本申请要求于2016年10月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610949323.4、发明名称为“数据传输的方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明属于通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种数据传输的方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备。
由于智能终端的普及,一个用户可能同时拥有多台终端,而用户在不同的终端上存储的数据也有所不同。为了使用户能够方便地使用存储在不同终端上的数据,终端可以将使用过程中产生的数据同步存储到云端,并在有需要的时候将存储在云端的数据下载到终端设备。
本发明实施例提供一种数据传输的方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备,能提高终端进行数据传输的灵活性。
本发明实施例提供一种数据传输的方法,包括:
当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取终端的运行信息;
判断所述终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息;
若判断出所述终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端生成取消指令,所述取消指令用于指示终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作;
按照所述取消指令,控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。

为了使用户能够方便地使用存储在不同终端上的数据,用户可以将终端使用过程中产生的数据备份到云服务器上,并在有需要的时候将备份到云服务器上的数据下载到各终端。在终端与云服务器进行数据传输时,由于各种原因,可能导致终端与云服务器之间的数据传输失败。在这种情况下,终端会按照固定的时间间隔和次数重新进行数据传输。然而,这种数据传输方式的灵活性较差。
本发明实施例提供一种数据传输的方法,包括:
当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取终端的运行信息;
判断所述终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息;
若判断出所述终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端生成取消指令,所述取消指令用于指示终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作;
按照所述取消指令,控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
在一种实施方式中,在接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令的步骤之前,还可以包括如下步骤:当接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,按照所述第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。
在一种实施方式中,在控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作的步骤之后,还可以包括如下步骤:生成提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户调整终端的运行信息,以使终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息。若基于所述提示信息,检测到用户对终端的运行信息进行调整,且调整后的终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则控制终端按照所述第一指令进行数据传输。
在一种实施方式中,在控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作的步骤之后,还可以包括如下步骤:将所述第一指令保存至预设文件。若检测到终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端在预设文件中调取所述第一指令,并根据所述第一指令进行数据传输。
在一种实施方式中,在根据所述第一指令进行数据传输的步骤之后,还可以包括如下步骤:若检测到所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作执行完毕,则将所述第一指令从预设文件中删除。
在一种实施方式中,该数据传输的方法还可以包括如下步骤:当终端与服务器之间的数据传输失败时,获取数据传输失败信息。确定并记录与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息。统计与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息被记录的次数。若检测到所述次数超过预设次数,则对与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息进行标记,并将与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息确定为预先标记的信息。
在一种实施方式中,在所述将所述第一指令保存至预设文件的步骤之后,还可以包括如下步骤:按照预设时间间隔检测终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的数据传输的方法的流程示意图,流程可以包括:
在步骤S101中,当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取终端的运行信息。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例的执行主体可以是智能手机、平板电脑等终端设备。
在本发明实施例的步骤S101中,可以在终端接收到用于指示进行数据传输的指令,即第一指令时,先由终端获取其运行信息。需要说明的是,该运行信息可以是终端所连接的网络的名称和类型,如终端所连接的无线局域网的名称或者移动数据网络对应的基站的标识号(Identification
Number,简称ID号码),以及终端开启的应用数量、终端正在运行的应用等信息。
在步骤S102中,判断该终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
比如,在获取到终端的运行信息之后,终端可以判断其运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
需要说明的是,上述预先标记的信息可以是终端在与云服务器进行数据传输失败时,终端记录并标记的信息。比如,在终端与云服务器之间进行的数据传输失败时,可以触发终端先获取数据传输失败的原因。例如终端获取到的数据传输失败的原因是网络不稳定。
然后,终端确定出与数据传输失败原因对应的终端运行信息。例如,根据上述网络不稳定的原因,终端需要确定出其目前的网络连接信息,如网络名称或标识号等,并予以记录。例如,终端确定出其目前连接的网络为甲无线局域网,并对这一信息进行了记录。
其次,终端统计名称为甲无线局域网的网络,因其网络不稳定的问题,导致终端与云服务器之间的数据传输失败这一原因,而被终端记录的次数。当甲无线局域网被记录的次数超过预设的次数时,可以认为终端在这一网络环境下进行数据传输时容易失败。也即,可以认为因甲无线局域网的网络不稳定,所以当终端连接的网络为甲无线局域网时,不宜进行终端与云服务器之间的数据传输。那么,终端可以对甲无线局域网这一网络名称信息进行标记,即甲无线局域网这一网络名称信息成为终端预先标记的信息。
再如,若终端多次记录到其在通过移动运营商的某个基站连接到移动数据网络时,终端与云服务器之间的数据传输失败,那么终端可以对获取到的该基站的标识号信息进行标记,使之成为预先标记的信息。
若终端判断出其运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则此时终端可以按照第一指令进行数据传输,即步骤S105。
若终端判断出其运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则可以进入步骤S103。
在步骤S103中,若判断出该终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发该终端生成取消指令,该取消指令用于指示该终端取消第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
在步骤S104中,按照该取消指令,控制该终端取消第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
比如,步骤S103和S104可以包括:
终端判断出其运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,如终端判断出其连接的网络的名称为甲无线局域网。在这种情况下,可以触发该终端生成一则取消指令,该取消指令用于指示该终端取消第一指令对应的数据传输操作。之后,该终端根据上述取消指令,取消上述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。也就是说,当终端判断出其目前连接的网络为甲无线局域网时,可以控制终端取消上述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
可以理解的是,通过在终端需要进行数据传输时,判断终端的具体运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息,并在终端的具体运行信息中包含预先标记的信息时,控制终端取消该次数据传输,可以使得终端进行数据传输的时机变得可控,从而提高了终端进行数据传输的灵活性。
另外,在终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息时,表明此时不宜在终端与云服务器之间进行数据传输,通过在此时取消数据传输,还可以降低终端与云服务器之间数据传输失败的概率。
请参阅图2,图2为本发明实施例提供的数据传输的方法的另一流程示意图,流程可以包括:
在步骤S201中,当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,终端获取运行信息。
比如,上述终端可以是手机。当接收到用于指示进行手机与云服务器之间的数据传输的第一指令时,可以触发手机获取自身的运行信息。该运行信息可以是手机所连接的网络的名称和类型,如手机所连接的无线局域网的名称或者移动数据网络对应的基站的标识号,以及手机开启的应用数量、手机正在运行的应用等信息。
在步骤S202中,终端判断该运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
比如,手机在获取到自身的运行信息之后,可以检测该运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
需要说明的是,上述预先标记的信息可以是手机在与云服务器进行数据传输失败时,手机记录并标记的信息。比如,在手机与云服务器之间进行的数据传输失败时,可以触发手机先获取数据传输失败的原因。例如手机获取到的数据传输失败的原因是网络不稳定。
然后,手机确定出与数据传输失败原因对应的运行信息。例如,根据上述网络不稳定的原因,手机需要确定出其目前的网络连接信息,如网络名称或标识号等,并予以记录。例如,手机确定出其目前连接的网络为甲无线局域网,并对这一信息进行了记录。
其次,手机统计名称为甲无线局域网的网络,因为其网络不稳定的问题,导致手机与云服务器之间的数据传输失败这一原因,而被手机记录的次数。当甲无线局域网被记录的次数超过预设的次数时,可以认为手机在这一网络环境下进行数据传输时容易失败。也即,可以认为因甲无线局域网的网络不稳定,所以当手机连接的网络为甲无线局域网时,不宜进行手机与云服务器之间的数据传输。
那么,手机可以对获取到的甲无线局域网这一网络名称信息进行标记,即甲无线局域网这一网络名称信息成为手机预先标记的信息。也就是说,若手机多次记录到在连接到甲无线局域网时,因该甲无线局域网的网络不稳定,导致手机与云服务器之间的数据传输失败,那么手机可以将获取到的甲无线局域网这一网络名称信息确定为预先标记的信息。
再如,若手机多次记录到其在通过移动运营商的某个基站连接到移动数据网络时,手机与云服务器之间的数据传输失败,那么手机可以对获取到的该基站的标识号信息进行标记,使之成为预先标记的信息。又如,若手机多次记录到当手机运行某个应用时,因该应用会频繁地调用手机数据,使得由于本地数据操作冲突而导致数据传输失败。这种情况下,手机可以对这个应用的名称信息进行标记,使之成为预先标记的信息。也就是说,手机可以将其记录到的不适宜进行数据传输的运行信息设置为预先标记的信息。
在一种实施方式中,本发明实施例还可以包括如下步骤:
当终端与服务器之间的数据传输失败时,获取数据传输失败信息;
确定并记录与该数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息;
统计与该数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息被记录的次数;
若检测到该次数超过预设次数,则对与该数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息进行标记,并将与该数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息确定为预先标记的信息。
在一种实施方式中,若手机检测出其运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则手机可以按照第一指令进行数据传输,即步骤S207。若手机检测出其运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则进入步骤S203。
在步骤S203中,若判断出该运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则该终端生成取消指令,该取消指令用于指示该终端取消第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
在步骤S204中,终端按照该取消指令,取消第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
比如,步骤S203和S204可以包括:
手机检测出其运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,由于当手机的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息时,不适宜进行手机与云服务器之间的数据传输。因此,在这种情况下,可以触发手机生成一则取消指令,该取消指令用于指示手机取消上述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。之后,手机可以按照该取消指令,取消上述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
例如,手机检测出其目前的网络连接信息为已被预先标记的甲无线局域网的信息。这种情况下,由于甲无线局域网的网络不稳定,不适宜进行数据传输,所以此时手机可以取消第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
在步骤S205中,终端生成提示信息,该提示信息用于提醒用户调整该终端的运行信息,以使该终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息。
在步骤S206中,若基于该提示信息,检测到用户对该终端的运行信息进行调整,且调整后的该终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则该终端按照第一指令进行数据传输。
比如,步骤S205和S206可以包括:
手机在按照生成的取消指令,取消上述第一指令对应的数据传输操作之后,还可以生成一则提示信息,该提示信息可以用于提醒用户调整手机的运行信息,以使手机的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息。例如,若手机的运行信息中包含的预先标记的信息为甲无线局域网的网络信息,那么手机生成的提示信息可以是提醒用户将手机切换至其他的网络,如切换至移动数据网络等。
之后,手机可以基于其生成的提示信息,检测用户是否对手机的运行信息进行了调整。若手机检测出用户对其运行信息进行了调整,并且调整后的运行信息中不再包含预先标记的信息,那么手机可以按照上述第一指令进行相应的数据传输。当然,手机进行数据传输是在连接到网络的情况下进行的。例如,手机检测到用户将手机连接的网络由已被预先标记的甲无线局域网切换到移动运行商的移动数据网络,而该移动数据网络的信息并未被手机预先标记,这种情况下,手机可以按照第一指令进行相应的数据传输。
若手机检测到用户未对手机的运行信息进行调整,或调整后的手机运行信息中仍然包含预先标记的信息,那么手机仍然可以不进行上述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
在另一种实施方式中,在步骤S204之后,终端还可以执行如下步骤:
将第一指令保存至预设文件;
若检测到终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端在预设文件中调取该第一指令,并根据该第一指令进行数据传输。
比如,手机在按照取消指令,取消了第一指令对应的数据传输操作之后,可以将该第一指令保存至预设的文件中。然后,手机可以实时或按照预设时间间隔检测其运行信息中是否仍然包含有预先标记的信息,并在手机检测出其运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息时,触发手机从预设的文件中调取之前保存在此的第一指令。最后,手机可以按照该第一指令进行相应的数据传输。也就是说,手机可以先将第一指令保存至预设文件,然后等到手机的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息时,再从预设文件中调取第一指令,并按照第一指令进行相应的数据传输。
在一种实施方式中,在上述将第一指令保存至预设文件的步骤之后,还可以包括:
按照预设时间间隔检测终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
在一种实施方式中,终端在预设文件中调取该第一指令,并根据该第一指令进行数据传输之后,还可以执行如下步骤:
若检测到该第一指令对应的数据传输操作执行完毕,则将该第一指令从预设文件中删除。
比如,若手机检测到其按照第一指令,成功地与云服务器进行了数据传输,那么此时手机可以将该第一指令从预设文件中删除。可以理解的是,通过在检测到第一指令对应的数据传输操作成功执行完毕之后,将第一指令从预设文件中删除,可以节省预设文件中的存储空间。
在一种实施方式中,在步骤S201之前还可以包括如下步骤:
当接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,按照该第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。
比如,当手机接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,可以触发手机按照该第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。例如,之前手机多次记录到在连接到乙无线局域网时,因为乙无线局域网的网络连接不稳定,导致手机与云服务器之间的数据传输失败。所以,手机对获取到的乙无线局域网的网络信息进行了标记,即乙无线局域网的信息成为手机预先标记的信息。若在此之后,用户对乙无线局域网进行了升级改造,使乙无线局域网的网络连接变得稳定,那么用户可以在手机上输入一条指令,该指令用于指示手机撤销对乙无线局域网的网络信息进行的标记。手机在接收到该指令后,就按照该指令撤销对乙无线局域网的网络信息进行的标记,以使乙无线局域网的网络名称信息不再是预先标记的信息。
在一种实施方式中,手机在对某一信息进行了标记,使之成为预先标记的信息之后,可以将该预先标记的信息保存至某个预设的文件,如表格中。当手机需要对预先标记的信息进行修改时,就可以直接在预设的表格文件中进行修改操作。例如,手机新增了一则预先标记的信息,那么手机可以将这则新增的预先标记的信息添加到预设的表格文件中即可。或者,手机需要删除某则预先标记的信息,那么手机可以直接将需要删除的预先标记的信息从预设的表格文件中删除即可,等等。
可以理解的是,通过允许终端对预先标记的信息进行修改,可以进一步提高终端在进行数据传输方面的灵活性。
本发明实施例提供一种数据传输的装置,包括:
获取单元,用于当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取终端的运行信息;
判断单元,用于判断所述终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息;
生成单元,用于若判断出所述终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端生成取消指令,所述取消指令用于指示终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作;

在一种实施方式中,该数据传输的装置还可以包括:修改单元,用于当接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,按照所述第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。
在一种实施方式中,该数据传输的装置还可以包括:调整单元,用于生成提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户调整终端的运行信息,以使终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息。若基于所述提示信息,检测到用户对终端的运行信息进行调整,且调整后的终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则控制终端按照所述第一指令进行数据传输。
在一种实施方式中,该数据传输的装置还可以包括:传输单元,用于将所述第一指令保存至预设文件。若检测到终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端在预设文件中调取所述第一指令,并根据所述第一指令进行数据传输。
在一种实施方式中,该数据传输的装置还可以包括:删除单元,用于若检测到所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作执行完毕,则将所述第一指令从预设文件中删除。
在一种实施方式中,获取单元还可以用于:当终端与服务器之间的数据传输失败时,获取数据传输失败信息。确定并记录与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息。统计与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息被记录的次数。若检测到所述次数超过预设次数,则对与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息进行标记,并将与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息确定为预先标记的信息。
在一种实施方式中,传输单元还可以用于:按照预设时间间隔检测终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
请参阅图3,图3为本发明实施例提供的数据传输的装置的结构示意图。数据传输的装置300可以包括:获取单元301,判断单元302,生成单元303,以及控制单元304。
获取单元301,用于当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取终端的运行信息。
比如,当接收到用于指示进行终端与云服务器之间的数据传输的第一指令时,可以触发终端获取自身的运行信息。该运行信息可以是终端所连接的网络的名称和类型,如终端所连接的无线局域网的名称或者移动数据网络对应的基站的标识号,以及终端开启的应用数量、终端正在运行的应用等信息。
判断单元302,用于判断所述终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
比如,在获取单元301获取到终端的运行信息之后,可以触发判断单元302判断该终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。需要说明的是,该预先标记的信息可以是终端记录到的不适宜进行数据传输的运行信息等。例如,若终端多次记录到其在通过移动运营商的某个基站连接到移动数据网络时,终端与云服务器之间的数据传输失败,那么终端可以对获取到的该基站的标识号信息进行标记,使之成为预先标记的信息。又如,若终端多次记录到当终端运行某个应用时,因该应用会频繁地调用终端数据,使得由于本地数据操作冲突而导致数据传输失败。这种情况下,终端可以对这个应用的名称信息进行标记,使之成为预先标记的信息。
若判断单元302判断出该终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,那么终端可以按照上述第一指令进行相应的数据传输操作。
生成单元303,用于若判断出所述终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端生成取消指令,所述取消指令用于指示终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
控制单元304,用于按照所述取消指令,控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
比如,生成单元303和控制单元304可以用于:
若判断单元302判断出该终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,那么由于当终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息时,终端不适宜进行数据传输。所以,此时可以触发生成单元303生成一则取消指令,该取消指令用于指示该终端取消上述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
在生成单元303生成取消指令之后,可以触发终端的控制单元304按照该取消指令,控制该终端取消上述第一指令对应的数据存储操作。
可以理解的是,通过在终端需要进行数据传输时,判断终端的具体运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息,并在终端的具体运行信息中包含预先标记的信息时,控制终端取消该次数据传输,可以使得终端进行数据传输的时机变得可控,从而提高了终端进行数据传输的灵活性。
请一并参阅图4,图4为本发明实施例提供的数据传输的装置的另一结构示意图。数据传输的装置300还可以包括:修改单元305,调整单元306,传输单元307,以及删除单元308。
修改单元305,用于当接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,按照所述第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。
比如,终端可以在对获取到的信息进行标记,即得到预先标记的信息之后,将该预先标记的信息保存至预设表格文件中。终端可以在预设表格文件中对预先标记的信息进行修改。例如,当终端接收到用户输入的用于指示终端撤销某条预先标记的信息时,终端的修改单元305可以在预设表格文件中直接将需要撤销的那条预先标记的信息删除即可。或者,当终端新增了一则预先标记的信息之后,终端的修改单元305可以将这则新增的预先标记的信息添加进预设表格文件即可,等等。
可以理解的是,通过允许终端对预先标记的信息进行修改,可以进一步提高终端在进行数据传输方面的灵活性。
调整单元306,用于生成提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户调整终端的运行信息,以使终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息;若基于所述提示信息,检测到用户对终端的运行信息进行调整,且调整后的终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则控制终端按照所述第一指令进行数据传输。
比如,在控制单元304按照生成单元303生成的取消指令,控制终端取消了第一指令对应的数据传输操作之后,还可以触发终端的调整单元306生成一则提示信息,该提示信息可以用于提醒用户调整终端的运行信息,以使终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息。例如,若终端的运行信息中包含的预先标记的信息为甲无线局域网的网络名称,那么调整单元306生成的提示信息可以是提醒用户将终端切换至其他的网络,如切换至移动数据网络等。
之后,终端的调整单元306可以基于其生成的提示信息,检测用户是否对终端的运行信息进行了调整。若终端检测出用户对其运行信息进行了调整,并且调整后的运行信息中不再包含预先标记的信息,那么终端可以按照上述第一指令进行相应的数据传输。当然,终端进行数据传输是在连接到网络的情况下进行的。若终端检测到用户未对终端的运行信息进行调整,或调整后的终端运行信息中仍然包含预先标记的信息,那么终端仍然可以不进行上述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
传输单元307,用于将所述第一指令保存至预设文件;若检测到终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端在预设文件中调取所述第一指令,并根据所述第一指令进行数据传输。
在另一种实施方式中,在控制单元304按照生成单元303生成的取消指令,控制终端取消了第一指令对应的数据传输操作之后,还可以触发终端的传输单元307将该第一指令保存至预设文件中。然后,终端可以实时或者按照预设的时间间隔,检测终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息,并在终端检测出其运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息时,触发终端从预设文件中调取之前保存在此的第一指令。最后,终端可以按照该第一指令进行相应的数据传输。在检测到终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息之前(即终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息),终端可以不进行第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
删除单元308,用于若检测到所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作执行完毕,则将所述第一指令从预设文件中删除。
比如,在传输单元307按照第一指令成功地与云服务器进行了数据传输之后,可以触发终端的删除单元308将保存在预设文件中的第一指令删除。可以理解的是,通过在检测到第一指令对应的数据传输操作成功执行完毕之后,将第一指令从预设文件中删除,可以节省预设文件中的存储空间。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,当所述计算机程序在计算机上执行时,使得所述计算机执行本发明实施例提供的数据传输的方法。
请参考图5,其示出了本发明实施例提供的电子设备400的结构示意图。该电子设备400可以包括一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器401、一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器402、通信单元403。
处理器401是该电子设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个电子设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器402内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器402内的数据,执行电子设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对电子设备进行整体监控。
存储器402可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器401通过运行存储在存储器402的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。
通信单元403可用于收发信息过程中,信号的接收和发送。特别地,通信单元403接收服务器发送的信号,并将信号交由一个或者一个以上处理器401处理。同时,通信单元403将处理器401发出的反馈信号发送给服务器。
本实施例中,电子设备中的处理器401会按照如下的指令,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的可执行文件加载到存储器402中,并由处理器401来运行存储在存储器402中的应用程序,执行如下步骤:
当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取电子设备的运行信息;
判断所述电子设备的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息;
若判断出所述电子设备的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发电子设备生成取消指令,所述取消指令用于指示电子设备取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作;
按照所述取消指令,控制所述电子设备取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
请参阅图6,在其它实施方式中,电子设备400还可以包括电源404、输入单元405、以及输出单元406等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的服务器结构并不构成对服务器的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
电源404可以通过电源管理系统与处理器401逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
输入单元405可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。
输出单元406可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及服务器的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。输出单元406可包括显示面板。
在一种实施方式中,在接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令的步骤之前,处理器401还可以执行如下步骤:当接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,按照所述第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。
在一种实施方式中,在控制所述电子设备取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作的步骤之后,处理器401还可以执行如下步骤:生成提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户调整电子设备的运行信息,以使电子设备的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息。若基于所述提示信息,检测到用户对电子设备的运行信息进行调整,且调整后的电子设备的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则控制电子设备按照所述第一指令进行数据传输。
在一种实施方式中,在控制所述电子设备取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作的步骤之后,处理器401还可以执行如下步骤:将所述第一指令保存至预设文件。若检测到电子设备的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则触发电子设备在预设文件中调取所述第一指令,并根据所述第一指令进行数据传输。
在一种实施方式中,在根据所述第一指令进行数据传输的步骤之后,处理器401还可以执行如下步骤:若检测到所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作执行完毕,则将所述第一指令从预设文件中删除。
在一种实施方式中,处理器401还可以执行如下步骤:当电子设备与服务器之间的数据传输失败时,获取数据传输失败信息。确定并记录与所述数据传输失败信息对应的电子设备运行信息。统计与所述数据传输失败信息对应的电子设备运行信息被记录的次数。若检测到所述次数超过预设次数,则对与所述数据传输失败信息对应的电子设备运行信息进行标记,并将与所述数据传输失败信息对应的电子设备运行信息确定为预先标记的信息。
在一种实施方式中,在将所述第一指令保存至预设文件的步骤之后,处理器401还可以执行如下步骤:按照预设时间间隔检测电子设备的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
本发明实施例中,所述数据传输的装置与上文实施例中的数据传输的方法属于同一构思,在所述数据传输的装置上可以运行所述数据传输的方法实施例中提供的任一方法,其实现过程详见所述数据传输的方法实施例,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,对本发明所述数据传输的方法而言,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现本发明实施例所述数据传输的方法的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来控制相关的硬件来完成,所述计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,如存储在终端的存储器中,并被该终端内的至少一个处理器执行,在执行过程中可包括如所述数据传输的方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read
Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)等。
对本发明实施例的所述数据传输的装置而言,其各功能模块可以集成在一个处理芯片中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中,所述存储介质譬如为只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的一种数据传输的方法、装置、存储介质以及电子设备进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims (20)
- 一种数据传输的方法,其中,所述方法包括:当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取终端的运行信息;判断所述终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息;若判断出所述终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端生成取消指令,所述取消指令用于指示终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作;按照所述取消指令,控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的数据传输的方法,其中,在接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令的步骤之前,还包括:当接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,按照所述第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。
- 根据权利要求2所述的数据传输的方法,其中,在控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作的步骤之后,还包括:生成提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户调整终端的运行信息,以使终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息;若基于所述提示信息,检测到用户对终端的运行信息进行调整,且调整后的终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则控制终端按照所述第一指令进行数据传输。
- 根据权利要求2所述的数据传输的方法,其中,在控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作的步骤之后,还包括:将所述第一指令保存至预设文件;若检测到终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端在预设文件中调取所述第一指令,并根据所述第一指令进行数据传输。
- 根据权利要求4所述的数据传输的方法,其中,在根据所述第一指令进行数据传输的步骤之后,还包括:若检测到所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作执行完毕,则将所述第一指令从预设文件中删除。
- 根据权利要求1所述的数据传输的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:当终端与服务器之间的数据传输失败时,获取数据传输失败信息;确定并记录与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息;统计与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息被记录的次数;若检测到所述次数超过预设次数,则对与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息进行标记,并将与所述数据传输失败信息对应的终端运行信息确定为预先标记的信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的数据传输的方法,其中,在所述将所述第一指令保存至预设文件的步骤之后,还包括:按照预设时间间隔检测终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
- 一种数据传输的装置,其中,所述装置包括:获取单元,用于当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取终端的运行信息;判断单元,用于判断所述终端的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息;生成单元,用于若判断出所述终端的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端生成取消指令,所述取消指令用于指示终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作;控制单元,用于按照所述取消指令,控制所述终端取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
- 根据权利要求8所述的数据传输的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:修改单元,用于当接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,按照所述第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。
- 根据权利要求9所述的数据传输的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:调整单元,用于:生成提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户调整终端的运行信息,以使终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息;若基于所述提示信息,检测到用户对终端的运行信息进行调整,且调整后的终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则控制终端按照所述第一指令进行数据传输。
- 根据权利要求9所述的数据传输的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:传输单元,用于:将所述第一指令保存至预设文件;若检测到终端的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则触发终端在预设文件中调取所述第一指令,并根据所述第一指令进行数据传输。
- 根据权利要求11所述的数据传输的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:删除单元,用于若检测到所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作执行完毕,则将所述第一指令从预设文件中删除。
- 一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,当所述计算机程序在计算机上执行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的数据传输的方法。
- 一种电子设备,包括存储器,处理器,其中,所述处理器通过调用所述存储器中存储的计算机程序,用于执行如下步骤:当接收到用于指示进行数据传输的第一指令时,获取电子设备的运行信息;判断所述电子设备的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息;若判断出所述电子设备的运行信息中包含预先标记的信息,则触发电子设备生成取消指令,所述取消指令用于指示电子设备取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作;按照所述取消指令,控制所述电子设备取消所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:当接收到用于指示对预先标记的信息进行修改的第二指令时,按照所述第二指令,对预先标记的信息进行修改。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:生成提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户调整电子设备的运行信息,以使电子设备的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息;若基于所述提示信息,检测到用户对电子设备的运行信息进行调整,且调整后的电子设备的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则控制电子设备按照所述第一指令进行数据传输。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:将所述第一指令保存至预设文件;若检测到电子设备的运行信息中不包含预先标记的信息,则触发电子设备在预设文件中调取所述第一指令,并根据所述第一指令进行数据传输。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子设备,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:若检测到所述第一指令对应的数据传输操作执行完毕,则将所述第一指令从预设文件中删除。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:当电子设备与服务器之间的数据传输失败时,获取数据传输失败信息;确定并记录与所述数据传输失败信息对应的电子设备运行信息;统计与所述数据传输失败信息对应的电子设备运行信息被记录的次数;若检测到所述次数超过预设次数,则对与所述数据传输失败信息对应的电子设备运行信息进行标记,并将与所述数据传输失败信息对应的电子设备运行信息确定为预先标记的信息。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子设备,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:按照预设时间间隔检测电子设备的运行信息中是否包含预先标记的信息。
