一种信息处理方法和装置和计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域中的信息处理技术,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法和装置和计算机存储介质。
背景技术
随着互联网的普遍应用和移动终端技术的迅速发展,移动终端更新换代的速度不断加快。用户更换移动终端的频率也更快,如何将旧手机中的用户数据快速方便地迁移到新手机中已成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。目前,常用的终端之间的数据迁移技术是一键换机技术。使用一键换机技术,可以实现相同操作系统不同终端之间的数据(包括通信录数据、短信数据、照片和应用软件等数据)的迁移。
但在不同操作系统不同终端之间采用一键换机技术进行数据迁移时,只能实现迁移数据终端的基本数据(包括通讯录数据、短信数据和照片等数据)的迁移,而迁移数据终端中安装的应用程序以及应用程序中的信息内容等数据不能迁移到接收迁移数据终端中,给用户带来了较大的不便,降低了用户的体验效果。
发明内容
本发明实施例期望提供一种信息处理方法和装置和计算机存储介质,能够解决现有技术中不同操作系统不同终端之间的应用程序及应用程序中的信息内容等数据无法迁移的问题,实现用不同操作系统不同终端之间的应用程序及应用程序中的信息内容等数据的迁移,提高了用户的体验效果。

    获取第二终端发送的应用数据包信息;其中,所述应用数据包信息包括所述第二终端中安装的应用的信息以及用户数据;
    基于所述第二终端的应用的信息获取应用程序信息;
    基于所述应用程序信息安装目标应用程序;
    恢复所述用户数据至所述目标应用程序中。

    发送所述第二终端的应用的信息和所述第一终端的系统信息至服务器;

    若申请成功,从所述用户数据中获取与所述目标应用程序对应的目标用户数据,存储所述目标用户数据至所述目标应用程序中并恢复所述目标用户数据。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基于第二终端的应用的信息获取所述目标应用程序信息之前,还包括:
    发送控制指令至所述服务器;其中,所述控制指令用于指示所述第一终端安装所述目标应用程序时是否获取最新版本的所述目标应用程序。
  9. 一种信息处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    接收第一终端发送的第二终端的应用的信息和所述第一终端的系统信息;
    根据所述第二终端的应用的信息和所述第一终端的系统信息,获取应用程序信息;
    发送所述应用程序信息至所述第一终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端的应用的信息包括所述第二终端的应用的标识信息和版本信息。

    接收所述第一终端发送的控制指令;
    判断所述控制指令是否指示将目标应用程序升级到最新版本;
    若所述控制指令指示将所述目标应用程序升级到最新版本,则判断所述目标应用程序的版本信息对应的版本是否是最新版本;
    若所述目标应用程序的版本信息对应的版本不是最新版本,则从所述应用信息数据库中获取所述目标应用程序的最新版本的应用下载地址得到所述目标应用程序下载地址;
    发送所述目标应用程序下载地址至所述第一终端;
    或者若所述控制指令指示将所述目标应用程序升级到最新版本,判断所述目标应用程序的版本信息对应的应用程序安装包是否是最新版本;
    若所述目标应用程序的版本信息对应的应用程序安装包不是最新版本,则从所述应用信息数据库中获取目标应用程序的最新版本安装包得到所述目标应用程序安装包;

    所述第一获取模块,设置为获取所述目标应用程序的写入权限;
    所述第一处理模块,设置为若所述目标应用程序的写入权限为允许写入,从所述用户数据中获取与所述目标应用程序对应的目标用户数据,存储所述目标用户数据至所述目标应用程序中并恢复所述目标用户数据。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述恢复单元还包括:第二处理模块和第三处理模块;其中:
    所述第二处理模块,设置为若所述目标应用程序的写入权限为不允许写入,则申请允许写入的写入权限;
    所述第三获取模块,设置为若申请成功,从所述用户数据中获取与所述目标应用程序对应的目标用户数据,存储所述目标用户数据至所述目标应用程序中并恢复所述目标用户数据。
  16. 一种信息处理装置,其中,所述装置包括:接收单元、第三获取单元和发送单元;其中:
    所述接收单元,设置为接收第一终端发送的第二终端的应用的信息和第一终端的系统信息;
    所述第三获取单元,设置为根据所述第二终端的应用的信息和所述第一终端的系统信息,获取应用程序信息;
    所述发送单元,设置为发送所述应用程序信息至所述第一终端。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行如权利要求1至12中所述的方法中的至少其中之一。
