以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的实施方式
参见图1,图1为本发明移动终端夹持装置第一实施例的结构图。移动终端夹持装置1包括中部的基座100以及位于基座100上下两端的上臂部300和下臂部500,上臂部300通过第一夹头200连接到基座100的上端,下臂部500通过第二夹头400连接到基座100的下端,移动终端、电子书阅读器或平板电脑等可被夹持于上臂部300和下臂部500之间。
参见图2,图2为移动终端夹持装置第一实施例张开状态的结构图。在基座100内设置有第一导杆腔和第二导杆腔,第一导杆腔和第二导杆腔内分别安装有可在其内上下滑动的第一导杆110和第二导杆120,且第一导杆110与第一导杆腔二者之间以及第二导杆120与第二导杆腔二者之间均连接有弹簧(图中未示出),第一导杆110的末端连接有第一夹头200,第二导杆120的末端连接有第二夹头400,由于第一导杆腔的开口设置于基座100的上端面,第二导杆腔的开口设置于基座100的下端面,因此第一夹头200和第二夹头400可沿彼此相反的方向弹性张开,使第一夹头200和第二夹头400之间的间距扩大。本实施例中,基座100上设置有两根第一导杆110和两根第二导杆120,以第一导杆110为例,两根第一导杆110同时连接在第一夹头200上可提高两者间的连接稳固性,同时防止第一夹头200产生以第一导杆110为轴心的不必要的转动。
参见图3,图3为下臂部500的结构图。上臂部300(图1示)和下臂部500结构相同,故以下臂部500为例进行具体说明。下臂部500包括有平行设置于下臂部500两侧的第一夹臂51和第二夹臂52,第一夹臂51的延伸起端513和第二夹臂52的延伸起端523之间连接有连接横板53,第一夹臂51在与连接横板53的连接处上方设置有第一铰接孔514,对应地,第二夹臂52在与连接横板53的连接处上方设置有第二铰接孔524,第一铰接孔514和第二铰接孔524拥有同一中心轴线L。
第一夹臂51从延伸起端513起沿垂直于连接横板53的方向延伸成为长形块,第一夹臂51以其在高度方向上接近第一铰接孔514而远离连接横板53的一个端面作为夹持面510,夹持面510为第一夹臂51的主要受力面。夹持面510上中部圆弧状拱起而形成第一限位凸起511,且夹持面510在远离延伸始端513的延伸末端处凸起而形成末端限位凸起512,末端限位凸起512为矩形凸起,末端限位凸起512具有与夹持面510相互垂直的内侧面。另外,在夹持面510上还铺设有软垫层55,软垫层55铺设于夹持面510和第一限位凸起511上,软垫层55的铺设起于延伸始端513而止于末端限位凸起512。
第二夹臂52与第一夹臂51结构相同,第二夹臂52在其夹持面520中部圆弧拱起而形成第二限位凸起521,第二夹臂52在其延伸末端设置有末端限位凸起522且末端限位凸起522的内侧面与夹持面520相垂直。夹持面520上铺设有软垫层54,软垫层54铺设于夹持面520和第二限位凸起521上,软垫层54的铺设起于延伸始端523而止于末端限位凸起522。
优选的是,软垫层54和软垫层55均采用海绵等弹性物质制成的弹性软垫;另外,连接横板531在其面对第一铰接孔514中心轴线L的侧面上设置有止转凹槽531。
参见图4,图4为移动终端夹持装置第一实施例的结构分解图。结合图3,以基座100上端的第一夹头200为例,第一夹头200呈矩形,第一夹头200在其横向上穿插有铰接轴21,铰接轴21的两端分别伸出于第一夹头200两侧。第一夹头200两侧之间的宽度小于上臂部300上两个夹臂之间的最小间距,因此当铰接轴21从第一夹头200两端伸出的部分插装进上臂部300上两侧的铰接孔314内后,即可实现上臂部300与第一夹头200之间的相对转动,如下臂部500与第二夹头400之间正处于彼此相对转动后的另一状态。优选的是,在第一夹头200上端面上设置有止转凸起22,当上臂部300转动后而使其上夹臂和基座100之间相互垂直时,第一夹头200上的止转凸起22抵接于上臂部300的止转凹槽,对应下臂部500的止转凹槽531,上臂部300则到达了极限位置。而当上臂部300到达反向转动的第二极限位置时,其上的夹臂和基座100相互平行,即上臂部300和下臂部500的可转动角度均为90度。
参见图5,图5为下臂部500另一视角的结构示意图。下臂部500处于移动终端夹持装置的下端,下臂部500下端的支撑面550由第一夹臂51的第一下端面515、第二夹臂52的第二下端面525以及连接横板53的横板下端面535共同组成。支撑面550可为具有三个支撑点或以上组成的具有支撑能力的虚拟基面,支撑面550也可以是无数个支撑点组成的真实平面。当然,支撑面550可以仅由第一下端面515、第二下端面525和第三下端面535中的任意二者组合而成。
参见图6,图6为移动终端夹持装置第一实施例的第一使用状态图。移动终端夹持装置1中夹持有电子书阅读器9而处于张开状态,且移动终端夹持装置1通过支撑面550竖立于支撑平台上。其中,上臂部300上夹臂的夹持面310和下臂部500上夹臂的夹持面510相向面对。夹持面310被中间的第三限位凸起311分割形成前放置位310b和后放置位310a;相同地,夹持面510被中间的第一限位凸起511分割形成前放置位510b和后放置位510a。电子书阅读器9夹持于前放置位510b和前放置位310b之间,电子书阅读器9处于竖立放置状态。由于在电子书阅读器9上端的前后两侧分别由末端限位凸起312和末端限位凸起512进行限位阻挡,电子书阅读器9上端的前后两侧分别由第三限位凸起311和第一限位凸起511进行限位阻挡,因此电子书阅读器9能稳固地被夹持于移动终端夹持装置1中。
参见图7,图7为移动终端夹持装置第一实施例的第二使用状态图。移动终端夹持装置1中夹持有处于倾斜状态的电子书阅读器9,电子书阅读器9夹持于后放置位310a和前放置位510b之间,电子书阅读器9上端的前后两侧分别第三限位凸起311以及第三延伸始端313进行限位阻挡,而电子书阅读器9下端的前后两侧则分别由末端限位凸起512和第一限位凸起511进行限位阻挡。
参见图8,图8为移动终端夹持装置第二实施例的使用状态图。移动终端夹持装置6竖立于支撑平台上,移动终端夹持装置6上端夹臂7的夹持面710上设置有第一限位凸起711和第二限位凸起712,并在夹臂7的延伸末端设置有末端限位凸起713,夹持面710被第一限位凸起711、第二限位凸起712、末端限位凸起713以及延伸始端714分割为前放置位710c、中放置位710b和后放置位710a;相同地,下端夹臂8的夹持面810被第三限位凸起811、第四限位凸起812、末端限位凸起813以及延伸始端814分割为前放置位810c、中放置位810b和后放置位810a。电子书阅读器10被倾斜夹持在后放置位710a和前放置位810c之间,电子书阅读器10上端的前后两侧分别由第一限位凸起711和延伸始端714进行限位阻挡,电子书阅读器10下端的前后两侧分别由第四限位凸起812和末端限位凸起813进行限位阻挡。
参见图9、图10和图11,图9为移动终端夹持装置第一实施例另一视角的结构图,图10和图11分别为移动终端夹持装置第一实施例第三使用状态和第四使用状态的结构图。基座100两侧的第一侧面110和第二侧面120轮廓为内凹的弧面,当移动终端夹持装置作手持使用时,手将握于基座100的第一侧面110和第二侧面120上,第一侧面110和第二侧面120的内凹弧线轮廓可达到防止手部防脱和滑移等问题的出现。
在基座100背对被夹持物的一侧上设置有连接孔130,连接孔130具有内螺纹,移动终端夹持装置1可通过连接孔130安装到支撑架或者自拍杆等支撑物上。支撑架2包括有由下往上连接的底部23、杆部22和万向连接头21,万向连接头21的活动部末端设置有螺纹部,万向连接头21和连接孔130通过螺纹配合安装,实现移动终端夹持装置1与支撑架2之间的连接安装。
自拍杆3包括可伸缩的杆部31和连接于杆部31末端的万向连接头32,万向连接头32的活动部末端设置有螺纹部,万向连接头32和连接孔130通过螺纹配合安装,实现移动终端夹持装置1与自拍杆3之间的连接安装。
本发明提供的移动终端夹持装置通过在夹臂上设置限位凸起,以及在夹臂一侧形成支撑面,以实现移动终端夹持装置的放置式阅读或者手持阅读模式,且移动终端的摆放角度可选择;同时移动终端夹持装置保留与相机三角架和带云台的移动支架配合安装的连接孔,进一步扩展移动终端夹持装置的使用模式。
最后需要强调的是,以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种变化和更改,例如夹臂夹持面上设置的限位凸起数目可以为多个、连接于同一个夹头上的夹臂之间可非互相平行又或者限位凸起可以是夹持面上任意形状的凸起等,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提供的移动终端夹持装置可以用于夹持诸如智能手机、平板电脑或者电子书阅读器等多种便携式移动终端,并且由于移动终端夹持于两个夹持面之间,夹持面在限位凸起的两侧将形成两个放置位,通过放置在不同的放置位上可以实现移动终端不同的摆放角度,且夹持装置可通过支撑面放置在固定位置上,即可实现对移动终端放置式阅览。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端夹持装置,包括基座和两个夹头;所述基座设置有两个导杆腔,每一导杆腔内安装有一根导杆;
    每一所述夹头通过至少一根根所述导杆与所述基座连接,两个所述夹头连接于所述基座的相对两端上;
    每根所述导杆均连接有使其复位的弹簧;
    其特征在于:
    每个所述夹头的两侧均铰接有夹臂,至少一个所述夹臂上设置有至少两个限位凸起,所述限位凸起设置在所述夹臂的夹持面上,所述夹持面位于与该夹臂所在的所述夹头相对的另一所述夹头上相向的面上,多个所述限位凸起沿该夹臂的延伸方向设置;
    至少一个所述夹头上的两个所述夹臂在背向所述基座的一侧形成支撑面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    所述基座靠近所述夹臂的两侧具有内凹的弧线轮廓。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    所述基座的背面设置有连接孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    设置于一个所述夹头上的两个所述夹臂之间固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    多个所述限位凸起中的一个所述限位凸起设置于所述夹臂的延伸末端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    所述限位凸起为在所述夹持面上的弧形拱起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    所述移动终端夹持装置还包括软垫层,所述软垫层铺设在所述限位凸起以及所述夹持面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    所述软垫层为弹性软垫。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    所述限位凸起的内侧面与所述夹持面相连且相互垂直。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的移动终端夹持装置,其特征在于:
    所述夹头上设置有抵接于所述夹臂以限制夹臂转动的止转凸起。
