本发明的有益效果在于:通过马达的转动,使得火焰头来回摇摆,从而模拟烛光摇摆,非常逼真,仿真效果良好;当蜡烛外壳的顶部有水时,通过蜡烛外壳的中心开口,与固定外壳的内部容腔相连通,内部容腔中的水,则通过导水管的作用排出,火焰头支架能够避免水进入光源处,同时也不会对驱动装置造成影响,因此本发明的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛具有很好的防水效果,能够适用不同的场合,在户外也可以使用。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
参照图1至图4所示,本发明揭示的一种摇摆火焰头装置,该摇摆火焰头装置包括固定外壳10、火焰头20以及光源30,通过摇摆火焰头20装置模拟蜡烛的烛光摇曳的效果,如图2所示,所述固定外壳10具有一上端中心开口的内部容腔101;所述火焰头20活动的安装在所述固定外壳10上,所述火焰头20的上部呈火焰 形状,火焰头20的上部穿过于固定外壳10上端中心的开口,且火焰头20的上部至少部分位于固定外壳10上端中心的开口的上方;所述光源30固定于所述的固定外壳10上,且位于所述火焰头20的上部的正下方位置。
具体的,所述固定外壳10的内部容腔101中具有一体成型的中心支柱102,所述光源30即固定于所述中心支柱102的顶端上,但需要说明的是,本发明并不仅限于设置一中心支柱102,也可以设置其他的结构,对光源30进行支撑,本实施例中则不再赘述。在本实施例中,所述摇摆火焰头装置还包括一透明导光件103,所述透明导光件103固定在火焰头20内部,且透明导光件103活动的支撑于所述光源30的顶端,因此光源30发出的光线通过透明导光件103的作用,从火焰头20上散发出去。所述透明导光件103的下端为上凹的弧面且与光源30的顶端接触,所述光源30的顶端为上凸的弧面,这种结构设计减少火焰头20摆动时的摩擦力,从而提高摇摆火焰头装置的仿真度。
作为较佳的实施例,所述火焰头20还包括火焰头外壳201,所述火焰头外壳201呈火焰形状,所述火焰头外壳201与透明导光件103之间还设置有一颜色小件104,该颜色小件104用于使火焰头20在光源30的照亮下会出现上下不同的颜色,但需要说明的是,所述的颜色小件104还可以直接设置在火焰头外壳201与光源30之间,也能够起到相同的效果。
另外,所述摇摆火焰头装置还包括一驱动装置40,通过驱动装置40的作用,驱动火焰头20摆动,对于所述的驱动装置40,本发明提出了一具体实施例,所述火焰头20的下部呈开口朝下的喇叭形状,火焰头20的下部即为火焰头支架105,火焰头20的上部即固定在火焰头支架105的上端,火焰头支架105的下端上套有一铁环106;如图2和图4所示,所述驱动装置40包括马达401、转动臂401以及磁铁403,所述转动臂401的一端具有通孔,磁铁403即嵌入所述的通孔中,转动臂401的另一端连接在所述马达401的转动轴,当马达401转动时,转动臂401则带动所述的磁铁403周期性的接近或远离所述的铁环106,当转动臂401接近铁环106时,铁环106则带动火焰头支架105朝向如图2中右侧方向运动,当转动臂401远离铁环106时,火焰头20则在自身重力的作用下向左摆动,因此,通过马达401的转动,使得火焰头20来回摇摆,从而模拟烛光摇摆,非常逼真,仿真效果良 好。
另外,由于透明导光件103设置在光源30的顶端,光源30并未安装至火焰头外壳201内部,因此本发明的摇摆火焰头装置的结构较为简便,降低了生产制造时的难度,使得生产更为容易,同时火焰头外壳201中无需设置导线,使得摇摆火焰头装置的组装更为容易,可以提高生产制造的效率。
本发明还揭示了一种摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,该摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛包括上述任意的摇摆火焰头装置100,因此在下文中,我们则不再对摇摆火焰头装置100的结构进行说明。另外,如图5至图8所示,摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛还包括蜡烛外壳501、机芯底座502以及导水管503,所述蜡烛外壳501包括一上端中心开孔以及下端开口的内部空间504;所述摇摆火焰头装置100的固定外壳10的上端固定在所述蜡烛外壳501的上端中心开口处,所述机芯底座502位于所述蜡烛外壳501的内部空间504中,且摇摆火焰头装置100的固定外壳10的下端固定在所述的机芯底座502上;所述固定外壳10的下端设置有与内部容腔101相连通的固定外壳过水开口107,所述机芯底座502上设置有与外部相连通的机芯底座过水开口505,所述导水管503呈上下两端开口的管状结构,所述导水管503的上端连接在所述的固定外壳过水开口107上,导水管503的下端连接在所述机芯底座过水开口505上。
作为较佳的实施例,所述导水管503的材质为软质材料,如图6、图7所示,所述固定外壳10的固定外壳过水开口107处设置有导水管上端固定位5031,且导水管上端固定位5031为一管状凸起,所述导水管503的上端开口密封连接在所述导水管上端固定位5031上。所述机芯底座502的机芯底座过水开口505处设置有导水管下端固定位5032,且导水管下端固定位5032为一管状凸起,所述导水管503的下端开口密封连接在所述导水管下端固定位5032上。
另外,所述摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛还包括防水盖60,防水盖60的材质为软质材料,所述防水盖60设置在所述机芯底座502下部,所述蜡烛外壳501和机芯底座502的下部形成以内凹的空间,所述防水盖60至少部分填充于所述内凹的空间中,所述防水盖60与所述蜡烛外壳501的内壁之间密封连接。所述防水盖60上具有一上下贯通的防水盖过水开口601,所述机芯底座502上设置有一向下的管状凸起 ,且该管状凸起伸入所述的防水盖过水开口601中,所述机芯底座502上向下的管状凸起的外壁与防水盖过水开口601的内壁之间密封连接。防水盖60底部设置有数量不少于三个的防水盖支撑脚602,通过防水盖支撑脚602对摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛进行支撑。
如图8所示,当蜡烛外壳501的顶部有水时,通过蜡烛外壳501的中心开口,与固定外壳10的内部容腔101相连通,内部容腔101中的水,则通过导水管503的作用排出,图8中箭头所指的即为水排出的方向;火焰头支架105能够避免水进入光源30处,同时也不会对驱动装置40造成影响,因此本发明的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛具有很好的防水效果,能够适用不同的场合,在户外也可以使用。
以上所描述的仅为本发明的较佳实施例,上述具体实施例不是对本发明的限制。在本发明的技术思想范畴内,可以出现各种变形及修改,凡本领域的普通技术人员根据以上描述所做的润饰、修改或等同替换,均属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种摇摆火焰头装置,包括固定外壳、火焰头以及光源,其特征在于:所述固定外壳具有一上端中心开口的内部容腔;
    所述火焰头活动的安装在所述固定外壳上,所述火焰头的上部呈火焰形状,火焰头的上部穿过于固定外壳上端中心的开口,且火焰头的上部至少部分位于固定外壳上端中心的开口的上方;
    所述光源固定于所述的固定外壳上,且位于所述火焰头的上部的正下方位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述固定外壳的内部容腔中具有一体成型的中心支柱,所述光源即固定于所述中心支柱的顶端上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述摇摆火焰头装置还包括一透明导光件,所述透明导光件固定在火焰头内部,且透明导光件活动的支撑于所述光源的顶端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述透明导光件的下端为上凹的弧面且与光源的顶端接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述光源的顶端为上凸的弧面。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述火焰头还包括火焰头外壳,所述火焰头外壳呈火焰形状,火焰头外壳与透明导光件之间还设置有一颜色小件,所述颜色小件用于使火焰头在光源的照亮下会出现上下不同的颜色。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述火焰头还包括火焰头外壳,所述火焰头外壳呈火焰形状,火焰头外壳与光源之间还设置有一颜色小件,所述颜色小件用于使火焰头在光源的照亮下会出现上下不同的颜色。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述火焰头的下部呈开口朝下的喇叭形状。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述火焰头的下部固定安装有一铁环。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述摇摆火焰头装置还包括一驱动装置,所述火焰头在驱动装置的作用下相对于所述固定外壳运动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括马达、转动臂以及磁铁,所述磁铁固定在转动臂的一端,转动臂的另一端连接在所述马达的转动轴,所述转动臂用于带动所述的磁铁周期性的接近或远离所述的铁环,以驱动所述火焰头相对于固定外壳运动。
  12. 一种摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,包括蜡烛外壳、机芯底座、导水管以及摇摆火焰头装置,其特征在于:
    所述蜡烛外壳包括一上端中心开孔以及下端开口的内部空间;
    所述摇摆火焰头装置的固定外壳的上端固定在所述蜡烛外壳的上端中心开口处,所述机芯底座位于所述蜡烛外壳的内部空间中,且摇摆火焰头装置的固定外壳的下端固定在所述的机芯底座上;所述固定外壳的下端设置有与内部容腔相连通的固定外壳过水开口,所述机芯底座上设置有与外部相连通的机芯底座过水开口,所述导水管呈上下两端开口的管状结构,所述导水管的上端连接在所述的固定外壳过水开口上,导水管的下端连接在所述机芯底座过水开口上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述固定外壳的固定外壳过水开口处设置有导水管上端固定位,且导水管上端固定位为一管状凸起,所述导水管的上端开口密封连接在所述导水管上端固定位上。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述机芯底座的机芯底座过水开口处设置有导水管下端固定位,且导水管下端固定位为一管状凸起,所述导水管的下端开口 密封连接在所述导水管下端固定位上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述导水管的材质为软质材料。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛还包括防水盖,所述防水盖设置在所述机芯底座下部;
    所述防水盖上具有一上下贯通的防水盖过水开口,所述机芯底座上设置有一向下的管状凸起,且该管状凸起伸入所述的防水盖过水开口中,所述机芯底座上向下的管状凸起的外壁与防水盖过水开口的内壁之间密封连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述蜡烛外壳和机芯底座的下部形成以内凹的空间,所述防水盖至少部分填充于所述内凹的空间中,所述防水盖与所述蜡烛外壳的内壁之间密封连接。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述防水盖底部设置有数量不少于三个的防水盖支撑脚。
  19. 根据权利要求16至18任一所述的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述防水盖的材质为软质材料。
  20. 根据权利要求12所述的摇摆火焰头电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述摇摆火焰头装置包括固定外壳、火焰头以及光源,所述固定外壳具有一上端中心开口的内部容腔;
    所述火焰头活动的安装在所述固定外壳上,所述火焰头的上部呈火焰形状,火焰头的上部穿过于固定外壳上端中心的开口,且火焰头的上部至少部分位于固定外壳上端中心的开口的上方;
    所述光源固定于所述的固定外壳上,且位于所述火焰头的上部的正下方位置。
