Abstract

一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,包括粉仓壳体(1),粉仓壳体(1)的前侧上端开有供芯片安装的芯片安装座(2)。芯片安装座(2)上设置有芯片罩(6)、弯曲的导电片(5),和用于卡住芯片的芯片卡扣位(11),芯片安装座(2)的前端开有斜线槽(3)。芯片通过固定结构固定在粉仓壳体(1)上端,并通过导电片(5)接电,在保证芯片连接稳固的前提下提高了安装效率。此外,通过斜线槽(3)配合导电片(5)、芯片罩(6),使芯片安装更稳固,并通过芯片卡扣位(11)稳固芯片。

一种硒鼓芯片安装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及打印机技术领域,特别是一种硒鼓芯片安装结构。
背景技术
目前现有的硒鼓的芯片的安装比装复杂,不但安装不方便,而且一旦出现松脱就会直接影响打印效果。有设计人设计了一种硒鼓芯片的安装结构,具体参照公开号为CN 203433268 U的《硒鼓的导电边盖和硒鼓芯片的安装结构》,其中提到了一种硒鼓的导电边盖,包括盖体,该盖体设有容置体,所述容置体向上开口的容腔;所述容置体包括底面,连接于所述底面边缘的第一壁、第二壁、第三壁和第四壁;位于所述第一壁的中间设置有弹性扣合部,所述弹性扣合部上设有卡勾,所述卡勾向所述容腔中部延伸出一定的长度;所述第三壁的上端设有止挡块,下端设置有托台,所述止挡块和托台,均向所述容腔中部延伸出一定的长度,借助于所述弹性扣合部的弹性使所述卡勾在扣合位置与打开位置之间转换。但是在实践中发现,这种结构不利于芯片接线,而且对芯片的保护存在不足。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种硒鼓芯片安装结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,包括粉仓壳体,所述粉仓壳体的前侧上端开有供芯片安装的芯片安装座,所述芯片安装座上设置有弯曲的导电片。
作为一个优选项,所述芯片安装座设置有用于卡住芯片的芯片卡扣位。
作为一个优选项,所述芯片安装座的前端开有斜线槽,所述斜线槽的端部位置处设置有插孔,所述导电片位于斜线槽上。
作为一个优选项,所述导电片为L字形。
作为一个优选项,所述导电片朝向插孔一端处设置有折弯部,所述导电片朝向芯片一端处设置有凸出触点。
作为一个优选项,所述芯片安装座上设置有芯片罩。
作为一个优选项,所述芯片罩上分布有A字状加强筋。
作为一个优选项,所述粉仓壳体的左右两端设置有引导突出部。
作为一个优选项,所述芯片罩的左右两端设置有L字形卡扣件。
作为一个优选项,所述芯片安装座上设置有用于固定芯片的螺丝。
本发明的有益效果是:该结构针对硒鼓芯片安装的需要进行结构的改良,通过芯片通过固定结构固定在粉仓壳体上端,并通过导电片接电的设计,保证芯片连接稳固的前提下提高安装效率,此外通过斜线槽配合导电片、芯片罩的设计,使芯片安装更稳固,并通过芯片卡扣位稳固芯片。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。为透彻的理解本发明,在接下来的描述中会涉及一些特定细节。而在没有这些特定细节时,本发明则可能仍可实现,即所属领域内的技术人员使用此处的这些描述和陈述向所属领域内的其他技术人员有效的介绍他们的工作本质。此外需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向,相关技术人员在对上述方向作简单、不需要创造性的调整不应理解为本申请保护范围以外的技术。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定实际保护范围。而为避免混淆本发明的目的,由于熟知的方法、程序、成分和电路已经很容易理解,因此它们并未被详细描述。参照图1、图2,一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,包括粉仓壳体1,所述粉仓壳体1的前侧上端开有供芯片安装的芯片安装座2,所述芯片安装座2上设置有弯曲的导电片5。芯片通过固定结构固定在粉仓壳体1上端,并通过导电片5接电,安装方便。所述导电片5为L字形,保证导电片5更贴合芯片。
另外的实施例,参照图1、图2的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其中此处所称的“实施例”是指可包含于本申请至少一个实现方式中的特定特征、结构或特性。在本说明书中不同地方出现的“实施例中”并非均指同一个实施例,也不是单独的或选择性的与其他实施例互相排斥的实施例。实施例包括粉仓壳体1,所述粉仓壳体1的前侧上端开有供芯片安装的芯片安装座2,所述芯片安装座2设置有用于卡住芯片的芯片卡扣位11,所述芯片安装座2上设置有芯片罩6,所述导电片5朝向插孔4一端处设置有折弯部51,所述导电片5朝向芯片一端处设置有凸出触点52。折弯部51不但便于接线,也可以提高与插孔4之间的接触面积,使导电片5安装更稳固。所述芯片罩6上分布有A字状加强筋7,提高芯片罩6的强度。所述芯片罩6的左右两端设置有L字形卡扣件9,便于芯片罩6的安装。
另外的实施例,参照图1、图2的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,包括粉仓壳体1,所述粉仓壳体1的前侧上端开有供芯片安装的芯片安装座2,所述芯片安装座2的前端开有斜线槽3,其中斜线槽3形成一个类似斜坡结构,不但提高抗撞击力,而且也便于导电片5安装。所述斜线槽3的端部位置处设置有插孔4,所述导电片5位于斜线槽3上,所述芯片安装座2上设置有芯片罩6,用于保护芯片,所述粉仓壳体1的左右两端设置有引导突出部8,使硒鼓开合工作过程更平稳,有利于芯片工作的稳定性。所述芯片安装座2上设置有用于固定芯片的螺丝。
根据上述原理,本发明还可以对上述实施方式进行适当的变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,包括粉仓壳体(1),其特征在于:所述粉仓壳体(1)的前侧上端开有供芯片安装的芯片安装座(2),所述芯片安装座(2)上设置有弯曲的导电片(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述芯片安装座(2)设置有用于卡住芯片的芯片卡扣位(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述芯片安装座(2)的前端开有斜线槽(3),所述斜线槽(3)的端部位置处设置有插孔(4),所述导电片(5)位于斜线槽(3)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述导电片(5)为L字形。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述导电片(5)朝向插孔(4)一端处设置有折弯部(51),所述导电片(5)朝向芯片一端处设置有凸出触点(52)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述芯片安装座(2)上设置有芯片罩(6)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述芯片罩(6)上分布有A字状加强筋(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述粉仓壳体(1)的左右两端设置有引导突出部(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述芯片罩(6)的左右两端设置有L字形卡扣件(9)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓芯片安装结构,其特征在于:所述芯片安装座(2)上设置有用于固定芯片的螺丝。
