在其内移动,通过插孔内间隙的改变来实现插入、卡合固定,结构简单,拆装方便;而且两个上下设置的插孔与两个上下设置的凸扣一起配合连接,保证了连接的强度和连接的稳定性。
在本实施例中插孔的组数以及排列方式可根据具体情况进行调整,例如可如图16中所示,若干组插孔排列成一列设置在支撑件上,此处不做限制。
在本实施例中,参照图17,插孔3由垂直连通的插入部301和卡合部302组成,插入部301水平设置,卡合部302竖直设置;其中,卡合部302为自插入部302底部向下延伸设置的条形孔。
在本实施例中,结合图18、20,凸扣4由连接部401和弯折部402组成,连接部401和弯折部402均呈片状,连接部401竖向设置且其一侧边连接到固定件2上,与之相对的另一侧边连接弯折部402,且弯折部402横向弯折延伸;弯折部402与插入部301匹配,以便于弯折部402能够插进插孔内;连接部401与卡合部302匹配,以便于连接部能够卡在卡合部302内。
进一步说明凸扣4与插孔3之间的连接原理:
连接前,凸扣4的连接部401垂直于插孔3所在平面,弯折部402与插孔3所在平面,且凸扣与插入部301相对;如图9,凸扣4插进插入部301内;使得连接部401与卡合部302相对,然后将凸扣4下移,使得连接部401卡进卡合部302内,连接部401与卡合部302过盈配合;同时弯折部402压在卡合部302一侧的支撑件1上,从而实现固定的效果。
在本实施例中,插孔呈“7”字型,凸扣呈

型,且上下设置的两凸扣的弯折部402的弯折方向的朝向相同,这种结构形式进一步的保证了连接的稳定性和强度。当然,在其他实施例中,插孔3也可呈“T”型,此处不做限制。
在本实施例中,凸扣4优选的为弹性扣,有利于增强卡合处的连接强度和稳定性。
在本实施例中,固定件1上还设置有至少一个支点10,支点10与凸扣4位于固定件2的同一面上,且位于凸扣4的一侧。当支撑件、固定件均为板状结构的时候,设置在支撑件上的深度有限,因此凸扣插进所述插孔内后固定件的表面与支撑件的表面不贴合,通过支点10的设置起到支撑的作用,有利于防止固定件连接处断裂,确保连接的稳定性。进一步的,在本实施例中,每个凸扣的一侧均设置有一个支点10,如图18中所示。
当然,在其他实施例中,每组凸扣也可配备有一个支点10,支点10与两凸扣间形成一三角形,有利于保证支撑的稳定性,如图19中所示。
当然,在其他实施例中,支点10的设置数量以及形状均可根据具体情况进行调整,此处不做限制。
当然,在其他实施例中,也可不设置有支点,当支撑件、固定件为方管结构的时候,能够保证插孔有足够的深度,且凸扣是设置在固定件端部的延伸板上的,凸扣卡进插孔内后延伸板紧贴支撑件表面,同时固定件的方管端部也可抵在支撑件的侧面上,这中情况下就无需设置支点。
在本实施例中,连接孔结构与支撑件一体成型,即插孔直接形成在支撑件上;凸起结构与固定件一体成型,即凸扣直接形成在固定件上。
当然,在其他实施例中,连接结构也可可拆卸的安装在支撑件上,凸起结构也可可拆卸的安装在固定件上,从而方便连接结构、凸起结构的设置。例如,插孔、凸扣分别设置在一连接件上,连接件再可拆卸的安装到支撑件、固定件上,当然也可通过其他方式实现,此处不做限制。
本发明提供的支架连接结构,结构简单,拆装方便,适用于家具、置物架、货架、展示架等设备内的支架连接。
本实施例提供的设置在支撑件上的插孔还适用于现有的端部延伸设置有挂钩结构的活动件,活动件可根据具体具体情况活动的连接到支撑件上不同位置处的插孔内。活动件端部设置的挂钩结构,可直接钩在插孔的卡合部内。由此可见,本发明提供的支架连接结构和可与现有的支架的活动件配合使用,并不须知重新制作配套的活动件,使用范围广。
实施例4
参照图21-25,本实施例提供了一种支架,包括有多个支撑件1、固定件2,所述支撑件1与固定件2之间实施例1或实施例2或实施例3中所述的支架连接结构进行连接。
其中,参照图21,支架中支撑件1包括有垂直支撑件1a和水平支撑件1b,固定件包括有固定件2a和固定件2b。
具体的,垂直支撑件1a的三个侧面上沿其长度方向上均书序排布有多组连接孔结构,固定件2a和固定件2b的一端设置有凸起结构,固定件2a和固定件2b 的一端分别连接到垂直支撑件1a上,如图18中所示;水平支撑件1b端部设置有两组连接孔结构,固定件2b的另一端设置有凸起结构,固定件2b通过凸起结构、连接孔结构与水平支撑件1b连接。
当然,在其他实施例中支架的结构形式以及连接形式并不局限于图16中所示,此处不做限制。
在本实施例中,支架还包括有多个活动件8,具体如图21、25中所示,包括有活动件8a和活动件8b;其中,活动件8为现在支架中通用的活动件,其端部上设置有挂钩结构,活动件直接通过挂钩结构活动钩到支撑件上不同位置处的插孔内。
本实施例提供的这种支架,结构简单,拆装方便,组合更具有灵活性。
实施例5
本发明提供了一种具有电连接结构的支架,包括有多个支撑件和多个固定件,支撑件与固定件之间采用实施例1或实施例2或实施例3中所述的支架连接结构进行连接。
在本实施例中,插孔背面对应位置处均设置有与外部电源连接的电连接片,所述连接孔结构构成电插座。本实施例通过在支架上布置连接孔结构,并在连接孔结构的背面直接布置电连接片,以构成电插座结构,为支架上的设备供电,减少电线的使用,实现智能走线。
其中,支架的具体结构可参照实施例4中所示,也可为其他结构形式,此处不做限制。
参照26-27,在本实施例中,多组连接孔结构沿着支撑件1的长度方向顺序排列设置,即支撑件1上布置有左右两排相互平行的插孔3;多组连接孔结构同一侧的插孔3共用一根电连接片11,即支撑件1内布置有两根较长的且相互平行的电连接片11,两根电连接片11的上端或下端再与外部电源连接。同一侧的插孔3共用一根长的电连接片11,有利于进一步的简化结构,减少电源线的使用。
当然,在其他实施例中,也可在每组连接孔结构后面布置有两个短的电连接片,相邻连接孔结构背面对应的电连接片再串联或并联在一起,此处不做限制。
在本实施例中,支撑件1包括有支撑件主体101,支撑件主体101一侧沿其长度方向设置有凹槽1011,电连接片11安装在凹槽1011内;凹槽1011的槽口上盖设置有盖板102,连接孔结构设置在盖板102上,即插孔3设置在盖板102上。
其中,电连接片11通过一安装件12可拆卸的安装到凹槽1011内,在本实施例中安装件12的横截面呈“M”型。具体的,凹槽1011内侧壁上设置有第一凸起结构1021,安装件12上对应位置处设置有第一卡槽1201,第一凸起结构1012卡进第一卡槽1201内,从而实现安装件12与支撑件主体101之间的可拆卸连接;安装件12朝向盖板102的一侧上设置两个插槽1202,两插槽1202分别与两对称设置的插孔3相对,两插槽1202内分别插设有电连接片11。当然,在其他实施例中,安装件12的具体结构并不局限于以上所述,可根据具体情况来进行调整,此处不做限制。
进一步的,电连接片11的横截面呈弹性弧形状安装在插槽1202内,即电连接片11具有一定的弹性,且其横截面呈弧形;上述设置,以便于当插头插入到插槽1202中的时候,插头能够稳固的卡在电连接片11与插槽1202侧壁之间,而不会随意掉下来。
其中,盖板102上沿其长度方向两对称边上分别设置有第二凸起结构1021,支撑件主体101上对应位置处设置有第二卡槽1013,第二凸起结构1021卡进第二卡槽1013内,从而实现盖板102与支撑件主体101之间的可拆卸连接。
进一步的,为了增强盖板102与支撑件主体101之间的连接强度,在盖板102上增设连接孔1022,并配备螺钉13连接盖板102和支撑件主体101。
在本实施例中,支撑件主体101、盖板102均可采用金属材料制成,以保证支撑件1的强度、支架的强度,安装件12采用绝缘材料制成,以避免漏电。
在其他实施例中,支撑件的具体结构并不局限于以上所述,可根据具体情况进行调整。
例如,图28-29中所示,支撑件1’为一中空的方管结构,即支撑件1’的横截面呈矩形。安装件12自上而下插入到支撑件1’的中空部内,连接孔结构设置在支撑件1’的一侧壁上。进一步的,安装件12左右侧壁上还设置有第三卡槽1203,第三卡槽1203内插设有一抵板10,底板14的一侧抵在第三卡槽1203内,另一侧抵在支撑件1’的内侧壁上,从而使得安装件12紧固在支撑件1’内。当然,安装件12与支撑件1’之间的连接方式也可根据具体情况来进行调整,此处不做限制。
又例如,图30-31中所示,支撑件1”由支撑件主体101”和盖板102”构成,其中支撑件主体101”和盖板102”的很截面均呈“L”型;支撑件主体101”相邻两侧壁上均设置有凹槽1011”,其中至少一侧的凹槽1011”内通过安装件12布置有电连接片11;盖板102”两侧壁上均设置有连接孔结构。
在本实施例中,只有一侧的凹槽1011”内布置有安装件12和电连接片11,因此盖板102”上一侧壁上的连接孔结构可以作为插座使用,另一侧壁上的连接孔结构只能够作为与固定件上卡扣连接的插孔结构。
本技术领域的技术人员应理解,本发明可以以许多其他具体形式实现而不脱离其本身的精神或范围。尽管已描述了本发明的实施案例,应理解本发明不应限制为这些实施例,本技术领域的技术人员可如所附权利要求书界定的本发明的精神和范围之内作出变化和修改。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种支架连接结构,用于连接支架的支撑件和固定件,其特征在于,所述支架连接结构包括设置在所述支撑件上的至少一组连接孔结构和设置在所述固定件上的至少一组凸起结构;所述连接孔结构包括有两对称设置的插孔,所述凸起结构包括有两对称设置的凸扣,所述插孔包括连通的插入部和卡合部,所述卡合部间隙小于所述插入部间隙,所述凸扣插入所述插入部,并移动卡进所述卡合部内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述凸扣由连接部和弯折部组成,所述连接部的一端连接所述固定件,另一端连接弯折部;所述弯折部与所述插入部匹配,所述连接部与所述卡合部匹配,所述弯折部插进所述插入部,所述凸扣下移使得所述连接部卡进所述卡合部内,且所述弯折部压在所述卡合部一侧的支撑件上,所述连接部与所述卡合部过盈配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,两所述凸扣的弯折部的弯折方向相背;所述凸扣为弹性扣。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述插入部与卡合部垂直设置;所述插孔呈“7”字型,所述凸扣呈

  5. 一种支架连接结构,用于连接支架的支撑件和固定件,其特征在于,包括有可拆卸的安装在所述支撑件上的第一连接件;所述第一连接件上设置有至少一组连接孔结构,所述固定件上设置有至少一组凸起结构;所述连接孔结构包括有两对称设置的插孔,所述凸起结构包括有两对称设置的凸扣,所述插孔包括连通的插入部和卡合部,所述卡合部间隙小于所述插入部间隙,所述凸扣插入所述插入部,并移动卡进所述卡合部内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件为横截面呈“一”字型或“L”型或

    型或“口”字型的条形结构,所述第一连接件覆在所述支撑件上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述支架连接结构还包括有可拆卸的安装在所述固定件上的第二连接件,所述凸起结构设置在所 述第二连接件上;所述第二连接件呈片状,所述第二连接件通过螺钉固定到所述支撑件上。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述插入部与卡合部垂直设置;所述凸扣由连接部和弯折部组成,所述连接部的一端连接所述固定件,另一端连接弯折部;所述弯折部与所述插入部匹配,所述连接部与所述卡合部匹配,所述弯折部插进所述插入部,所述凸扣下移使得所述连接部卡进所述卡合部内,且所述弯折部压在所述卡合部一侧的第一连接件上,所述连接部与所述卡合部过盈配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,两所述凸扣的弯折部的弯折方向相背;所述凸扣为弹性扣。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述插孔呈“7”字型,所述凸扣呈

  11. 一种支架连接结构,用于连接支架的支撑件和固定件,其特征在于,所述支架连接结构包括有设置在所述支撑件上的至少一组连接孔结构和设置在所述固定件上的至少一组凸起结构,连接孔结构包括有两个上下设置且朝向相同的插孔,凸起结构包括有两个上下设置且朝向相同的凸扣;所述插孔包括连通的插入部和卡合部,所述卡合部间隙小于所述插入部间隙,所述凸扣插入所述插入部,并移动卡进所述卡合部内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述插入部与卡合部垂直设置;所述凸扣由连接部和弯折部组成,所述连接部的一端连接所述固定件,另一端连接弯折部;所述弯折部与所述插入部匹配,所述连接部与所述卡合部匹配,所述弯折部插进所述插入部,所述凸扣下移使得所述连接部卡进所述卡合部内,且所述弯折部压在所述卡合部一侧的支撑件上,所述连接部与所述卡合部过盈配合。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,两所述凸扣的弯折部的弯折方向相背;所述插孔呈“7”字型,所述凸扣呈

    型;所述凸扣为弹性扣。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述固定件上还设置有至少一个支点,所述支点与所述凸扣位于所述固定件的同一面上,且位于所述凸扣的一侧;每个凸扣的一侧均设置有一个支点,或每两个凸扣的一侧均设置有一个支点。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的支架连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接孔结构与所述支撑件一体成型,或者所述连接结构可拆卸的安装在所述支撑件上;所述凸起结构与所述固定件一体成型,或者所述凸起结构可拆卸的安装在所述固定件上。
  16. 一种支架,包括有支撑件、固定件,其特征在于,所述支撑件与所述固定件之间采用权利要求1-15中任意一项所述的支架连接结构进行连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支架还包括有活动件,所述活动件上设置有挂钩结构,所述挂钩结构活动钩在所述插孔内。
  18. 一种具有电连接结构的支架,由多个支撑件和多个固定件连接构成,其特征在于,所述支撑件与所述固定件之间采用权利要求1-15中任意一项所述的支架连接结构进行连接;所述插孔背面对应位置处均设置有与外部电源连接的电连接片,所述连接孔结构构成电插座。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的具有电连接结构的支架,其特征在于,所述多组连接孔结构沿着所述支撑件的长度方向顺序排列设置,且多组连接孔结构同一侧的插孔共用一根电连接片。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的具有电连接结构的支架,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括有支撑件主体,所述支撑件主体一侧沿其长度方向设置有凹槽,所述电连接片安装在所述凹槽内;所述凹槽的槽口上盖设置有盖板,所述连接孔结构设置在所述盖板上。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的具有电连接结构的支架,其特征在于,所述电连接片通过一安装件可拆卸的安装到所述凹槽内;所述安装件朝向所述盖板的一侧上设置两个插槽,两所述插槽分别与两对称设置的插孔相对,两所述插槽内分别插设有所述电连接片。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的具有电连接结构的支架,其特征在于,所述电连接片的横截面呈弹性弧形状安装在所述插槽内。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的具有电连接结构的支架,其特征在于,所述凹槽内侧壁上设置有第一凸起结构,所述安装件的一侧设置有第一卡槽,所述第一凸起结构卡进所述第一卡槽内。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的具有电连接结构的支架,其特征在于,所述盖板上沿其长度方向两对称边上分别设置有第二凸起结构,所述支撑件主体上对应位置处设置有第二卡槽,所述第二凸起结构卡进所述第二卡槽内。
  25. 根据权利要求21所述的具有电连接结构的支架,其特征在于,所述安装件采用绝缘材料制成。
