- the invention is related to a series of novelty which is used in tracked or wheeled military armored vehicles for forming smoke shrouding in order to reach the aims of providing the bottom cover-body connection by the three numbers of segments in the 76 mm smoke grenade launcher chamber, eliminating the need of perforation upon the contactor by opening the contactor connection spline, which provides the electrical transmission in the launcher chamber, to the metal body and minimizing the labor cost and the problem of rounding by producing the mortar body out of metal as one piece.

In order to decrease this pressure, the conductors in the market are perforated on the top, therefore the pressure is decreased and the breaking of the contactor is inhibited; nevertheless, since a loss occurs in the explosion pressure, the launching distance decreases to 45 meters from approximately 54 meters, which would be the normal distance. In addition, powder gas gets into the base plate from these perforations and causes pollution after the launch.
- 76 mm mortar launcher body that is used in the market is formed by circular welding of two parts of pipe material to each other. This welding results in rounding in the body. In addition, as a result of melting and solidification, alterations occur in the interior structure (embrittlement). These may cause undesired problems during the production and the use of the product. Regarding financial aspects, both the high cost of the welding processes and the fact that it adds an extra factor to the production process, an undesired circumstance occurs regarding the production cost and ease.
- the system bottom cover connection is performed with screws. This system does not provide ease in use due to long screwing duration and also it causes difficulty in mounting-demounting processes due to reasons such as corrosion and blockage after a certain time of use.

- This type of a connection shall prevent the breaks and detachment of the bottom cover by providing a regular distribution of the loads during the explosion.
- Another aim of the invention is to enable an easy demounting of the bottom cover plenary from the said launcher chamber by turning a single crank arm and to increase the operating time by enabling the connection endure high tensions, in addition to prevent problems such as corrosion and blockage in the connection part.
- Another aim of the invention is that the pins providing the connection to the contactor plenary body are located in the contactor and pin socket is perforated on the metal body. Therefore, the perforations which are opened to the contactor for the aim of decreasing the pressure by increasing the endurance are eliminated and the launching range is increased.
- Another aim of the invention is to keep the powder gas and gas which pass through the perforations during the explosion inside the said launching chamber due to the fact that no perforations exist on the said contactor, therefore; to prevent exhaust gas and dust to enter into the base plate and consequently to enable the base plate remain clean.
- Another aim of the invention is to produce the said launch chamber body from a one piece material and to eliminate the rounding problem and the production costs.

Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à une nouveauté apportée à un lance-grenades fumigènes de 76 mm qui est utilisé dans des véhicules blindés militaires à chenilles ou à roues pour former une enveloppe de fumée, et qui comprend un cadre de corps (23), un cadre de recouvrement inférieur (24), une plaque de base (28), un cadre de recouvrement supérieur (27) et un cadre de contacteur (25). L'invention comprend au moins trois nombres de segments (4) qui sont reliés au bras de manivelle (2) qui centre exactement la prise de segment du cadre de recouvrement inférieur (24) ; au moins un bras de manivelle (2) qui est relié auxdits segments (4) et qui fournit le mouvement de ces segments (4) et qui est situé au milieu du cadre de recouvrement inférieur (24), au moins deux cadres de contacteur (25) qui sont situés sur au moins deux prises de contacteur qui assurent la connexion avec ledit cadre de corps (23) ; et au moins un cadre de corps (23) qui est constitué d'un métal en une seule pièce avec des ressources minimales.
