本发明属于 盆底肌训练仪技术领域,涉及一种适用于女性以及男性的盆底肌训练仪。
背景技术
现如今市面上的传统的盆底肌训练仪的物理原理是利用地心引力的,使用时将球体放入阴道内后,在重力的作用下阴道肌肉会不自觉的收紧夹紧球体;其刺激反应原理是:球体置入体内后,身体运动带动球体内滚珠的运动撞击球体内壁,从而刺激阴道肌肉的自动收缩,从而实现缩阴的效果。
这种盆底肌训练仪的缺点是:1.对于初次使用的人群很难根据需要选择使用的尺寸,要经过多次的试用才能选择到适当尺寸的产品,训练效果不理想;2.因为锻炼方式单一,导致锻炼耗时长;3.由于产品尺寸固定,仅适用于女性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种训练效果好、锻炼方式多样、锻炼时间短、适用于女性和男性的 盆底肌训练仪。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种盆底肌训练仪,包括MCU、设有排气阀的充气球、钢珠、为所述充气球充气的充气泵、用于检测所述充气球内部压力的压力传感器、振动电机,所述MCU与安装有用于控制所述盆底肌训练仪的APP的终端进行无线连接,所述MCU分别与所述振动电机、充气泵、压力传感器和排气阀电连接。
进一步的,所述MCU通过蓝牙或者WIFI与所述终端进行无线连接。
进一步的,还包括两节3.7V锂电池和充电装置,所述两节3.7V锂电池与所述MCU电连接,通过所述充电装置为所述两节3.7V锂电池充电。
进一步的,所述终端为智能手机。
本发明有益效果:本发明的盆底肌训练仪,其大小可控,根据使用者的需要控制盆底肌训练仪的大小,再通过一定频率的扩张与收缩和地心引力原理产生有效运动,从而有效锻炼盆底肌,锻炼时间短、锻炼效果好,改变输入频率即可体验到不同的锻炼感受,锻炼方式多样;由于盆底肌训练仪的大小通过控制可进行改变,因此不仅适用于女性,更能帮助男性锻炼盆底肌。

下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本实施例的一种盆底肌训练仪的原理图。该盆底肌训练仪包括MCU12(即微控制单元)、安装有排气阀16的充气球14、钢珠17、为充气球14充气的充气泵13、用于检测充气球14内部压力的压力传感器15、振动电机18。安装有用于控制盆底肌训练仪的APP的智能手机11通过蓝牙或者WIFI与MCU12进行无线连接。MCU12分别与振动电机18、充气泵13、压力传感器15和排气阀16电连接。MCU12控制振动电机18工作,使盆底肌训练仪产生振动;MCU12控制充气泵13工作向充气球14充入气体;MCU12控制排气阀13排放充气球14内部的气体。充气球14与钢珠17相互连接形成一体。
显然本实施例中的智能手机11也可以使用其他终端设备,本实施例中以智能手机终端举例说明。
本实施例的盆底肌训练仪还包括两节3.7V锂电池19和充电装置20,两节3.7V锂电池19与MCU12电连接,通过充电装置20为两节3.7V锂电池19进行充电。
本发明盆底肌训练仪的使用原理:盆底肌训练仪放入肛门或阴道后,使用者通过智能手机11中的APP输入数据后,智能手机11中的APP根据音乐特性,输出震动的频率,包括电机频率和收放频率。MCU12收到控制信号以后,分别控制振动电机18、充气泵13、压力传感器15、排气阀16,充气泵13向充气球14加入气体,充气球14膨胀,同时压力传感器15将感应到的充气球14内部的压力传输给MCU12,当压力值达到相应值时,MCU12控制充气泵13停止工作,定压一定时间后MCU12控制排气阀16开启,充气球14向外部排放气体,充气球14收缩,如此进行膨胀和收缩循环。充气球13的循环膨胀与收缩加上钢球17的重力作用和振动电机18产生的振动的作用下,从而形成联动,由此产生的规律性的运动能使盆底肌得到有效的锻炼,达到凯格尔运动(骨盘运动)的最佳效果。
综上,本发明的盆底肌训练仪,其设有可膨胀和可收缩的充气球,通过控制气体的进出和压力感应可为每一个使用者量身设置适合的大小和锻炼频率,克服了现有盆底肌训练仪大小固定单一的缺陷,因此适用于每一个使用者;通过可控的扩张和收缩和地心引力原理产生有效运动,能有效减少锻炼所需的时间;还有由于该盆底肌训练仪的大小可控,因此该盆底肌训练仪不仅适用于女性,更能帮助男性锻炼盆底肌。

  1. 一种盆底肌训练仪,其特征在于,包括MCU(12)、设有排气阀(16)的充气球(14)、与所述充气球(14)连接成一体并为所述充气球(14)提供重力的钢珠(17)、为所述充气球(14)充气的充气泵(13)、用于检测所述充气球(14)内部压力的压力传感器(15)、振动电机(18),所述MCU(12)与安装有用于控制所述盆底肌训练仪的APP的终端进行无线连接,所述MCU(12)分别与所述振动电机(18)、充气泵(13)、压力传感器(15)和排气阀(16)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种盆底肌训练仪,其特征在于,所述MCU(12)通过蓝牙或者WIFI与所述终端进行无线连接。
  3. 据权利要求1所述的一种盆底肌训练仪,其特征在于,还包括两节3.7V锂电池(19)和充电装置(20),所述两节3.7V锂电池(19)与所述MCU(12)电连接,通过所述充电装置(20)为所述两节3.7V锂电池(19)充电。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的盆底肌训练仪,其特征在于,所述终端为智能手机(11)。
