所述交互智能平板,散热板包括第一板体、第二板体和光源安装板,光源安装板可用于安装光源条以提供光源,铝塑背板的下部能够贴合安装在第一板体的前侧面与第二板体的上端面形成的安装面上,铝塑背板、散热板配合能够形成承载背光模组的承载基面和安装控制单元的安装基面,中框组件、外框组件与承载基面配合能够形成安装背光模组的空间,首先,通过采用铝塑背板,相对于传统的铁背板,铝塑背板在强度符合需求的基础上,厚度更薄,重量更轻;其次,散热板可与铝塑背板配合形成承载基面与安装基面,外置结构的散热板相比于传统散热板位于背光模组内的内置方式,散热效果更好,且可实现一件多用,不仅具有散热功能,还具有承载功能,可节省零部件,进一步降低整机厚度,减轻整机重量;最后,由于铝塑背板的结构强度较好,且散热板的第一板体与第二板体均为平面结构,散热板与铝塑背板配合安装后,第一板体的前侧面与铝塑背板的后侧面贴合安装,散热板相当于叠加在铝塑背板的后侧,可进一步加强整机的外结构强度。所述交互智能平板,厚度较薄、重量较轻、散热效果好,结构强度好。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
本实施例中,相对于某一板体竖向设置是与该板体垂直或大致垂直地设置,内侧是指靠近所述铝塑背板10中心的一侧,外侧是指远离所述铝塑背板10中心的一侧,交互智能平板位于正常使用状态时,前、后、上、下、左、右是指用户面向交互智能平板的触摸屏56时的相对概念,靠近用户的一侧为前,远离用户的一侧为后。
图4中为了便于示意,将下述控制单元60与后壳组件90省略。如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,一种交互智能平板,包括铝塑背板10、散热板20、中框组件30、外框组件40、背光模组50以及控制单元60,所述散热板20包括第一板体21和第二板体22,所述第二板体22位于所述第一板体21的前侧,所述第二板体22的上部与所述第一板体21的下部连接,所述第二板体22的下端设有朝向前侧延伸的光源安装板23;所述铝塑背板10的下部贴合安装在所述第一板体21的前侧面与所述第二板体22的上端面形成的安装面上,所述铝塑背板10的前侧面与所述第二板体22的前侧面形成承载所述背光模组50的承载基面,所述铝塑背板10的后侧面与所述散热板20的后侧面形成安装所述控制单元60的安装基面;所述中框组件30与所述外框组件40安装在所述承载基面上,并与所述承载基面形成安装所述背光模组50的空间。具体的,所述铝塑背板10与所述第一板体21连接。本实施例中,所述散热板20为一体成型结构,结构强度好,制造方便。所述第一板体21的后侧面上设有用于安装所述控制单元60的多个固定柱211。通过在第一板体21的后侧面上设置固定柱211,控制单元60可直接通过铆接或焊接等方式固定在所述固定柱211上,进而安装在散热板20上,实现散热板20的一件多用,通过散热板20来连接整个光学模组,节省零部件,节省整机成本。
所述交互智能平板,散热板20包括第一板体21、第二板体22和光源安装板23,光源安 装板23可用于安装光源条51以提供光源,铝塑背板10的下部能够贴合安装在第一板体21的前侧面与第二板体22的上端面形成的安装面上,铝塑背板10、散热板20配合能够形成承载背光模组50的承载基面和安装控制单元60的安装基面,中框组件30、外框组件40与承载基面配合能够形成安装背光模组50的空间,首先,通过采用铝塑背板10,相对于传统的铁背板,铝塑背板10在强度符合需求的基础上,厚度更薄,重量更轻;其次,散热板20可与铝塑背板10配合形成承载基面与安装基面,外置结构的散热板20相比于传统散热板20位于背光模组50内的内置方式,散热效果更好,且可实现一件多用,不仅具有散热功能,还具有承载功能,可节省零部件,进一步降低整机厚度,减轻整机重量;最后,由于铝塑背板10的结构强度较好,且散热板20的第一板体21与第二板体22均为平面结构,散热板20与铝塑背板10配合安装后,第一板体21的前侧面与铝塑背板10的后侧面贴合安装,散热板20相当于叠加在铝塑背板10的后侧,可进一步加强整机的外结构强度。所述交互智能平板,厚度较薄、重量较轻、散热效果好,结构强度好。
进一步的,如图3、图6所示,所述背光模组50包括光源条51,以及依次叠设在所述承载基面上的反射片52、导光板53、光学膜片54、OC55和触摸屏56,所述光源条51安装在所述光源安装板23上,所述中框组件30与所述承载基面之间形成安装所述反射片52、导光板53和光学膜片54的空间,所述中框组件30与所述外框组件40之间形成安装所述OC55和触摸屏56的空间,所述OC55压在所述触摸屏56上,所述中框组件30设置有用于与所述外框组件40配合安装的中框安装面,所述外框组件40设置有与所述中框安装面匹配的外框安装面,所述外框组件40的外框安装面安装在所述中框组件30的中框安装面上。
传统的,在中框组件30与外框组件40之间需要设置塑胶框来压住OC,使OC55与触摸屏56分开,以起到防眩作用。本实施例中,触摸屏56靠近OC55的侧面上设置有防眩涂层,可起到防眩作用,使得OC55与触摸屏56可实现无缝接触,OC55可直接通过触摸屏56压住。通过采用上述结构,反射片52、导光板53和光学膜片54安装在所述中框组件30与承载基面之间,OC55和触摸屏56安装在中框组件30与外框组件40之间,且触摸屏56安装时直接压在OC55上,因此,无需额外设置塑胶框来压住OC55,外框组件40与中框组件30装配时,可通过外框安装面与中框安装面配合实现直接配合安装,外框组件40与中框组件30之间无需设置塑胶框,相比于传统在外框组件40与中框组件30之间设置塑胶框的结构,外框组件40与中框组件30之间的配合厚度减小,进而能够进一步减小交互智能平板整机的厚度,减 轻整机重量,有利于交互智能平板的薄型化设计。
本实施例中,所述中框组件30为铝挤成型结构。相比于传统的塑胶模具中框,本实施例的中框结构,结构强度更好,生产工艺简单、时间短,能够提升产品周期,减少模具开发成本,提升产品兼容性问题;并且,中框组件30、外框组件40与铝塑背板10和第二板体22形成的承载基板安装连接时,结构强度更好。本实施例中,所述光源条51为LED灯条,所述光源安装板23的两端分别设有用于限位导光板53的限位块,进而防止导光板53晃动压坏所述光源条51。
本实施例中,所述第一板体21的左侧与右侧分别设有定位柱212,所述铝塑背板10上与所述定位柱212相对应处设有与所述定位柱212匹配的定位孔11,所述反射片52上与所述定位柱212相对应处设有与所述定位柱212匹配的第一定位缺口521,所述导光板53上与所述定位柱212相对应处设有与所述定位柱212匹配的第二定位缺口531。采用上述结构,散热板20与铝塑背板10安装时,可通过定位柱212实现快速、准确的定位安装;并且,定位柱212也能够对反射片52、导光板53实现定位,保证反射片52、导光板53安装定位准确,保证反射片52、导光板53的光学性能。进一步的,如图3、图7所示,所述铝塑背板10的左边缘、上边缘及右边缘处均设有用于悬挂所述光学膜片54的挂钩12,所述反射片52的对应边缘处设有用于避让所述挂钩12的第一避让缺口522,所述导光板53的对应边缘处设有用于避让所述挂钩12的第二避让缺口532,所述光学膜片54的对应边缘处设有与所述挂钩12匹配的膜片卡槽541。通过设置挂钩12,可对光学膜片54进行固定,且反射片52、导光板53安装时,能够通过挂钩12进行进一步定位,反射片52与导光板53的安装定位准确,光学性能好。
本实施例中,如图3、图8所示,所述中框组件30包括下中框32以及三根第一中框31,第一根所述第一中框31安装在所述承载基面的上边缘处,第二根所述第一中框31安装在所述承载基面的左边缘处,第三根所述第一中框31安装在所述承载基面的右边缘处,所述下中框32安装在所述光源安装板23上;所述外框组件40包括下外框42、三根第一外框41以及四个转角连接件43,第一根所述第一外框41安装在第一根所述第一中框31上,第二根所述第一外框41安装在第二根所述第一中框31上,第三根所述第一外框41安装在第三根所述第一中框31上,所述下外框42安装在所述承载基面的下边缘处,第一根所述第一外框41、第二根所述第一外框41、下外框42以及第三根所述第一外框41通过所述转角连接件43首尾 相连。采用上述结构,中框组件30、外框组件40能够与铝塑背板10和散热板20形成的承载基面配合形成安装背光模组50的空间,且第一中框31可作为上中框、左中框及右中框使用,第一外框42可作为上外框、左外框及右外框使用,制造方便。本实施例中,第一根所述第一中框31、第二根所述第一中框31、下中框32以及第三根所述第一中框31依次首尾匹配相接。具体的,三根第一中框31以及下中框32的端部均设有倾斜面,三根第一中框31以及下中框32安装时,通过斜面匹配的方式匹配相接,安装定位方便可靠,且便于加工制造。本实施例中,三根第一中框31与下中框32均采用45°倾斜面,进一步便于加工制造,保证匹配安装的可靠性。
本实施例中,如图3、图9、图10所示,所述第一中框包括贴合安装在所述铝塑背板10的边缘处的中框安装板311,所述中框安装板311的内侧边缘设有第一中框侧板312,所述第一中框侧板312远离所述中框安装板311一侧的内侧设有用于支承OC55的第一支承基板313,所述中框安装板311与所述第一中框侧板312形成所述中框安装面;如图3、图11、图12、图13所示,所述第一外框内设有PCB板70和滤光条80,所述第一外框包括相对于所述铝塑背板10竖向设置的第一外框侧板411,所述第一外框侧板411的前端设有第一前面板412,所述第一外框侧板411远离所述第一前面板412的后侧设有与所述第一前面板412相对的第三板体413,所述第三板体413远离所述第一外框侧板411的一端设有与所述第一外框侧板411相对的第四板体414,所述第四板体414远离所述第三板体413的一端设有朝向内侧延伸且与所述第一前面板412相对的第五板体415,所述第三板体413与第四板体414形成所述外框安装面,所述第一前面板412、第一外框侧板411、第三板体413、第四板体414以及第五板体415之间形成安装所述PCB板70、滤光条80的空腔。
采用上述结构,首先可先将中框安装板311放在铝塑背板10上,然后将第三板体413与中框安装板311贴合、第四板体414与第一中框侧板312贴合,即可实现第一中框31与第一外框41的直接配合,反射片52、导光板53以及光学膜片54可通过第一中框31进行限位固定,OC55安装在第一支承基板313上,触摸屏56安装在第一支承基板313与第三板体413之间并直接压在OC55上,无需额外设置塑胶框,进而减小本实施例的交互智能平板的厚度。本实施例中,所述PCB板70为用于定位用户触摸的接收PCB板70或发射PCB板。所述中框安装板311、所述第三板体413以及所述铝塑背板10的边缘处设有相匹配的安装孔,通过在安装孔中安装固定螺栓使所述第一中框31、第一外框41一起安装在所述承载基面上。
进一步的,如图3、图14、图15所示,所述下中框32包括相对于所述第二板体22竖向设置的第二中框侧板321,所述第二中框侧板321安装在所述光源安装板23上,所述第二中框侧板321远离所述第二板体22一端的内侧设有用于支承OC55的第二支承基板322;如图3、图5、图16所示,所述下外框42内设有PCB板70和滤光条80,所述下外框42包括第二前面板421,所述第二前面板421的后侧面的上部设有朝向后侧延伸的第二外框侧板422,所述第二外框侧板422远离所述第二前面板421的一端设有朝向上方延伸的第六板体423,所述第六板体423远离所述第二外框侧板422的一端设有朝向所述第二前面板421所在一侧延伸的第七板体424,所述第七板体424远离所述第六板体423的一端设有朝向上方延伸并与所述第二前面板421相对的第八板体425,所述第七板体424位于在所述光源安装板23的下方,所述第二前面板421、第二外框侧板422、第六板体423、第七板体424以及第八板体425之间形成安装所述PCB板70、滤光条80的空腔。通过将第二中框侧板321安装在光源安装板23上,进而将下中框32安装在承载基面的下边缘处,通过将第七板体424安装在光源安装板23的下方,可实现散热板20与下外框42的配合安装,进而实现下外框42与下中框32的装配,反射片52、导光板53以及光学膜片54位于第二支承基板322和承载基面之间,OC55、触摸屏56位于第二支承基板322与第八板体425之间。
本实施例中,如图11、图12所示,所述PCB板70包括板面与设置在板面上的灯珠,所述灯珠的出光方向与所述板面垂直,所述第三板体413与所述第一前面板412相对的侧面上设有用于安装PCB板70的板面的第一安装部4131,所述第一前面板412与所述第三板体413相对的侧面上设有用于安装PCB板70的板面的第二安装部4121,所述第五板体415与所述第一前面板412之间形成第一出光口,所述PCB板70的灯珠的出光方向朝向所述第一出光口;如图16所示,所述第六板体423与所述第二前面板421相对的侧面上设有用于安装PCB板70的板面的第三安装部4231,所述第二前面板421与所述第六板体423相对的侧面上设有用于安装PCB板70的板面的第四安装部4211,所述第八板体425与所述第二前面板421之间形成第二出光口,所述PCB板70的灯珠的出光方向朝向所述第二出光口。本实施例中,下外框42与每根所述第一外框41中均对应设有PCB板70和滤光条80。
采用上述结构,对应的PCB板70安装在第一外框41后,PCB板70的板面对应安装在第一安装部4131与第二安装部4121之间,PCB板70的灯珠朝向第一出光口,对应的PCB板70安装在下外框42后,PCB板70的板面对应安装在第三安装部4231与第四安装部4211 之间,PCB板70的灯珠的出光方向朝向第二出光口,可实现发射或接收,且PCB板70的板面是与触摸屏56垂直或大致垂直的,由于第一外框41与下外框42在前后方向上为了固定背光模组50,其本身就需要一定的长度,PCB板70的设置不会额外增加第一外框41与下外框42前后方向上的长度,相比于传统将PCB板70的板面相对于触摸屏56平行设置的情形,第一外框41与下外框42尺寸变窄,进而使得本实施例的交互智能平板的边框尺寸变窄,重量变轻。
本实施例中,如图11、图12、图16所示,所述第五板体415与所述第一前面板412相对的侧面上设有用于安装滤光条80一端的第五安装部4151,所述第一前面板412与所述第五板体415相对的侧面上设有用于安装滤光条80另一端的第六安装部4122;所述第八板体425与所述第二前面板421相对的侧面上设有用于安装滤光条80一端的第七安装部4251,所述第二前面板421与所述第八板体425相对的侧面上设有用于安装滤光条80另一端的第八安装部4212。采用上述结构,第五安装部4151与第六安装部4122配合可用于安装第一外框41内设置的滤光条80,第七安装部4251与第八安装部4212配合可用于安装下外框42内设置的滤光条80。本实施例中,所述第一安装部4131、第二安装部4121、第三安装部4231、第四安装部4211、第五安装部4151、第六安装部4122、第七安装部4251以及第八安装部4212均可以为限位凹槽或一对固定筋位,PCB板70与滤光条80安装便捷。
进一步的,如图16所示,所述第二前面板421的后侧面的下端设有与所述第二外框侧板422相对的第三外框侧板426,所述第二外框侧板422、第二前面板421以及第三外框侧板426之间形成安装槽。采用上述结构,所述安装槽可用于安装放置音响或/和按键等结构件,进而本实施例的下外框42可实现一件多用,功能性强。具体的,所述控制单元60包括一对中高音音响,所述安装槽内安装有按键和一对所述中高音音响,所述第二前面板421上与一对所述中高音音响的对应处设有出音网孔,便于出音,所述第二前面板421上与所述按键的对应处设有按键伸出孔,便于用户操作。本实施例中,所述第二外框侧板422远离所述第二前面板421的一端设有朝向第三外框侧板426延伸的第一安装板427,所述第三外框侧板426远离所述第二前面板421的一端设有朝向所述第二外框侧板422延伸的第二安装板428。采用上述结构,第一安装板427、第二安装板428可用于安装音响、按键等结构件,也可以用于安装连接件使下外框42与其他结构件连接,下外框42功能性强,安装便捷。
本实施例中,所述第二前面板421在所述第二外框侧板422与第三外框侧板426之间的 板段上设有朝向后侧凹陷的放笔槽4213,所述第二前面板421的前侧面上在所述放笔槽4213的下边缘处设有托笔筋位4214。具体的,所述放笔槽4213可以为与笔的外形结构相匹配的弧形槽。通过设置放笔槽4213,且在放笔槽4213的下边缘处设置托笔筋位4214,触屏笔可放置在放笔槽4213处,用户需要使用触屏笔或放置触屏笔时,操作方便,能够防止由于乱放而导致的触屏笔丢失现象,并且,通过设置托笔筋位4214,可进一步托住触屏笔,有效防止触屏笔因外部撞击等原因发生跌落,防止触屏笔损坏。进一步的,所述安装槽内与所述放笔槽4213对应处设有第一吸附件,触屏笔上设有与所述第一吸附件相吸的第二吸附件。采用上述结构,第一吸附件与第二吸附件配合,可进一步吸附固定触屏笔,防止触屏笔因外部撞击或其他原因发生跌落,有效防止触屏笔跌落损坏。
本实施例中,如图3、图4所示,所述交互智能平板还包括后壳组件90与第一连接件100,所述后壳组件90安装在所述控制单元60的外侧,所述后壳组件90与所述铝塑背板10、散热板20连接,所述第一连接件100的一端与所述第二安装板428连接,所述第一连接件100的另一端与所述后壳组件90连接。通过设置第一连接件100,可实现下外框42与后壳组件90的连接,进而保证交互智能平板整机安装的可靠性。进一步的,所述后壳组件90包括围设在所述控制单元60外周的侧端子板91以及盖设在所述控制单元60后侧的后盖92,所述侧端子板91与所述铝塑背板10或/和散热板20连接,所述后盖92与所述侧端子板91连接。本实施例中,所述第一连接件100与所述后盖92连接。
本实施例中,如图3、图17所示,所述后盖92的左右两侧分别设有朝向所述控制单元60所在一侧凹陷的扣手槽921。通过设置内凹结构的扣手槽921,便于操作人员搬运移动交互智能平板,且内凹结构的扣手槽921相对于传统的手柄,扣手槽921实际占用的是控制单元60未占用的间隙空间,一方面,可进一步减小交互智能平板整机的尺寸,减小空间占用,另一方面,内凹结构的扣手槽921不会与外部产生干涉,便于交互智能平板整机的安装与移动。本实施例中,所述扣手槽921的槽面上设有散热网孔922,扣手槽921还可以起到散热的作用,功能性强。所述后盖92上设有用于安装第一固定件的至少一个固定安装孔923,所述后盖92通过所述第一固定件与外部连接。通过设置固定安装孔923,当交互智能平板整机挂在外部如移动支架上时,可通过在固定安装孔923中安装第一固定件,将后盖92与移动支架连接,进一步固定交互智能平板整机,保证交互智能平板安装的稳定性,能够防止整机晃动。本实施例中,所述固定安装孔923为螺纹孔,所述第一固定件为固定螺丝,安装简单、 连接可靠。
本实施例中,如图3、图4所示,所述交互智能平板还包括第二连接件110和第三连接件120,所述第二连接件110的一端与所述第一安装板427连接,所述第二连接件110的另一端与所述散热板20的第一板体21连接,所述第三连接件120的一端与所述第一安装板427以及第二安装板428连接,所述第三连接件120的另一端与所述散热板20的第一板体21连接。通过设置第二连接件110和第三连接件120,下外框42能够与散热板20连接,进而,当用户触摸或按压触摸屏56时,随着触摸屏56的后压,铝塑背板10与散热板20也会后移,第二连接件110与第三连接件120带动下外框42一起后移,从而保证触摸屏56后压后不会松动,保证背光模组50内部光学材料不会因无法闭合而出现漏光现象。并且,第二连接件110仅与第一安装板427连接,第三连接件120则与第一安装板427和第二安装板428均连接,当散热板20后移时,第二连接件110与第三连接件120能够可靠地带动下外框42一起后移,有效保证不会出现漏光现象。
本实施例中,如图3、图8、图18、图19所示,所述第一支承基板313靠近所述铝塑背板10的后侧面上设有用于压紧导光板53的第一筋位314,所述第二支承基板322靠近所述铝塑背板10的后侧面上设有用于压紧导光板53的第二筋位323。采用上述结构,第一筋位314、第二筋位323可对导光板53的边缘进行压紧,当交互智能平板在通电使用时,防止导光板53受热胀冷缩的影响而发生翘起和变形,防止出现漏光等光学不良现象。所述第二支承基板322远离所述第二中框侧板321的一端设有用于压紧光学膜片54的膜片压紧筋位324,用于压紧光学膜片54。进一步的,所述第一中框安装板311与所述第一中框侧板312的交接处设有与所述挂钩12匹配的第三避让缺口315,所述第一筋位314在与所述第三避让缺口315的对应处设有与所述光学膜片54的膜片卡槽541匹配的第四避让缺口316。采用上述结构,第三避让缺口315用于避让所述挂钩12,第四避让缺口316用于避让光学膜片54的膜片卡槽541,便于膜片卡槽541挂在挂钩12上实现固定。此外,安装所述第一中框31时,也可通过第三避让缺口315实现与铝塑背板10的定位,安装方便可靠。
进一步的,如图20、图21、图22、图23所示,所述第一支承基板313远离所述铝塑背板10的前侧面上设有用于限位OC55边缘的第一限位凸条317,安装在所述铝塑背板10的左边缘处、右边缘处的两根第一中框的第一限位凸条317上设有用于避让OC55侧边缘处的FFC551的第五避让缺口318;所述第二支承基板322远离所述铝塑背板10的前侧面上设有 用于限位OC55边缘的第二限位凸条325,所述第二限位凸条325上设有用于避让OC55下边缘处的FFC551的第六避让缺口326,所述第二中框侧板321与所述第二支承基板322在所述第四避让缺口316处对应设有用于避让OC55下边缘处的FFC551上的IC552的第七避让缺口327。通过设置第一限位凸条317与第二限位凸条325,可对OC55的边缘进行限位;通过设置第五避让缺口318,能够对OC55侧边缘处设置的FFC551进行避让与固定;通过设置第六避让缺口326与第七避让缺口327,第六避让缺口326能够避让OC55下边缘处的FFC551,第七避让缺口327能够避让FFC551上的IC552,进而OC55下边缘的与FFC551连接的OC Source板553(液晶面板源驱动板)能够反折,使OC Source板553相对于OC55竖直设置,OC Source板553能够安装在散热板20的第二板体22的后侧面上,进而进一步减小本实施例的交互智能平板的厚度。
本实施例中,所述第一限位凸条317的两端分别设有角部避让缺口319。具体的,所述角部避让缺口319可以为“L”型,加工制造方便。采用上述结构,当OC55安装后,OC55的边缘可通过第一限位凸条317与第二限位凸条325进行限位,而OC55的四个角部分别位于角部避让缺口319处,在进行可靠性试验、出现振动摇晃等恶劣情形时,OC55的四角不会与第一限位凸条317发生接触和碰撞,角部不易破损,可有效保护OC55,节省生产成本。
为了便于示意,图24中将后盖省略。如图3、图24中,所述控制单元60还包括主板61、T-con板(图中未示出)、电源板62、PC板63、安卓板64以及一对低音音响65,所述主板61通过所述固定柱211安装在所述第一板体21的右侧,所述T-con板通过所述固定柱211安装在所述第一板体21的中部,一个所述低音音响65通过所述固定柱211安装在所述T-con板的左侧,另一个所述低音音响65通过所述固定柱211安装在所述T-con板的右侧,所述电源板62设置在所述T-con板的上方并与所述铝塑背板10连接,所述PC板63设置在所述电源板62的左侧并与所述铝塑背板10连接,所述安卓板64设置在所述电源板62的右侧并与所述铝塑背板10连接,且所述安卓板64位于所述主板61的上方。通过将主板61设置在左下侧,PC板63设置在右侧,主板61与PC板63分别设置在两侧,相比于传统将主板61与PC板63均设置在同一侧的方式,能够减小控制单元60沿上下方向的长度,进而减小交互智能平板的后壳凸包大小,且PC板63与主板61之间的走线空间变大,可使得控制单元60内部的走线更加整洁和规范;通过合理设置安卓板64、电源板62、T-con板以及一对低音音响65的布局位置,能够合理利用所述铝塑背板10与散热板20后侧面的空间,进而有效减小交 互智能平板的后壳凸包大小、减小交互智能平板整机的空间占用,进一步减小本实施例的交互智能平板的尺寸。此外,通过设置一对低音音响65,与上述的中高音音响配合,本实施例的交互智能平板的出音音效好。
本实施例中,所述交互智能平板还包括加强壁挂架130,所述加强壁挂架130安装在所述铝塑背板10的后侧面上,所述加强壁挂架130的下部穿过所述后壳组件90伸入所述控制单元60的间隙中,所述加强壁挂架130的上部用于与外部连接。通过设置加强壁挂架130,一方面,可通过该加强壁挂架130将本实施例的交互智能平板与外部连接,另一方面,加强壁挂架130也能够对本实施例的交互智能平板起到加强作用,提高整机结构强度。
本实施例所述的交互智能平板,通过采用铝塑背板10,厚度较薄,重量较轻;采用外置结构的散热板20,散热板20与铝塑背板10共同形成承载基面与安装基面,散热效果好,且散热板20可实现一件多用,进而减少交互智能平板整机零部件,减轻整机重量;通过合理设计第一中框、下中框32、第一外框及下外框42的结构,省略传统的塑胶框,整机厚度变薄、尺寸变窄;通过合理布局控制单元60,可减小交互智能平板背面的凸包大小,进一步减小整机尺寸,减小整机的空间占用;通过设置加强壁挂架130,可加强整机强度。所述交互智能平板,厚度较薄、尺寸较窄、重量较轻,结构强度好,散热性能好。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种交互智能平板,其特征在于,包括铝塑背板、散热板、中框组件、外框组件、背光模组以及控制单元,
    所述散热板包括第一板体和第二板体,所述第二板体位于所述第一板体的前侧,所述第二板体的上部与所述第一板体的下部连接,所述第二板体的下端设有朝向前侧延伸的光源安装板;
    所述铝塑背板的下部贴合安装在所述第一板体的前侧面与所述第二板体的上端面形成的安装面上,所述铝塑背板的前侧面与所述第二板体的前侧面形成承载所述背光模组的承载基面,所述铝塑背板的后侧面与所述散热板的后侧面形成安装所述控制单元的安装基面;
    所述中框组件与所述外框组件安装在所述承载基面上,并与所述承载基面形成安装所述背光模组的空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一板体的后侧面上设有用于安装所述控制单元的多个固定柱。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括光源条,以及依次叠设在所述承载基面上的反射片、导光板、光学膜片、OC和触摸屏,所述光源条安装在所述光源安装板上,所述中框组件与所述承载基面之间形成安装所述反射片、导光板和光学膜片的空间,所述中框组件与所述外框组件之间形成安装所述OC和触摸屏的空间,所述OC压在所述触摸屏上,所述中框组件设置有用于与所述外框组件配合安装的中框安装面,所述外框组件设置有与所述中框安装面匹配的外框安装面,所述外框组件的外框安装面安装在所述中框组件的中框安装面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一板体的左侧与右侧分别设有定位柱,所述铝塑背板上与所述定位柱相对应处设有与所述定位柱匹配的定位孔,所述反射片上与所述定位柱相对应处设有与所述定位柱匹配的第一定位缺口,所述导光板上与所述定位柱相对应处设有与所述定位柱匹配的第二定位缺口。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述铝塑背板的左边缘、上边缘及右边缘处均设有用于悬挂所述光学膜片的挂钩,所述反射片的对应边缘处设有用于避让所述挂钩的第一避让缺口,所述导光板的对应边缘处设有用于避让所述挂钩的第二避让缺口,所述光学膜片的对应边缘处设有与所述挂钩匹配的膜片卡槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述中框组件包括下中框以及三根第一中框,第一根所述第一中框安装在所述承载基面的上边缘处,第二根所述第一中框安装在所述承载基面的左边缘处,第三根所述第一中框安装在所述承载基面的右边缘处,所述下中框安装在所述光源安装板上;所述外框组件包括下外框、三根第一外框以及四个转角连接件,第一根所述第一外框安装在第一根所述第一中框上,第二根所述第一外框安装在第二根所述第一中框上,第三根所述第一外框安装在第三根所述第一中框上,所述下外框安装在所述承载基面的下边缘处,第一根所述第一外框、第二根所述第一外框、下外框以及第三根所述第一外框通过所述转角连接件首尾相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一中框包括贴合安装在所述铝塑背板的边缘处的中框安装板,所述中框安装板的内侧边缘设有第一中框侧板,所述第一中框侧板远离所述中框安装板一侧的内侧设有用于支承OC的第一支承基板,所述中框安装板与所述第一中框侧板形成所述中框安装面;所述第一外框内设有PCB板和滤光条,所述第一外框包括相对于所述铝塑背板竖向设置的第一外框侧板,所述第一外框侧板的前端设有第一前面板,所述第一外框侧板远离所述第一前面板的后侧设有与所述第一前面板相对的第三板体,所述第三板体远离所述第一外框侧板的一端设有与所述第一外框侧板相对的第四板体,所述第四板体远离所述第三板体的一端设有朝向内侧延伸且与所述第一前面板相对的第五板体,所述第三板体与第四板体形成所述外框安装面,所述第一前面板、第一外框侧板、第三板体、第四板体以及第五板体之间形成安装所述PCB板、滤光条的空腔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述下中框包括相对于所述第二板体竖向设置的第二中框侧板,所述第二中框侧板安装在所述光源安装板上,所述第二中框侧板远离所述第二板体一端的内侧设有用于支承OC的第二支承基板;所述下外框内设有PCB板和滤光条,所述下外框包括第二前面板,所述第二前面板的后侧面的上部设有朝向后侧延伸的第二外框侧板,所述第二外框侧板远离所述第二前面板的一端设有朝向上方延伸的第六板体,所述第六板体远离所述第二外框侧板的一端设有朝向所述第二前面板所在一侧延伸的第七板体,所述第七板体远离所述第六板体的一端设有朝向上方延伸并与所述第二前面板相对的第八板体,所述第七板体位于在所述光源安装板的下方,所述第二前面板、第二外框侧板、第六板体、第七板体以及第八板体之间形成安装所述PCB板、滤光条的空腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述PCB板包括板面与设置在 板面上的灯珠,所述灯珠的出光方向与所述板面垂直,所述第三板体与所述第一前面板相对的侧面上设有用于安装PCB板的板面的第一安装部,所述第一前面板与所述第三板体相对的侧面上设有用于安装PCB板的板面的第二安装部,所述第五板体与所述第一前面板之间形成第一出光口,所述PCB板的灯珠的出光方向朝向所述第一出光口;所述第六板体与所述第二前面板相对的侧面上设有用于安装PCB板的板面的第三安装部,所述第二前面板与所述第六板体相对的侧面上设有用于安装PCB板的板面的第四安装部,所述第八板体与所述第二前面板之间形成第二出光口,所述PCB板的灯珠的出光方向朝向所述第二出光口。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第二前面板的后侧面的下端设有与所述第二外框侧板相对的第三外框侧板,所述第二外框侧板、第二前面板以及第三外框侧板之间形成安装槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第二外框侧板远离所述第二前面板的一端设有朝向第三外框侧板延伸的第一安装板,所述第三外框侧板远离所述第二前面板的一端设有朝向所述第二外框侧板延伸的第二安装板。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第二前面板在所述第二外框侧板与第三外框侧板之间的板段上设有朝向后侧凹陷的放笔槽,所述第二前面板的前侧面上在所述放笔槽的下边缘处设有托笔筋位。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,还包括后壳组件与第一连接件,所述后壳组件安装在所述控制单元的外侧,所述后壳组件与所述铝塑背板、散热板连接,所述第一连接件的一端与所述第二安装板连接,所述第一连接件的另一端与所述后壳组件连接。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,还包括第二连接件和第三连接件,所述第二连接件的一端与所述第一安装板连接,所述第二连接件的另一端与所述散热板的第一板体连接,所述第三连接件的一端与所述第一安装板以及第二安装板连接,所述第三连接件的另一端与所述散热板的第一板体连接。
  15. 根据权利要求8-14任一项所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一支承基板靠近所述铝塑背板的后侧面上设有用于压紧导光板的第一筋位,所述第二支承基板靠近所述铝塑背板的后侧面上设有用于压紧导光板的第二筋位。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的交互智能平板的边框结构,其特征在于,所述第一中框安装板与所述第一中框侧板的交接处设有与所述挂钩匹配的第三避让缺口,所述第一筋位在与所 述第三避让缺口的对应处设有与所述光学膜片的膜片卡槽匹配的第四避让缺口。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一支承基板远离所述铝塑背板的前侧面上设有用于限位OC边缘的第一限位凸条,安装在所述铝塑背板的左边缘处、右边缘处的两根第一中框的第一限位凸条上设有用于避让OC侧边缘处的FFC的第五避让缺口;所述第二支承基板远离所述铝塑背板的前侧面上设有用于限位OC边缘的第二限位凸条,所述第二限位凸条上设有用于避让OC下边缘处的FFC的第六避让缺口,所述第二中框侧板与所述第二支承基板在所述第四避让缺口处对应设有用于避让OC下边缘处的FFC上的IC的第七避让缺口。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的交互智能平板的边框结构,其特征在于,所述第一限位凸条的两端分别设有角部避让缺口。
  19. 根据权利要求2-14任一项所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括主板、T-con板、电源板、PC板、安卓板以及一对低音音响,所述主板通过所述固定柱安装在所述第一板体的右侧,所述T-con板通过所述固定柱安装在所述第一板体的中部,一个所述低音音响通过所述固定柱安装在所述T-con板的左侧,另一个所述低音音响通过所述固定柱安装在所述T-con板的右侧,所述电源板设置在所述T-con板的上方并与所述铝塑背板连接,所述PC板设置在所述电源板的左侧并与所述铝塑背板连接,所述安卓板设置在所述电源板的右侧并与所述铝塑背板连接,且所述安卓板位于所述主板的上方。
  20. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,还包括加强壁挂架,所述加强壁挂架安装在所述铝塑背板的后侧面上,所述加强壁挂架的下部穿过所述后壳组件伸入所述控制单元的间隙中,所述加强壁挂架的上部用于与外部连接。
