在下文的描述中,给出了大量具体的细节以便提供对本发明更为彻底的理解。然而,对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的是,本发明实施方式可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在其他的例子中,为了避免与本发明实施方式发生混淆,对于本领域公知的一些技术特征未进行描述。
为了彻底了解本发明实施方式,将在下列的描述中提出详细的结构。显然,本发明实施方式的施行并不限定于本领域的技术人员所熟习的特殊细节。
首先根据图1和图2对本发明进行介绍。
根据本发明的一种连接件,其包括主体1,所述的主体1一端设有用于通过旋转卡接托物载板的弹性旋转卡接部3,所述的主体1另一端设有用于卡锁托物载板并能通过拧锁工具配合带动所述的主体1转动卡锁的拧锁部2。
所述的主体1为圆柱形,所述的弹性旋转卡接部3包括长度大于所述的主体1直径且宽度小于等于所述的主体1直径的卡锁块301,所述的卡锁块301长度方向两端设有卡锁凸起303,所述的卡锁凸起303与所述的卡接块301之间设有弹性让位间隙302。其优点在于结构简单,生产加工方便,锁定效果好,操作方便。
所述的拧锁部2包括用于限定所述的弹性旋转卡接部3与其之间的连接高度的拧锁限位块202,所述的拧锁限位块202外露端设有可供扳手拧动的拧锁结构203(如图3所示)。其优点在于结构简单,方便安装,能有效限定连接件锁定高度。
所述的弹性旋转卡接部3与所述的主体1由弹性材料一体成型制成。其优点在于结构简单,生产加工方便,容易实现卡锁效果,锁定及解锁方便且制造成本更低。
根据图3-图8对本发明的一种组合托物载板连接卡锁结构进行介绍,该组合托物载板连接卡锁结构包括设在所述的托物载板的下载板5上的下锁定孔501,所述的下锁定孔501内穿装有连接件100,所述的连接件100包括主体1,所述的主体1一端设有用于通过旋转卡接托物载板的弹性旋转卡接部3,所述的主体1另一端设有用于卡锁托物载板并能通过拧锁工具配合带动所述的主体1转动卡锁的拧锁部2,所述的下锁定孔501外端部设有供所述的弹性旋转卡接部3在其内旋转卡锁使所述的上载板4与所述的下载板5紧压贴合的卡锁腔502。
所述的主体1为圆柱形,所述的弹性旋转卡接部3包括长度大于所述的主体1直径且宽度小于等于所述的主体1直径的卡锁块301,所述的卡锁块301长度方向两端设有卡锁凸起303,所述的卡锁凸起303与所述的卡接块301之间设有弹性让位间隙302,所述的下锁定孔501为长条形孔, 所述的卡锁腔502为设置在所述的下锁定孔501外端的台阶孔,所述的卡锁腔502内设有使旋转后的卡锁块301压紧所述的下载板5的锁定平面505,所述的锁定平面505与所述的卡锁腔502底部之间设有导向所述的卡锁块301滑至所述的锁定平面505的倾斜导滑面506。其优点在于结构简单,连接件透过倾斜导滑面转动卡锁,使托物载板配合结构紧固,无间隙。
所述的卡锁腔502内壁设有能供所述的卡锁凸起303卡入其内实现对所述的连接件100位置锁定的卡锁凹槽503。其优点在于结构简单,卡锁定位牢固,使用时不易脱落。
所述的卡锁凹槽503一侧设有用于限定所述的卡锁块301旋转方向的旋转限位部507。其优点在于结构简单,卡锁定位牢固,使用时不易脱落。
根据图9-图16对本发明的一种应用如上所述的连接卡锁结构的组合托物载板进行介绍,该连接卡锁结构的组合托物载板包括上载板4及下载板5,所述的上载板4与所述的下载板5之间设有连接座6,所述的上载板4上设有上锁定孔401,所述的下载板5上设有下锁定孔501,所述的连接座6内设有连接孔601,所述的上锁定孔401、下锁定孔501和连接孔601内穿装有连接件100,所述的连接件100与所述的下载板5之间设有连接卡锁结构。
所述的上锁定孔401外端部设有供所述的拧锁限位块202伸入拧锁用于配合所述的弹性旋转卡接部3使所述的上载板4与所述的下载板5紧压贴合的限位槽402,所述的拧锁部2包括用于限定所述的弹性旋转卡接部3与其之间的连接高度的落入所述的限位槽402内的拧锁限位块202,所述的拧锁限位块202外露端设有可供扳手拧动的拧锁结构203。其优点在于结构简单,方便安装,能有效配合连接件进行锁定。
本发明工作原理:
安装:先将副载板508进行拼装,形成下载板5,再将连接座6放置于上载板4与下载板5之间,部分连接座6放置在两副载板508拼接端上方,并使连接座6上的连接孔601分别对应上载板4上的上锁定孔401及下载板5上的下锁定孔501,再将连接件100从上载板4外端部插入上锁定孔401使拧锁限位块202贴合限位槽402,连接件100完全插入后,卡接块301位于卡锁腔502内,如图12所示,此时将扳手插入拧锁结构203,再拧动连接件100使卡接块301在卡锁腔502内转动,卡接块301沿倾斜导滑面506滑至锁定平面505,卡锁凸起303卡入卡锁凹槽503内,如图16所示,完成安装。
基于以上技术方案,本发明相对于现有技术存在着如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,容易加工,制造成本更低,当载板损坏时能方便拆装更换,减少经济损失。同时,本发明的连接件与卡锁结构配装效果好, 安装效率高,使载板配合后结构更牢固。
本发明的卡锁结构上设有倾斜导滑面,连接件透过倾斜导滑面转动卡锁,使托物载板配合结构紧固,无间隙。
本发明的下载板由多个可拼装的副载板组成,加工更方便,注塑模具更小,能有效降低制造成本,且因为下载板经常与叉车叉尖部接触,容易损坏,采用可拼装的副载板能在局部损坏时方便更换,减少经济损失和能源浪费。
发明除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本发明。本文中出现的诸如“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。
本发明已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接件,包括主体,其特征在于,所述的主体一端设有用于通过旋转卡接托物载板的弹性旋转卡接部,所述的主体另一端设有用于卡锁托物载板并能通过拧锁工具配合带动所述的主体转动卡锁的拧锁部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述的主体为圆柱形,所述的弹性旋转卡接部包括长度大于所述的主体直径且宽度小于等于所述的主体直径的卡锁块,所述的卡锁块长度方向两端设有卡锁凸起,所述的卡锁凸起与所述的卡接块之间设有弹性让位间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述的拧锁部包括用于限定所述的弹性旋转卡接部与其之间的连接高度的拧锁限位块,所述的拧锁限位块外露端设有可供扳手拧动的拧锁结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述的弹性旋转卡接部与所述的主体由弹性材料一体成型制成。
  5. 一种组合托物载板连接卡锁结构,其特征在于,包括设在所述的托物载板的下载板上的下锁定孔,所述的下锁定孔内穿装有连接件,所述的连接件包括主体,所述的主体一端设有用于通过旋转卡接托物载板的弹性旋转卡接部,所述的主体另一端设有用于卡锁托物载板并能通过拧锁工具配合带动所述的主体转动卡锁的拧锁部,所述的下锁定孔外端部设有供所述的弹性旋转卡接部在其内旋转卡锁使所述的上载板与所述的下载板紧压贴合的卡锁腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的组合托物载板连接卡锁结构,其特征在于,所述的主体为圆柱形,所述的弹性旋转卡接部包括长度大于所述的主体直径且宽度小于等于所述的主体直径的卡锁块,所述的卡锁块长度方向两端设有卡锁凸起,所述的卡锁凸起与所述的卡接块之间设有弹性让位间隙,所述的下锁定孔为长条形孔,所述的卡锁腔为设置在所述的下锁定孔外端的台阶孔,所述的卡锁腔内设有使旋转后的卡锁块压紧所述的下载板的锁定平面,所述的锁定平面与所述的卡锁腔底部之间设有导向所述的卡锁块滑至所述的锁定平面的倾斜导滑面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的组合托物载板连接卡锁结构,其特征在于,所述的卡锁腔内壁设有能供所述的卡锁凸起卡入其内实现对所述的连接件位置锁定的卡锁凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的组合托物载板连接卡锁结构,其特征在于,所述的卡锁凹槽一侧设有用于限定所述的卡锁块旋转方向的旋转限位部。
  9. 一种应用权利要求5至8任意一项所述的连接卡锁结构的组合托物载板,包括上载板及下载板,所述的上载板与所述的下载板之间设有连接座,所述的上载板上设有上锁定孔,所述的下载板上设有下锁定孔,所述的连接座内设有连接孔,所述的上锁定孔、下锁定孔和连接孔内穿装有连接件,所述的连接件与所述的下载板之间设有连接卡锁结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的组合托物载板,其特征在于,所述的上锁定孔外端部设有供所述的拧锁限位块伸入拧锁用于配合所述的弹性旋转卡接部使所述的上载板与所述的下载板紧压贴合的限位槽,所述的拧锁部包括用于限定所述的弹性旋转卡接部与其之间的连接高度的落入所述的限位槽内的拧锁限位块,所述的拧锁限位块外露端设有可供扳手拧动的拧锁结构。
