Description
本发明涉及软胶玩具领域技术,尤其是指一种挤凸张合玩具。
软胶玩具一般具有较舒适手感,也具有造型丰富多样性,但是,现有的软胶玩具一直较少有结构及玩法上的突破,难以满足人们对软胶玩具的新颖性、趣味性追求。本专利申请中,申请人精心研究了一种新型的玩具,以更好地满足人们的需求。
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种玩具,其具有结构新颖、趣味性强、充满活力、操作简便易控等优势,同时,其结构简单、易于生产制作、使用稳定性佳,适于推广生产应用以满足娱乐、教学、整蛊等需要。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种玩具,包括有受挤压可变形的中空软胶壳体、装设于中空软胶壳体上的第一造型件和枢接于第一造型件上的第二造型件,该第二造型件相对第一造型件可上下旋转式装设;其中,该中空软胶壳体内部具有充气腔,该中空软胶壳体上开设有连通充气腔的充气孔,该充气孔内装设有密封塞;所述中空软胶壳体具有向下拱起的顶壁,所述中空软胶壳体于顶壁的上方形成有容纳凹腔,所述中空软胶壳体上还具有用于限位第二造型件的止挡部;所述第一造型件连接于顶壁上;
非挤压状态下,顶壁呈向下拱起形状,第一造型件的底部隐藏于容纳凹腔内,第二造型件受止挡部之朝向第一造型件所在侧支撑作用力,第二造型件与第一造型件闭合;
挤压状态下,顶壁呈向上拱起形状,第二造型件随同第一造型件向上凸露,第二造型件脱离止挡部的支撑,第二造型件在自重作用力下向下旋转以与第一造型件之间形成张口。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知,其主要是通过对中空软胶壳体、第一造型件和第二造型件的特殊结构设计,巧妙地实现了玩具产品的挤凸张合;在非挤压状态下,顶壁呈向下拱起形状,第一造型件的底部隐藏于容纳凹腔内,第二造型件受止挡部支撑,第二造型件与第一造型件闭合,可以形成公仔头部缩回、嘴巴闭合的状态;而在挤压状态下,顶壁呈向上拱起形状,第二造型件随同第一造型件向上凸露,第二造型件脱离止挡部的支撑,第二造型件在自重作用力下向下旋转以与第一造型件之间形成张口,可以形成公仔突然向外凸出张开嘴巴的状态;其具有结构新颖、趣味性强、充满活力、操作简便易控等优势,同时,其结构简单、易于生产制作、使用稳定性佳,适于推广生产应用以满足娱乐、教学、整蛊等需要。

请参照图1至图2所示,其显示出了本发明之实施例的具体结构;所述玩具包括有受挤压可变形的中空软胶壳体10、装设于中空软胶壳体10上的第一造型件20和枢接于第一造型件20上的第二造型件30,作为优选,所述中空软胶壳体10为搪胶壳体,所述第一造型件20、第二造型件30均为塑胶件,当然,此处并非对前述各部件的材质作限定,也可选择其它适用材质。所述第一造型件20、第二造型件30一般做成动物头部形状,例如:第一造型件20上具有上颚及头部,第二造型件30具有下颚。
本实施例中,所述第一造型件20、第二造型件30均斜向上延伸设置,所述第一造型件20位于第二造型件30上侧。该第二造型件30相对第一造型件20可上下旋转式装设;此处,在第一造型件20上装设有水平延伸的枢接轴21,所述第二造型件30上开设有枢接孔,所述枢接孔活动式套装于枢接轴21上,第二造型件30绕枢接轴21可上下旋转式设置。
该中空软胶壳体10内部具有充气腔11,该中空软胶壳体10上开设有连通充气腔11的充气孔12,该充气孔12内装设有密封塞13;所述中空软胶壳体10具有向下拱起的顶壁101,所述中空软胶壳体10于顶壁101的上方形成有容纳凹腔102,所述中空软胶壳体10上还具有用于限位第二造型件30的止挡部103;所述第一造型件20连接于顶壁101上,所述顶壁101的外表面向上凸设有连接凸部104,前述第一造型件20底部装设于连接凸部104上,所述连接凸部104优选设置于顶壁101的中央部位,有利于挤凸平衡性;本实施例中,所述连接凸部104顶端向下凹设有连接孔,前述第一造型件20的底部具有连接柱22,所述连接柱22嵌入连接孔内,组装十分方便。所述中空软胶壳体10还具有底壁105和一体连接于底壁105上的周侧壁106,周侧壁106的顶端连接有向下翻折延伸的环形翻边107,前述顶壁101的周缘一体连接于环形翻边107的底端,所述环形翻边107与周侧壁106的交界处构成前述止挡部103。
如图1所示,非挤压状态下,顶壁101呈向下拱起形状,第一造型件20的底部隐藏于容纳凹腔102内,第二造型件30受止挡部103之朝向第一造型件20所在侧支撑作用力,第二造型件30与第一造型件20闭合;以及,止挡部103所在位置高于第一造型件20的底部,枢接轴21所在位置高于止挡部103所在位置。
如图2所示,挤压状态下,顶壁101呈向上拱起形状,第二造型件30随同第一造型件20向上凸露,第二造型件30脱离止挡部103的支撑,第二造型件30在自重作用力下向下旋转以与第一造型件20之间形成张口40。
以及,所述充气孔12开设于中空软胶壳体10的底部,所述充气孔12呈内小外大之台阶孔结构,所述中空软胶壳体10的内底面对应充气孔12凸设有加厚部,充气孔12向上贯通加厚部;所述密封塞13的竖向截面呈凸字形结构,所述密封塞13底端面与中空软胶壳体10的底端面保持齐平。
综上所述,本发明主要是通过对中空软胶壳体、第一造型件和第二造型件的特殊结构设计,巧妙地实现了玩具产品的挤凸张合;在非挤压状态下,顶壁呈向下拱起形状,第一造型件的底部隐藏于容纳凹腔内,第二造型件受止挡部支撑,第二造型件与第一造型件闭合,可以形成公仔头部缩回、嘴巴闭合的状态;而在挤压状态下,顶壁呈向上拱起形状,第二造型件随同第一造型件向上凸露,第二造型件脱离止挡部的支撑,第二造型件在自重作用力下向下旋转以与第一造型件之间形成张口,可以形成公仔突然向外凸出张开嘴巴的状态;其具有结构新颖、趣味性强、充满活力、操作简便易控等优势,同时,其结构简单、易于生产制作、使用稳定性佳,适于推广生产应用以满足娱乐、教学、整蛊等需要。

Claims (10)
- 一种玩具,其特征在于:包括有受挤压可变形的中空软胶壳体、装设于中空软胶壳体上的第一造型件和枢接于第一造型件上的第二造型件,该第二造型件相对第一造型件可上下旋转式装设;其中,该中空软胶壳体内部具有充气腔,该中空软胶壳体上开设有连通充气腔的充气孔,该充气孔内装设有密封塞;所述中空软胶壳体具有向下拱起的顶壁,所述中空软胶壳体于顶壁的上方形成有容纳凹腔,所述中空软胶壳体上还具有用于限位第二造型件的止挡部;所述第一造型件连接于顶壁上;非挤压状态下,顶壁呈向下拱起形状,第一造型件的底部隐藏于容纳凹腔内,第二造型件受止挡部之朝向第一造型件所在侧支撑作用力,第二造型件与第一造型件闭合;挤压状态下,顶壁呈向上拱起形状,第二造型件随同第一造型件向上凸露,第二造型件脱离止挡部的支撑,第二造型件在自重作用力下向下旋转以与第一造型件之间形成张口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的玩具,其特征在于:所述顶壁的外表面向上凸设有连接凸部,前述第一造型件底部装设于连接凸部上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的玩具,其特征在于:所述连接凸部设置于顶壁的中央部位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的玩具,其特征在于:所述连接凸部顶端向下凹设有连接孔,前述第一造型件的底部具有连接柱,所述连接柱嵌入连接孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的玩具,其特征在于:所述中空软胶壳体还具有底壁和一体连接于底壁上的周侧壁,周侧壁的顶端连接有向下翻折延伸的环形翻边,前述顶壁的周缘一体连接于环形翻边的底端,所述环形翻边与周侧壁的交界处构成前述止挡部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的玩具,其特征在于:所述第一造型件、第二造型件均斜向上延伸设置,所述第一造型件位于第二造型件上侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的玩具,其特征在于:所述第一造型件上装设有水平延伸的枢接轴,所述第二造型件上开设有枢接孔,所述枢接孔活动式套装于枢接轴上,第二造型件绕枢接轴可上下旋转式设置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的玩具,其特征在于:非挤压状态下,止挡部所在位置高于第一造型件的底部,枢接轴所在位置高于止挡部所在位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的玩具,其特征在于:所述充气孔开设于中空软胶壳体的底部,所述充气孔呈内小外大之台阶孔结构,所述中空软胶壳体的内底面对应充气孔凸设有加厚部,充气孔向上贯通加厚部;所述密封塞的竖向截面呈凸字形结构,所述密封塞底端面与中空软胶壳体的底端面保持齐平。
- 根据权利要求1所述的玩具,其特征在于:所述中空软胶壳体为搪胶壳体,所述第一造型件、第二造型件均为塑胶件。
