EP 2 277 41 1 A1 shows a transport container with elongate compartments separated from one another by partitions, in which drawer extension guides are accommodated. In each case, a protruding pin is additionally provided in the elongated compartments, which serves to secure the position of the drawer extension guides. A disadvantage of this transport container, however, that openings in the Schubladenausziehführungen must be present, which cooperate with the pins.
On the other hand, DE 20 2008 005 728 U1 shows a packaging for side parts of furniture parts, the packaging having a plurality of uprights extending upwards from the bottom of the packaging and serving to support the side parts. A disadvantage of this packaging, however, is that their production is relatively expensive.
The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages described above and to provide a comparison with the prior art improved transport container, which is among other things economically manufacturable.
These objects are achieved by the features of independent claims 1 and 6.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims. An essential idea with regard to the transport container according to the invention is therefore that the at least one holding element is made of a profiled fiber molding material. As a result, not only the production of a cost-effective retaining element is achieved, but also avoided damage to the receivable in the transport container furniture fittings. By fibrous form is meant that material which is predominantly made from waste paper and is pressed into the respective shape with the aid of water. The starting material is, for example, paper and cardboard, also called pulp, which is first shredded in a water bath and then can form special forms by suction and pressing.
According to one embodiment, the at least one retaining element is profiled such that the retaining element has at least two, preferably a plurality, retaining ribs, wherein the at least two retaining ribs are spaced apart from one another by a respective space. As a result, a reliable position assurance of the furniture fittings can be achieved within the transport container.
According to a further embodiment it can be provided that at least two or more furniture fittings are arranged in the intermediate space. It can preferably be provided that each furniture fitting is arranged in each case a gap. This prevents the furniture fittings from contacting each other and damaging their surfaces.
In order to achieve a particularly simple production, the at least one holding element can be profiled in such a way that the holding ribs have hollow chambers. As a result, the material consumption can be reduced.
According to one embodiment, it may be provided that the at least one holding element has a base surface from which the holding ribs extend upwardly and / or downwardly, wherein it is preferably provided that the holding ribs are formed conical. Of course, the direction up or down depends on the position of the holding elements. This feature is therefore based on that position in which rest the holding elements on a flat surface, so that the base surface of the holding elements is substantially parallel to this surface. In this case, the holding ribs thus extend either in the direction from the base to the surface or in the direction away from the surface. By this measure, in turn, the position assurance of the furniture fittings is improved in the transport container and prevents damage to the furniture fittings. According to a further embodiment, the at least one furniture fitting on the front side on an end face with which rests the at least one furniture fitting in a line contact on at least one holding element. As a result, the contact surface between furniture fitting and retaining element is reduced to a minimum. It can also be provided that the at least one intermediate space is substantially cone-shaped.
The at least one intermediate space can be profiled trapezoidally in a plan view, preferably over an entire height of the holding element. This measure also supports the achievement of a line contact between furniture fitting and retaining element. Despite the reduction of contact to a line contact, it is ensured that the surface of the furniture fittings is not damaged.
In order to achieve a particularly simple production of the transport container, it is provided that the transport container consists of a preferably substantially parallelepiped-shaped box, which is preferably made of a fiber-forming material, in particular of a cardboard material or of a cardboard material, and at least one holding element arranged in the box , In addition, it can be provided that the at least one retaining element is made of a cardboard material or of a cardboard material. This ensures that there is a particularly light transport container in relation to the weight of the transport container.
The transport container may have at least one closure element for closing the transport container. It is the transport container so closed by a lid, so that in case of accidental tipping over of the transport container a dropping out of the furniture fittings or a possible contamination of the furniture fittings is prevented during storage. According to one embodiment, it may be provided that two or more groups of differently shaped holding elements are arranged within the transport container, wherein each group comprises at least one holding element. It can preferably be provided that the at least one holding elements of at least two groups are constructed substantially mirror-inverted symmetrical. This allows a two-sided position assurance, respectively at the ends of the furniture fittings, done, resulting in a particularly good positional fixation. By fixing the position also an automated introduction and removal of the furniture fittings in or out of the transport container is made possible. Of course, it is also possible that the at least two groups of holding elements can not be constructed symmetrically mirror-inverted.
According to a further embodiment it can be provided that the at least one retaining element of at least one group is designed for keeping the at least one furniture fitting in a position relative to the transport container and / or relative to another furniture fitting. Thus, in addition to the aforementioned good position fixation additionally ensures that a distance from a bottom and / or an upper side of the transport container is possible. Here again, an automated introduction and removal of the furniture fittings in or out of the transport container is possible.
Depending on the dimensions of the transport container and the furniture fittings and multiple layers of furniture fittings can be introduced into the transport container, which are preferably arranged one above the other. It is thus possible to optimize the number of furniture fittings to be transported or stored in the transport container.
A further embodiment of the invention provides that the holding elements can be removed from the transport container and inserted into the transport container. This has the advantage that damaged retaining elements are easily replaceable.
In an arrangement with a transport container and with at least one arranged in the transport container furniture fitting can be provided that the at least one furniture fitting as a drawer side part (for example, a drawer wall) is formed.
Show: a transport container in which furniture fittings and at least one retaining element for securing the furniture fittings can be arranged, several furniture fittings whose position is secured by holding elements, two superimposed layers of furniture fittings whose position is secured by holding elements,

Auch die Halterippen 4 weisen wiederum hohle Kammern 6 auf. a representation of the third group of holding elements with only a furniture fitting. Figure 1 shows a transport container 1 consisting of a bottom 1 1, four closure elements 12 for closing the transport container 1 and four side walls 9, which are each arranged at right angles to each other and at right angles to the bottom 1 1. For the sake of simplicity, in each case only two side walls 9 and closure elements 12 have been provided with reference numerals. Within this transport container 1 is at least one holding element 3 (not visible in this figure, but will be described in the following figures) for securing the position of the furniture fittings 2 (also not visible) can be arranged. The transport container 1 thus consists in this figure of a box 10 and the at least one can be arranged in the box 10 holding element. 3 2 schematically shows ten furniture fittings 2 and four holding elements 3, 3 ', 3 ". The position of the furniture fittings 2 inside the transport container 1 is secured by the holding elements 3, 3', 3", wherein the holding elements 3, 3 ', 3 The first group 13, which comprises holding element 3, and the second group 14, which comprises holding element 3 ', are constructed symmetrically in a mirror-symmetrical manner .The third group 15 is made up of the two holding elements arranged below the furniture fittings 2 3 "together and serves here for distance keeping. It is mentioned here that the entire representation of FIG. 2 can also be arranged within the box 10 of the transport container 1 shown in FIG. Thus, the third group 15 is used to keep the furniture fittings 2 relative to the ground 1 1. In addition, five of the ten furniture fittings 2 are rotated by 180 ° to the remaining five furniture fittings 2 arranged to optimize the number of furniture fittings 2. The holding elements 3, 3 ', 3 "also have holding ribs 4, which have hollow chambers 6. On the basis of one of the holding elements 3", the extension of the holding ribs 4 is explained. The holding element 3 "in the lower left region has a base area 7, from which the holding ribs 4 extend upwards, Figure 3 again shows several furniture fittings 2, which are secured in their position by the holding elements 3, 3 ', 3". Here, in contrast to Figure 2, a second layer of furniture fittings 2 is shown, wherein the first and the second layer are arranged one above the other. Again, five furniture fittings 2 per location are rotated by 180 ° to the other five furniture fittings 2 of the respective layer. The holding elements 3, 3 ', 3 "are in turn subdivided into three groups, wherein the first group 13, which comprises the holding elements 3, and the second group 14, which comprises the holding elements 3', are arranged mirror-inverted symmetrically , which comprises the holding elements 3 ", in turn serves for spacing. However, the two lower support members 3 "serve the third group 15 for spacing relative to the floor 1 1 and the two upper support members 3" of the third group 15 are used for spacing between the two layers of furniture fittings 2. In addition, here also have the holding elements 3, 3rd ', 3 "holding ribs 4, which in turn have hollow chambers 6. The extension of the holding ribs 4 corresponds to that described in FIG. Figure 4 shows a "half" position of furniture fittings 2. There are only five furniture fittings 2 shown, which are secured by the support members 3, 3 ', 3 "in position. The holding elements 3, 3 ', 3 "in turn have holding ribs 4, which are spaced apart from one another by intermediate spaces 5. In each case, a gap 5 serves to receive a furniture fitting 2. The holding elements 3, 3', 3" are also in this figure again subdivided into three groups, wherein the first group 13, which comprises holding element 3, and the second group 14, which comprises holding element 3 ', are constructed mirror-inverted symmetrically. The third group 15, which comprises the holding elements 3 ", is used for spacing, and shows the trapezoidal formation of the intermediate spaces 5 on the basis of the second group 14 of holding elements 3. These spaces 5 are trapezoidal along the height H of the holding element 3 '. there is line contact between furniture fitting 2 and retaining ribs 4. The retaining ribs 4 in turn also have hollow chambers 6.
5a shows furniture fittings 2 and retaining elements 3 ', 3 ", the illustration of the first group 13 of retaining elements 3 being omitted for the sake of clarity, whereby the end face 8 of the furniture fittings 2 can be seen 1 and 2, it is provided that only two groups 14, 15 of holding elements 3 ', 3 "are arranged, the group 14 and the group 15 of holding elements 3', 3" not having a mirror-inverted symmetrical construction At the other end of the furniture fittings 2 are in line contact with the retaining ribs 4. It is shown in addition to the five furniture fittings 2 shown in Figure 4, another twisted by 180 ° furniture fitting 2.
FIG. 5b shows a plan view of the arrangement of a furniture fitting 2 in a holding element 3 '. The spaced apart by a gap 5 holding ribs 4 of the holding element 3 'and the end face 8 of the furniture fitting 2 can be seen. The conical space 5 is profiled in the embodiment shown trapezoidal, so that a line contact between the end face 8 of the furniture fitting 2 and retaining ribs 4 of the support member 3 'is formed. So it is only the edges of the end face 8 in contact with the holding element 3 '. 6 shows a "complete" position of furniture fittings 2. In fact, in addition to the furniture fittings 2 shown in FIG. 5a, the four remaining furniture fittings 2 are shown, however, it should be noted that depending on the dimensions of the transport container 1 and the furniture fittings 2, there are also several furniture fittings 2, in turn, the three groups 13, 14, 15 of retaining elements 3, 3 ', 3 ", wherein reference is made to the description of Figure 3. 7 and 8 show the third group 15 of holding elements 3 ", showing the holding ribs 4 and the intermediate spaces 5 which serve to receive the furniture fittings 2. The two figures differ only in that two in FIG ° furniture furniture 2 twisted to each other are shown and in the figure 8, only a furniture fitting 2 is shown.
