本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过关联智能家居管理中枢所连接的实际家电设备和虚拟现实设备,并根据用户对虚拟家电设备执行的虚拟操作指令,实现对实际家电设备的相应操作的方法,使得人们在使用虚拟现实设备时,可直接对虚拟现实设备中生成的立体交互场景中的虚拟家电设备发出操作指令,进而控制实际家电设备执行相应的操作,实现了虚拟现实设备与实际家电设备的联动,且为用户提供立体观感,方便用户对智能家电设备的操控。

为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明所提供的一种用于智能家居管理的虚拟现实方法及设备做进一步详细描述。
参阅图1,本发明用于智能家居管理的虚拟现实方法第一实施例包括:
S101:将智能家居管理中枢所连接的实际家电设备与虚拟现实设备所呈现的虚拟家电设备进行关联。
在步骤S101中,首先将虚拟家电设备与实际家电设备进行一对一或一对多的操作关系进行虚拟重建,以使得用户可以通过在虚拟现实中操作虚拟家电设备,控制实际家电设备执行相对应的操作,同时,允许用户添加和管理足够多的现实家电设备,且用户可以对其进行编组管理。
进一步地,在该步骤中,将实际家电设备与虚拟现实设备关联之后,还可以对该关联关系预设操作规则,比如:通过挥手控制电灯的开关、通过语音控制空调的开启或关闭及通过操作手柄控制电视的开启、暂停或关闭。
S102:生成一立体交互场景并在该立体交互场景中呈现虚拟家电设备。
例如:当用户使用虚拟现实设备时,生成一立体家居环境,该家居环境可以是用户本身所处的家居环境,也可以是用户自定义的家居环境,且在自定义家居环境时,用户可对居住结构、居住面积、风格等进行设定。
在本发明的一个实施例中,步骤S102包括:在该立体交互场景中或虚拟家电设备上呈现与虚拟家电设备相关联的虚拟道具,且这些虚拟道具的位置是可动的,用户可通过拖动的方式对其进行空间位置调整,方便用户根据自身习惯进行使用。
其中,虚拟道具可以是对实际家电设备发出操作指令的控制设备在立体交互场景中呈现的虚拟控制设备,比如:虚拟家电设备为电视机,则相对应的虚拟道具为虚拟遥控器,用户在操作虚拟家电设备时,可通过操作与之对应的虚拟道具发出操作指令。
S103:获取用户对虚拟家电设备所执行的虚拟操作指令。
在步骤S103中,用户可以通过手势、动作、语音、操控按钮等方式在虚拟家居场景中进行相关虚拟家电设备控制操作,进而获取这些操作指令,可选的,在虚拟家电设备关联有虚拟道具的情况下,还可以通过虚拟道具对虚拟家电设备进行控制操作,进而获取用户对虚拟道具所执行的虚拟操作指令。
S104:将虚拟操作指令映射成虚拟家电设备所关联的实际家电设备的实际操作指令,并发送至智能家居管理中枢,进而实现对实际家电设备的相应操作。
具体地,将虚拟家电设备的识别标记或者与虚拟家电设备的相关的实际家电设备的识别标记添加到实际操作指令的数据包中,进而由智能家居管理中枢根据识别标记将实际操作指令分配到对应的实际家电设备,进而实际家电设备执行相应操作。
其中,该虚拟操作指令可以是由用户当前发出的手势、动作、语音及按钮操作等虚拟操作指令,也可以是虚拟现实设备根据用户的使用习惯及设置偏好,学习结果之后生成的虚拟操作指令。
在此步骤中,当实际家电设备执行相应操作之后,虚拟设备中的虚拟家电设备同时在立体交互场景中执行相应操作,比如,当用户发出煮咖啡的操作指令后,实际家电设备的咖啡机开始煮咖啡,同时虚拟家电设备的咖啡机也开始煮咖啡,并呈现与实际咖啡机煮咖啡相同的动画效果,使得用户在虚拟的立体交互场景中有一种身临其境的感觉,提高了用户体验。
此外,智能家居管理控制还包括:远程监控、报警提示以及实时查看当前Smart Home智能家居的状态信息。在一具体实施例中,用户在使用VR虚拟显示设备时,通过虚拟现实设备发送一条开启空调的虚拟操作指令,将该虚拟操作指令映射成与虚拟家电设备所关联的实际家电设备的实际操作指令,并发送至智能家居管理中枢,进而控制家中的空调开启,并选择合适的温度和模式,同时将空调的状态反馈回虚拟现实场景中进行显示。
参阅图2,本发明用于智能家居管理的虚拟现实方法第二实施例的步骤S201、S202、S203与上述第一实施例的S101、S102、S103相同,在此不再赘述,此外,本实施例还包括:
S204:根据用户对虚拟家电设备的虚拟操作指令生成状态查询请求,并发送到智能家居管理中枢,进而由智能家居管理中枢反馈实际家电设备的状态信息,或者由智能家居管理中枢在满足时间触发条件或实际家电设备的状态触发条件时上报实际家电设备的状态信息;
具体地,根据用户对虚拟家电设备的虚拟操作指令,将虚拟家电设备的识别标记或者与虚拟家电设备的相关的所述实际家电设备的识别标记添加到状态查询请求中,进而由智能家居管理中枢根据识别标记将状态查询请求分配到对应的实际家电设备,以获得实际家电设备的状态信息,或者由智能家居管理中枢在满足时间触发条件或实际家电设备的状态触发条件时上报实际家电设备的状态信息,进而发送至智能家居管理中枢。
其中,实际家电设备的状态信息包括实际家电设备是否在运行、实际家电设备的运行内容、运行模式或运行进程。
例如:实际家电设备的空调在开启时,开启的空调将温度、模式等状态反馈至智能家居管理中枢;又或者当实际家电设备所处家居环境的煤气浓度过大时,实际家电设备将检测到的煤气浓度以警告通知的形式发送至智能家电管理中枢。
S205:从智能家居管理中枢获取实际家电设备的状态信息、获取虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处环境的状态信息。
具体地,从步骤S205中发送至智能家居管理中枢的状态信息的数据包内提取实际家电设备的识别标记或实际家电设备所关联的虚拟家电设备的识别标记,并根据该状态信息对实际家电设备的工作进程进行判断,进而根据该识别标记在立体交互场景中或虚拟家电设备将状态信息与虚拟家电设备进行关联呈现,且根据判断结果将实际家电设备的工作进程以动画方式呈现在立体交互场景中或虚拟家电设备上。
进一步地,根据用户对虚拟家电设备的虚拟操作指令生成虚拟家电设备的状态查询请求,反馈虚拟家电设备的状态信息。
其中,虚拟家电设备的状态信息包括用户是否正在使用虚拟现实设备、虚拟现实设备的运行内容、运行模式或运行进程。
此外,在此步骤中,当获取用户正在使用虚拟现实设备的状态信息时,智能家居管理中枢则根据该状态信息自动选择及调节适合当前状态的实际家电设备的运行,比如当用户在使用虚拟现实设备时,室内光亮度不需要太高,则自动调节灯光亮度或关闭灯光,以节省能耗,提高用户体验。
其中,用户当前所处环境的状态信息包括时间或温度。
比如,当用户在室内使用虚拟现实设备时,获取当前室温,若室温过高,智能家居管理中枢则控制室内空调自动打开,并调节合适温度及模式;又比如,获取到当前用户的时间为中午十二点,智能家居管理中枢则控制电饭煲开始做饭,或者发送是否开始使用电饭煲做饭的请求至虚拟现实设备以供用户选择。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,该步骤S205获取的状态信息可以是实际家电设备的状态信息、虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处环境的状态信息中的一个或多个。
S206:将状态信息呈现给用户;
具体地,将上述的从智能家居管理中枢获取的实际家电设备的状态信息、虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处环境的状态信息中的至少一个显示给用户。
S207:根据所获取的状态信息以及预设的操作规则或者对用户的操作历史的学习结果生成实际操作指令。
具体地,根据获得的实际家电设备的状态信息、虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处环境的状态信息中的至少一个及预设的操作规则或者对用户的操作历史的学习结果生成实际操作指令,进而将该实际操作指令发送至智能家居管理中枢,以控制实际家电设备执行该实际操作指令。
其中,预设的操作规则可以是手势、动作对虚拟家电设备的操作指令,也可以是语音、按钮对虚拟家电设备的操作指令;用户的操作历史可以是用户发出虚拟操作指令的习惯,也可以是常用的预设规则偏好。
参阅图3,本发明提供的一种用于智能家居管理的虚拟现实设备30第一实施例包括:关联模块301、生成模块302、获取模块303、控制模块304。
关联模块301,用于将智能家居管理中枢32所连接的实际家电设备31与虚拟现实设备所呈现的虚拟家电设备进行关联。
具体地,用于将虚拟家电设备与实际家电设备31进行一对一或一对多的操作关系进行虚拟重建,以使得用户可以通过在虚拟现实中操作虚拟家电设备,控制实际家电设备31执行相对应的操作,同时,允许用户添加和管理足够多的实际家电设备31,且用户可以对其进行编组管理。

具体地,用户可以通过手势、动作、语音、操控按钮等方式在虚拟家居场景中进行相关虚拟家电设备控制操作,进而获取这些操作指令,可选的,在虚拟家电设备关联有虚拟道具的情况下,还可以通过虚拟道具对虚拟家电设备进行控制操作,进而获取用户对虚拟道具所执行的虚拟操作指令。
控制模块304,将虚拟操作指令映射成虚拟家电设备所关联的实际家电设备31的实际操作指令,并发送至智能家居管理中枢32,进而实现对实际家电设备31的相应操作。
具体地,将虚拟家电设备的识别标记或者与虚拟家电设备的相关的实际家电设备31的识别标记添加到实际操作指令的数据包中,进而由智能家居管理中枢32根据识别标记将实际操作指令分配到对应的实际家电设备31,进而实际家电设备31执行相应操作。
其中,该虚拟操作指令可以是由用户当前发出的手势、动作、语音及按钮操作等虚拟操作指令,也可以是虚拟现实设备根据用户的使用习惯及设置偏好,学习结果之后生成的虚拟操作指令。
参阅图4,本发明提供的一种用于智能家居管理的虚拟现实设备40第二实施例进一步包括:查询模块404、显示模块405、学习模块406、控制模块407。
查询模块404,用于根据用户对虚拟家电设备的虚拟操作指令生成状态查询请求,并发送到智能家居管理中枢42,进而由智能家居管理中枢42反馈实际家电设备的状态信息,或者由智能家居管理中枢42在满足时间触发条件或实际家电设备41的状态触发条件时上报实际家电设备41的状态信息。
具体地,根据用户对虚拟家电设备的虚拟操作指令,将虚拟家电设备的识别标记或者与虚拟家电设备的相关的所述实际家电设备41的识别标记添加到状态查询请求中,进而由智能家居管理中枢42根据识别标记将状态查询请求分配到对应的实际家电设备41,以获得实际家电设备41的状态信息,或者由智能家居管理中枢42在满足时间触发条件或实际家电设备的状态触发条件时上报实际家电设备41的状态信息,进而发送至智能家居管理中枢42。
进一步地,查询模块404,还可以用于查询虚拟家电设备的状态信息、用户当前所处环境的状态信息。
进一步地,获取模块403还可以用于根据查询模块404中的查询请求从智能家居管理中枢42获取实际家电设备41的状态信息、虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处环境的状态信息。
显示模块405,用于将状态信息呈现给用户。

学习模块406,用于对用户的操作历史进行学习。
控制模块407,用于根据所获取的状态信息以及预设的操作规则或者对用户的操作历史的学习结果生成实际操作指令。
具体地,根据获得的实际家电设备41的状态信息、虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处环境的状态信息中的至少一个及预设的操作规则或者对用户的操作历史的学习结果生成实际操作指令,进而将该实际操作指令发送至智能家居管理中枢42,以控制实际家电设备41执行该实际操作指令。
参阅图5,本发明提供的用于智能家居管理的虚拟现实设备第三实施例包括:处理器501、存储器502及收发器503,处理器501通过总线分别连接存储器502及收发器503。
处理器501控制移动终端的操作,处理器501还可以称为CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理单元)。处理器501可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。处理器501还可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器,但不仅限于此。
处理器501,用于将智能家居管理中枢所连接的实际家电设备与虚拟现实设备所呈现的虚拟家电设备进行关联,进而生成一立体交互场景并在该立体交互场景中呈现虚拟家电设备,并将获取的用户对虚拟家电设备所执行的虚拟操作指令映射成虚拟家电设备所关联的实际家电设备的实际操作指令,进一步地,处理器501还用于获取实际家电设备的状态信息、虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处的环境状态。
存储器502,用于存储处理器501工作所必须的指令和数据,存储虚拟家电设备与实际家电设备的关联关系、获取的实际家电设备的状态信息、虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处的环境状态信息。
收发器503,用于连接与发送连接请求,将根据获取的实际家电设备的状态信息、虚拟家电设备的状态信息及用户当前所处的环境状态信息中至少一个以及预设的操作规则或者对用户的操作历史的学习结果生产的实际操作指令发送至智能家居管理中枢,进而实现对实际家电设备的相应操作。

    将所述虚拟操作指令映射成所述虚拟家电设备所关联的所述实际家电设备的实际操作指令,并发送至所述智能家居管理中枢,进而实现对所述实际家电设备的相应操作;
    其中,所述生成一立体交互场景并在所述立体交互场景中呈现所述虚拟家电设备的步骤包括:在所述立体交互场景中或所述虚拟家电设备上呈现与所述虚拟家电设备相关联的虚拟道具;
    所述获取用户对所述虚拟家电设备的虚拟操作指令的步骤包括:获取所述用户对所述虚拟道具所执行的所述虚拟操作指令;

    根据所获取的状态信息以及预设的操作规则或者对用户的操作历史的学习结果生成所述实际操作指令。

    将所述智能家居管理中枢所连接的实际家电设备与虚拟现实设备所呈现的虚拟家电设备进行关联;

    获取用户对所述虚拟家电设备所执行的虚拟操作指令;
    将所述虚拟操作指令映射成所述虚拟家电设备所关联的所述实际家电设备的实际操作指令,并发送至所述智能家居管理中枢,进而实现对所述实际家电设备的相应操作。

  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    根据对所述状态信息对所述实际家电设备的工作进程进行判断,并在所述立体交互场景或所述虚拟家电设备上以动画方式呈现所述实际家电设备的工作进程。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述从所述智能家居管理中枢获取所述实际家电设备的状态信息的步骤之前进一步包括:
    根据用户对所述虚拟家电设备的所述虚拟操作指令生成状态查询请求,并发送到所述智能家居管理中枢,进而由所述智能家居管理中枢反馈所述实际家电设备的状态信息,或者由所述智能家居管理中枢在满足时间触发条件或所述实际家电设备的状态触发条件时上报所述实际家电设备的状态信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户对所述虚拟家电设备的所述虚拟操作指令生成状态查询请求,并发送到所述智能家居管理中枢的步骤包括:
    将所述虚拟家电设备的识别标记或者与所述虚拟家电设备的相关的所述实际家电设备的识别标记添加到状态查询请求中,进而由所述智能家居管理中枢根据所述识别标记将所述状态查询请求分配到对应的所述实际家电设备。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    获取所述虚拟家电设备的状态信息、用户当前所处环境的状态信息以及从所述智能家居管理中枢获取的所述实际家电设备的状态信息中的至少一个;
    根据所获取的状态信息以及预设的操作规则或者对用户的操作历史的学习结果生成所述实际操作指令。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述虚拟家电设备的状态信息包括用户是否正在使用所述虚拟现实设备、所述虚拟现实设备的运行内容、运行模式或运行进程,用户当前所处环境的状态信息包括时间或温度。
  19. 一种用于智能家居管理的虚拟现实设备,其中,所述设备包括处理器、存储器及收发器;
    处理器,用于将智能家居管理中枢所连接的实际家电设备与虚拟现实设备所呈现的虚拟家电设备进行关联,进而生成一立体交互场景并在所述立体交互场景中呈现所述虚拟家电设备,并将获取的用户对所述虚拟家电设备所执行的虚拟操作指令映射成所述虚拟家电设备所关联的所述实际家电设备的实际操作指令;
    存储器,用于存储所述虚拟家电设备与所述实际家电设备的关联关系;
    收发器,用于将所述实际操作指令发送至所述智能家居管理中枢,进而实现对所述实际家电设备的相应操作。
