Description
本发明涉及一种洗衣机,尤其涉及一种带热水洗或烘干功能的洗衣机、洗干一体机,特别涉及一种应用于洗衣机或洗干一体机过滤盖与内桶之间的安装结构。
在现有洗衣机中,线屑过滤器的过滤盖与内桶之间是通过固定连接的方式进行安装,会导致过滤盖与内桶之间无法产生相对位移。具体如下,现有线屑过滤器包括过滤器和过滤盖,过滤盖安装到洗衣机内桶上后,再将过滤器安装于过滤盖上。过滤器与过滤盖之间的连接普遍为现有技术常用的卡扣连接,而过滤盖与内桶之间贴合接触后再经螺钉进行紧固连接。
如图9所示,现有的洗衣机中,过滤盖10与内桶1之间为贴合固定连接。过滤盖10上设有螺钉柱5,螺钉柱5的端面与过滤盖10、或过滤盖10上所设加强筋8处于同一平面上,令过滤盖10与内桶1侧壁相贴合接触。再自内桶1外侧向内拧入螺钉4,令螺钉4与螺钉柱5相螺纹啮合,以实现过滤盖10与内桶1之间的固定连接。
但是采用上述安装方式会存在如下问题,由于过滤盖为塑料件,内桶为钣金件,塑料件和钣金件热胀冷缩系数不同,受热后的变形程度不同。在洗衣机执行热水洗涤、或执行烘干程序时,线屑过滤器会因受热发生较大程度的膨胀导致不便拆下,同时,过滤盖膨胀变化大而钣金件变化较小,这就会导致螺钉柱在错位应力作用下开裂、过滤盖脱落情况的发生,大大影响了洗衣机的正常使用。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种洗衣机,尤其提供一种过滤盖与内桶之间的安装结构,以实现防止过滤盖受热后产生脱落的目的,还实现了过滤盖的安装过程简单、快捷的目的。
为实现该目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:

进一步,加强筋8的高度低于螺钉柱5的高度,所述螺钉柱5端部设有径向凸出的卡爪3,所述螺钉柱5端部插入所述柱孔6中,所述卡爪3卡接内桶1外壁,与所述加强筋8将过滤盖10夹持固定于内桶1壁上。
进一步,螺钉柱5的端面设有凸台12,所述凸台12端部插入所述柱孔6中,所述过滤盖10的底面边框11与内桶1内壁面相抵接,所述螺钉4或所述卡爪3与过滤盖10的底面边框11夹持固定于内桶1壁上;
优选的,所述螺钉柱5的端面与内桶1内壁面相抵接,所述螺钉4或所述卡爪3与所述螺钉柱5的端面将过滤盖10夹持固定于内桶1壁上。
进一步,所述螺钉柱5插入内桶1的长度小于或等于内桶1的厚度。
进一步,所述螺钉柱5插入内桶1的长度等于内桶1的厚度。
进一步,过滤盖10四个角处分别设置螺钉柱5。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种洗干一体机过滤盖与内桶的安装结构具有如下有益效果:
1、通过将螺钉柱的直径设计为小于内桶上柱孔的直径,洗衣机在执行热水洗或烘干程序时,螺钉柱可在螺钉孔中同步径向位移,过滤盖在内桶上具有了受热膨胀位移空间,不会有将线屑过滤器卡住导致不便拆下情况的发生;
2、在洗衣机执行热水洗或烘干程序时,过滤盖受热膨胀时,螺钉柱可在螺钉孔中同步径向位移,螺钉柱不会因挤压应力导致开裂,进而避免了过滤盖的脱落。
3、通过将在螺钉柱上设置螺纹啮合的螺钉、或卡接的卡爪,令螺钉的螺帽或卡爪与过滤盖夹持于内桶两侧,以实现将线屑过滤器的过滤盖固定安装于内桶侧壁上的目的;同时,此种安装结构大大简化了安装步骤,令整个安装过程仅需将过滤盖对应插接后拧紧螺钉、或按压卡爪,就实现了过滤盖的过滤盖与内桶牢靠固定安装的目的。
还有,本发明上述的用于内桶与过滤盖的安装结构还可以应用于洗衣机其他位置、或其他任一设备上,将热胀冷缩系数不同的两个件进行连接,以在产生不同程度的受热膨胀时,两个连接件之间产生错位后,令插入柱孔中的螺钉柱可产生移动,螺钉柱不会因挤压应力导致开裂情况的发生,还避免了两个相互脱落情况的发生,提高了安装强度和适用范围、抗热程度。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1至8所示,本发明的实施例公开了一种洗衣机,尤其涉及一种带热水洗涤功能和/或烘干功能的洗衣机,其包括内桶1,内桶1上安装的线屑过滤器2;所述线屑过滤器2包括与内桶1相安装的过滤盖10和安装于过滤盖10上的过滤器。所述过滤盖10上设有至少一个螺钉柱5;所述内桶1壁上设有与所述螺钉柱5相对应的柱孔6,所述柱孔6直径大于所述螺钉柱5的外径,令过滤盖10可沿螺钉柱5径向方向产生相对移动。其中,所述螺钉柱5的插入端设有一体的卡爪3或安装有单独的螺钉4,令卡爪3或螺钉4的螺帽与过滤盖10相夹持固定于内桶1两侧,以限制过滤盖10在螺钉柱5径向方向的移动,使过滤盖10经螺钉柱5固定安装于内桶1上。
通过将螺钉柱5的直径设计为小于内桶1上柱孔6的直径,洗衣机在执行热水洗或烘干程序时,螺钉柱5可在柱孔6中同步径向位移,过滤盖10在内桶1上具有了受热膨胀位移空间,不会有将线屑过滤器2卡住导致不便拆下情况的发生。同时,螺钉柱5不会因挤压应力导致开裂,进而避免了过滤盖10的脱落。
实施例一
如图2所示,本实施例中,过滤盖10包括与内桶1相对应安装的底面边框11;过滤盖10的底面边框11与内桶1内壁面相抵接,螺钉4与所述螺钉柱5相连接,所述螺钉4的螺帽与所述过滤盖10经底面边框11将过滤盖10夹持固定于内桶1壁上。
如图2所示,本实施例中,所述螺钉柱5的端部设有轴向延伸的、自插入端设开口的螺孔7,内桶1上设有与螺钉柱5相对应的柱孔6,螺钉柱5穿过柱孔6,螺钉4的螺杆与螺孔7相螺纹啮合,螺钉4的螺帽直径大于螺钉柱5的直径、小于柱孔6的直径,令螺钉5的螺帽与内桶1的外侧相限位接触,令过滤盖10经螺钉4的螺帽夹持安装于内桶1上。所述螺钉柱5的横断面呈圆环形,柱孔6呈圆形,其中,螺钉柱5穿过柱孔6部分的外周直径小于柱孔6的直径,令螺钉柱5与柱孔6之间形成间隙,该间隙供受热变形后的过滤盖10相对内桶1产生沿螺钉柱5径向方向的位移。
通过在螺钉柱5的端部安装螺纹啮合的螺钉4,并将螺钉4的螺帽超出柱孔6设置,
以使得过滤盖10经螺钉4的螺帽夹持安装于内桶1上,限制了过滤盖10沿螺钉柱5轴线方向的位移,实现了过滤盖10安装与内桶1上的目的。同时,通过上述设置,使得在过滤盖10受热膨胀时,过滤盖10可相对内桶1产生沿螺钉柱5径向方向的位移,而不会令螺钉柱5与柱孔6处产生变形应力,进而避免了螺钉柱5产生受力开裂情况的发生,防止了线屑过滤器2产生脱落。
本实施例中,所述螺钉4的螺帽至少部分超出柱孔6设置,以使得螺钉4的至少部分螺帽可与内桶1外壁相限位接触,以实现过滤盖10经螺钉4夹持安装于内桶1上的目的;具体地说,所述螺钉4的螺帽也呈圆形,螺钉4的圆形螺帽的半径大于圆形柱孔6的半径,以实现过滤盖10经螺钉4的螺帽夹持安装于内桶1的目的。
在本实施例中,所述螺钉柱5穿过柱孔6部分的长度小于等于内桶1的厚度,即螺钉4的螺帽与加强筋8之间的距离小于等于内桶1的厚度,以使得与螺钉4相啮合安装后的过滤板10与内桶1相固定,以限制过滤盖在轴线方向的位移。优选的,螺钉柱5穿过柱孔6部分的长度等于内桶1的厚度,以使过滤盖10与螺钉4夹紧于内桶1两侧,令过滤盖10无法产生沿螺钉柱5轴线方向的位移。
实施例二
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,所述螺钉柱5外壁向所述过滤盖10的周边延伸形成至少一条加强筋8;所述加强筋8端面与内桶1内壁面相抵接,螺钉4与所述螺钉柱5相连接,所述螺钉4的螺帽与所述过滤盖10经加强筋8底面将过滤盖10夹持固定于内桶1壁上。
通过在过滤盖10上设置超出底面边框11的加强筋8,令过滤盖10经加强筋8与内桶1内壁相限位接触,以使过滤盖10受热变形后底面边框11的受热变形作用力经加强筋8缓冲后再传递至内桶1,减小了过滤盖10与内桶1相连接处的挤压作用力。
本实施例中,为了提高螺钉柱5和过滤盖10的抗扭强度,在过滤盖10上设置至少一条垂直凸出设置的加强筋8,所述加强筋8与螺钉柱5设于过滤盖10的同一侧,螺钉柱5的高度大于加强筋8的高度,以使得加强筋8与内桶1相限位接触、螺钉柱5超出部分穿入内桶1上的柱孔6,以使内桶1两侧的加强筋8与过滤盖10相互夹持固定。
为进一步增强螺钉柱5的强度,将螺钉柱5与过滤盖10连接处进行加粗处理,令螺钉柱5与过滤盖10相连接处的连接段9的直径大于螺钉柱5其他部分的直径;优选的,将连接段9的外壁设置为自螺钉柱5的插入端至连接端方向逐渐向增大的锥形斜面。
同时,过滤盖10上设置螺钉柱5、加强筋8加强了过滤盖10的结构强度。
实施例三
如图4所示,本实施例与上述实施例一的区别在于:所述螺钉柱5端部设有径向凸出的卡爪3,所述螺钉柱5端部插入所述柱孔6中,所述过滤盖10的底面边框11与内桶1内壁面相抵接,所述卡爪3卡接内桶外壁,与所述过滤盖10的底面边框11将过滤盖10夹持固定于内桶1壁上。
通过在底面边框11上设置螺钉柱5,螺钉柱5插入内桶1上的柱孔6,螺钉柱5的端部设置径向凸出的卡爪3,并将卡爪3与内桶1外壁相限位接触,以使得底面边框11与卡爪3夹持安装于内桶1两侧,限制了过滤盖10沿螺钉柱5轴线方向的位移,同样实现了过滤盖10安装与内桶1上的目的。
如图1、4、7、8所示,本实施例中,所述过滤盖10上设有向内桶1侧、垂直过滤盖10延伸的螺钉柱5;所述内桶1上设有与螺钉柱5相对应的柱孔6,螺钉柱5的端部外壁上设有向外凸出的至少一对卡爪3,螺钉柱5穿过柱孔6,卡爪3的至少部分凸出柱孔6设置,令卡爪3与内桶1外壁相限位接触,令内桶1两侧的卡爪3与过滤盖10相夹持固定。所述螺钉柱5的横断面呈圆环形,柱孔6呈圆形,其中,螺钉柱5穿过柱孔6部分的外周直径小于柱孔6的直径,令螺钉柱5与柱孔6之间形成间隙,该间隙供受热变形后的过滤盖10相对内桶1产生沿螺钉柱5径向方向的位移。优选的,所述卡爪3由弹性塑料构成,每对卡爪3之间设有一定供卡爪3产生弹性位移的变形间隙,以供卡爪3穿过柱孔6。
通过上述设置,使得在过滤盖10受热膨胀时,过滤盖10可相对内桶1产生沿螺钉柱5径向方向的位移,而不会令螺钉柱5与柱孔6处产生变形应力,进而避免了螺钉柱5产生受力开裂情况的发生,防止了线屑过滤器2产生脱落。同时,在螺钉柱5的插入端设置可产生弹性变形的卡爪3,令插入柱孔6后的螺钉柱5仅需按压卡爪3,就可实现限制过滤盖10产生相对轴向位移运动,达到过滤盖10与内桶1进行固定安装的目的,大大简化了安装步骤,仅需通过按压即可实现过滤盖10与内桶1的连接安装。
本实施例中,所述卡爪3与螺钉柱5为一体化结构,且螺钉柱5的外周相对设有至少一对卡爪3。每对卡爪3包括两个,两个卡爪3相对螺钉柱5的轴线对称设置,且卡爪3沿螺钉柱5径向向外凸出延伸,两个卡爪3的外周之间距离大于柱孔6的直径,以使得卡爪3的至少部分超出柱孔6、并与内桶1外壁相限位接触。
通过上述设置,实现了插接后的螺钉柱5与内桶1的限位夹持安装,同时增强了卡爪3与螺钉柱5连接的可靠性,进而增强了过滤盖10与内桶1连接的可靠性。
实施例四
如图5所示,本实施例与上述实施例三的区别在于:所述螺钉柱5外壁向所述过滤盖10的周边延伸形成至少一条加强筋8;加强筋8的高度低于螺钉柱5的高度,所述螺钉柱5端部设有径向凸出的卡爪3,所述螺钉柱5端部插入所述柱孔6中,所述卡爪3卡接内桶1外壁,与所述加强筋8将过滤盖10夹持固定于内桶1壁上。
通过在过滤盖10上设置加强筋8,螺钉柱8插入内桶1上的柱孔6,螺钉柱5的端部设置径向凸出的卡爪3,并将卡爪3与内桶1外壁相限位接触,以使得加强筋8与卡爪3夹持安装于内桶1两侧,限制了过滤盖10沿螺钉柱5轴线方向的位移,同样实现了过滤盖10安装与内桶1上的目的。同时,通过在过滤盖10上设置超出底面边框11的加强筋8,令过滤盖10经加强筋8与内桶1内壁相限位接触,以使过滤盖10受热变形后底面边框11的受热变形作用力经加强筋8缓冲后再传递至内桶,减小了过滤盖10与内桶1相连接处的挤压作用力。
实施例五
本实施例与上述实施例一至四的区别在于:螺钉柱5的端面设有凸台12,所述凸台12端部插入所述柱孔6中,所述过滤盖10的底面边框11与内桶1内壁面相抵接,所述过滤盖10通过所述螺钉4或所述卡爪3与过滤盖10的底面边框11夹持固定于内桶1壁上。
通过在螺钉柱5端面设置穿过内桶1的凸台12,以使螺钉柱5上设置一独立的凸台12结构穿过内桶1上的柱孔6,并在独立设置的凸台12上安装螺钉4或设置卡爪3,以实现限制过滤盖10轴线方向位移,进而达到线屑过滤器2安装于内桶1上的目的。
优选的,如图6所示,本实施例中,所述螺钉柱5的端面与内桶1内壁面相抵接,所述螺钉4或所述卡爪3与所述螺钉柱5的端面将过滤盖10夹持固定于内桶1壁上。从而,使得螺钉柱5直径大于内桶1上柱孔6直径,令螺钉柱5与内桶1内壁相限位接触,以提高过滤盖10的安装强度。
同时,本实施例中,还可以将过滤盖10上设置加强筋8,并在螺钉柱5的端面设置凸出加强筋8的凸台12,令螺钉4或所述卡爪3与过滤盖10的加强筋8夹持固定于内
桶1壁上(未在附图中注明)。
实施例六
如图7所示,本实施例中,过滤盖10四个角处分别设置螺钉柱5,螺钉柱5采用如上实施例一至五任一所述的方式与内桶1相连接。
实施例七
上述实施例一至五中任一所述的洗衣机过滤盖10与内桶1之间的连接结构,还可以应用于其他热胀冷缩系数不同的两个件的连接,以在受热膨胀时,预留受热膨胀空间,同时避免连接处产生挤压应力导致开裂,进而避免了连接的两个件脱落,提高了安装强度和适用范围、抗热程度。

Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机,包括内桶(1)及安装于内桶(1)上的线屑过滤器(2),所述线屑过滤器(2)包括过滤盖(10);其特征在于,过滤盖(10)内顶面上设有至少一个螺钉柱(5);所述内桶(1)壁上设有与所述螺钉柱(5)相对应的柱孔(6),所述柱孔(6)直径大于所述螺钉柱(5)的外径,所述过滤盖(10)通过螺钉柱(5)固定在内桶(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述螺钉柱(5)外壁向所述过滤盖(10)的周边延伸形成至少一条加强筋(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,过滤盖(10)的底面边框(11)与内桶(1)内壁面相抵接,螺钉(4)与所述螺钉柱(5)相连接,所述螺钉(4)的螺帽与所述过滤盖(10)经底面边框(11)将过滤盖(10)夹持固定于内桶(1)壁上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述加强筋(8)端面与内桶(1)内壁面相抵接,螺钉(4)与所述螺钉柱(5)相连接,所述螺钉(4)的螺帽与所述过滤盖(10)经加强筋(8)底面将过滤盖(10)夹持固定于内桶(1)壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述螺钉柱(5)端部设有径向凸出的卡爪(3),所述螺钉柱(5)端部插入所述柱孔(6)中,所述过滤盖(10)的底面边框(11)与内桶(1)内壁面相抵接,所述卡爪(3)卡接内桶(1)外壁,与所述过滤盖(10)的底面边框(11)将过滤盖(10)夹持固定于内桶(1)壁上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,加强筋(8)的高度低于螺钉柱(5)的高度,所述螺钉柱(5)端部设有径向凸出的卡爪(3),所述螺钉柱(5)端部插入所述柱孔(6)中,所述卡爪(3)卡接内桶(1)外壁,与所述加强筋(8)将过滤盖(10)夹持固定于内桶(1)壁上。
- 根据权利要求3或5所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,螺钉柱(5)的端面设有凸台(12),所述凸台(12)端部插入所述柱孔(6)中,所述过滤盖(10)的底面边框(11)与内桶(1)内壁面相抵接,所述过滤盖(10)通过所述螺钉(4) 或所述卡爪(3)与过滤盖(10)的底面边框(11)夹持固定于内桶(1)壁上;优选的,所述螺钉柱(5)的端面与内桶(1)内壁面相抵接,所述螺钉(4)或所述卡爪(3)与所述螺钉柱(5)的端面将过滤盖(10)夹持固定于内桶(1)壁上。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述螺钉柱(5)插入内桶(1)的长度小于或等于内桶(1)的厚度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述螺钉柱(5)插入内桶(1)的长度等于内桶(1)的厚度。
- 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,过滤盖(10)四个角处分别设置螺钉柱(5)。
