一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞 技术领域
本发明涉及雨伞的领域,尤其是一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞。
背景技术
伞是一种提供阴凉环境或遮蔽雨、雪的工具。雨伞在多雨城市的利用率很高。市场上有很多种雨伞,但是没有一种能够防止雨滴溅到周围路人的雨伞,从而在使用过程中不能达到雨伞的最佳使用效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服上述中存在的问题,提供了一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,其设计结构合理,并且在使用过程中可以避免雨滴滴向距离伞近距离的路人。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,包括伞面、伞柄和用于支撑伞面的伞骨架,伞柄的顶端与伞骨架的中心相连接,伞骨架沿伞面半径方向将伞面均分成多个部分,每个部分均分为一个可使降落在区域伞面上的雨滴带正电荷的电荷固定区域和一个可产生正电荷或负电荷的电荷可变区域,所述的电荷固定区域设在靠近伞柄的中心轴处,所述的电荷可变区域设在远离伞柄的中心轴处,所述的伞柄中设有处理器,所述的伞面的圆周边缘上均布设置有若干个用于检测近距离路人的红外线感应器,红外线感应器连接在伞骨架的端部,每个红外线感应器与每个电荷可变区域相对应连接,红外线感应器与处理器相互通过信号连接。
为了能够达到最佳使用效果,所述的电荷固定区域的区域面积为电荷可变区域的区域面的两倍。
所述的伞骨架由八根弧形骨杆组成,相邻两根弧形骨杆之间形成的扇形面相同,八根弧形骨杆的外侧壁上包覆有防电荷干扰的硅胶层,为了能够防止相邻之间的电荷形成电荷干扰,达到区域分离的目的。
作为优选方案,相邻两根弧形骨杆之间的夹角为45°。
本发明的有益效果是:所述的一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,采用此种设计的雨伞,在使用过程,利用正电荷或负电荷实现了避免雨滴滴向距离伞近的路人,该雨伞具有很大的市场发展潜质。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,包括伞面1、伞柄2和用于支撑伞面1的伞骨架3,伞柄2的顶端与伞骨架3的中心相连接,伞骨架3由八根弧形骨杆组成,相邻两根弧形骨杆之间形成的扇形面相同所述的八根弧形骨杆的外侧壁上包覆有防电荷干扰的硅胶层,相邻两根弧形骨杆之间的夹角为45°,伞骨架3沿伞面半径方向将伞面1均分成多个部分,每个部分均分为一个可使降落在区域伞面上的雨滴带正电荷的电荷固定区域11和一个可产生正电荷或负电荷的电荷可变区域12,电荷固定区域11的区域面积为电荷可变区域 12的区域面的两倍,电荷固定区域11设在靠近伞柄2的中心轴处,所述的电荷可变区域12设在远离伞柄2的中心轴处,伞柄2中设有处理器,所述的伞面1的圆周边缘上均布设置有若干个用于检测近距离路人的红外线感应器4,红外线感应器4连接在伞骨架3的端部,每个红外线感应器4与每个电荷可变区域12相对应连接,红外线感应器4与处理器相互通过信号连接。
本发明所述的一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,当红外线感应器4检测到近距离的路人时,将信号传递至伞柄中的处理器,处理器将信号传递至电荷可变区域12,使其产生正电荷,电荷固定区域11的雨滴带有正电荷,两者相互排斥,使得雨滴不从该侧滴下,没有检测到路人的红外线感应器4将信号通过处理器传递至电荷可变区域12,使得该区域产生负电荷,从而吸引电荷固定区域11带有正电荷的雨滴从该方向滴下,通过这种方式可以避免雨滴滴向距离伞近的路人。

  1. 一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,其特征是:包括伞面(1)、伞柄(2)和用于支撑伞面(1)的伞骨架(3),伞柄(2)的顶端与伞骨架(3)的中心相连接,伞骨架(3)沿伞面半径方向将伞面(1)均分成多个部分,每个部分均分为一个可使降落在区域伞面上的雨滴带正电荷的电荷固定区域(11)和一个可产生正电荷或负电荷的电荷可变区域(12),所述的电荷固定区域(11)设在靠近伞柄(2)的中心轴处,所述的电荷可变区域(12)设在远离伞柄(2)的中心轴处,所述的伞柄(2)中设有处理器,所述的伞面(1)的圆周边缘上均布设置有若干个用于检测近距离路人的红外线感应器(4),红外线感应器(4)连接在伞骨架(3)的端部,每个红外线感应器(4)与每个电荷可变区域(12)相对应连接,红外线感应器(4)与处理器相互通过信号连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,其特征是:所述的电荷固定区域(11)的区域面积为电荷可变区域(12)的区域面的两倍。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,其特征是:所述的伞骨架(3)由八根弧形骨杆组成,相邻两根弧形骨杆之间形成的扇形面相同,所述的八根弧形骨杆的外侧壁上包覆有防电荷干扰的硅胶层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种能防止雨滴滴向周围路人的雨伞,其特征是:相邻两根弧形骨杆之间的夹角为45°。
