技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种小区测量配置信息发送、接收方法及装置。
背景技术
长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称LTE)是由第三代合作伙伴计划(The 3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称3GPP)组织制定的通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,简称UMTS)技术标准的长期演进。
当终端当需要进行服务小区变更时,终端接收网络侧发送的邻小区的配置信息,以实现对邻小区的测量,进而进行小区变更。如果终端处于无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,简称RRC)连接状态则进行小区切换,如果终端处于RRC空闲状态,则进行小区重选,其中,小区重选时终端根据网络侧发送的系统广播消息进行邻区测量。
然而,目前网络侧发送的邻小区配置信息,可能将终端不能测量的频点发送给终端。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种小区测量配置信息发送、接收方法及装置,用以实现更加灵活地进行小区变更。
本公开实施例提供的小区测量配置信息发送方法,包括:
网络设备通过专用信令向终端发送所述终端使用的第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置 信息的指示信息;
所述网络设备通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息。
可选地,所述终端使用的小区变更配置信息是根据所述终端的能力确定的。
可选地,该方法还包括:
所述网络设备接收终端发送的第一测量配置信息获取请求;其中,所述获取请求是来自于第一区域的终端接入所述网络设备所在的第二区域后发送的;
所述网络设备将第一测量配置信息通过专用信令发送给发送所述获取请求的终端。

在本公开上述实施例中,网络设备通过专用信令向终端发送该终端使用的第一测量配置信息,第一测量配置信息包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息;网络设备通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,第二测量配置信息包括小区变更配置指示信息,以使接收到第二测量配置信息的终端根据第二测量配置信息中的小区变更配置指示信息对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。由于网络设备发送的为测量配置信息指示信息,能够节省了系统广播消息的信令开销。

本公开实施例中的网络设备,可以是LTE系统中的演进型基站、宏基站、微基站(也称为“小基站”)、微微基站等,本公开对此并不限定。
本公开实施例中的终端,包括各种形式的用户设备(User Equipment),移动台(Mobile station,简称MS),终端(terminal),终端设备(Terminal Equipment)等,本公开对此并不限定。
目前,网络设备发送给终端的小区变更配置信息没有考虑终端的测量能力,可能将终端不支持测量的频点信息发送给终端。为了解决上述问题,本公开实施例提供了一种小区测量配置信息发送、接收方法。
参见图1,为本公开实施例提供的一种小区测量配置信息发送方法,如图所述,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101、网络设备通过专用信令向终端发送该终端使用的第一测量配置信息,第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识该小区变更配置信息的指示信息。
步骤102、网络设备通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息。
在上述步骤102中,网络设备通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,可以使得终端在接收到第二测量配置信息后,根据第二测量配置信息中的小区变更配置指示信息所对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。
可选地,上述第一测量配置信息中还包括触发小区变更的预设门限,即当终端测量到其服务小区的信号质量低于该预设门限时,则触发终端进行小区变更。
可选地,终端在进行网络附着的过程中,将终端的测量能力上报给网络设 备,网络设备可以将终端的测量能力上报给该网络设备的上一级网络节点。上一级网络节点可以是移动管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,简称MME);或者,上一级网络节点还可以是该网络设备所在的小区组的组长,该小区组由若干个小区组成,该小区组的组长可以是预先约定的该若干个小区中的一个。该网络设备的上一级网络节点在接收到终端的测量能力后,可以根据该终端的测量能力生成针对该终端的小区变更配置信息与用于表示该小区变更配置信息的指示信息。当上一级网络节点为MME时,该网络节点可以通过S1-MME接口将产生的小区变更配置信息与用于指示该小区变更配置信息的指示信息发送给网络设备;当上一级网络节点为小区组组长时,该网络节点可以通过小区之间的接口将产生的小区变更配置信息与用于指示该小区变更配置信息的指示信息发送给该网络设备。
由于上述小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息,是由该网络设备的上一级网络节点生成的,在该网络节点所对应的区域内,该小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息之间的对应关系是有效的。当终端离开该网络设备的上一级网络节点所对应的区域后,该小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息可能会失效,终端可以向新的区域中的网络设备发送获取第一测量配置信息的请求,以获取新的区域中的小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息;相应地,新的区域中的网络设备在接收到终端发送的获取第一测量配置信息的请求后,可以通过专用信令向该终端发送第一测量配置信息,第一测量配置信息中包含有新的区域的小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息。
可选地,上述小区变更配置指示信息,可以是小区变更配置索引号,小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息,可以包括小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系。在同一终端的小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系中,不同的小区变更配置索引号对应不同的小区变更配置信息。网络设备将小区变更配置信息的索引号发送给终端,终端根据接收到的小区变更配置信息的索引号,以及在附着过程中接收到的小区变更配置信息与索引号的对应关系,确定小区变更配置信息。
由于上述小区变更配置信息与索引号的对应关系,是由该网络设备的上一 级网络节点根据终端的测量能力生成的,因此对于不同的终端来说,相同的小区变更配置索引号所对应的小区变更配置信息可能相同,也可能不同。
可选地,小区变更配置信息可以包括以下一种或多种信息:
允许进行测量的频点、带宽;
服务小区标识。
举例说明,索引号1对应的小区配置信息为:频点E和频点F,带宽为200M,小区标识为xxxx;索引号2对应的小区配置信息为:频点G,带宽200M,小区标识yyyy。
可选地,小区变更配置指示信息,也可以是用于指示终端通过系统广播消息获取小区变更配置信息的指示信息。在一些实施例中,可以在索引号中预留一个索引号,该预留的索引号不对应具体的小区变更配置信息,当网络设备向终端发送该预留的索引号时,表示该网络设备将通过系统广播消息发送小区变更配置信息。
在一些实施例中,终端接收到网络设备发送的包含有小区变更配置指示信息的第二测量配置信息后,但从小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息之间的对应关系中,未查找到该小区变更配置指示信息所对应的小区变更配置信息,可以向网络设备发送获取小区变更配置信息的请求,网络设备在接收到终端发送的获取小区变更配置信息的请求后,向终端发送小区变更配置信息。
参见图2,为本公开实施例提供的小区测量配置信息接收方法,如图所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201、终端通过专用信令接收网络设备发送的该终端使用的第一测量配置信息,第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息。
可选地,上述终端使用的小区变更配置信息是根据该终端的测量能力确定的。
可选地,终端接收到的第一测量配置信息中还包括触发小区变更的预设门限,当终端测量到其服务小区的信号质量低于该预设门限时,则触发该终端进行小区变更。
步骤202、终端通过系统广播消息接收网络设备发送的第二测量配置信息,第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息。
具体地,当该终端被触发进行小区变更时,通过系统广播小区接收网络设备发送的第二测量配置信息。
步骤203、终端根据小区变更配置指示信息所对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。
可选地,当终端从第一区域进入该网络设备所在的第二区域后,可以向该网络设备发送第一测量配置信息获取请求。网络设备在接收到终端发送的第一测量配置信息获取请求后,通过专用信令向终端发送第一测量配置信息,该第一测量配置信息是根据该终端的测量能力确定出的该终端在该网络设备所在的第二区域使用的。其中,第一区域与第二区域为不同的MME对应的区域;或者第一区域和第二区域为不同的小区组所对应的区域,一个小区组中包括若干个小区。
可选地,上述小区变更配置指示信息可以是小区变更配置索引号,小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息,可以包括小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系。在同一终端的小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系中,不同的小区变更配置索引号对应不同的小区变更配置信息。上述小区变更配置指示信息也可以是用于指示终端通过系统广播消息获取小区变更配置信息。
相应地,终端接收到网络设备发送的小区变更配置索引号,则根据该索引号所对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量;若终端接收到网络设备发送的小区变更配置信息指示信息为指示终端通过系统广播消息获取小区变更配置信息的指示信息,则终端通过接收网络设备发送的系统广播消息以获取小区变更配置信息。
由于网络设备发送给终端的第一测量配置信息中的小区变更配置信息是根据终端的测量能力确定的,因此,因此对于不同的终端来说,相同的索引号所对应的小区变更配置信息可能相同,也可能不同。
可选地,小区变更配置信息可以包括以下一种或多种信息:
允许进行测量的频点、带宽;
服务小区标识。
在一些实施例中,终端接收到网络设备发送的包含有小区变更配置指示信息的第二测量配置信息后,但从小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息之间的对应关系中,未查找到该小区变更配置指示信息所对应的小区变更配置信息,可以向网络设备发送获取小区变更配置信息的请求,网络设备在接收到终端发送的获取小区变更配置信息的请求后,向终端发送小区变更配置信息。
在本公开上述实施例中,网络设备通过专用信令向终端发送该终端使用的第一测量配置信息,第一测量配置信息包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息;网络设备通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,第二测量配置信息包括小区变更配置指示信息,以使接收到第二测量配置信息的终端根据第二测量配置信息中的小区变更配置指示信息对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。由于网络设备发送的为测量配置信息指示信息,能够节省了系统广播消息的信令开销。

可选地,所述终端使用的小区变更配置信息是根据所述终端的能力确定的。
可选地,该终端还包括:
发送模块404,用于从第一区域进入所述网络设备所在的第二区域后,向所述网络设备发送第一测量配置信息获取请求;
第一接收模块401,还用于在所述发送模块发送第一测量配置信息获取请求之后,接收所述网络设备通过专用信令发送的第一测量配置信息。
可选地,所述第一区域为第一MME对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二MME对应的区域;或者,所述第一区域为第一小区组对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二小区组对应的区域,所述第一小区组包括N个小区,N为大于等于1的整数,所述第二小区组包括M个小区,M为大于等于1的整数。
可选地,所述小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息,包括:所述小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系;
所述终端使用的不同小区变更配置索引号对应不同的小区变更配置信息;
不同终端使用的相同小区变更配置索引号对应的小区变更配置信息相同,或者不同。
可选地,所述小区变更配置信息中,包括以下一种或多种信息:
允许进行测量的频点、带宽;
服务小区标识。
在本公开上述实施例中,网络设备通过专用信令向终端发送该终端使用的第一测量配置信息,第一测量配置信息包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识小区变更配置信息的指示信息;网络设备通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,第二测量配置信息包括小区变更配置指示信息,以使接收到第二测量配置信息的终端根据第二测量配置信息中的小区变更配置指示信息对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。由于网络设备发送的为测量配置信息指示信息,能够节省了系统广播消息的信令开销。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种小区测量配置信息发送方法,包括:
    网络设备通过专用信令向终端发送所述终端使用的第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息;
    所述网络设备通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端使用的小区变更配置信息是根据所述终端的能力确定的。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    所述网络设备接收终端发送的第一测量配置信息获取请求;其中,所述获取请求是来自于第一区域的终端接入所述网络设备所在的第二区域后发送的;
    所述网络设备将所述第一测量配置信息通过所述专用信令发送给发送所述获取请求的终端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第一区域为第一MME对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二MME对应的区域;或者
    所述第一区域为第一小区组对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二小区组对应的区域,所述第一小区组包括N个小区,N为大于等于1的整数,所述第二小区组包括M个小区,M为大于等于1的整数。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息,包括:所述小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系;
    所述终端使用的不同小区变更配置索引号对应不同的小区变更配置信息;
    不同终端使用的相同小区变更配置索引号对应的小区变更配置信息相同,或者不同。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述小区变更配置信息中,包括以下一种或多种信息:
    允许进行测量的频点、带宽;
    服务小区标识。
  7. 一种小区测量配置信息接收方法,包括:
    终端通过专用信令接收网络设备发送的所述终端使用的第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息;
    所述终端通过系统广播消息接收所述网络设备发送的第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息;
    所述终端根据所述小区变更配置指示信息所对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述终端使用的小区变更配置信息是根据所述终端的能力确定的。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的方法,还包括:
    所述终端从第一区域进入所述网络设备所在的第二区域后,向所述网络设备发送第一测量配置信息获取请求;
    所述终端接收所述网络设备通过专用信令发送的第一测量配置信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述第一区域为第一MME对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二MME对应的区域;或者
    所述第一区域为第一小区组对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二小区组对应的区域,所述第一小区组包括N个小区,N为大于等于1的整数,所述第二小区组包括M个小区,M为大于等于1的整数。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息,包括:所述小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系;
    所述终端使用的不同小区变更配置索引号对应不同的小区变更配置信息;
    不同终端使用的相同小区变更配置索引号对应的小区变更配置信息相同,或者不同。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述小区变更配置信息中,包括以下一种或多种信息:
    允许进行测量的频点、带宽;
    服务小区标识。
  13. 一种网络设备,包括:
    第一发送模块,用于通过专用信令向终端发送所述终端使用的第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息;
    第二发送模块,用于通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的网络设备,其中,所述终端使用的小区变更配置信息是根据所述终端的能力确定的。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的网络设备,还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端发送的第一测量配置信息获取请求;其中,所述获取请求是来自于第一区域的终端接入所述网络设备所在的第二区域后发送的;
    所述第一发送模块,还用于将第一测量配置信息通过专用信令发送给发送所述获取请求的终端。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的网络设备,其中,所述第一区域为第一MME对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二MME对应的区域;或者
    所述第一区域为第一小区组对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二小区组对应的区域,所述第一小区组包括N个小区,N为大于等于1的整数,所述第二小区组包括M个小区,M为大于等于1的整数。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的网络设备,其中,所述小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息,包括:所述小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系;
    所述终端使用的不同小区变更配置索引号对应不同的小区变更配置信息;
    不同终端使用的相同小区变更配置索引号对应的小区变更配置信息相同,或者不同。
  18. 如权利要求13所述的网络设备,其中,所述小区变更配置信息中,包括以下一种或多种信息:
    允许进行测量的频点、带宽;
    服务小区标识。
  19. 一种终端,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于通过专用信令接收网络设备发送的所述终端使用的第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述消息变更配置信息的指示信息;
    第二接收模块,用于通过系统广播消息接收所述网络设备发送的第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息;
    测量模块,用于根据所述小区变更配置指示信息所对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的终端,其中,所述终端使用的小区变更配置信息是根据所述终端的能力确定的。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的终端,还包括:
    发送模块,用于从第一区域进入所述网络设备所在的第二区域后,向所述网络设备发送第一测量配置信息获取请求;
    第一接收模块,还用于在所述发送模块发送第一测量配置信息获取请求之后,接收所述网络设备通过专用信令发送的第一测量配置信息。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的终端,其中,所述第一区域为第一MME对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二MME对应的区域;或者
    所述第一区域为第一小区组对应的区域,所述第二区域为第二小区组对应的区域,所述第一小区组包括N个小区,N为大于等于1的整数,所述第二小区组包括M个小区,M为大于等于1的整数。
  23. 如权利要求19所述的终端,其中,所述小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息,包括:所述小区变更配置信息与小区变更配置索引号之间的对应关系;
    所述终端使用的不同小区变更配置索引号对应不同的小区变更配置信息;
    不同终端使用的相同小区变更配置索引号对应的小区变更配置信息相同,或者不同。
  24. 如权利要求19所述的终端,其中,所述小区变更配置信息中,包括以下一种或多种信息:
    允许进行测量的频点、带宽;
    服务小区标识。
  25. 一种网络设备,包括收发机、处理器以及用于存储所述处理器在执行操作时所使用的程序或数据的存储器,其中:
    所述处理器,用于生成终端使用的第一测量配置信息;
    所述收发机,用于通过专用信令向所述终端发送所述第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息;
    所述处理器,还用于生成第二测量配置信息;
    所述收发机,还用于通过系统广播消息发送所述第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息。
  26. 一种终端,包括收发机、处理器以及用于存储所述处理器在执行操作时所使用的程序或数据的存储器,其中:
    所述收发机,用于通过专用信令接收网络设备发送的所述终端使用的第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述消息变更配置信息的指示信息,用于通过系统广播消息接收所述网络设备发送的第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息;
    所述处理器,用于根据所述小区变更配置指示信息所对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。
  27. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有实现如下步骤的指令:
    通过专用信令向终端发送所述终端使用的第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息;
    通过系统广播消息发送第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息。
  28. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有实现如下步骤的指令:
    通过专用信令接收网络设备发送的所述终端使用的第一测量配置信息,所述第一测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置信息与用于标识所述小区变更配置信息的指示信息;
    通过系统广播消息接收所述网络设备发送的第二测量配置信息,所述第二测量配置信息中包括小区变更配置指示信息;
    根据所述小区变更配置指示信息所对应的小区变更配置信息进行小区测量。
