为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防倒流冲牙器,防止泵体内的水倒流入储水箱内,提升冲牙器的喷水效率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的一种防倒流冲牙器,包括本体,装设于本体的储水箱及冲牙头,本体装设有驱动件及泵体,泵体设有第一通孔及与第一通孔连通的透孔,驱动件的输出端连接有突伸入第一通孔内的活塞组件,冲牙头设有与第一通孔连通的出水孔,储水箱或本体装设有水管,水管的一端突伸入储水箱内,水管的另一端装设于透孔内,还包括阀片及鸭嘴阀,阀片位于透孔内,阀片设有用于遮盖水管的弹性片体,鸭嘴阀装设于泵体并与第一通孔连通,鸭嘴阀设有与冲牙头配合的鸭嘴部。
优选地,所述泵体设有盲槽、位于盲槽内并与弹性片体配合的让位槽,透孔位于让位槽内,阀片容设于盲槽内。

所述水管21连接有容设在盲槽26内的转接头28,转接头28大致呈L型,转接头28设置有连通水管21与透孔17的过水孔29,过水孔29贯穿转接头28,阀片22包括夹持在转接头28与盲槽26的底壁之间的环形本体1131,实际使用时,无需设置阀片22与泵体15、转接头28之间的安装结构,弹性片体24与环形本体1131连接并用于遮盖转接头28的过水孔29。
所述泵体15设置有缩口部32,鸭嘴阀23、活塞组件18分别位于缩口部32的上下两侧,缩口部32的孔径自活塞组件18朝靠近鸭嘴阀23的方向逐渐缩小,透孔17设置在缩口部32上。当驱动件14驱动活塞组件18朝靠近冲牙头13的方向移动时,由于缩口部32结构的特殊设计,泵体15内的水即可以较高的速度经冲牙头13的出水孔19喷射出去,高速水流可以更容易地将牙缝里的食物残渣碎屑冲干净,确保冲牙器的使用效果更佳。
所述泵体15上还装设有过渡管33,过渡管33设置有与第一通孔16连通的第二通孔,第二通孔贯穿过渡管33,鸭嘴阀23位于第一通孔16内并抵接缩口部32,鸭嘴阀23夹持在泵体15与过渡管33之间,无需设置鸭嘴阀23与泵体15、过渡管33之间的装配结构,使得泵体15、鸭嘴阀23及过渡管33三者之间的组装更加方便、快捷,鸭嘴阀23的鸭嘴部25突伸入第二通孔内,冲牙头13靠近过渡管33的一端突伸入第二通孔内。当驱动件14驱动活塞组件18朝靠近冲牙头13的方向移动时,活塞组件18挤压泵体15内的水,由于鸭嘴阀23与泵体15连通,泵体15内的水即可挤压鸭嘴阀23的鸭嘴部25,使得鸭嘴阀23自动打开,如此,泵体15内的水即可依次经鸭嘴阀23、第二通孔及出水孔19喷射出去。
所述过渡管33靠近泵体15的一端套设有第一密封圈34,第一密封圈34 位于第一通孔16内,第一密封圈34密封过渡管33与泵体15之间的间隙,冲牙头13靠近过渡管33的一端套设有第二密封圈35,第二密封圈35位于第二通孔内,第二密封圈35密封冲牙头13与过渡管33之间的间隙,在冲牙器的使用过程中,避免因泵体15、过渡管33及冲牙头13三者之间发生漏气而影响冲牙器的使用效果。
所述活塞组件18包括齿圈36、连杆37及活塞头38,齿圈36可转动地连接在本体11上,本实施例中,齿圈36通过枢轴枢接在本体11上,齿圈36设置有凸轮柱39,连杆37的一端可转动地套设在凸轮柱39上,优选地,连杆37的一端设有与凸轮柱39的外形吻合的穿孔,凸轮柱39位于穿孔内,连杆37的另一端与活塞头38可转动连接,活塞头38同样可以采用枢轴枢接在连杆37上,活塞头38突伸入第一通孔16内,驱动件14的输出端连接有与齿圈36啮合的齿轮,驱动件14可以为电机等。实际使用时,驱动件14驱动齿轮连带齿圈36转动,齿圈36转动时即可经连杆37驱动活塞头38在第一通孔16内来回移动,当活塞头38朝远离冲牙头13的方向移动时,储水箱12内的水就被抽入到泵体15内;当活塞头38朝靠近冲牙头13的方向移动时,即可将泵体15内的水喷伸出。
请参阅图1至图3,所述本体11内还装设有可充电电池41、控制芯片42及触控开关43,可充电电池41、触控开关43及驱动件14分别与控制芯片42电连接,根据实际需要,可充电电池41、触控开关43及驱动件14可以分别将线缆与控制芯片42连接,通过触控开关43控制冲牙器的启动或关闭。当然,触控开关43的数量可以为多个,不同的触控开关43还可以控制驱动件14的转速的大小,进而调控水流喷射速度的大小。
所述防倒流冲牙器还包括底座44,本体11、储水箱12均装设在底座44上,通过设置底座44方便冲牙器的摆放,底座44内装设有与控制芯片42电连接的无线充电模块45,无线充电模块45可以通过线缆与控制芯片42连接, 通过增设无线充电模块45,方便对可充电电池41进行充电。
所述储水箱12采用透明塑料制成,储水箱12设置有彼此间隔设置的多个刻度线46,刻度线46可以显示储水箱12内水量的多少,在冲牙器的使用过程中,使用者可以方便、直观地观看到储水箱12内水量的多少,进而确定是否为储水箱12添加水。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防倒流冲牙器,包括本体,装设于本体的储水箱及冲牙头,本体装设有驱动件及泵体,泵体设有第一通孔及与第一通孔连通的透孔,驱动件的输出端连接有突伸入第一通孔内的活塞组件,冲牙头设有与第一通孔连通的出水孔,储水箱或本体装设有水管,水管的一端突伸入储水箱内,水管的另一端装设于透孔内,其特征在于:还包括阀片及鸭嘴阀,阀片位于透孔内,阀片设有用于遮盖水管的弹性片体,鸭嘴阀装设于泵体并与第一通孔连通,鸭嘴阀设有与冲牙头配合的鸭嘴部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述泵体设有盲槽、位于盲槽内并与弹性片体配合的让位槽,透孔位于让位槽内,阀片容设于盲槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述水管连接有容设于盲槽内的转接头,转接头设有连通水管与透孔的过水孔,阀片包括夹持于转接头与盲槽的底壁之间的环形本体,弹性片体与环形本体连接并用于遮盖过水孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述泵体设有缩口部,活塞组件、鸭嘴阀分别位于缩口部的两侧,缩口部的孔径自活塞组件朝靠近鸭嘴阀的方向逐渐缩小,透孔设于缩口部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述泵体装设有过渡管,过渡管设有与第一通孔连通的第二通孔,鸭嘴阀位于第一通孔内并抵接缩口部,鸭嘴阀夹持于泵体与过渡管之间,鸭嘴部突伸入第二通孔内,冲牙头靠近过渡管的一端突伸入第二通孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述过渡管靠近泵体的一端套设有第一密封圈,第一密封圈位于第一通孔内,冲牙头靠近过渡管的一端套设有第二密封圈,第二密封圈位于第二通孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述活塞组件包括齿圈、连杆及活塞头,齿圈可转动地连接于本体,齿圈设有凸轮柱,连杆的一端可转动地套设于凸轮柱,连杆的另一端与活塞头可转动连接,活塞头突伸入第一通孔内,驱动件的输出端连接有与齿圈啮合的齿轮。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述本体装设有可充电电池、控制芯片及触控开关,可充电电池、触控开关及驱动件分别与控制芯片电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述防倒流冲牙器还包括底座,本体、储水箱均装设于底座,底座装设有与控制芯片电连接的无线充电模块。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防倒流冲牙器,其特征在于:所述储水箱采用透明塑料制成,储水箱设有彼此间隔设置的多个刻度线。
