其中,广播控制信道即为BCCH(Broadcast Control Channel),身份标识信息一般为IMSI。电子设备通过串口线可内嵌或外置于公交站,串口线的通路与外置收发天线相连接,该天线一般置于公交站,通过与移动终端的信令交互来获取信号覆盖范围内的移动终端信息,该信息包括第一IMSI,也就是说移动终端选择该虚拟基站进行服务,移动终端驻留在该电子设备建立的虚拟基站下。

信息,则要继续编发短消息,使用起来很麻烦。对于传统的站台电子显示方法,乘客即使知道了还要等多久,但是仍然要花费时间去等。对于手机APP,一是传播的广泛性不强,有很大一部分人不了解该软件的存在,另外就是排除了非智能手机用户,由于无法安装软件,便捷的服务也就无法享受到。

其中,在实现时,电子设备开机后通过入网与移动终端进行通信,首先电子设备要与移动运营商达成协议,即运营商的短信转发中心识别移动终端发出的短信是发给该电子设备的短信,并且同步将移动终端的IMSI附带发送给电子设备,电子设备存储该IMSI至电子设备中的本地数据库,定义存储在电子设备中的IMSI为第二IMSI。其中,IMSI是在公众陆地移动电话网中用于唯一识别移动用户的一个号码,在GSM网络,这个号码通常被存放在SIM卡中。
本公开中短信只相当于用户注册的手段,当然,也可以采用除发送短信之外的方式来获取移动终端的IMSI。由于SIM卡由运营商发行,IMSI和手机号码的对应关系只有运营商才知道,所以不经过运营商很难获取IMSI。因此,也可以通过拨打电话的方式来获取IMSI,当用户首次拨打公交信息查询电话,运营商在中转过程中记录用户的手机号码并查询对应的IMSI并发送给电子设备,从而通过拨打电话的方式也能达到获取IMSI的目的。
本公开提出的公交信息查询方法只需用户使用移动终端第一次发送公交信息查询短信至电子设备,移动终端的第二IMSI被存储在电子设备的本地数据库。以后无论用户持有移动终端身处哪个地方,只要附近公交车站点上安装的电子设备检测到虚拟基站信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一IMSI已存储在本地数据库,电子设备便会主动推送公交信息到移动终端,用户无
需费力再编辑短信查询和使用手机软件,更加方便易用且用户体验会更好。
参照图5,为本公开公交信息查询方法的第五示例,基于上述第四示例,在步骤S300之后,还包括:
步骤S400,将所述公交信息查询短信和移动终端的第二身份标识信息发送给公交信息服务器,接收所述公交服务器回复的公交信息并将所述公交信息转发至移动终端。
例如,电子设备的串口线通路包括与公交信息服务器的信息交流。用户发送公交信息查询短信,运营商的短信转发中心收到后根据目的号码判断是否为公交查询短信,如果是则将该手机绑定的第二IMSI一同通过短信发送给电子设备。电子设备收到用户发来的公交信息查询短信后,电子设备先检索所述第二IMSI是否已存入本地数据库,如果没有则存储第二IMSI至本地数据库,同时通过串口线将公交信息查询短信连同第二IMSI一起发送给公交信息服务器。公交信息服务器收到公交信息查询短信后,先将公交信息发回电子设备,然后检索第二IMSI是否已存入公交信息服务器,如果没有则存储。电子设备获取到公交信息后回复短信给当前用户。
其中,电子设备入网是通过自身携带的SIM卡,由于公交站点众多,为便于用户记忆,可使用有规律的短号。查询短号的方式可通过发送短信给电子设备,输入站点名称即可获取。
通过上述方案,本公开提出的公交信息查询方法只需用户使用移动终端第一次发送公交信息查询短信至电子设备,移动终端的第二IMSI被存储在电子设备的本地数据库,电子设备回复公交信息给移动终端。以后无论用户持有移动终端身处哪个地方,只要附近公交车站点上安装的电子设备检测到虚拟基站信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一IMSI已存储在本地数据库,电子设备便会主动推送公交信息到移动终端,用户无需费力再编辑短信查询和使用手机软件,更加方便易用且用户体验会更好。
在上述第五示例的基础上的步骤S200之后,还包括:
步骤500,若所述第一IMSI没有存储在本地数据库,则判断所述第一
IMSI是否已存储在公交信息服务器;
若是,则进入步骤S200,推送公交信息至移动终端。
例如,电子设备检索本地数据库是否是存储的号码,如果本地数据库没有匹配的记录,则查询远端公交信息服务器是否有存储,如果都没有,则继续搜寻虚拟基站信号覆盖范围内的移动终端,并获取移动终端的第一IMSI。
通过上述方案,电子设备通过检索电子设备的本地数据库和远端公交信息服务器查看虚拟基站信号范围内驻留的移动终端的第一IMSI已存储,如果已存储,电子设备主动推送公交信息给移动终端,用户无需费力再编辑短信查询和使用手机软件,更加方便易用且用户体验会更好。
在上述第三示例的基础上,所述根据所述第一身份标识信息,推送公交信息至所述移动终端的步骤之前,还包括:
检测所述移动终端是否开启免打扰模式,若否,则根据所述第一身份标识信息,推送公交信息至所述移动终端。
例如,如果检索本地数据库或远端公交服务器发现第一IMSI已存储,则说明该用户曾使用过该查询系统,属于可推送的目标号码,下一步再检测移动终端是否开启免打扰模式。由于户外公交站点众多,当用户不想乘坐公交或不想被公交信息打扰时,可以向电子设备发送免打扰短信,则电子设备会将该号码置于免打扰模式。如果开启免打扰模式,则不会受到电子设备主动推送的信息服务;如果没有开启,则推送公交信息给用户,其中,公交信息包括最近的公交站点位置以及相关公交车的具体位置信息,及时通知用户调整行程时间,避免耽误乘车。
其中,关闭免打扰模式也是通过给电子设备发送短信的方式实施。
参照图6,为本公开电子设备的第一示例,包括:
无线信号检测模块10,配置为建立虚拟基站发送广播控制信道,通过与移动终端的信令交互获取信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一身份标识信息。
本公开方法的执行主体为一种电子设备,即CPE设备(Customer
Premise Equipment),本示例以CPE设备进行举例,当然也不限定于其他能够实现公交信息查询的设备。移动终端可以是PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、手机甚至是上网本等任何带有IMSI的通讯终端。本示例中,移动终端为手机。
其中,广播控制信道即为BCCH(Broadcast Control Channel),身份标识信息为IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,国际移动用户识别码)。电子设备通过串口线可内嵌或外置于公交站,串口线的通路与外置收发天线相连接,该天线一般置于公交站,通过与移动终端的信令交互来获取信号覆盖范围内的移动终端信息,该信息包括第一IMSI,也就是说移动终端选择该虚拟基站进行服务,移动终端驻留在该电子设备建立的虚拟基站下。
推送模块20,配置为根据所述第一身份标识信息,推送公交信息至移动终端。
例如,当电子设备建立虚拟基站发送BCCH信号,通过与移动终端的信令交互获取信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一IMSI后,CPE设备推送公交信息至该第一IMSI对应的移动终端。
现有的获取公交信息,除了传统的在公交站台会有电子显示屏来告知公交车的到站情况之外,稍微先进一点的就是某些城市开发了APP应用软件,用户可以通过使用该软件查询相关的公交信息,另外也有通过发送短消息来获取公交信息的方式。
短消息查询系统完全依赖于系统对各个公交站点以及路线分配的标识,而且用户要去记,才能编发出所要的短消息;如果还想查询别的站点或公交信息,则要继续编发短消息,使用起来很麻烦。对于传统的站台电子显示方法,乘客即使知道了还要等多久,但是仍然要花费时间去等。对于手机APP,一是传播的广泛性不强,有很大一部分人不了解该软件的存在,另外就是排除了非智能手机用户,由于无法安装软件,便捷的服务也就无法享受到。
本公开提出的公交信息查询方法无论用户持有移动终端身处哪个地方,只要附近公交车站点上安装的电子设备检测到虚拟基站信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一IMSI,电子设备便会主动推送公交信息到移动终端,用户
无需费力再编辑短信查询和使用手机软件,更加方便易用且用户体验会更好。
参照图7,为本公开电子设备的第二示例,在上述电子设备的第一示例的基础上,所述无线信号检测模块10包括:
基站搜索模块11,配置为搜索真实基站的广播控制信道,所述广播控制信道包括频率和位置区识别码,所述位置识别码包括移动国家码、移动网号和位置区域码。
例如,电子设备与置于公交站上的外置收发天线相连,可以搜索到附近所有基站的BCCH,该BCCH包括信号频率和LAI(Location Area Identify,位置区识别码),LAI由MCC(Mobile Country Code,移动国家码)、MNC(Mobile Network Code,移动网号)和LAC(Location Area Code,位置区域码)组成。
虚拟基站建立模块12,配置为根据所述搜索到的信号强度小于预设值的真实基站的频率、移动国家码和移动网号建立虚拟基站,所述虚拟基站发送广播控制信道和鉴权要求。
例如,根据所述搜索到的基站,选择其中信号强度最弱的真实基站,也代表该真实基站的位置较远,选定该真实基站的频率、MCC和MNC利用外置天线广播发送BCCH,从而建立了一个手机可以候选的虚拟基站,同时所述虚拟基站发出手机鉴权要求。当然,也可以设定一个信号强度的预设值,选定信号强度小于预设值的真实基站,以其频率、MCC和MNC建立虚拟基站。
基站选择模块13,配置为根据移动终端的反馈将移动终端的鉴权设置为通过,使得移动终端选择所述虚拟基站进行服务。
例如,外置天线增大发射功率,由于选定的是附近信号强度最弱的实体基站的频率,虚拟基站在该公交站的区域内信号较强,使得一定范围内的手机会直接驻留在电子设备建立的虚拟基站小区中。由于公交站的位置相对固定,步骤S101、S102和S103只需在电子设备第一次启动时设置即可。
其中,移动终端的反馈是:当信号覆盖范围内的手机请求接入电子设备模拟出的小区网络时,电子设备会向手机发出鉴权请求(包含一个128bit的伪随机数),手机收到该伪随机数后,与SIM卡上存储的客户鉴权键Ki经过标准算法得出一个响应数SRES,然后将该数反馈给电子设备,电子设备直接确认通过,可以吸引手机驻留在本虚拟基站下,如果手机不反馈,则无法接入虚拟基站小区网络,一般情况下只要是正常的手机都会反馈的。
身份标识信息获取模块14,配置为更新广播控制信道中的位置区域码,根据移动终端触发的位置区域码更新请求发送身份识别请求至移动终端,获取移动终端根据所述身份识别请求返回的第一身份标识信息。
例如,电子设备周期性更新虚拟基站的BCCH中的LAC,当手机发现LAC变化时,就会自动触发位置更新请求到虚拟基站,然后电子设备发送身份识别请求获取手机的信息,其中包含有第一IMSI。
由于虚拟基站在该公交站的区域内信号较强,一定范围内的手机直接驻留在电子设备建立的虚拟基站小区中,但是虚拟基站本身不能为手机提供任何网络服务。为了不影响用户使用正常的手机网络,当获取到第一IMSI后虚拟基站拒绝手机的位置更新请求,这样手机就会重选基站小区并回到正常的网络。
通过上述方案,提供了一种通过建立虚拟基站获取移动终端第一IMSI的方法,且通过电子设备拒绝移动终端的位置更新请求,使得电子设备即能主动推送公交信息至移动终端,又能不影响移动终端正常使用网络。
参照图8,为本公开电子设备的第三示例,在上述电子设备的第一示例或第二示例的基础上,所述推送模块20包括:
比对单元21,配置为将所述第一身份标识信息与本地数据库中预存的第二身份标识信息进行比对;
推送单元22,配置为当所述第一身份标识信息与第二身份标识信息相同时,根据所述第一身份标识信息,推送公交信息至所述移动终端。
例如,当电子设备建立虚拟基站发送BCCH,通过与移动终端的信令交
互获取信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一IMSI后,将第一IMSI与本地数据库与本地数据库中预存的第二IMSI进行比对,判断所述第一IMSI是否已存储在本地数据库,若所述第一IMSI已存储在本地数据库,则电子设备立即将当前最新的公交信息以及附近公交站点位置通过短信推送给用户;若所述第一IMSI没有存储在本地数据库,则继续搜寻虚拟基站信号覆盖范围内的移动终端,并获取移动终端的第一IMSI。
其中,本地数据库中预存的第二IMSI来自电子设备通过各种方式预先获取到的移动终端的IMSI,比如移动终端发送公交信息查询短信至电子设备从而电子设备获取得到移动终端的IMSI,或者,移动终端拨打公交信息查询电话,运营商在中转过程中记录用户的手机号码并查询对应的IMSI并发送给电子设备。
本公开的方案中,无论用户持有移动终端身处哪个地方,只要附近公交车站点上安装的电子设备检测到虚拟基站信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一IMSI已存储在本地数据库,电子设备便会主动推送公交信息到移动终端,用户无需费力再编辑短信查询和使用手机软件,更加方便易用且用户体验会更好。
参照图9,为本公开电子设备的第四示例,在上述电子设备的第三示例的基础上,所述电子设备还包括:
短消息收发模块30,配置为当接收到移动终端发送的公交信息查询短信时,获取所述移动终端的身份标识信息,并作为所述第二身份标识信息储存至本地数据库中。
例如,短消息收发模块30接收移动终端发送的公交信息查询短信,并存储移动终端的第二IMSI至本地数据库。
例如,在无线信号检测模块10建立虚拟基站发送BCCH信号,通过与移动终端的信令交互获取信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一IMSI之前或者之后,短消息收发模块30接收移动终端发送的公交信息查询短信。
其中,在实现时,电子设备开机后通过网络模块入网与移动终端进行通

参照图10,为本公开电子设备的第五示例,在上述电子设备的第四示例的基础上,所述电子设备还包括:
信息转发模块40,配置为将所述公交信息查询短信和移动终端的第二身份标识信息发送给公交信息服务器,接收所述公交服务器回复的公交信息并将所述公交信息转发至移动终端。

判断模块50,配置为当所述第一IMSI没有存储在本地数据库时,判断所述第一IMSI是否已存储在公交信息服务器;
所述推送模块20还配置为,当所述第一IMSI已存储在公交信息服务器时,推送公交信息至移动终端。
例如,比对单元21检索本地数据库是否是存储的号码,如果本地数据库没有匹配的记录,则判断模块50查询远端公交信息服务器是否有存储,如果都没有,则无线信号检测模块10继续搜寻虚拟基站信号覆盖范围内的移动终端,并获取移动终端的第一IMSI。

- 一种公交信息查询方法,包括:建立虚拟基站发送广播控制信道,通过与移动终端的信令交互获取信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一身份标识信息(S100);根据所述第一身份标识信息,推送公交信息至所述移动终端(S200)。
- 如权利要求1所述的公交信息查询方法,其中,所述建立虚拟基站发送广播控制信道,通过与移动终端的信令交互获取信号覆盖范围内的移动终端的第一身份标识信息的步骤(S100)包括:搜索真实基站的广播控制信道,所述广播控制信道包括频率和位置区识别码,所述位置识别码包括移动国家码、移动网号和位置区域码(S101);根据所述搜索到的信号强度小于预设值的真实基站的频率、移动国家码和移动网号建立虚拟基站,所述虚拟基站发送广播控制信道和鉴权要求(S102);根据移动终端的反馈将移动终端的鉴权设置为通过,使得移动终端选择所述虚拟基站进行服务(S103);更新广播控制信道中的位置区域码,根据移动终端触发的位置区域码更新请求发送身份识别请求至移动终端,获取移动终端根据所述身份识别请求返回的第一身份标识信息(S104)。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的公交信息查询方法,其中,所述根据所述第一身份标识信息,推送公交信息至所述移动终端(S200)包括:将所述第一身份标识信息与本地数据库中预存的第二身份标识信息进行比对(S201);当所述第一身份标识信息与第二身份标识信息相同时,根据所述第一身份标识信息,推送公交信息至所述移动终端(S202)。
