Abstract
The handbag with changeable elements with handles is characterized by the fact that it consists of two elements, one of them is the inner part of the bag being the rack - the base (1) with a compartment (2) with a closure (3), on both sides of which there are handles attached (4), and at the ends of the fastening of the compartment (2) of the rack of the base (1) there is a shoulder strap attached (5), moreover along the entire edge of the frame base (1) with the exception of the bottom, there is a permanently attached row of the zipper (6) or another fastener, while the outer part of the bag is an overlay (7) in a shape that is identical to the shape of the rack - the base (1) of the bag, to the edge of which along its whole length, a second row of the zipper (6) or other fastener is attached. The subject of the notification is also the method of replacing the elements of the bag.
Description
Handbag with changeable overlays and the method of overlays changing
The subject of the invention is a handbag with changeable overlays and the way in which the overlays are changed that gives a diversified accessory dedicated for common use as an unconventional element in the wardrobe.
Handbags and backpacks equipped in a zipper that is used for closing are well known. A backpack in the shape of a block, especially a prism, built from several flat surface walls sewed together by the edges with a zipper which combines just two top edges that constitute the backpack closing is also known. The backpack has a belt in the form of loops and straps for wearing on the back. The uniqueness of character and new functionalities of the backpack depend on its shape and the method of combining its elements.
The object of the invention is to develop a new multifunctional women's handbag that can be used on various occasions and will allow easy matching of color to different wardrobe items.
The essence of the handbag with handles made according to the invention is that it is assembled from two parts. The first part is - the inner part of the bag being its base, with a compartment with a closure on both sides to which fixed handles are attached. At the ends of the fastening of the compartment of the bag's base, ashoulder strap is attached. Along the entire edge of the rack, except for its base, there is a permanently attached row of a zipper, while the outer part the handbag is an overlay that has an identical shape to the base of the bag, and at the edge of this overlay the second row of the zipper is permanently attached.
The essence of the solution according to the invention is also that along the whole edge of the bag's rack, except for its base, there are permanently attached Velcro straps that correspond in position to the Velcro straps permanently attached along the edge of the changeable overlay of the handbag.
The essence of the solution according to the invention is also that along the whole edge of the rack of the bag, except for its base, there are permanently attached buttons, which correspond in position to openings made along the entire length of the edge of the changeable overlay of the handbag.
Preferably, the rack is made of a rigid and elastic material, and the overlay is made of stiffened fabric. It is also desirable that the overlay can be made of different materials. The method of replacing the overlay according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the zipper connecting the frame to the overlay can be opened and the overlay (cover) can be replaced with another version.
The method of replacing the overlay according to the invention, is characterized by the fact that the Velcro straps connecting the frame to the overlay can be undone and the overlay can be replaced with another version.
The method of replacing the overlay according to the invention, is characterized by the fact that the buttons connecting the frame can be undone and the overlay can be replaced with another version.
The goal set before the invention was fully achieved, because the handbag with changeable overlays ensures an easy and safe replacement of overlays, which allows for customizing it according to the outfit or the occasion and allows to avoid buying multiple versions of handbags. The possession of the bag according to the invention will be beneficial both economically and will save space in the wardrobe.
The invention is illustrated by a sample drawing representation in which Figure 1 shows the bag rack (frame) in a spatial view, Figure 2 shows the bag overlay in spatial view, Figure 3 shows the bag frame in the version with Velcro straps in spatial view, Figure 4 shows the overlay of the bag in the version with Velcro straps in spatial view, Figure 5 shows the bag in the form of the frame with an overlay in spatial view, Figure 6 shows the frame of the bag in the version with buttons in spatial view, and Figure 7 shows the overlay of the bag in the version with button openings in spatial view.
The handbag with changeable overlays (7) equipped with handles (4) and a shoulder strap (5) allowing to carry it on the shoulder is made of two parts, the inner part of the bag is a frame (1), the base of the bag with a compartment (2) with a closure on both sides, to which handles (4) are permanently fixed. Moreover at the ends of the closure of the compartment (2) of the frame of the bag (1) there is a shoulder strap attached (5). Along the whole edge of the rack that constitutes the base of the bag, except for its bottom, there is a permanently attached row of the zipper (6) or Velcro straps (8) or buttons (9) depending on the version of the bag, while the outer part of the bag is a replaceable overlay (7), which has an identical shape to the shape of the rack (1) being the base of the bag and allows to change its color. To the edge of this overlay there is the second row of the zipper
(6) or the second part of Velcro straps (8) attached, or openings are made to connect the overlay with the base frame of the handbag.
The frame is made of rigid and elastic material and the overlay is made of a stiffened material which may be, for example, fabric, leather or plastic. The bags can be of any size and shape.
Claims
1. Handbag with changeable elements, having handles, characterized by consisting of two parts, in which one of the parts is an inner part of the handbag being the rack - base (1) of the bag, with a loading compartment (2) and a closing (3) on both sides of which handles (4) are permanently attached and at the end of the loading compartment (2) rack base (1) of the bag there is a shoulder strap (5), attached, furthermore along the whole edge of the rack base (1) except the bottom, one row of the lock or zipper (6) is permanently attached and the outer part of the bag is an overlay (7), which is in the shape of the rack base (1) of the bag and along the edge of the whole length of the overlay there is the second row of the zipper permanently attached (6).

Handbag with changeable elements, having handles, according to claim 1, characterized by having permanently attached Velcro straps (8) along the whole edge of the rack base (1) of the handbag except its bottom , the straps corresponding to the location of Velcro straps permanently attached along the whole length of the edge of the changeable overlay (6).

Handbag with changeable elements, having handles, according to claim 1, characterized by having permanently attached buttons (9) along the whole edge of the rack base (1) of the handbag except its bottom i, the buttons corresponding to the location of openings made along the whole length of the edge of the changeable overlay (6).

Handbag with changeable elements, having handles, according to claim 1, characterized by having permanently attached magnets (10) along the whole edge of the rack base (1) of the handbag except its bottom, the magnets corresponding to the location of magnets permanently attached along the whole length of the edge of the changeable overlay (6).
5. Handbag according to claim 1 ,2, 3 or 4, characterized by the fact that the rack base (1 ) is made of rigid and elastic material, while the overlay (6) is made of stiffened fabric.
6. Handbag according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4 characterized by the fact that the overlay (6) can be made of various materials.
7. The way of changing the elements of the handbag characterized by the fact that the zipper lock (5) connecting the rack base (1) with the overlay (6) can be opened which allows replacing the overlay (6) with a different version.
8. The way of changing the elements of the handbag according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that the Velcro straps (8) connecting the rack base (1) with the overlay (6) can be detached which allows replacing the overlay (6) with a different version.
9. The way of changing the elements of the handbag according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that the buttons (9) connecting the rack base (1) with the overlay (6) can be undone which allows replacing the overlay (6) with a different version.
10. The way of changing the elements of the handbag according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that the magnets (10) connecting the rack base (1) with the overlay (6) can be detached which allows replacing the overlay (6) with a different version.
