本申请要求了申请日为2016年10月19日,申请号为201610912788.2,发明名称为“通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法及冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷领域,尤其涉及一种通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法及冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱通常放置在厨房中,以便于保存要烹调或已经烹调的食物,而电视机通常放置在客厅或者房间内。因此,对于用户来说,在烹调或者在处理食物的同时看电视,必须停止手下动作,然后走到有电视机的房间内,则会导致使用不便。
并且,随着对网络兴趣的增加,用户越来越广泛地使用从网络得到的信息。由于用户在厨房进行大部分的日常劳作,他们每个人必须走到隔开的空间使用可以接入网络的电脑才能浏览网络信息。
为了解决上述问题,目前的做法是将可以连网显示屏直接设置在冰箱上。
但是,目前的显示屏大多固定在冰箱本体上,由于冰箱安装位置的不同,显示屏有可能无法正对着用户,尤其是针对儿童用户,普通冰箱高度过高,儿童无法观看到显示屏的内容。此时,就需要一种可抽拉的显示屏,可以根据用户需求调整高度,并能够实现多角度旋转。
现有技术中,可抽拉的显示屏只能通过用户手动调控显示屏位置来使得显示屏面对用户,操作起来相当不方便,用户体验较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法及冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明一实施方式提供一种通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,包括步骤:
接收声源;
将所述声源与预设的声源库进行匹配,得到所述声源对应的用户身份信息;
根据所述用户身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应高度。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,步骤“接收声源”具体包括:
第一麦克风及第二麦克风接收声源;
分别获取所述第一麦克风的第一接收时间及所述第二麦克风的第二接收时间;
判断所述第一接收时间是否小于所述第二接收时间,若是,则根据所述第一接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离,若否,则根据第二接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,步骤“第一麦克风及第二麦克风接收声源”之后还包括:
判断所述声源是否为预设弹出信号,若是,则进入下一步骤;若否,则所述第一麦克风及所述第二麦克风继续接收声源。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,步骤“判断所述第一接收时间是否小于所述第二接收时间,若是,则根据所述第一接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离,若否,则根据第二接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离”具体包括:

为实现上述发明目的,本发明一实施方式提供一种冰箱,包括:
冰箱本体;
与所述冰箱本体活动连接的显示屏;
至少一麦克风;以及
控制单元,所述控制单元内预存有声源库;
其中,所述麦克风用于接收声源,所述控制单元将所述声源与所述声源库进行匹配,得到所述声源对应的用户身份信息,且所述控制单元根据所述用户身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应高度。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述冰箱还包括设置于所述显示屏上的摄像头,所述摄像头用于捕获用户影像,当所述显示屏调节至对应高度后,所述控制单元控制所述显示屏转动以使得所述摄像头可以始终捕获所述用户影像。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明一实施方式可以通过麦克风确认用户身份,并根据用户身份的不同将显示屏自动调节到合适高度,提高了显示屏的使用便捷性,从而提高用户体验。

以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
本发明的显示屏包括多种操控方法及多种冰箱结构,多种操控方法及多种冰箱结构之间可以相互组合,下面以三种实施方式为例说明本发明的显示屏的操控方法及冰箱。
参图1及图2,为本发明第一实施方式的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
接收声源A;
将所述声源A与预设的声源库B进行匹配,得到所述声源A对应的用户身份信息Y;
根据所述用户身份信息Y将所述显示屏100调节至对应高度H。
这里,如图2所示,显示屏100的周缘区域设置有至少一麦克风,这里以设置于显示屏100左右两侧的第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102为例,所述第一麦克风101及所述第二麦克风102的高度相同,第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102用于接收一定范围内的声源。麦克风的数量及位置可以根据实际情况而定,不以上述说明为限。
冰箱内部可预存有声源库B,例如,当冰箱为家用冰箱时,声源库B可以包括男主人、女主人、儿童等的声源信息,此时,用户身份信息Y即为男主人、女主人、儿童等。但不以此为限,例如,当冰箱为公共场合的冰箱时,声源库B可以包括男性、女性、儿童等的声源信息。
另外,冰箱内还可预存有适应每一用户身份信息Y的显示屏100高度H,例如,当男主人的身高为180cm时,其预存的对应的显示屏100高度H可以为175cm,此时,当判断用户身份信息Y为男主人时,便可以直接将显示屏100的高度H调节至175cm。
具体的,在一示例中,声源库B中储存有男声、女声及童声,其通过音色、音调等信息进行区分,且用户身份信息Y对应的声源A为男声时对应第一高度H1,用户身份信息Y对应的声源A为女声时对应第二高度H2,用户身份信息Y对应的声源A为童声时对应第三高度H3,所述第一高度H1、所述第二高度H2及所述第三高度H3不同,例如,第一高度H1设置为175cm,第二高度H2设置为160cm,第三高度H3设置为80cm。
将接收到的所述声源A与预设的声源库B进行匹配,若所述声源A为男声,则将所述显示屏100调节至第一高度H1;若所述声源A为女声,则将所述显示屏100调节至第二高度H2;若所述声源A为童声,则将所述显示屏100调节至第三高度H3。
在另一示例中,声源库B中预存有若干主人声源及每一主人声源对应的预设高度,例如,主人身份信息Y为男主人时对应男主人高度H,主人身份信息Y为女主人时对应女主人高度H,主人身份信息Y为儿童时对应儿童高度H。这里,男主人高度H、女主人高度H、儿童高度H为对应用户所预设的显示屏高度H。
将接收到的所述声源A与预设的声源库B进行匹配,若匹配到为预存的若干主人声源中的一个(即匹配成功),则根据主人身份信息Y将所述显示屏100调节至对应的高度;若匹配到不是预存的若干主人声源中的一个(即匹配失败),则判断所述声源A的类别,后续的操作可以参考上一示例,即,若所述声源A为男声,则将所述显示屏100调节至第一高度H1,若所述声源A为女声,则将所述显示屏100调节至第二高度H2,若所述声源A为童声,则将所述显示屏100调节至第三高度H3。当然,当匹配失败时,也可通过其他方式进行调节。例如,若所述声源A为男声,则默认用户与男主人身高相同,此时将显示屏调节至男主人高度H,以此类推,当为女声或童声时可以进行相应的调节。

在本实施方式中,步骤“接收声源A”具体包括:
第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102接收声源A;
分别获取所述第一麦克风101的第一接收时间T1及所述第二麦克风102的第二接收时间T2;
判断所述第一接收时间T1是否小于所述第二接收时间T2,若是,则根据所述第一接收时间T1调节所述显示屏100的水平伸出距离,若否,则根据第二接收时间T2调节所述显示屏100的水平伸出距离。
这里,结合图2,当第一接收时间T1小于第二接收时间T2时,即表明此时用户与第一麦克风101之间的第一距离S1小于用户与第二麦克风102之间的第二距离S2,判定此时用户位于冰箱的靠近第一麦克风101的一侧,且用户与第一麦克风101之间的斜向距离为S1=T1*V,其中,声音的传播速度大约为340m/s。此时,控制显示屏100水平向外移动距离S=X*S1,其中,X的取值范围为0.5~0.7,且向外移动的距离S不可超过显示屏100可以向外延伸的最大距离,如此,可保证显示屏100朝向用户水平移动,且确保显示屏100与用户之间仍有一定距离。显示屏100水平向外移动距离S大致可为8~15cm,但不以此为限。
当显示屏100水平向外移动一定距离后,后续可继续根据用户身份信息Y在竖直方向上调节显示屏100的高度。可以理解,显示屏100水平方向及竖直方向的调节没有一定的先后顺序,可根据实际情况而定。
另外,在本实施方式中,由于用户很多情况下不在冰箱的正中间,用户极有可能位于冰箱的左侧或右侧。因此,当控制显示屏100水平向外移动距离S时,同时也可控制显示屏100的左右移动。例如,当第一接收时间T1小于第二接收时间T2时,即表明此时用户位于第一麦克风101侧,则此时可以控制显示屏向第一麦克风101的方向偏移一定距离,即此时图2中的显示屏100向图片的右侧偏移一定距离,偏移的距离可以根据第一接收时间T1而定,但不以此为限。
可以理解,显示屏100的左右偏移及水平向前移动可以同时实现。
在本实施方式中,步骤“第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102接收声源A”之后还包括:
判断所述声源A是否为预设弹出信号,若是,则进入下一步骤;若否,则所述第一麦克风101及所述第二麦克风102继续接收声源。
这里,例如可以在冰箱内预设弹出信号,例如为语音信号“我要看电视”,当用户说出“我要看电视”这句话时,冰箱便默认识别到了预设弹出信号,此时,可以进行显示屏100的调节。
需要说明的是,当识别到预设弹出信号后,冰箱可以先控制显示屏100脱离冰箱内部其他限位结构的限制,即此时显示屏100可以进行多方向的调节操作,而后再根据用户身份信息Y、第一接收时间T1、第二接收时间T2等进行显示屏100水平方向及竖直方向的位置调节。当然, 在其他实施方式中,当识别到预设弹出信号后,冰箱可以先进行用户身份信息Y的识别,当识别成功后,再控制显示屏100脱离冰箱内部其他限位结构的限制。也就是说,本实施方式中各个信号的识别、匹配过程并没有明确的先后关系,可以根据实际情况而定。
在本实施方式中,当完成显示屏100水平方向及竖直方向的调节之后,显示屏100还是呈竖直摆放,即此时显示屏100的屏幕与冰箱的前表面为平行状态。为了使得显示屏100与用户位置更加匹配,此时还进行如下操作:
捕获用户影像;
控制所述显示屏100转动以使得始终能捕获到所述用户影像。
具体的,参图2,此时显示屏100上还设有摄像头103,摄像头103用于捕捉用户影像,当用户移动时,摄像头103带动显示屏100一起转动,直至摄像头103识别到的用户影像位于摄像头的中间位置,如此,可以保证显示屏100实时正对用户,提高用户体验。
本实施方式还设置有运动检测单元(未图示),其用于判断用户的运动幅度,若所述运动幅度大于运动阈值,则控制所述显示屏100转动以使得摄像头103始终能捕获到所述用户影像,若所述运动幅度不大于运动阈值,则所述显示屏100不转动。如此,可以避免显示屏100过于频繁的转动而导致显示屏100结构不稳定或是冰箱功耗高。
在本实施方式中,还涉及显示屏100复位的过程。
例如,可通过摄像头103捕捉用户影像,当超过一预设时间而未捕捉到用户影像时,即表明此时用户已经离开,可以控制显示屏100复位。又例如是,在冰箱上设置一探测器,所述探测器可探测在一定范围内是否有用户存在,当探测器超过一预设时间未探测到有用户存在时,即表明此时用户已经离开,可以控制显示屏100复位。再例如是,在冰箱上设置一复位按钮,当用户要离开时,按动复位按钮便可实现显示屏100的复位。需要说明的是,上述提到的显示屏100的调节、复位等操作也可加入用户的人工调节,使其更加符合用户需求。
显示屏100相对于冰箱可根据用户指令弹出后,与摄像头103结合,根据用户实际高度调整显示屏100后部折叠机构运动,不论成人或儿童,都能有较好的用户体验,并能够实现实时跟踪用户位置来旋转显示屏100旋转角度,折叠机构之间存在阻尼连接,能够保证在运动或静止过程中不会发生显示屏100晃动,影响其稳定性及观影感受。
本发明第一实施方式还提供一种冰箱,参考图1至图2及上述说明,所述冰箱包括冰箱本体、与所述冰箱本体活动连接的显示屏100、至少一麦克风及控制单元(未图示),这里以左右两个麦克风为例。所述麦克风用于接收声源A,所述控制单元将所述声源A与所述声源库B进行匹配,得到所述声源A对应的用户身份信息Y,且所述控制单元根据所述用户身份信息Y将所述显示屏100调节至对应高度H。这里,可以预存有声源库B、用户身份信息Y及对应的所需高度H等信息,如此,当接收到声源后,便可通过内部分析直接得到用户身份信息Y,而后根据用户身份信息Y便可直接进行显示屏100高度H的调节,调节过程简单便捷,且可适应不 同的用户,用户体验极佳。
所述冰箱还包括设置于所述显示屏100上的摄像头103,所述摄像头103用于捕获用户影像,当所述显示屏100调节至对应高度后,所述控制单元控制所述显示屏100转动以使得所述摄像头103可以始终捕获所述用户影像。如此,可以保证显示屏100实时正对用户,提高用户体验。本实施方式的冰箱的其他说明可以参考上述第一实施方式的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法的说明,在此不再赘述。
参图3,为第一实施方式的一具体实施例。
假设显示屏100于冰箱预埋盒内时的高度H为H0,H0为显示屏100中心距离地面的距离;第一麦克风101、第二麦克风102分别设置于冰箱的两侧,冰箱内预存有声源库B及预设弹出信号。
通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法包括步骤:
S1:第一麦克风101、第二麦克风102接收声源A,判断所述声源是否为预设弹出信号,若是,则进入S2,若否,则继续接收声源A;
S2:控制显示屏100脱离预埋盒,进入S3;
S3:判断第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102接收到声源A的第一接收时间T1及第二接收时间T2的大小,若T1<T2,则进入S4,若T1≥T2,则利用T2代替T1后进入S4;
S4:将声源A与声源库B进行匹配,获取到此时对应的用户身份信息Y及高度H,进入S5;
S5:根据第一接收时间T1得到用户与冰箱之间的距离为S1=T1*V,并根据S1将显示屏100向前方伸出距离S=X*S1,进入S6;
S6:根据获取到的用户身份信息Y及高度H调节显示屏100的高度,假设此时高度H=H1,则控制显示屏100的中心移动到高度为H=H1的地方,进入S7;
S7:开启摄像头103,旋转显示屏100,使得摄像头103捕获到的用户影像位于摄像头的中间位置,进入S8;
S8:摄像头103发现用户并保证用户位于摄像头103的中间位置,同时,控制显示屏100转动,如此,便实现了显示屏100的自动调节。

参图4及图5,为本发明第二实施方式的通过预设用户优先级别来操控冰箱显示屏的方法,这里,与第一实施方式相同的元素采用相同的编号。
所述方法包括步骤:
接收声源A;
将所述声源A与预设的用户优先级别C进行匹配,判断所述声源A对应的用户是否为最高优先级别用户Y’,若是,则根据所述最高优先级别用户Y’的身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应高度;若否,则继续接收声源。
这里,如图5所示,显示屏100的周缘区域设置有至少一麦克风,这里以设置于显示屏100 左右两侧的第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102为例,第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102用于接收一定范围内的声源。麦克风的数量及位置可以根据实际情况而定,不以上述说明为限。
冰箱内部可预存有用户优先级别C,例如,当冰箱为家用冰箱时,用户优先级别C可为女主人的优先级别高于男主人,男主人的优先级别高于儿童,此时,最高优先级别用户Y’便是女主人。另外,冰箱内还可预存有适应每一用户的显示屏100高度H,例如,当女主人的身高为165cm时,其预存的对应的显示屏100高度H可以为160cm,此时,当判断声源A为最高优先级别用户Y’的女主人的声源时,便可以直接将显示屏100的高度H调节至160cm。
本实施方式中,还包括有声源库B,以进行用户身份的识别。具体的,在一示例中,声源库B中储存有男声、女声及童声,其通过音色、音调等信息进行区分,且用户身份信息对应的声源A为男声时对应第一高度H1,用户身份信息对应的声源A为女声时对应第二高度H2,用户身份信息对应的声源A为童声时对应第三高度H3,所述第一高度H1、所述第二高度H2及所述第三高度H3不同,例如,第一高度H1设置为175cm,第二高度H2设置为160cm,第三高度H3设置为80cm。
将接收到的所述声源A与预设的声源库B进行匹配,若所述声源A为女声,将女声与用户优先级别C进行匹配,若女声对应的用户不是最高优先级别用户Y’,则不进行显示屏100的调节,若女声对应的用户是最高优先级别用户Y’,则将所述显示屏100调节至第二高度H2。需要说明的是,声源库B及用户优先级别C的匹配可以同时进行,但不以此为限。
在另一示例中,声源库B中预存有若干主人声源及每一主人声源对应的预设高度,例如,主人身份信息Y为男主人时对应男主人高度H,主人身份信息Y为女主人时对应女主人高度H,主人身份信息Y为儿童时对应儿童高度H。这里,男主人高度H、女主人高度H、儿童高度H为对应用户所预设的显示屏高度H。
将接收到的所述声源A与预设的声源库B进行匹配,若匹配到为预存的若干主人声源中的一个(即匹配成功),则再进行用户优先级别C的匹配,若匹配到声源对应的用户是最高优先级别用户Y’,则进行显示屏100的调节,若不是,则不进行显示屏100的调节。
若匹配到不是预存的若干主人声源中的一个(即匹配失败),则判断所述声源A的类别,若所述声源A为女声,则默认用户为女主人,则再进行用户优先级别C的匹配,若匹配到声源对应的用户是最高优先级别用户Y’,则进行显示屏100的调节,若不是,则不进行显示屏100的调节。但不以此为限。
综上所述,本实施方式中可以预存有用户优先级别C、声源库B及对应的所需高度H等信息,如此,当接收到声源A后,便可通过内部分析直接得到声源A对应的用户是否为最高优先级别用户Y’,若是,则将显示屏100高度H调节至所需高度,若否,则不进行显示屏100的调节。如此,可以有效提高冰箱的使用智能化,例如,可以将儿童的优先级降低,从而避免儿童胡乱使用冰箱显示屏或是儿童长时间操作冰箱显示屏100。
在本实施方式中,当判断所述声源A对应的用户不是最高优先级别用户Y’时,还包括步骤:
判断是否接收到所述最高优先级别用户Y’发出的用户级别更换指令,若是,则将用户优先级别C变更为新的用户优先级别C’,并继续接收声源A及将所述声源A与新的用户优先级别C’进行匹配;若否,则继续接收声源。
这里,用户级别更换指令例如为最高级别优先级用户Y’发出语音“接收其他人命令”,则此时将预存的用户优先级别C变更为新的用户优先级别C’,系统可以默认将最高级别优先级用户Y’变更为原先用户优先级别C中的次高优选级别用户,但不以此为限,最高级别优先级用户Y’也可指定新的用户优先级别C’顺序。
另外,新的用户优先级别C’的使用时间可以为一预定时间,也就是说,仅在该预定时间内,新的用户优先级别C’中设定的最高优先级别用户Y’可以操控显示屏100,超过该预定时间,新的用户优先级别C’又变更为原先的用户优先级别C。
例如,该预定时间设为30分钟,新的用户优先级别C’中儿童为最高优先级别用户Y’,那么,在这30分钟内显示屏100可以听从儿童的指令,超过30分钟儿童便不能再操控显示屏100。
如此的设计,可以实现显示屏100的灵活控制,也有效辅助家长调控儿童的娱乐时间。
在本实施方式中,步骤“接收声源A”具体包括:

另外,当判断声源A为儿童时,则控制显示屏100向下旋转。这里,可以将儿童的身高H预存在冰箱内,且假设显示屏100的底部与地面之间的距离为H’,显示屏100的上下边缘之间的间距为L。用户与显示屏100麦克风之间的较短距离S=T1*V。显示屏100以底部的旋转轴为中心,由上向下倾斜的角度为α,其满足公式:

可以理解,冰箱内也可预存有成人的身高,显示屏100左右旋转之前或或之后或旋转过程中可以根据预设的身高实现显示屏100的上下调节。
在本实施方式中,步骤“第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102接收声源A,所述第一麦克风101及所述第二麦克风102分别位于所述显示屏100的左侧及右侧”之后还包括:
判断所述声源A是否为预设弹出信号,若是,则进入下一步骤;若否,则所述第一麦克风101及所述第二麦克风102继续接收声源。
这里,例如可以在冰箱内预设弹出信号,例如为语音信号“我要看电视”,当用户说出“我要看电视”这句话时,冰箱便默认识别到了预设弹出信号,此时,可以进行显示屏100的调节。
需要说明的是,当识别到预设弹出信号后,冰箱可以先控制显示屏100脱离冰箱内部其他限位结构的限制,即此时显示屏100可以进行多方向的调节操作,而后再根据用户的识别进行显示屏100的旋转控制。当然,在其他实施方式中,当识别到预设弹出信号后,冰箱可以先进行用户的识别,当识别成功后,再控制显示屏100脱离冰箱内部其他限位结构的限制。也就是说,本实施方式中各个信号的识别、匹配过程并没有明确的先后关系,可以根据实际情况而定。
在本实施方式中,为了使得显示屏100与用户位置更加匹配,此时还进行如下操作:
捕获用户影像;
控制所述显示屏100转动以使得始终能捕获到所述用户影像。
具体的,参图8,此时显示屏100上还设有摄像头103,摄像头103用于捕捉用户影像,当用户移动时,摄像头103带动显示屏100一起转动,直至摄像头103识别到的用户影像位于摄像头的中间位置,如此,可以保证显示屏100实时正对用户,提高用户体验。
本实施方式还设置有运动检测单元(未图示),其用于判断用户的运动幅度,若所述运动幅度大于运动阈值,则控制所述显示屏100转动以使得摄像头103始终能捕获到所述用户影像,若所述运动幅度不大于运动阈值,则所述显示屏100不转动。如此,可以避免显示屏100过于频繁的转动而导致显示屏100结构不稳定或是冰箱功耗高。
这里,当判断用户为成人时,可以在启动左右旋转的同时便启动摄像头103,当判断用户位儿童时,可以在旋转角度α之后再开启摄像头103,但不以此为限。
在本实施方式中,还涉及显示屏100复位的过程,显示屏100的复位过程可以参考第一实施方式,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,上述提到的显示屏100的调节、复位等操作也可加入用户的人工调节,使其更加符合用户需求。
显示屏100相对于冰箱可根据用户指令,与摄像头103结合,根据用户实际高度调整显示屏100旋转轴的旋转运动,不论成人或儿童,都能有较好的用户体验,并能够实现实时跟踪用户位置来旋转显示屏100旋转角度,旋转机构之间存在阻尼连接,能够保证在运动或静止过程中不会发生显示屏100晃动,影响其稳定性及观影感受。
本发明第三实施方式还提供一种冰箱,参考图7至图8及上述说明,所述冰箱包括冰箱本体、与所述冰箱本体活动连接的显示屏100、至少一麦克风及控制单元(未图示),这里以左右两个麦克风为例。
所述麦克风用于接收声源A,所述控制单元将所述声源A与所述声源库B进行匹配,若所述声源A为成人声源,则所述控制单元控制所述显示屏100向左或向右旋转,若所述声源A为儿童声源,则所述控制单元控制所述显示屏100向下旋转。
本实施方式中可以预存有声源库B等信息,如此,当接收到声源A后,便可通过内部分析直接得到用户是成人还是儿童,从而控制显示屏100左右转动或向下转动,调节过程简单便捷,用户体验极佳。
所述冰箱还包括设置于所述显示屏100上的摄像头103,所述摄像头103用于捕获用户影像,当所述显示屏100调节至对应高度后,所述控制单元控制所述显示屏100转动以使得所述摄像头103可以始终捕获所述用户影像。如此,可以保证显示屏100实时正对用户,提高用户体验。
本实施方式的冰箱的其他说明可以参考上述通过预设算法来操控冰箱显示屏旋转角度的方法的说明,在此不再赘述。
另外,第三实施方式的说明可以参考上述第一实施方式、第二实施方式,或者是第一实施方式、第二实施方式的说明可以参考第三实施方式,这三个实施方式可以组合使用。
参图9,为第三实施方式的一具体实施例。
假设显示屏100于冰箱预埋盒内时的高度H为H0,H0为显示屏100中心距离地面的距离;第一麦克风101、第二麦克风102分别设置于冰箱的两侧,冰箱内预存有声源库B及预设弹出信号。
通过预设算法来操控冰箱显示屏旋转角度的方法包括步骤:
S1:第一麦克风101、第二麦克风102接收声源A,判断所述声源是否为预设弹出信号,若是,则进入S2,若否,则继续接收声源A;
S2:将所述声源A与声源库B进行匹配,若声源A为成人,则进入S3,若声源A为儿童,则进入S4;
S3:显示屏100默认只进行左右旋转,进入S5;
S4:显示屏100默认只进行向下旋转,进入S5;
S5:判断第一麦克风101及第二麦克风102接收到声源A的第一接收时间T1及第二接收时间T2的大小,若T1<T2,则进入S6,若T1≥T2,则利用T2代替T1后进入S6;
S6:若为成人,则确认用户位于显示屏100的哪一侧,并控制显示屏100向左或向右旋转,若为儿童,则控制显示屏100转动角度α,进入S7;
S7:开启摄像头103,旋转显示屏100,使得摄像头103捕获到的用户影像位于摄像头的中间位置,进入S8;
S8:摄像头103发现用户并保证用户位于摄像头103的中间位置,同时,控制显示屏100转动,如此,便实现了显示屏100的自动调节。
上述仅是第三实施方式的一具体实施例,并不以上述具体实施例为限。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,其特征在于包括步骤:
    接收声源;
    将所述声源与预设的声源库进行匹配,得到所述声源对应的用户身份信息;
    根据所述用户身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,其特征在于,步骤“接收声源”具体包括:
    第一麦克风及第二麦克风接收声源;
    分别获取所述第一麦克风的第一接收时间及所述第二麦克风的第二接收时间;
    判断所述第一接收时间是否小于所述第二接收时间,若是,则根据所述第一接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离,若否,则根据第二接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,其特征在于,步骤“第一麦克风及第二麦克风接收声源”之后还包括:
    判断所述声源是否为预设弹出信号,若是,则进入下一步骤;若否,则所述第一麦克风及所述第二麦克风继续接收声源。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,其特征在于,步骤“判断所述第一接收时间是否小于所述第二接收时间,若是,则根据所述第一接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离,若否,则根据第二接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离”具体包括:
    判断所述第一接收时间是否小于所述第二接收时间,若是,则根据所述第一接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离,且控制所述显示屏朝向所述第一麦克风方向偏移,若否,则根据第二接收时间调节所述显示屏的水平伸出距离,且控制所述显示屏朝向所述第二麦克风方向偏移。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,其特征在于,步骤“将所述声源与预设的声源库进行匹配,得到所述声源对应的用户身份信息;根据所述用户身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应高度”具体包括:
    将所述声源与预设的声源库进行匹配,若所述声源为男声,则将所述显示屏调节至第一高度;若所述声源为女声,则将所述显示屏调节至第二高度;若所述声源为童声,则将所述显示屏调节至第三高度,所述第一高度、所述第二高度及所述第三高度不同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,其特征在于,步骤“将所述声源与预设的声源库进行匹配,得到所述声源对应的用户身份信息;根据所述用户身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应高度”具体包括:
    将所述声源与预设的声源库进行匹配,所述声源库中预存有若干主人声源及每一主人声源对应的 预设高度,若匹配成功,则根据所述声源得到主人身份信息,并根据主人身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应的预设高度;若匹配失败,则判断所述声源的类别,若所述声源为男声,则将所述显示屏调节至第一高度,若所述声源为女声,则将所述显示屏调节至第二高度,若所述声源为童声,则将所述显示屏调节至第三高度,所述第一高度、所述第二高度及所述第三高度不同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,其特征在于,步骤“根据所述用户身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应高度”之后还包括:
    捕获用户影像;
    控制所述显示屏转动以使得始终能捕获到所述用户影像。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的通过麦克风识别以操控冰箱显示屏的方法,其特征在于,步骤“控制所述显示屏转动以使得始终能捕获到所述用户影像”具体包括:
    判断用户的运动幅度,若所述运动幅度大于运动阈值,则控制所述显示屏转动以使得始终能捕获到所述用户影像,若所述运动幅度不大于运动阈值,则所述显示屏不转动。
  9. 一种冰箱,其特征在于包括:
    冰箱本体;
    与所述冰箱本体活动连接的显示屏;
    至少一麦克风;以及
    控制单元,所述控制单元内预存有声源库;
    其中,所述麦克风用于接收声源,所述控制单元将所述声源与所述声源库进行匹配,得到所述声源对应的用户身份信息,且所述控制单元根据所述用户身份信息将所述显示屏调节至对应高度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括设置于所述显示屏上的摄像头,所述摄像头用于捕获用户影像,当所述显示屏调节至对应高度后,所述控制单元控制所述显示屏转动以使得所述摄像头可以始终捕获所述用户影像。
