需要说明的是,依据系统的工作模式不同,当系统处于制冷剂缺少状态时新风系统的各项参数的表现形式也就不同,对此,在应用本公开实施例公开的故障检测方法之前,需针对于不同的模式,设置不同的判断规则。例如,当新风系统工作于制冷模式时,预设条件为:初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且初始内管温度和当前内管温度之差小于第三目标值,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且初始内管温度和当前内管温度之差小于第四目标值;当新风系统工作于制热模式时,预设条件为:初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且初始内管温度和当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第五目标值,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且初始内管温度和当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第六目标值。其中,第二目标值、第三目标值、第四目标值、第五目标值和第六目标值的
具体值可以依据用户需求进行设定。
在步骤S105,判断初始排气温度、初始外环温度、初始内管温度和当前内管温度是否满足预设条件,如果是,执行步骤S106。
在该步骤中,在确定用于执行本次判断的预设条件后,判断初始排气温度、初始外环温度、初始内管温度和当前内管温度是否满足预设条件中的任意一项规则,如果是,则表明新风系统处于制冷剂缺少故障。
在步骤S106,确定新风系统制冷剂泄漏。
在上述实施例中,在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管温度和初始排气温度;在压缩机启动后,获取新风系统的当前内管温度;依据新风系统的工作模式选择用于进行故障判断的预设条件,若初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值小于第一目标值,且初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差,以及初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差分别位于对应的目标范围内,说明新风系统制冷剂量过少,从而使得用户能够及时发现新风系统制冷剂泄漏。
图2为本公开新风系统故障判断方法的另一些实施例的流程示意图。
在步骤S201,在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管温度和初始排气温度。
在步骤S202,判断初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值是否小于等于第一目标值,若是,则执行步骤S203,否则,说明新风系统处于正常模式。
在步骤S203,在检测到压缩机启动时开始计时。为了保证故障判断的精准性,获取到的当前内管温度为压缩机运行设定时长后的内管温度。
在步骤S204,判断计时时长是否达到设定时长,若是,则执行步骤S205。
在步骤S205,获取新风系统的当前内管温度。
在步骤S206,获取与新风系统的工作模式相匹配的预设判定条件。在新风系统工作于制冷模式的情况下,预设条件为:初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差小于第三目标值,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差小于第四目标值;在新风系统工作于制热模式的情况下,预设条件为:初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第五目标值,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第六目标值。
其中,在新风系统工作时,由于压缩机的功率不同、新风系统的工作模式不同、设定时长不同,所应选择的第二目标值、第三目标值、第四目标值、第五目标值和第六目标值的大小也就不同,针对于此,本公开可在执行上述方法之前,预设一映射表,该预设映射表中预存有工作模式、压缩机功率和设定时长与第二目标值、第三目标值、第四目标值、第五目标值和第六目标值之间的映射关系。
在步骤S207,判断初始排气温度、初始外环温度、初始内管温度和当前内管温度是否满足预设条件,如果是,执行步骤S208。
在步骤S208,发送告警信息。其中,可以将告警信息发送至告警器,告警器用于输出表征新风系统制冷剂泄露的告警信号,告警信号的类型可以依据用户需求自行设定,例如,其可以为预设语音信号或蜂鸣器告警信号等。
在上述实施例中,在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管温度和初始排气温度,在压缩机启动后,获取新风系统的当前内管温度,若初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值小于等于第一目标值,初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差,以及初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差分别位于对应的目标范围内,则说明新风系统制冷剂泄漏,进而输出告警信号,从而能够及时提醒用户当前新风系统是否处于缺氟故障的状态。
下面以处于制冷模式的新风系统进行故障判断为例进行举例说明,其中,可以通过映射表查找到第一目标值设置为5℃、第二目标值设置为10℃、第三目标值设置为3℃、第四目标值设置为2℃、设定时长设置为6分钟。
A1、在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管温度和初始排气温度。
A2、判断初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值是否小于等于5℃,若是,则进入A3。
A3、在压缩机启动时长达到6分钟时,获取当前内管温度。
A4、判断初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差是否不小于10℃且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差是否小于3℃,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差是否小于10℃且初始内管温度和当前内管温度之差是否小于2℃,若是,则输出用于表征新风系统制冷剂泄露的告警信号。
在上述新风系统出现制冷剂泄漏故障时,为了能够通知维修人员及时对新风系统进行维修,还可以如图3所示,微处理器执行以下步骤:
在步骤S301,获取与新风系统相对应的用户终端的通信地址。
用户终端可以为手机、PAD等移动终端。其中,用户终端的通信地址可以是用户预留的通信地址,考虑到新风系统的使用寿命较长,其可能会出现系统易主或用户换联系方式的情况,对此,也可以自动以新风系统为中心的预设范围内进行设备搜索,在搜索到用户终端时,获取该通信设备的通信地址。
在步骤S302,依据通信地址向用户终端输出维修服务发送请求,以便用户终端向预设网络服务器发送维修服务请求。该维修服务发送请求可以包括新风系统的型号标识信息。
在新风系统因制冷剂缺少而出现故障时,可以向用户终端输出维修服务发送请求,以请示用户是否需要对新风系统进行维修。
在步骤S303,在用户终端检测到用户响应维修服务发送请求时,生成维修服务请求,将维修服务请求发送至预设网络服务器。
其中,用户响应维修服务发送请求指的是,在用户终端获取到维修服务发送请求时,可以将该请求通过预设窗口展示给用户,在用户终端通过该预设窗口获取到用户键入的确认指令时,即表明用户响应了维修服务发送请求。此时,用户终端生成维修服务请求并将该维修服务请求发送至预设网络服务器,其中,预设网络服务器为与新风系统的厂商相匹配的网络服务器,例如,在新风系统的生产厂商为格力时,将该维修服务请求发送与格力公司相匹配的网络服务器中。
为了方便维修人员确定系统型号、用户联系方式以及故障类型,该维修服务器请求可以至少包括用户终端的联系方式、型号标识信息以及用于表征新风系统缺制冷剂故障的故障标识等。
另外,为了方便维修人员确定新风系统的地址信息,若用户在家时,用户终端检测到用户响应维修服务发送请求后,还可以通过定位系统确定用户终端的位置信息,并生成包含用户终端位置信息的维修服务器请求。
在上述实施例中,在新风系统出现故障时,可以根据与新风系统相对应的用户终端的通信地址,向用户终端输出维修服务发送请求,以便用户终端向预设网络服务器发送维修服务请求,从而能够及时通知维修人员对新风系统进行维修。
图4为本公开新风系统故障判断装置的一些实施例的结构示意图。该新风系统故障判断装置可以为微处理器,包括数据采集模块110、第一判断模块120和第二判断模块130。
其中,数据采集模块110用于在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管温度和初始排气温度,以及在压缩机启动后,获取新风系统的当前内管温度。其中,在新风系统的压缩机启动后,新风系统的内管温度会发生变化。在新风系统处于正常状态时,受制冷剂影响,新风系统的内管温度值变化较大,在新风系统处于缺少制冷剂的状态时,新风系统的内管温度变化较小,因此,在压缩机启动后,需采集当前内管温度,以方便后续故障判断。
第一判断模块120用于判断初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值是否小于等于第一目标值,若初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值小于等于第一目标值,则向第二判断模块120块输出触发信号。其中,第一目标值可以依据用户需求进行设定。
第二判断模块130用于获取与新风系统的工作模式相匹配的预设判定条件,判断初始排气温度、初始外环温度、初始内管温度和当前内管温度是否满足预设条件,如果是,则确定新风系统制冷剂泄漏。
其中,新风系统处于不同的工作模式时,在制冷剂缺少的状态下,新风系统的各项参数的表现形式不同,因此,新风系统在不同的工作模式下,初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差,以及初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差对应的目标范围也不同。例如,在新风系统工作于制冷模式的情况下,若初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差小于第三目标值,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差小于第四目标值,则确定新风系统制冷剂泄漏;在新风系统工作于制热模式的情况下,若初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第五目标值,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第六目标值,则确定新风系统制冷剂泄漏。其中,第二目标值、第三目标值、第四目标值、第五目标值和第六目标值的具体值可以依据用户需求进行设定。
在上述实施例中,在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管温度和初始排气温度;在压缩机启动后,获取新风系统的当前内管温度;依据新风系统的工作模式选择用于进行故障判断的预设条件,若初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值小于第一目标值,且初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差,以及初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差分别位于对应的目标范围内,则说明新风系统制冷剂量过少,
从而使得用户能够及时发现新风系统制冷剂泄漏,降低能源浪费,提升用户体验。
图5为本公开新风系统故障判断装置的另一些实施例的结构示意图。其中:
数据采集模块110用于在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管温度和初始排气温度,以及在压缩机启动后,获取新风系统的当前内管温度。
在一些实施例中,为了保证故障判断的精准性,获取到的当前内管温度为压缩机运行设定时长后的内管温度,因此,该新风系统故障判断装置还包括计时单元140,用于在压缩机启动时开始计时,判断计时时长是否达到设定时长,如果计时时长达到设定时长,则向数据采集模块110输出触发信号,数据采集模块110在接收到计时单元140输出的触发信号时,获取新风系统的当前内管温度。
第一判断模块120用于判断初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值是否小于等于第一目标值,若初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值小于等于第一目标值,则向第二判断模块120块输出触发信号。
第二判断模块120用于在新风系统工作于制冷模式的情况下,若初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差小于第三目标值,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差小于第四目标值,则确定新风系统制冷剂泄漏;在新风系统工作于制热模式的情况下,若初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第五目标值,或初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第六目标值,则确定新风系统制冷剂泄漏。
其中,该新风系统故障判断装置还可以包括目标值选择单元150,用于根据新风系统的工作模式、压缩机功率和设定时长选择第二目标值、第三目标值、第四目标值、第五目标值和第六目标值。在一个实施例中,可以预设一张映射表,该预设映射表中预存有工作模式、压缩机功率和设定时长与第二目标值、第三目标值、第四目标值、第五目标值和第六目标值之间的映射关系。
另外,该新风系统故障判断装置还可以包括告警发送模块170,用于若新风系统制冷剂泄漏,则发送告警信息。其中,告警发送模块170可以通过信号收发器向告警器输出触发信号,告警器用于输出表征新风系统制冷剂泄露的告警信号,告警信号的类型可以依据用户需求自行设定,例如,其可以为预设语音信号或蜂鸣器告警信号等。
在上述实施例中,在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管
温度和初始排气温度,在压缩机启动后,获取新风系统的当前内管温度,若初始内管温度与初始外环温度之差的绝对值小于等于第一目标值,初始排气温度与初始外环温度之差,以及初始内管温度与当前内管温度之差分别位于对应的目标范围内,则说明新风系统制冷剂泄漏,进而输出告警信号,因而,能够及时提醒用户。
在上述新风系统出现制冷剂泄漏故障时,为了能够通知维修人员及时对新风系统进行维修,该新风系统故障判断装置还可以包括维修请求单元160,用于获取与新风系统相对应的用户终端的通信地址,依据通信地址向用户终端输出维修服务发送请求,以便用户终端向预设网络服务器发送维修服务请求。

为了方便维修人员确定系统型号、用户联系方式以及故障类型,该维修服务器请求可以至少包括用户终端的联系方式、型号标识信息以及用于表征新风系统缺制冷剂故障的故障标识等。

图6为本公开新风系统故障告警系统的一些实施例的结构示意图。该告警系统包括告警器200和新风系统故障判断装置(微处理器)100,其中,新风系统故障判断装置(微处理器)100已在上述实施例中进行了详细介绍,此处不再进一步阐述。告警器110与新风系统故障判断装置(微处理器)100连接,用于输出表征新风系统制冷剂泄露的告警信号。告警信号可以为预设语音信号或蜂鸣器告警信号等。该实施例,能够及时提醒用户是否发生制冷剂泄漏。
在另一个实施例中,该新风系统故障告警系统还可以包括用户终端300和预设网络服务器400,其中,新风系统故障判断装置(微处理器)100可以通过无线信号收发器500向用户终端300发送维修服务发送请求。用户终端300获取并显示维修服务发送请求,在检测到用户响应维修服务发送请求时,生成维修服务请求,并将维修服务请求发送至预设网络服务器400。为了方便维修人员确定系统型号、用户联系方式以及故障类型,该维修服务器请求可以至少包括用户终端的联系方式、型号标识信息以及用于表征新风系统缺制冷剂故障的故障标识等。
另外,为了方便维修人员确定新风系统的地址信息,若用户在家时,用户终端检测到用户响应维修服务发送请求后,还可以通过定位系统确定用户终端的位置信息,并生成包含用户终端位置信息的维修服务器请求。
在上述实施例中,在新风系统出现故障时,可以根据与新风系统相对应的用户终端的通信地址,向用户终端输出维修服务发送请求,以便用户终端向预设网络服务器发送维修服务请求,从而能够及时通知维修人员对新风系统进行维修。
为了描述的方便,描述以上系统时以功能分为各种模块分别描述。当然,在实施本申请时可以把各模块的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。
图7为本公开新风系统故障判断装置的另一些实施例的结构示意图。该新风系统故障判断装置包括存储器710和处理器720。其中:存储器710可以是磁盘、闪存或其它任何非易失性存储介质。存储器用于存储图1-3所对应实施例中的指令。处理器720耦接至存储器710,可以作为一个或多个集成电路来实施,例如微处理器或微控制器。该处理器720用于执行存储器中存储的指令。
在一个实施例中,还可以如图8所示,该新风系统故障判断装置800包括存储器810和处理器820。处理器820通过BUS总线830耦合至存储器810。该新风系统故障判断装置800还可以通过存储接口840连接至外部存储装置850以便调用外部数据,还可以通过网络接口860连接至网络或者另外一台计算机系统(未标出)。此处不再
进行详细介绍。
在该实施例中,通过存储器存储数据指令,再通过处理器处理上述指令,能够及时确定新风系统制冷剂是否泄漏。

- 一种新风系统故障判断方法,包括:在新风系统上电时,获取新风系统的初始外环温度、初始内管温度和初始排气温度;在所述初始内管温度与所述初始外环温度之差的绝对值小于等于第一目标值的情况下,压缩机启动后,获取所述新风系统的当前内管温度;获取与所述新风系统的工作模式相匹配的预设判定条件,判断所述初始排气温度、初始外环温度、初始内管温度和当前内管温度是否满足预设条件,如果是,则确定所述新风系统制冷剂泄漏;在所述新风系统工作于制冷模式的情况下,所述预设条件为:所述初始排气温度与所述初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且所述初始内管温度与所述当前内管温度之差小于第三目标值,或所述初始排气温度与所述初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且所述初始内管温度与所述当前内管温度之差小于第四目标值;在所述新风系统工作于制热模式的情况下,所述预设条件为:所述初始排气温度与所述初始外环温度之差不小于第二目标值且所述初始内管温度与所述当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第五目标值,或所述初始排气温度与所述初始外环温度之差小于第二目标值且所述初始内管温度与所述当前内管温度之差的绝对值小于第六目标值。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:若所述新风系统制冷剂泄漏,则向告警器发送告警信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:在压缩机启动时开始计时;判断计时时长是否达到设定时长;如果计时时长达到设定时长,则获取所述新风系统的当前内管温度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括:根据所述新风系统的工作模式、压缩机功率和设定时长选择所述第二目标值、所述第三目标值、所述第四目标值、所述第五目标值和所述第六目标值。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的方法,还包括:获取与所述新风系统相对应的用户终端的通信地址;依据所述通信地址向所述用户终端输出维修服务发送请求,以便所述用户终端向预设网络服务器发送维修服务请求。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述维修服务请求包括用户终端的位置信息。

- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,还包括:计时单元,用于在压缩机启动时开始计时,判断计时时长是否达到设定时长,如 果计时时长达到设定时长,则向所述数据采集模块输出触发信号;所述数据采集模块用于在接收到所述计时单元输出的触发信号时,获取所述新风系统的当前内管温度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,还包括:目标值选择单元,用于根据所述新风系统的工作模式、压缩机功率和设定时长选择所述第二目标值、所述第三目标值、所述第四目标值、所述第五目标值和所述第六目标值。
- 根据权利要求7-10任一所述的装置,还包括:维修请求单元,用于获取与所述新风系统相对应的用户终端的通信地址,依据所述通信地址向所述用户终端输出维修服务发送请求,以便所述用户终端向预设网络服务器发送维修服务请求。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述维修服务请求包括用户终端的位置信息。
- 一种新风系统故障告警系统,包括告警器和权利要求7-12任一所述的新风系统故障判断装置;其中,所述告警器与所述新风系统故障判断装置连接,用于输出表征新风系统制冷剂泄露的告警信号。
- 根据权利要求13所述的系统,还包括用户终端和预设网络服务器;其中,所述用户终端用于获取并显示所述维修服务发送请求,在检测到用户响应所述维修服务发送请求时,生成维修服务请求,并将所述维修服务请求发送至预设网络服务器。
- 一种新风系统故障判断装置,包括:存储器;以及耦接至所述存储器的处理器,所述处理器被配置为基于存储在所述存储器的指令 执行如权利要求1至6任一项所述的新风系统故障判断方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,该指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至6任一项所述的新风系统故障判断方法的步骤。
