     前記配信者端末及び前記複数の視聴者端末の夫々と通信をするサーバと、

     前記サーバは、
      前記ライブの配信において前記複数の視聴者の中から、チャットの候補者を前記配信者端末に1人以上表示させる表示制御手段と、
      1人以上の前記候補者の中からチャット対象者を前記配信者が指定する操作を前記配信者端末を介して受け付ける受付手段と、
      前記チャット対象者の前記視聴者端末と、前記配信者の前記配信者端末との間でチャットを行うチャット制御手段と、
      当該チャットの内容を含む所定のコンテンツを、前記複数の視聴者端末の夫々にライブ配信するライブ配信手段と、
     を備える情報処理システム。
