La présente invention reconnaît l'entrée et la sortie d'un véhicule dans un parc de stationnement payant et traite automatiquement le calcul et le paiement des frais de stationnement sur la base de l'heure d'entrée et de sortie reconnues du véhicule, ce qui facilite l'utilisation du parc de stationnement payant, et simplifie les processus du calcul et du paiement des frais de stationnement, ce qui permet de réduire le temps de stationnement.
