根据所述数据获取请求从所述目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中的部分备份数据;
接收所述终端发送的鉴权信息,并对所述鉴权信息进行验证;
若验证通过,则向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据。

101、接收终端发送的数据获取请求,该数据获取请求携带目标云账号。
在具体实施过程中,为了可以减少服务器负荷,更好地维护服务器,可以设置只在预设时间段内对终端发送的数据获取请求进行接收。该预设时间段可以由本领域技术人员或者服务器维护人员进行设置,比如,该预设时间段可以设置为7:00—23:00。
在接收终端发送的数据获取请求之前,本实施例方法还可以包括登录目标云账号的过程,具体如下:
接收终端发送的账号登录请求,该账号登录请求携带目标云账号及其对应的密码信息;根据该账号登录请求进行密码信息验证,并根据验证结果向终端返回登录响应信息,以使得终端根据该登录响应信息登录该目标云账号。具体地,终端可以获取云账号及其对应的密码信息,然后,服务器接收终端根据目标云账号及其对应的密码信息发送账号登录请求,验证成功后向终端返回允许登录目标云账号的响应信息。
其中,获取云账号和密码信息的方式可以有多种,比如,可以为用户输
入,即获取用户输入的云账号及其对应的密码信息,也可以为自动获取。比如,可以从终端本地存储或者服务器中自动获取云账号和密码信息。
本实施例中,终端发送数据获取请求的方式可以有多种,比如,在成功登录目标云账号之后,点击进入一级文件夹,在此以一级文件夹下即有文件为例,选取目标文件,并点击该文件的文件名或图标,即可触发终端发送数据获取请求,以获取该文件对应的数据。其中,终端与服务器之间可以通过数据网络、无线网络等方式进行通信。
102、根据数据获取请求从目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据。
具体地,根据该目标云账号从存储区中确定该账号对应的备份数据,然后,从备份数据中确定该终端待获取的备份数据,构成备份数据集合,最后,从该备份数据集合中选取满足条件的备份数据,再向终端发送选取的备份数据。
本实施例中,向终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据的方式可以有多种。在一些实施例中,可以预先对存储区内的数据划分重要级别,根据数据的重要级别确定发送的目标备份数据;也即,步骤“向所述终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据”可以包括:
确定备份数据集合中备份数据对应的重要级别;
根据重要级别从备份数据集合中获取目标备份数据;
向终端发送目标备份数据。
具体地,可以基于数据类型对备份数据的重要级别进行划分,比如,一级为最高重要级别,则可以把日记类数据设置重要级别为一级,照片类数据设置重要级别为二级,音乐类数据设置重要级别为三级等等,然后,可以按照重要级别从低到高选取备份数据集合中较低级别(如三级)的数据作为目标备份数据,再将其发送给终端。
在一些实施例中,可以从已确定的数据集合中,选取一定数据量的备份数据发送给终端;也即,步骤“向终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据”,可以包括:
获取备份数据集合对应的总数据量;
按照预设数据量比例和总数据量从备份数据集合中选取相应数据量的目标备份数据;
向终端发送目标备份数据。
具体地,按照预设数据量比例从备份数据集合中选取相应数据量的备份数据,作为目标备份数据。其中,该预设数据量比例可以由本领域技术人会员或者生产厂商进行设定,当然,为了便于用户可以灵活使用,满足更多用户的需求,该预设数据量比例可以由用户自行设置。比如,该预设数据量比例可以设置为5%、10%等。
另外,在某些实施方式中,选取一定数据量的备份数据发送给终端时,还可以根据终端请求获取的总数据量所处的数据量范围,选取相应数据量的备份数据返回给终端;也即,步骤“向终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据”可以包括:
获取备份数据集合中数据的总数据量,并确定该总数据量所处的数据量区间;
根据该数据量区间确定对应的预设数据量;
从备份数据集合中选取该预设数据量的备份数据作为目标备份数据;
向终端发送目标备份数据。
比如,备份数据集合中数据的总数据量为a,数据量区间[b,c]对应的预设数量为d,其中,b<c。假设b=50MB,c=200MB,区间[b,c]对应的预设数据量d=10MB,若a=100MB,则可以确定a处于区间[b,c]内,此时,可以从备份数据集合中选取10MB的备份数据作为目标备份数据,并发送给终端。
103、接收终端发送的鉴权信息,并对鉴权信息进行验证。
具体地,对鉴权信息进行验证的方式可以有多种,比如,可以判断是否存储有与该鉴权信息匹配的样本信息;也即,步骤“对鉴权信息进行验证”具体流程可以如下:
确定与该目标云账号对应的预设信息集合;
判断在该预设信息集合中是否存在与该鉴权信息匹配的样本信息;
若存在,则判定验证通过;
若不存在,则判定验证不通过。
更进一步地,还可以针对不同的数据设置不同的预设鉴权信息,比如,可以针对目标云账号下的某一文件夹设定独立鉴权信息,当且仅当终端发送的鉴权信息与该文件夹对应的独立鉴权信息匹配时,才可判定为验证通过。
其中,该鉴权信息具体可以是生物特征信息(如指纹信息)、字符密码、手势密码等,对此不做具体限定。
104、若验证通过,则向终端发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据。
具体地,若对该终端发送的鉴权信息验证通过,则将该备份数据集合中,除上述已发送的部分备份数据外的剩余未发送的其他备份数据,发送给终端,以使得终端可以获取所有需要获取的备份数据。
在某些实施方式中,为了提高数据安全性,避免非授权终端获取备份数据,可以对该终端设备进行验证,比如,可以对该终端的终端标识进行验证;也即,该数据获取请求还携带所述终端对应的终端标识;在对鉴权信息验证通过之后,向终端发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据之前,该方法还可以包括:
判断在预设样本标识集合中是否存在与该终端标识匹配的样本标识;
若存在,则执行向终端发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据的步骤。
其中,该终端标识可以为终端设备的IMEI号(International Mobile
Equipment Identity,国际移动设备识别码),或者SIM卡号(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别码)等。
本实施例中,为了避免非授权终端通过恶意手段获取到备份数据后造成数据泄露,进一步提高数据的安全性,可以将待发送的备份数据进行加密处理;也即,步骤“向终端发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据”具体流程可以如下:
按照预设加密规则对备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据加密处理;
向终端发送加密处理后的备份数据。
具体地,在终端接收到加密处理后的备份数据时,若该终端为授权设备,则可以按照预设的解密规则对该加密数据解密处理,以得到需要获取的信息。
若该终端为非授权设备,则无法对该加密数据解密处理,在终端则可以显示为乱码,使得备份数据得到保护,进一步提高了数据的安全性。
由上可知,本发明实施例提供了一种数据处理方法,通过接收终端发送的数据获取请求,该数据获取请求携带目标云账号,然后,根据数据获取请求从目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据,然后,接收终端发送的鉴权信息,并对鉴权信息进行验证,若验证通过,则向终端发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据;该方案可以在终端登录云账号时只反馈部分备份数据,在鉴权通过之后,反馈剩余未返回的备份数据,提高了数据的安全性。
在一实施例中,提供一种数据处理系统,主要包括服务器和终端。其中,该终端具体可以为平板电脑、手机等。该服务器与终端可通过有线或无线网络进行连接。
比如,请参考图2,图2为本发明提供的数据处理系统的结构示意图,该数据处理装置具体集成在服务器202中,主要用于接收终端201发送的数据获取请求,该数据获取请求携带目标云账号,然后,根据数据获取请求从目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向终端201发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据,然后,接收终端201发送的鉴权信息,并对鉴权信息进行验证,若验证通过,则向终端201发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据。
另外,如图2所示,该数据备份系统还可以包括终端201,该终端201可以向服务器202发送数据获取请求,在接收到服务器202返回的部分备份数据后,可以获取用户输入的鉴权信息,并向服务器202发送该鉴权信息,以使得服务器202根据该鉴权信息返回待获取的其他备份数据。
在本实施例中,将以该数据处理装置具体集成在服务器中为例,进行详细描述。
在一实施例中,还提供另一种数据处理方法,如图3所示,流程可以如下:
301、终端向服务器发送数据获取请求,该数据获取请求携带目标云账号。
具体地,在步骤301之前,本实施例方法还可以包括登录目标云账号的过程,具体如下:
终端向服务器发送账号登录请求,该账号登录请求携带目标云账号及其对应的密码信息;
服务器根据该账号登录请求进行密码信息验证,并根据验证结果向终端返回登录响应信息,以使得终端根据该登录响应信息登录该目标云账号。
具体地,终端可以获取云账号及其对应的密码信息,然后,服务器接收终端根据目标云账号及其对应的密码信息发送账号登录请求,验证成功后向终端返回允许登录目标云账号的响应信息。
其中,终端获取云账号和密码信息的方式可以有多种,比如,可以为用户输入,即获取用户输入的云账号及其对应的密码信息,也可以为自动获取,如
可以从终端本地存储或者服务器中自动获取云账号和密码信息。
302、服务器根据数据获取请求从目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据。
具体地,根据该目标云账号从存储区中确定该账号对应的备份数据,然后,从备份数据中确定该终端待获取的备份数据,构成备份数据集合,最后,从该备份数据集合中选取满足条件的备份数据,再向终端发送选取的备份数据。

304、服务器对接收到的鉴权信息进行验证,并判断是否验证通过;若是,执行步骤305,若否,结束流程。
具体地,对鉴权信息进行验证的方式可以有多种,比如,可以判断是否存储有与该鉴权信息匹配的样本信息;也即,步骤“对鉴权信息进行验证”流程可以如下:
确定与该目标云账号对应的预设信息集合;

具体地,为了提高数据安全性,避免非授权终端获取备份数据,在对鉴权信息验证通过之后,可以对该终端设备进行验证,判断该终端是否为授权终端;比如,可以对该终端的终端标识进行验证;也即,步骤“判断该终端是否为授权终端”具体流程可以如下:
获取该终端的终端标识;
判断在预设样本标识集合中是否存在与该终端标识匹配的样本标识;
若存在,则判定该终端是为授权终端;
若不存在,则判定该终端是为非授权终端。
其中,该终端标识可以为终端设备的IMEI号或者SIM卡号等。在具体实施时,获取该终端的终端标识的方式可以有多种,比如,可以根据终端发送的数据获取请求获取其携带的终端标识。
306、服务器将备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据发送至终端。
具体地,在判定该终端为授权终端时,将备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据发送至该终端。

在一实施例中,还提供一种服务器,参考图6,其示出了本发明一实施例所涉及的服务器的结构示意图。具体地,该服务器500可以包括一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器501、一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器502、通讯单元503、电源504、输入单元505、以及显示单元506等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的服务器结构并不构成对服务器的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
处理器501是该服务器的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个服务器500的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器502内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器502内的数据,执行服务器500的各种功能和处理数据,从而对服务器500进行整体监控。可选的,处理器501可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器501可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器501中。
存储器502可用于存储软件程序以及模块。处理器501通过运行存储在存储器502的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。
通讯单元503可用于收发信息过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,通讯单元503接收终端发送的信号,并将该数据获取请求交由一个或者一个以上处理器501处理。同时,通讯单元503将处理器501发出的反馈信号发送给终端。
服务器500还包括给各个部件供电的电源504(比如电池)。优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器501逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源504还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
该服务器500还可包括输入单元505,该输入单元505可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。
该服务器500还可包括显示单元506,该显示单元506可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及服务器500的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元508可包括显示面板,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid

具体在本实施例中,服务器500中的处理器501会按照如下的指令,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的可执行文件加载到存储器502中,并由处理器501来运行存储在存储器502中的应用程序,从而实现各种功能,如下:
接收终端发送的数据获取请求,该数据获取请求携带目标云账号,然后,根据数据获取请求从目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据,然后,接收终端发送的鉴权信息,并对鉴权信息进行验证,若验证通过,则向终端发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据。
在一些实施例中,所述数据获取请求还携带所述终端对应的终端标识,在对鉴权信息验证通过之后,向终端发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据之前,处理器501用于执行以下步骤:
判断在预设样本标识集合中是否存在与所述终端标识匹配的样本标识;
若存在,则执行向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据的步骤。
在一些实施例中,处理器501用于执行以下步骤:
确定备份数据集合中备份数据对应的重要级别;
根据该重要级别从备份数据集合中获取目标备份数据;
向终端发送目标备份数据。
在一些实施例中,处理器501用于执行以下步骤:
获取备份数据集合对应的总数据量;
按照预设数据量比例和总数据量从备份数据集合中选取相应数据量的目标备份数据;
向终端发送目标备份数据。
在一些实施例中,处理器501用于执行以下步骤:按照预设加密规则对备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据加密处理;向终端发送加密处理后的备份数据。
在一些实施例中,处理器501用于执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的鉴权信息;确定与目标云账号对应的预设信息集合;判断在预设信息集合中是否存在与鉴权信息匹配的样本信息;若存在,则判定验证通过;若不存在,则判定验证不通过。
在一些实施例中,在接收终端发送的数据获取请求之前,处理器501用于执行以下步骤:
接收终端发送的账号登录请求,该账号登录请求携带目标云账号及其对应的密码信息;
根据账号登录请求进行密码信息验证;
根据验证结果向终端返回登录响应信息,以使得终端根据登录响应信息登录目标云账号。
由上可知,本发明实施例提供了一种服务器500,该服务器500通过接收终端发送的数据获取请求,该数据获取请求携带目标云账号,然后,根据数据获取请求从目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向终端发送备份数据集合中的部分备份数据,然后,接收终端发送的鉴权信息,并对鉴权信息进行验证,若验证通过,则向终端发送备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据;该方案可以在终端登录云账号时只反馈部分备份数据,在鉴权通过之后,反馈剩余未返回的备份数据,提高了数据的安全性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有多条指令,该指令适于由处理器加载以执行上述任一数据处理方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read
Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (20)
- 一种数据处理方法,其中,包括:接收终端发送的数据获取请求,所述数据获取请求携带目标云账号;根据所述数据获取请求从所述目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中的部分备份数据;接收所述终端发送的鉴权信息,并对所述鉴权信息进行验证;若验证通过,则向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其中,所述数据获取请求还携带所述终端对应的终端标识;在对所述鉴权信息验证通过之后,向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据之前,所述方法还包括:判断在预设样本标识集合中是否存在与所述终端标识匹配的样本标识;若存在,则执行向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据的步骤。
- 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其中,所述向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中的部分备份数据的步骤,包括:确定所述备份数据集合中备份数据对应的重要级别;根据所述重要级别从所述备份数据集合中获取目标备份数据;向所述终端发送所述目标备份数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其中,所述向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中的部分备份数据的步骤,包括:获取所述备份数据集合对应的总数据量;按照预设数据量比例和所述总数据量从所述备份数据集合中选取相应数据量的目标备份数据;向所述终端发送所述目标备份数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其中,所述向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据的步骤,包括:按照预设加密规则对所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据加密处理;向所述终端发送加密处理后的备份数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其中,所述接收所述终端发送的鉴权信息,对所述鉴权信息进行验证的步骤包括:接收所述终端发送的鉴权信息;确定与所述目标云账号对应的预设信息集合;判断在所述预设信息集合中是否存在与所述鉴权信息匹配的样本信息;若存在,则判定验证通过;若不存在,则判定验证不通过。
- 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其中,在接收终端发送的数据获取请求之前,所述方法还包括:接收终端发送的账号登录请求,所述账号登录请求携带目标云账号及其对应的密码信息;根据所述账号登录请求进行密码信息验证;根据验证结果向所述终端返回登录响应信息,以使得所述终端根据所述登录响应信息登录所述目标云账号。
- 一种数据处理装置,其中,包括:接收模块,用于接收终端发送的数据获取请求,所述数据获取请求携带目标云账号;第一处理模块,用于根据所述数据获取请求从所述目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中的部分备份数据;验证模块,用于接收所述终端发送的鉴权信息,并对所述鉴权信息进行验证;第二处理模块,用于若验证通过,则向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据。
- 如权利要求8所述的数据处理装置,其中,所述数据获取请求还携带所述终端对应的终端标识;所述装置还包括:判断模块,用于在对所述鉴权信息验证通过之后,向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据之前,判断在预设样本标识集合中是否存在与所述终端标识匹配的样本标识;第二数据处理模块,用于若所述判断模块判定为是,则向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据。
- 如权利要求8所述的数据处理装置,其中,所述第一处理模块用于:确定所述备份数据集合中备份数据对应的重要级别;根据所述重要级别的高低从所述备份数据集合中获取目标备份数据;向所述终端发送所述目标备份数据。
- 如权利要求8所述的数据处理装置,其中,所述第一处理模块用于:获取所述备份数据集合对应的总数据量;按照预设数据量比例和所述总数据量从所述备份数据集合中选取相应数据量的目标备份数据;向所述终端发送所述目标备份数据。
- 如权利要求8所述的数据处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一处理模块用于:获取所述备份数据集合对应的总数据量;按照预设数据量比例和所述总数据量从所述备份数据集合中选取相应数据量的目标备份数据;向所述终端发送所述目标备份数据。
- 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质中存储有多条指令,所述指令适于由处理器加载以执行如权利要求1-7任一项所述的数据处理方法。
- 一种服务器,包括处理器、存储器,所述处理器与所述存储器电性连接,所述存储器用于存储指令和数据;所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:接收终端发送的数据获取请求,所述数据获取请求携带目标云账号;根据所述数据获取请求从所述目标云账号下的备份数据中确定相应的备份数据集合,并向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中的部分备份数据;接收所述终端发送的鉴权信息,并对所述鉴权信息进行验证;若验证通过,则向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据。
- 如权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述数据获取请求还携带所述终端对应的终端标识;在对所述鉴权信息验证通过之后,向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据之前,所述处理器还用于执行以下步骤:判断在预设样本标识集合中是否存在与所述终端标识匹配的样本标识;若存在,则执行向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据的步骤。
- 如权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中的部分备份数据的步骤,包括:确定所述备份数据集合中备份数据对应的重要级别;根据所述重要级别从所述备份数据集合中获取目标备份数据;向所述终端发送所述目标备份数据。
- 如权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中的部分备份数据的步骤,包括:获取所述备份数据集合对应的总数据量;按照预设数据量比例和所述总数据量从所述备份数据集合中选取相应数据量的目标备份数据;向所述终端发送所述目标备份数据。
- 如权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述向所述终端发送所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据的步骤,包括:按照预设加密规则对所述备份数据集合中未发送的其他备份数据加密处理;向所述终端发送加密处理后的备份数据。
- 如权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述接收所述终端发送的鉴权信息,对所述鉴权信息进行验证的步骤包括:接收所述终端发送的鉴权信息;确定与所述目标云账号对应的预设信息集合;判断在所述预设信息集合中是否存在与所述鉴权信息匹配的样本信息;若存在,则判定验证通过;若不存在,则判定验证不通过。
- 一种数据处理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括电子设备和服务器,所述服务器包括如权利要求8-12任一项所述的数据处理装置。
