- 一种小区重选装置,其特征在于,包括:处理器;用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;其中,所述处理器被配置为:当驻留在当前服务小区时,判断邻小区是否满足小区重选条件;当所述邻小区满足所述小区重选条件时,获取所述邻小区对应的小区重选信息;判断所述小区重选信息是否与历史乒乓重选记录相匹配,其中,所述小区重选信息至少包括:当前的小区重选时间、所述历史乒乓重选记录至少包括:各项乒乓重选记录对应的历史小区重选时间;当所述小区重选信息与所述历史乒乓重选记录中任一项乒乓重选记录相匹配时,判断所述当前的小区重选时间与所述任一项乒乓重选记录对应的历史小区重选时间之间的时间差是否大于预设时间差;当所述时间差大于所述预设时间差时,重新选择所述邻小区作为所述当前服务小区,以驻留在所述邻小区。
