如图1所示,是现有的滚筒洗衣机的示意图,包括,电源键、显示屏、门窗、外壳、底脚和洗涤剂外壳,常规的商用滚筒洗衣机或者波轮洗衣机放置在高校、社区的制定位置,消费者需要投放硬币或者刷卡。如图2所示是现有滚筒洗衣机的控制面板的示意图,对于消费者而言,消费者需要自己准备硬币;或者购买、或者交付押金使用卡片;洗的衣物即便很少也需要按照一次满载洗涤收费;甚至有的消费者带着衣物达到商用洗衣机房,却发现洗衣机全部使用中等浪费时间精力的情况,这些都是一种不便;而对于商家来说,硬币的回收也需要投入人力,全国大规模连锁实现极其困难。
现在消费者都已经完全适应了智能手机及移动支付如扫描二维码支付等,现有消费者随时随地的带着手机,即便没有带现金,也能够使用移动支付在商店购买各种商品。
2016年支付清算协会向支付机构下发《条码支付业务规范》(征求意见稿),意见稿中明确指出支付机构开展条码业务需要遵循的安全标准。这是央行官方承认二维码支付地位,移动支付将越来重要。
因此,如何通过移动终端实现衣物洗涤支付的过程,成为目前亟待解决的问题。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机及其下单方法,能够通过移动终端实现衣物洗涤支付的过程。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
本发明的第一方面提供了一种洗衣机下单方法,步骤包括:
S1,在预定范围内搜索洗衣机的运行状态,并获取空闲洗衣机的相关信息,并将空闲洗衣机的相关信息发送至终端;
S2,通过终端从空闲洗衣机中选择目标洗衣机,然后向目标洗衣机发送下单预约命令;
S3,目标洗衣机接收到下单预约命令后,根据待洗衣物信息,生成支付信息;
S4,支付完成后,洗衣机开始运行,对衣物进行洗涤。
优选地,在所述步骤S1还包括:
获取空闲洗衣机的数量信息和到终端的距离信息,并根据距离信息对空闲洗衣机进行排序。
优选地,步骤S2之后还包括:
S21,下单预约成功后,向终端发送目标洗衣机的属性信息,并将属性信息推送至终端;优选地,其中属性信息包括下列之一或其组合:型号、编号、品牌、生产日期、洗涤容量、位置信息。
优选地,在所述步骤S3具体包括:
S31,目标洗衣机检测到衣物放入内筒之后对衣物进行称重,获取衣物的重量信息;
S32,获取与重量信息相匹配的收费标准,生成支付信息,将所述支付信息推送至洗衣机显示屏上,提示用户进行支付。
优选地,所述步骤S32具体包括:
S321,将洗涤衣物的重量分为N档,每档衣物对应不同的收费标准;
S322,根据衣物的重量信息,判断衣物所在的档位,并将该档位对应的费用在洗衣机的显示屏上显示,提示用户支付相应费用。
优选地,所述步骤S3具体还包括:
S3a1,用户在对衣物进行称重前或称重后,从洗衣机的显示屏上,选择相应洗涤信息,优选地,洗涤信息为下列任一或其组合:
水位信息、水温信息、脱水转速信息、材质信息、烘干信息、洗涤时间信息;
S3a2,将重量信息对应的费用和选择的上述洗涤信息对应的费用进行累加, 确定最终支付费用,并将最终支付费用在洗衣机的显示屏上显示。
优选地,在所述步骤S4之后还包括:
S5,洗涤结束后,将洗涤结束信息推送至终端,提示用户衣物洗涤完成。
本发明的第二方面提出了一种洗衣机,使用上述第一方面所述的洗衣机下单方法,包括,洗衣机本体、控制器、功能选择单元、称重单元和显示单元,所述控制器、功能选择单元和显示单元设置在洗衣机本体的控制盘座上,所述功能选择单元、称重单元和显示单元均与所述控制器相连;
所述控制器根据称重单元获取的衣物重量信息和功能选择单元获取的洗涤信息计算得出支付费用,并将支付费用推送至显示单元进行显示,所述控制器在支付完成后控制洗衣机本体对衣物进行洗涤。
优选地,所述功能选择单元包括下列至少之一:
水位选择模块、水温选择模块、脱水转速选择模块、材质选择模块、烘干选择模块和时间选择模块。
优选地,所述显示单元包括下列至少之一,显示屏、演示说明键、时间显示单元、付款信息显示单元、下一步指示键、启动键和返回键,
优选地,时间显示单元显示下列至少之一:预计洗涤时间、洗涤剩余时间和各个功能的运行时间;
更优选地,在返回键的一侧设有返回提醒信息栏。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明能够根据待洗衣物的重量、材质、洗涤方法等的不同生成对应的支付信息,这样更能满足用户多样化的需求,进而更加合理的收取相应的洗涤费用,给用户提供了便利,并且,通过本发明避免了用户到达洗衣机后发现洗衣机正在使用,出现用户白跑的情况,给用户带来了便利。
用户可以通过手机、电脑、平板、笔记本等,利用支付宝、微信或者网银等可以进行网络支付的平台对上述的一维码、二维码进行扫描或者输入对应的数字编号,来对目标洗衣机进行的洗涤服务进行费用支付。
根据空闲洗衣机到用户终端的距离按照由近及远的方式进行排序,以供用户 进行选择,这样用户在选定最近的空闲洗衣机为目标洗衣机后,能够带着待洗衣物能够比较快速的找到目标洗衣机,提升用户体验。
本发明能够为不同档位重量的衣物设置不同的支付费用,并且还能根据用户的选择的洗涤信息(例如,水位信息、水温信息、脱水转速信息、材质信息、烘干信息、洗涤时间信息等)确定相应的费用,并跟上述重量信息对应的费用进行结合,得出最终的支付费用,然后将该支付费用推送到显示屏上进行显示,并将相应的支付二维码显示出来,以供用户利用支付宝或微信进行费用的支付。
在目标洗衣机将衣物洗涤完成后,向用户的终端发送提示信息,提示用户将衣物取走,这样用户能够在洗涤完成后能够及时获知,避免出现用户忘记洗涤衣物的情况,并且目标洗衣机在用户将衣物取走之后就可以继续接收其他订单了。

本发明的洗衣机为波轮洗衣机或滚筒洗衣机,优选为滚筒洗衣机。
实施例一
首先,将每个商用洗衣机进行联网管理,然后通过服务器进行洗衣机和用户终端的数据交互。
如图3所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种洗衣机下单方法,步骤包括:
S1,在预定范围内搜索洗衣机的运行状态,并获取空闲洗衣机的相关信息,并将空闲洗衣机的相关信息发送至终端;
S2,通过终端从空闲洗衣机中选择目标洗衣机,然后向目标洗衣机发送下单预约命令;
S3,目标洗衣机接收到下单预约命令后,根据待洗衣物信息,生成支付信息;
S4,支付完成后,洗衣机开始运行,对衣物进行洗涤。
其中,预定范围用户可以根据自己的需要进行设定,例如可以选择方圆100米内、方圆1公里内或者方圆2公里内等,根据用户的实际情况和喜好进行相应设定;
并从预定范围内的所有洗衣机中将处于洗涤中的洗衣机去除,并将空闲洗衣机的数量和每个空闲洗衣机对应的位置记录下来,再将记录下来的空闲洗衣机的数量和对应位置关系发送到用户的手机上,然后,用户就可以从自己的手机上选择适合自己的洗衣机(即目标洗衣机),用户点击自己相中的洗衣机后手机屏幕上就会弹出“是否下单”的窗口,当用户点击“是”之后手机就会通过服务器向洗衣机发送下单预约命令;
然后服务器提取目标洗衣机的相关信息,并将这些信息发送至用户的手机上,这样用户就可以带着需要洗涤的衣物根据这些信息找到目标洗衣机,然后将衣物放入目标洗衣机中,目标洗衣机会根据待洗衣物的重量、材质、洗涤方法等的不同生成对应的支付信息,并将该支付信息在目标洗衣机的显示屏上进行显示,其中该支付信息可以以一维码、二维码或数字编号等方式进行显示,用户利用支付宝、微信或者网银等可以进行网络支付的平台对上述的一维码、二维码进行扫描或者输入对应的数字编号,来对目标洗衣机进行的洗涤服务进行费用支付;
最后,支付完成后,服务器会向目标洗衣机下达洗涤命令,目标洗衣机接收到该洗涤命令之后就会开启启动键,运行洗衣机对衣物进行洗涤。
其中,在用户选定目标洗衣机进行下单预约之后,直至用户达到目标洗衣机并利用该洗衣机对衣物洗涤完成后才能接收其他订单,为了避免用户进行下单预约后不利用目标洗衣机进行洗涤,导致目标洗衣机空置的情况出现,如果该目标洗衣机在一定时间阈值范围内用户还没有利用该目标洗衣机进行衣物洗涤,该目标洗衣机就会认为该预约订单失效,并开始接收其他订单。
通过上述技术方案,本发明能够根据待洗衣物的重量、材质、洗涤方法等的不同生成对应的支付信息,这样更能满足用户多样化的需求,进而更加合理的收取相应的洗涤费用,给用户提供了便利,并且,通过本发明避免了用户到达洗衣机后发现洗衣机正在使用,出现用户白跑的情况,给用户带来了便利。
优选地,在所述步骤S1还包括:
获取空闲洗衣机的数量信息和到终端的距离信息,并根据距离信息对空闲洗衣机进行排序。
在上述技术方案中,根据空闲洗衣机到用户终端的距离按照由近及远的方式进行排序,以供用户进行选择,一般的用户都会选择离自己最近的洗衣机为目标洗衣机,这样用户在选定最近的空闲洗衣机为目标洗衣机后,能够带着待洗衣物能够比较快速的找到目标洗衣机,提升用户体验。
如图4所示,步骤S2之后还包括:
S21,下单预约成功后,向终端发送目标洗衣机的属性信息,并将属性信息推送至终端;优选地,其中属性信息包括下列之一或其组合:型号、编号、品牌、生产日期、洗涤容量、位置信息。其他步骤跟上述图1中的步骤相同。
为了便于用户了解,在下单预约成功后,服务器会获取目标洗衣机的属性信息,并将这些属性信息发送给用户终端,如果用户对目标洗衣机不满意可以选择取消订单,重新从空闲洗衣机中选取目标洗衣机;
或者,用户在下单预约之前,直接调取相应空闲洗衣机的属性信息,根据洗衣机的属性信息并结合步骤S21的距离排序,选择适合的目标洗衣机洗涤衣物。
如图5所示,在所述步骤S3具体包括:
S31,目标洗衣机检测到衣物放入内筒之后对衣物进行称重,获取衣物的重量信息;
S32,获取与重量信息相匹配的收费标准,生成支付信息,将所述支付信息推送至洗衣机显示屏上,提示用户进行支付。
如图6所示,所述步骤S32具体包括:
S321,将洗涤衣物的重量分为N档,每档衣物对应不同的收费标准;
S322,根据衣物的重量信息,判断衣物所在的档位,并将该档位对应的费用在洗衣机的显示屏上显示,提示用户支付相应费用。
在上述技术方案中,当用户将衣物放入洗衣机,并将洗衣机门或盖进行关闭后,洗衣机通过重力传感器来获取衣物的重量信息,或者通过转动内筒,根据内 筒的转动的加速度的不同获取衣物的重量信息;
由于衣物重量的不同对应支付费用也是不同的(例如,将衣物重量M分为三档,0Kg<M≤4Kg为一档,收费2元;4Kg<M≤8Kg为二档,收费4元;M>8Kg为三档,收费6元),这样,能够使收费更加合理,方便用户的使用。
如图7所示,所述步骤S3具体还包括:
S3a1,用户在对衣物进行称重前或称重后,从洗衣机的显示屏上,选择相应洗涤信息,优选地,洗涤信息为下列任一或其组合:
水位信息、水温信息、脱水转速信息、材质信息、烘干信息、洗涤时间信息;
S3a2,将重量信息对应的费用和选择的上述洗涤信息对应的费用进行累加,确定最终支付费用,并将最终支付费用在洗衣机的显示屏上显示。
在上述技术方案中,用户可以在获取衣物的重量信息之前或者之后,利用水位选择模块、水温选择模块、脱水转速选择模块、材质选择模块、烘干选择模块和时间选择模块选择合适的洗涤方式,用户可以从上述模块中选择一种或多种,如果用户没有对上述模块进行设置,上述水位选择模块、水温选择模块、脱水转速选择模块、材质选择模块和时间选择模块就会自动进行默认设置的方式进行洗涤(例如水位为标准水位,水温为常温,脱水转速为常用转速,材质为棉麻),烘干模块如果没有选择,则会不启动烘干模式;
不同的洗涤信息对应不同的费用,根据用户的选择的洗涤信息确定相应的费用,并跟上述重量信息对应的费用进行结合,得出最终的支付费用,然后将该支付费用推送到显示屏上进行显示,并将相应的支付二维码显示出来,以供用户利用支付宝或微信进行费用的支付。
如图1所示,在所述步骤S4之后还包括:
S5,洗涤结束后,将洗涤结束信息推送至终端,提示用户衣物洗涤完成。
在上述技术方案中,为了给用户提供便利,在目标洗衣机将衣物洗涤完成后,向用户的终端发送提示信息,提示用户将衣物取走,这样用户能够在洗涤完成后能够及时获知,避免出现用户忘记洗涤衣物的情况,并且目标洗衣机在用户将衣物取走之后就可以继续接收其他订单了。
实施例二
如图8和图9所示,本发明的实施例提出了一种洗衣机,使用上述实施例一所述的洗衣机下单方法,包括,洗衣机本体1、控制器2、功能选择单元4、称重单元3和显示单元5,所述控制器2、功能选择单元4和显示单元5设置在洗衣机本体1的控制盘座上,所述功能选择单元4、称重单元3和显示单元5均与所述控制器2相连;
所述控制器2根据称重单元3获取的衣物重量信息和功能选择单元4获取的洗涤信息计算得出支付费用,并将支付费用推送至显示单元5进行显示,所述控制器2在支付完成后控制洗衣机本体1对衣物进行洗涤。
优选地,所述功能选择单元4包括下列至少之一:
水位选择模块41、水温选择模块42、脱水转速选择模块43、材质选择模块44、烘干选择模块45和时间选择模块46。
用户可以根据自己的喜好利用水位选择模块41选择不同的用水量(例如水位选择模块41上设有高水位、中水位、低水位三档),可以利用水温选择模块42选择不同的洗涤水温(例如水温选择模块42上设有高水温、中水温、低水温三档),利用脱水转速选择模块43选择不同的脱水转速(例如脱水转速选择模块43上设有高转速、中转速、低转速三档),利用材质选择模块44选择相应的材质洗涤方式(例如材质选择模块44上设有棉麻、呢绒、羊毛等选择按键),烘干选择模块45上设有是否选择烘干按键,还有烘干时间选择按钮,用户可以根据需要选择是否需要烘干,如果选择烘干衣物也可以利用烘干时间选择按钮选择相应的烘干时间。
优选地,所述显示单元5包括下列至少之一,显示屏、演示说明键52、时间显示单元535、付款信息显示单元575、下一步指示键54、启动键56和返回键55,
优选地,时间显示单元535显示下列至少之一:预计洗涤时间、洗涤剩余时间和各个功能的运行时间;
更优选地,在返回键55的一侧设有返回提醒信息栏。
为了使用户能够快速的了解洗衣机的下单和选择过程,在洗衣机上设有演示 说明键52,在洗衣机的控制系统中存储有整个过程的视频,用户触发该演示说明键52之后,就会调取视频信息,在显示屏上播放整个操作过程,进而便于用户理解和操作。
下一步指示键54,从功能选择单元4中选定相应功能后,触发下一步指示键54进入下一步;触发返回键55,返回至上一功能界面,在返回键55的一侧设有返回提醒信息栏。
在上述技术方案中,用户从多个功能选择单元4中每完成一个选项后,点击下一步指示键54就会自动推送下一步的功能选择单元4的选择信息,直至选择完成后点击下一步指示键54就会进入支付费用生成阶段,生成相应的支付费用信息。
用户根据该支付费用信息进行支付后,就会触发洗衣机的启动键56,洗衣机就会开始对衣物进行洗涤。
洗衣机洗涤完成后,会通过提示单元向服务器发送洗涤结束信息,服务器将该信息转发至对应用户的手机上,提示用户衣物已洗涤完成,用户在收到洗涤结束提示信息后,就可以从该洗衣机中将衣物取走了。
另外,称重单元3为重力传感器设置在洗衣机本体1内的内筒底部,重力传感器根据衣物在重力作用确定重量信息;或者所述称重单元3为加速度传感器,设置在内筒上,能够根据内筒的转动确定衣物的重量信息。
实施例三
本实施例的洗衣机的结构为:
外壳的底板紧固连接有底脚,支撑整个洗衣机;外壳内部悬挂有洗涤外筒,内部有洗涤内筒;外筒有上悬挂部,通过悬挂弹簧挂在洗衣机侧面板或者加强梁上;外筒由下连接部,通过阻尼器连接在底板上并由其支撑;具有进水系统和排水系统;具有加热部件,加热洗涤水;具有烘干系统,用于烘干衣物;洗涤剂盒,便于消费者投放洗涤剂,或者即便本机具有自动投放功能,消费者也可以通过该洗涤剂盒最佳投放洗涤剂;电源键,商家售后人员负责启动,或者远程遥控开启;显示屏,用来显示程序选项,演示说明,计费收取显示等内容。
消费者手机安装商用智慧洗衣机APP软件,或者微信关注商用智慧洗衣机商 家的公众号。然后就可以进入下述过程:
1、手机下单:
消费者可以使用智能手机,通过商用智慧洗衣机APP软件或者商用智慧洗衣机商家的公众号可以查询到附近商用洗衣机的数量及工作情况,消费者可以对未进行洗涤任务的商用智慧洗衣机进行下单预约。下单成功后,提示消费者下单洗衣机的型号及编码或者特征,便于消费者找到所述洗衣机。
2消费者支付费用:
消费者带着所要洗涤的衣物到达所下单的商用智慧洗衣机,并将衣物放置进入洗衣机,关闭门窗。洗衣机快速通过转动,对衣物称重,称重有误差,所以收费是按照档位收费,比如1-4Kg为I档,收费2元;4-8Kg为II档,收费4元;8-12Kg为III档收费6元。控制器根据称重,判断收费档位,控制器控制洗衣机屏幕显示内容,里面还有二维码支付信息,并提醒消费者扫描二维码。消费者可以使用智能手机通过扫描二维码通过微信,支付宝等支付工具支付。
3衣物洗涤
只有当消费者扫码支付成功,洗衣机才开始进行洗涤工作。
支付成功后,会通过商用智慧洗衣机APP软件或者商用智慧洗衣机商家的公众号给消费者的智能手机发送提醒消息:订单已生成,并已经开始洗涤;商家信息;单号信息等。在此过程,消费者可以查询洗涤过程。
4洗涤完成
在洗涤最后阶段或者洗涤结束后商用智慧洗衣机APP软件或者商用智慧洗衣机商家的公众号给消费者的智能手机发送提醒消息:洗涤已完成,请收取衣物。

    S2,通过终端从空闲洗衣机中选择目标洗衣机,然后向目标洗衣机发送下单预约命令;
    S3,目标洗衣机接收到下单预约命令后,根据待洗衣物信息,生成支付信息;
    S4,支付完成后,洗衣机开始运行,对衣物进行洗涤。

  8. 一种洗衣机,使用上述权利要求1-7任一项所述的洗衣机下单方法,包括,洗衣机本体、控制器,其特征在于,还包括:功能选择单元、称重单元和显示单元,所述控制器、功能选择单元和显示单元设置在洗衣机本体的控制盘座上,所述功能选择单元、称重单元和显示单元均与所述控制器相连;
    所述控制器根据称重单元获取的衣物重量信息和功能选择单元获取的洗涤信息计算得出支付费用,并将支付费用推送至显示单元进行显示,所述控制器在支付完成后控制洗衣机本体对衣物进行洗涤。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述功能选择单元包括下列至少之一:
    水位选择模块、水温选择模块、脱水转速选择模块、材质选择模块、烘干选择模块和时间选择模块。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述显示单元包括下列至少之一,显示屏、演示说明键、时间显示单元、付款信息显示单元、下一步指示键、启动键和返回键,
    优选地,时间显示单元显示下列至少之一:预计洗涤时间、洗涤剩余时间和各个功能的运行时间;
    更优选地,在返回键的一侧设有返回提醒信息栏。
