下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1A示出了一种电子设备的结构示意图。电子设备100包括射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路1110、存储器1120、输入单元1130、显示单元1140、摄像头1150、音频电路1160、无线保真(wireless fidelity,WiFi)模块1170、 处理器1180、以及电源1190等部件。这些部件通过一条或多条通信总线或信号线进行通信。电子设备100可以是任何电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、手持电脑、平板电脑、移动电话、媒体播放器、个人数字助理(PDA)等等,还包括其中两项或多项的组合。本领域技术人员可以理解,图1A中示出的设备结构并不构成对电子设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图1A对电子设备100的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
RF电路1110可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器1180处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(Low Noise Amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。此外,RF电路1110还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE))、电子邮件、短消息服务(Short Messaging Service,SMS)等。
存储器1120可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器1180通过运行存储在存储器1120的软件程序以及模块,从而执行电子设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器1120可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据电子设备的使用所创建的数据(比如图片、视频数据、音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器1120可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元1130可用于接收输入的手势信息、数字或字符信息,以及产生与电子设备100的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。例如,输入单元1130接收用户输入的截屏指示信息,响应该截屏指示信息对当前屏幕进行截屏。具体地,输入单元1130可包括触摸屏1131以及其他输入设备1132。 触摸屏1131,可收集用户在其上或附近的触控操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触摸屏1131上或在触摸屏1131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。具体地,触控操作可包括以下一种或多种操作方式:如压力操作、触摸操作(如滑动操作、拖拽操作)、点击操作、多触点操作、按钮输入、长按输入等。除了触摸屏1131,输入单元1130还可以包括其他输入设备1132。具体地,其他输入设备1132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、物理功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元1140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及电子设备的各种菜单。显示单元1140可包括显示器1141,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示器1141。进一步的,触摸屏1131可覆盖于显示器1141之上,当触摸屏1131检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器1180以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器1180根据触摸事件的类型在显示器1141上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图1A中,触摸屏1131与显示器1141是作为两个独立的部件来实现电子设备的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触摸屏1131与显示器1141集成而实现电子设备的输入和输出功能。
电子设备还可包括至少一个摄像头1150,电子设备可利用连接到一个或多个I/O端口的摄像头1150进行静态或动态图像的捕捉和记录。通过摄像头1150拍摄的静态图像以图片的格式存储于存储器1120中。通过摄像头1150拍摄的动态图像以视频的格式存储于存储器1120中。接着静态图像可由用户使用图像观看应用(例如图库应用)来观看甚至编辑、传送至其他用户;动态图像可由用户使用视频观看应用来观看等。
音频电路1160、扬声器1161以及传声器1162可提供用户与电子设备之间的音频接口。音频电路1160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器1161,由扬声器1161转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器1162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路1160接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器1180处理后,经RF电路1110以发送给比如另一电子设备,或者将音频数据输出至存储器1120以便进一步处理。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,电子设备通过WiFi模块1170可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图7示出了WiFi模块1170,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于电子设备的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器1180是电子设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个电子设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器1120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器1120内的数据,执行电子设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对电子设备进行整体监控。可选的,处理器1180可包括一个或多个处理单元。优选的,处理器1180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。具体地,处理器1180还包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,简称为“GPU”),用于处理电子设备的图像生成显示等工作。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1180中。应用处理器和图形处理器可以位于相互独立的芯片中,也可以集成于同一芯片中。
电子设备还包括给各个部件供电的电源1190(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器1180逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
尽管未示出,电子设备还可以包括蓝牙模块、GPS模块等,在此不再赘述。
电子设备在运行过程中,除了包括上述硬件外,在硬件层之上运行有操作系统以及一些应用程序。电子设备在操作系统中实现对图片的图像数据进行处理,其中该操作系统可以为苹果操作系统(iPhone Operating System,简称iOS)、安卓(Android)、微软(Windows)、塞班(Symbian)、黑莓操作系统(Black Berry Operating System)等操作系统。本申请不作具体限制。
图1B示出了图1A中电子设备的软件架构示意图。如图1B所示,在硬件层之上的核心库是操作系统的核心部分,包括输入/输出服务、核心服务、图形设备接口以及实现CPU、GPU图形处理的图形引擎(Graphics Engine) 等。图形引擎可包括2D引擎、3D引擎、合成器(Composition)、帧缓冲区(Frame Buffer)、嵌入式图像库(Embedded Graphics Library,简称EGL)等。除此之外,操作系统还包括驱动层、框架层和应用层。驱动层可包括CPU驱动、GPU驱动、显示控制器驱动等。框架层可包括图形服务(Graphic Service)、系统服务(System service)、网页服务(Web Service)和用户服务(Customer Service)等。图形服务中,可包括如微件(Widget)、画布(Canvas)、视图(Views)、Render Script等。应用层可包括桌面(launcher)、媒体播放器(Media Player)、浏览器(Browser)等。
电子设备显示某一应用程序或网页的用户界面方法为,根据应用程序的绘图素材或下载的网页的样式信息,生成用户界面进行显示。
以应用程序的显示过程为例,当在电子设备中安装一个应用程序时,电子设备中将会生成用于显示该应用程序用户界面的图像资源文件。该图像资源文件中包括用于生成该应用程序的预设显示界面的各种信息,例如预设显示界面的各个图层的显示内容、类型、尺寸、绘图素材等信息。
当该应用程序在电子设备的前台运行,电子设备中的CPU和/或GPU执行以下流程,来显示该应用程序的用户界面。
1、获取终端中存储的该应用程序的图像资源文件。
2、根据该图像资源文件中的信息(如绘图素材)进行绘图处理,生成该应用程序的用户界面的多个图层。
3、对生成的多个图层进行surfaceflinger处理,以及HWC处理,从而合成为一帧待显示的图像;
4、将生成的待显示的图像进行器件显示处理,推送至电子设备的显示单元进行显示。
再以浏览器中网页的显示过程为例,当在电子设备中的浏览器请求访问某一网页地址时,电子设备将根据访问网页的服务器返回的响应显示该网页。图2为电子设备中浏览器显示网页的示意图,以图2为例,当电子设备运行浏览器时,通过浏览器请求访问某购票网站的网址,向该购票网站的web服务器发送访问请求(如HTTP请求)。当该购票网站的web服务器接收浏览 器的访问请求后,返回响应信息至浏览器。浏览器根据接收的响应信息获取或缓存网页样式信息(如HTML、图片、CSS式样表、JavaScript文件等),然后根据网页样式信息绘制购票网页的页面内容。并获取浏览器的图像资源文件,将浏览器的图像资源文件中的信息(如绘图素材)结合下载的购票网页的页面内容进行绘图处理,生成显示该网页的用户界面的多个图层。最后将该多个图层进行合成送显,浏览器用户界面合成显示的步骤和应用程序的合成显示步骤类似,在此不再赘述。
电子设备通过连接到一个或多个I/O端口的至少一个摄像头1150进行静态或动态图像的捕捉和记录,从而生成图片。具体地,摄像头包括印刷电路板、镜头、固定器、滤色片、数字信号处理芯片、感光传感器等部件。摄像头拍照的工作原理为:拍摄景物通过镜头,将生成的光学图像投射到感光传感器上,然后光学图像被转换成电信号,电信号再经过模数转换变为数字信号,数字信号经过数字信号处理芯片加工处理,再被送到手机处理器中进行处理,最终转换成手机屏幕上能够看到的图像。
无论是截屏生成的图片还是拍照生成的图片,都被保存在电子设备的存储器中,用户可以通过电子设备中的图片读取显示应用(如图库)来查看上述图片。如上所述,当生成的图片是用于记录用户希望记录的信息时,当用户希望查找该信息时,则需要查找记录该信息的图片。在传统的解决方案中,往往需要用户手动翻看图库中数量庞大的图片,当该图片生成时间较早时,该图片的显示顺序往往比较靠后,查找起来费时费力。为此,本发明实施例提出一种图片处理方法,以解决现有技术中查找图片记录信息不方便的问题。下面将以图2和图3所示的应用场景为例,具体阐述本发明实施例的技术方案。
图2为浏览器用户界面的截屏图片示意图。当电子设备屏幕中显示如图2所示的浏览器用户界面时,用户为记录该用户界面的信息而向电子设备发送截屏指令。电子设备在收到该截屏指令时,响应该截屏指令生成如图2所示的截屏图片,并且根据生成的截屏图片自动生成如图3所示的信息卡片。
图3为根据图2所示的截屏图片生成的信息卡片。如图3所示,该信息卡片中包括图2所示的截屏图片中的关键信息。信息卡片生成后,可以显示 于电子设备的主屏幕页面中的一个页面上。以使用户解锁电子设备后即可以直接看到该信息卡片,从而使用户方便地查看截屏图片中记录的关键信息,无需到图库中翻找原始的截屏图片。当然,信息卡片也可以显示在电子设备的其他显示界面中,例如锁屏界面、通知栏界面等。在此不对信息卡片在电子设备中的预设显示界面做具体限定。
下面将以多个实施例具体阐述本发明的技术方案。首先对以下各实施例中的用词和术语进行解释:
当本发明实施例中提及“第一”、“第二”等序数词时,除非根据上下文确实表达顺序之意,应当理解为仅仅是起区分之用。例如“第一页面”和“第二页面”都表示电子设备中的页面,但分别表示电子设备中多个页面的不同页面。
在本发明某些实施例中提及“图片生成指令”时,是指用户输入的指示电子设备生成图片的指令。图片生成指令包括但不限于截屏指令、拍照指令、图片接收指令、图片下载指令中的一种或多种。图片生成指令的类型也有多种,包括但不限于预设手势、预设语音、长按、触摸等。当用户通过电子设备输入图片生成指令时,电子设备根据图片生成指令生成信息保存图片。例如,电子设备运行某应用程序并在前台显示该应用程序的用户界面时,用户通过电子设备的触摸屏或物理按键输入截屏指令。电子设备接收并响应用户输入的截屏指令,对电子设备显示器幕所显示的当前用户界面进行截屏,生成一张截屏图片。又如,用户启动电子设备的摄像头,通过电子设备的触摸屏或物理按键输入拍照指令。电子设备接收并响应用户输入的拍照指令,对当前景物进行拍照并生成一张照片。
在本发明某些实施例中提及“信息保存图片”时,是指电子设备响应用户输入的图片生成指令而生成的图片。例如,当图片生成指令为截屏指令时,信息保存图片为对电子设备所显示的当前用户界面进行截屏,而生成的截屏图片。根据截屏指令生成的图片可以是电子设备所显示的全部当前用户界面,也可以是电子设备所显示的部分当前用户界面。当图片生成指令为拍照指令时,信息保存图片为电子设备响应该拍照指令所拍摄的照片。当图片生成指令为图片下载指令时,信息保存图片为电子设备响应该图片接收指令所下载 的图片。
在本发明某些实施例中提及“第一信息”时,是指信息保存图片中所显示的信息。具体地,第一信息包括图片中的图像信息、文字信息、时间信息、超链接信息等。以图2为例,当电子设备对图2所示的用户界面进行截屏生成截屏图片后,该截屏图片中包括“印象莫奈”的海报图像、“印象莫奈”艺术展的文字介绍信息、以及多个图标。该截屏图片所示的第一信息即包括“印象莫奈”的海报图像、“印象莫奈”艺术展的文字介绍信息等。
在本发明某些实施例中提及“信息卡片”时,是指用于显示信息保存图片中部分信息或全部信息的用户界面。作为一种实施例,信息卡片的显示尺寸小于所述电子设备的显示器幕的尺寸。如图3所示,电子设备显示该信息卡片时,所述信息卡片在所述电子设备的显示器幕的部分区域中进行显示。作为一种实施例,信息卡片中仅显示信息保存图片中的部分信息。例如,当信息保存图片的第一信息中包括多个图像、或多段文字时,根据该信息保存图片所生成的信息卡片中仅包括信息保存图片中用户关心的图像和文字。
在本发明某些实施例中提及“预设显示界面”时,可以是电子设备的主屏幕页面、或锁屏界面、或通知栏界面、或预设应用的用户界面等。可选地,预设显示界面可以是在电子设备出厂时即预先设置的,也可以是由用户进行设置。可选地,信息卡片在电子设备预设显示界面可以由用户设置更改。例如,信息卡片预先设置显示在主屏幕页面上,用户可以自行设置将信息卡片的预设显示界面修改为锁屏界面。
其中,主屏幕页面是指,电子设备解锁后所显示的页面。电子设备中的主屏幕页面包含应用程序的控件图标、菜单图标等。电子设备中的主屏幕页面可以有一个或多个,且随着控件图标的增加,电子设备中的主屏幕页面可以自动增加。当然,电子设备还可以根据用户的输入指令而增加或删除主屏幕页面。信息卡片可以显示于多个主屏幕页面中的任一主屏幕页面上。例如,电子设备中包括三个主屏幕页面(页面1、页面2、页面3),电子设备解锁后即进入主屏幕页面2。当用户通过触摸屏输入向左滑动的动作时,电子设备响应该左滑动作,电子设备将当前显示的页面2切换为 页面1。当用户通过触摸屏输入向右滑动的动作时,电子设备响应该右滑动作,电子设备将当前显示的页面2切换为页面3。信息卡片可以位于主屏幕页面2上,也可以位于主屏幕页面1或主屏幕页面3上。当信息卡片位于主屏幕页面2上时,电子设备被解锁后,用户即可以看到信息卡片;当信息卡片位于主屏幕页面1或3上时,电子设备被解锁后,用户首先看到页面2,用户需要执行左滑动作或右滑动作才会看到信息卡片。
其中,锁屏界面是指,电子设备被锁定后,点亮电子设备的显示器幕时所显示的用户界面。锁屏界面上包括多个菜单控件(如解锁模块、时钟)或应用程序的控件图标(如音乐应用程序的开关控件)。锁屏界面可以有一个或多个。例如,电子设备包括三个锁屏界面(即锁屏界面1、锁屏界面2、锁屏界面3)。电子设备的显示器幕被点亮时显示锁屏界面2,在保持电子设备的显示器幕的锁定状态下,用户通过触摸屏输入向左滑动的动作时,电子设备响应该左滑动作,电子设备将当前显示的锁屏界面2切换为锁屏界面1。当用户通过触摸屏输入向右滑动的动作时,电子设备响应该右滑动作,电子设备将当前显示的锁屏界面2切换为锁屏界面3。
其中,通知栏界面是指打开通知栏后所显示的用户界面。通知栏的用户界面用于显示应用程序的通知消息、系统时间、日期等信息。通知栏可以位于电子设备主屏幕页面的顶部或底部。通知栏的预设为收起状态,即在电子设备主屏幕页面的顶部或底部中仅显示部分信息。用户可以通过触摸屏连续接触处于收起状态的通知栏并演垂直方向执行下拉动作或上滑动作,来打开通知栏的用户界面。当通知栏界面打开时,信息卡片可以直接显示在打开的通知栏的用户界面上,即信息卡片和通知消息等一起显示在打开的通知栏的用户界面中。或者仅在通知栏的用户界面中显示信息卡片的显示入口,即信息卡片的显示入口和通知消息一起显示在打开的通知栏的用户界面中。当用户点击该信息卡片的显示入口时,才显示完整的信息卡片。
其中,预设应用的用户界面示例如下。例如,信息卡片可以显示在日历应用的首页上。即用户打开日历应用后,在日历应用首页的用户界面中显示信息卡片。
下面以具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。下面这几个 具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例不再赘述。
图4为本发明实施例中一种图片处理方法的流程示意图。如图4所示,该方法流程由电子设备执行,该过程的方法步骤可以顺序执行或并行执行,也可以包括更多或更少的方法步骤。该方法流程包括如下步骤。
S101,接收图片生成指令,响应所述图片生成指令生成信息保存图片。
其中,信息保存图片中包括第一信息。第一信息是指信息保存图片中的文字、时间、图像、控件、超链接等信息。
S102,根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片。
其中,所述信息卡片中至少包括信息保存图片的第一信息中的部分信息。
S103,在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。
下面分别以截屏和拍照为例,具体阐述图4所示的技术方案。
一、截屏生成信息保存图片
图5为购物应用的用户界面被截屏后生成信息卡片的示意图。如图5所示,用户使用电子设备运行购物应用,该购物应用中包括多款商品。购物应用在展示每款商品时,将会显示包括该款商品多种信息的用户界面。用户使用该购物应用浏览各种商品时发现一款感兴趣的皮包,在展示该款皮包的用户界面中,用户可以看到该皮包的价格、尺寸、图片等第一信息。
用户希望记录下该皮包的信息,因此输入截屏指令,触发电子设备对当前屏幕界面(购物应用展示该皮包的用户界面)进行截屏。截屏指令包括但不限于长按触摸屏、指关节指令接触触摸屏、或以预设的手势触摸触摸屏(如连续轻敲、手掌侧面接触触摸屏的一侧并持续滑动到触摸屏的另一侧等)、或按压预设的物理键(如拍照键、音量键等)或虚拟功能键、或输入预设语音指令等。
电子设备响应用户输入的截屏指令,对当前屏幕所显示的用户界面进行截屏后,生成截屏图片。该截屏图片包括该皮包的价格、尺寸、图片、名称等信息。
截屏图片生成后,电子设备自动对该截屏图片进行处理,生成包含该皮包关键信息的信息卡片。如图5所示,信息卡片中包括该皮包的图片、名称、价格信息,省略了该皮包的尺寸等信息。信息卡片生成后,将自动显示在电子设备的主屏幕页面中。用户在主屏幕页面中即可直接查看生成的信息卡片,无需进入图库查找截屏图片也无需打开购物应用重新查找该皮包。
当接收图片生成指令为截屏指令时,在另一实施例中,用户可以设置,仅当用户指定的应用程序的用户界面被截屏生成截屏图片时,才触发图4所示的方法流程,生成信息卡片。例如,仅当购物应用的用户界面被截屏生成截屏图片时,才触发图4所示的方法流程,生成信息卡片。
具体地,用户事先在电子设备中输入信息卡片设置指令,电子设备接收并响应信息卡片设置指令,以使当电子设备中的第一应用的用户界面被截屏生成信息保存图片时,根据该信息保存图片生成信息卡片。也即,当电子设备运行第一应用并显示第一应用的用户界面时,如果电子设备接收到用户输入的截屏指令,则电子设备根据该截屏指令对该第一应用当前的用户界面进行截屏生成信息保存图片,且根据该信息保存图片生成信息卡片。当电子设备运行其他应用并显示用户界面时,如果电子设备接收到用户输入的截屏指令,则对当前用户界面进行截屏,但不会触发图4所示的方法流程,即不会生成信息卡片。用户可以在电子设备的多个应用程序中选择一个或多个应用程序作为第一应用。例如,用户可以设置电子设备中的购物应用、即时聊天应用、或订票应用中的一个或多个应用程序作为第一应用。
用户设置完毕后,当电子设备接收到用户输入的截屏指令生成信息保存图片后,电子设备确定该信息保存图片是否是由所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成。如果信息保存图片是由所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成,则根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。电子设备确定信息保存图片是否是由所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的方法有多种,在此不对具体确定方法进行限定。例如,当电子设备收到截屏指令时,电子设备确定当前位于操作系统前台运行的应用程序是否属于用户设置的第一应用。如果当前位于操作系统前台运行的应用程序为用户设置的第一应用,则生成信息卡片;否则不生成信息卡片,仅生成截屏图片保存在电子设备中。
用户对电子设备的用户界面进行截屏的原因有多种。通过事先用户设置指定某些应用程序被截屏时才触发信息卡片生成操作,避免产生用户并不需要的信息卡片,进一步提高人机交互的智能性。
电子设备对截屏图片自动进行处理生成信息卡片的方法有多种,在此并不对具体的处理方法进行限定。下面举例说明处理过程。
图6A为截屏图片的示意图,图6B为图6A中截屏图片中的图层示意图,图6C为根据图6A生成的信息卡片示意图。如图6A所示,电子设备当前展示的用户界面为电子设备中订票应用的用户界面。该用户界面中展示了电影“愤怒的小鸟”的订票信息,包括文字信息、时间信息、功能按钮、图像信息等。其中文字信息包括:电影时长为“97分钟”、电影类型为“动画/动作/喜剧”、以及剧情介绍等内容。时间信息包括:上映时间为“2016年5月20日”。功能按钮包括“我想看”、“我要评分”以及“查询/购票”。用户点击功能按钮后将执行该功能按钮对应的预设功能,例如点击“查询/购票”功能按钮后,将跳转到购买电影票的用户界面。图像信息包括电影“愤怒的小鸟”的宣传海报,如图6A的左上角所示。
由于图6A所示截屏图片生成之前,电子设备已生成该截屏图片所对应的用户界面,即电子设备已生成显示订票应用中电影“愤怒的小鸟”的订票用户界面。因此当电子设备对该用户界面进行截屏时,电子设备可自动获取图6A所示截屏图片的各图层的视图布局(view layout),扫描获取图6A所示截屏图片的视图(view)的内容。例如,在安卓系统中,可以通过安卓操作系统提供的ViewGroup.getChildAt()方法对各层级的布局(从父到子)进行扫描。不同的视图对应的控件类型不同,获取图6A所示截屏图片中的文字视图(TextView)控件和图片视图(ImageView)控件。如图6B所示,TextView控件的内容为订票应用中电影“愤怒的小鸟”的订票用户界面中的文字信息,ImageView控件的内容为订票应用中电影“愤怒的小鸟”的订票用户界面中的图像信息。
获取到截屏图片的文字信息和图像信息后,根据预定义的提取规则选取生成信息卡片所需的文字和图像。作为示例下面将介绍几种预定义的提取规则,但预定义的提取规则有多种,本申请在此不做具体限定。
对于文字信息,预定义提取规则可以设定为当存在多个TextView控件时,根据TextView控件中文字的字号大小以及粗细对多个TextView控件进行排序。然后选取字号最大、字体最粗的TextView控件中的文字作为信息卡片中将要显示的文字。可选地,对于字号最大,字体最粗的TextView控件中的文字或仅有一个TextView控件中的文字,根据语义分析技术进一步提取TextView控件中的文字的关键字信息,作为信息卡片中将要显示的文字。
或者当存在多个TextView控件时,根据语义分析技术对各TextView控件中文字的内容进行分析,提取具有预设关键词的TextView控件。然后将具有预设关键词的TextView控件中的文字作为信息卡片中将要显示的文字。预设关键词可以在电子设备出厂前设定,也可以由用户自己进行设定。预设关键词可以包括但不限于时间、价格等。
对于图像信息,预定义提取规则可知设定为当仅存在一个ImageView控件时,获取该ImageView控件中的图像作为信息卡片中将要显示的图像。当存在多个ImageView控件时,获取图像尺寸/像素最大的ImageView控件的图像作为信息卡片中将要显示的图像。
将选定的Textview控件中的文字和ImageView控件中的图像合并生成信息卡片,并显示在电子设备的主屏幕页面中。
电子设备获取图6A中所示截屏图片中的关键信息后,生成如图6C所示的信息卡片,并显示在电子设备的主屏幕页面或锁屏界面或通知栏界面等预设显示界面。
可选地,还可以根据预设规则从截屏图片中选择截屏图片的文件属性信息。例如,截屏图片的生成时间,截屏图片对应的应用程序等。
在另一实施例中,如果信息卡片是根据截屏图片生成的,则信息卡片中还包括启动控件,所述启动控件用于启动截屏图片所对应的应用程序。例如,如图6C所示的信息卡片中还包括“BUY TICKETS”的启动控件。用户点击该控件时,电子设备直接启动图6A所示的截屏图片对应的订票应用。用户无需在电子设备的多个应用程序中查找打开该订票应用,重新查找电影“愤怒的小鸟”的购票页面,提高人机交互的智能性。
二、拍照生成信息保存图片
图7为拍照的照片生成信息卡片的示意图。如图7所示,用户在逛街时看到某歌手的演唱会宣传海报,用户希望记录下该演唱会的时间、地点、价格等信息,因此直接使用手机拍摄该宣传海报生成照片保存在手机中。拍照所生成的照片即为信息保存图片。
对于拍照生成的图片,或从网络上下载的图片,首先对图片进行预处理(如图像校正、去噪)。然后通过图片文字识别技术(例如光学字符识别(Optical Character Recognition,简称OCR))识别出图片中的文字,再通过图片识别技术识别出图片中的人、景、物等图像。图片中的文字特征包括:文字颜色一般为纯色、大小基本统一、与背景色有较强的对比度,以及有密集边缘矩形框等。图像(如人、物、景)的特征包括:具有区域性,占据图片的整片区域等。图片中的文字识别方法和图像识别方法为现有技术,具体识别方法可参考US 7062073B1,在此不作限定。
如图7所示,通过OCR技术识别出图7中的文字信息包括“演出时间”、“演出地点”、“演出票价”以及通过人脸识别技术识别出图片中的歌手。
获取到照片中的文字信息和图像后,根据预定义的提取规则选取生成信息卡片所需要的文字和图片。作为示例下面将介绍几种预定义的提取规则,但预定义的提取规则有多种,本申请在此不做具体限定。
对于从照片中分割识别出的文字信息,预定义提取规则可以设定为提取字号最大、字体最粗的文字作为信息卡片中将要显示的文字,也可以设定为包含预设关键字(如时间关键字、地点关键字等)的文字作为信息卡片中将要显示的文字。
对于从照片中分割识别出的图像信息,预定义提取规则可以设定为提取人物图像作为信息卡片中将要显示的图片。或者,预定义提取规则可以设定为将整个照片的缩略图作为信息卡片中将要显示的图片。
可选地,照片生成过程中,电子设备将记录该照片的文件属性信息。例如,如果是电子设备拍摄的照片,文件属性信息包括照片的生成时间,照片的拍摄位置信息等。预定义提取规则可以设定为提取照片的生成时间。
将选定的文字、图像、文件属性信息等一个或多个信息,合并生成信息卡片。最后将该信息卡片显示在电子设备的主屏幕页面或锁屏界面或通知栏 界面等预设显示界面中。
可选地,信息卡片中还可以包括原始照片的显示入口。如图7所示,根据照片生成的信息卡片中还包括“Details”。当用户点击“Details”时,将显示该信息卡片所对应的原始照片。
在本发明实施例的技术方案中,当电子设备收到图片生成指令时,将生成的信息保存图片生成信息卡片并显示在预设显示界面中,从而使得用户通过电子设备的预设显示界面即可直接查看信息保存图片中的关键信息,无需再图库中查找图片,提高了用户查看信息的便捷性。
可选地,在步骤S101电子设备在根据图片生成指令生成信息保存图片之后,电子设备的用户界面中显示信息卡片生成提示信息。其中,信息卡片生成提示信息用于询问用户是否允许电子设备根据信息保存图片生成信息卡片。信息卡片生成提示信息的显示方式有多种,例如在电子设备预设显示界面的顶部或底部显示消息对话框、或在图片的菜单中显示生成信息卡片的功能按钮等。当用户输入允许对该信息保存图片生成信息卡片的指示,电子设备响应该指示,执行步骤S102和步骤S103。如果用户输入拒绝对该信息保存图片生成信息卡片的指示,或在预设时间段内未输入允许对该信息保存图片生成信息卡片的指示,则电子设备不再执行步骤S102和步骤S103。
图8为信息卡片生成提示信息的示意图。例如,当用户输入截屏指令后,电子设备响应该截屏指令,生成截屏图片后,显示如图8所示的消息框,询问用户是否同意生成信息卡片。如果用户点击同意按钮,则根据该截屏图片生成信息卡片;如果用户点击拒绝按钮,则不根据截屏图片生成信息卡片。
由于用户使用电子设备生成图片的原因众多,根据用户的选择将用户需要的图片生成信息卡片,以提高人机交互的智能性。
可选地,如果信息保存图片被用户删除,则信息保存图片所对应的信息卡片也自动删除。
图9为信息卡片被设置为编辑状态的示意图。如图9所示,信息卡片生成后,信息卡片的右上角处显示三个竖点的菜单图标10。用户点击该菜单图标后,将显示“编辑”101、“分享”102、“删除”103、“置顶”104四个 功能按钮。图9所展示的四个功能按钮仅为一种示例,本领域技术人员可知,菜单中还可以包括更多或更少的功能按钮,也可以包括其他功能按钮。当用户点击“编辑”按钮101时,信息卡片将被设置为如图9所示的可编辑状态。图9所示的可编辑状态仅是一种示例,在此不对信息卡片处于可编辑状态时的用户界面显示样式作具体限定。如图9所示,信息卡片中显示每条信息的右上角处有一个

符号,以表示该信息卡片中的信息处于可编辑状态。
信息卡片中所显示的信息可以是根据预设提取规则从信息保存图片中提取出的信息,也可以是包含信息保存图片中的所有信息。当信息卡片生成之后,如果信息卡片上的信息不符合用户所需要的信息,则允许用户对信息卡片上的信息进行编辑操作。具体的,编辑操作包括复制、修改、删除等。
可选地,信息卡片生成时,电子设备可以在当前用户界面中显示信息卡片编辑提示信息,用户提示用户所述信息卡片中的信息允许被用户编辑。当用户同意编辑时,则将信息卡片中的信息设为可编辑状态,以便用户对信息卡片上信息进行编辑操作。
可选地,信息卡片生成时,电子设备直接将信息卡片显示可编辑状态。在步骤S103生成信息卡片时,信息卡片中的信息直接处于可编辑状态。可编辑状态有多种,在此不作具体限定,作为示例图9所示的状态为一种可编辑状态,即用户可以直接点击一条信息上方的

符号,删除该条信息。信息卡片中的文字也允许被编辑修改。
可选地,信息卡片生成后,当用户经过一段时间之后需要编辑该信息卡片时,该信息卡片允许被编辑。用户输入信息卡片编辑指令,(如长按待编辑的信息,或从菜单中选择编辑功能按钮等),电子设备响应该信息卡片编辑指令将所述信息卡片中的信息设为可编辑状态。
信息卡片中的信息允许被用户编辑,以使用户能够根据自己的需求进一步修改信息卡片中的信息,以提高人机交互的智能性。
用户编辑完成后,则在电子设备的预设显示界面中显示编辑后的信息卡片。
如图9所示,当用户点击“分享”功能按钮102时,信息卡片可以通过多种通信应用发送给其他用户。例如,用户A通过电子设备的订票应用购买 了两张电影票后,截屏生成了包含该电影信息的信息卡片。用户A点击信息卡片中的“分享”功能按钮102,该信息卡片可以通过邮件发送至用户B。用户B通过邮件收到该信息卡片后,电子设备自动识别出该邮件中包括信息卡片,并将该信息卡片自动显示于用户B的电子设备的主屏幕界面中。
如图9所示,当用户点击“删除”功能按钮103时,该信息卡片将被删除。
如图9所示,当用户点击“置顶”功能按钮104时,该信息卡片将被一直显示在电子设备预设显示界面上。即使电子设备后来生成了新的其他信息卡片,其他信息卡片也不会替代被置顶的信息卡片而显示在预设显示界面中。预设显示界面将会显示其他信息卡片的显示入口。或者当电子设备的预设显示界面中显示信息卡片A时,如果信息卡片B被用户设置为置顶,则信息卡片B将替代信息卡片A而显示在电子设备的预设显示界面中。
通过在信息卡片中提供多种功能按钮,满足用户对信息卡片的多种操作需求。
图10为本发明实施例中另一种图片处理方法的流程示意图。如图10所示,图10中与图4中内容相同的步骤在此不再赘述。在步骤S203之后,还包括生成提醒事件的步骤。生成提醒事件的方法步骤可以顺序执行或并行执行,也可以包括更多或更少的方法步骤。该方法流程包括:
S201,接收图片生成指令,响应所述图片生成指令生成信息保存图片。
S202,根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片。
S203,在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。
S204,确定第一信息中是否包括时间信息。如果第一信息中不包括时间信息,则直接根据第一信息生成信息卡片,该信息卡片用于展示信息保存图片中的关键信息;如果第一信息中包括时间信息则进入步骤S205。

其中,提醒事件中是指电子设备的系统时间到达时间信息所指示的时间时或到达所述时间信息指示的时间之前,生成提醒动作。

其中,所述提醒动作包括振动、亮屏、显示提示信息、响铃中的至少一个动作。
当信息卡片中包括时间信息时,且该时间信息所指示的时间在电子设备当前系统时间之后,则根据该时间信息生成提醒事件,否则仅生成信息卡片。例如,图3所示的信息卡片中包括展览的开始时间为2016年05月01日。该信息卡片在2016年05月01日或2016年05月01日的前一天通过振动、或声音、或亮屏等方式,提醒用户该展览即将开始,以免用户忘记参加该展览。通过语音分析技术,分析信息卡片中的信息含义,从而设定信息卡片的提醒事件为会议提醒或约会提醒或任务提醒。
在步骤S207之后,图10所示方法还包括:
S208,当电子设备的系统时间在所述信息保存图片中的第一信息中的时间信息之后时,删除所述信息卡片。
电子设备执行完毕提醒动作后,该信息卡片的信息则已过期或即将过期。因此,在电子设备的系统时间超过第一信息中的时间信息所指示的时间后,则说明该信息卡片中的信息已过期。可在电子设备的系统时间超过第一信息中的时间信息所指示的时间时,或在电子设备的系统时间超过第一信息中的时间信息所指示的时间预设时间段时,删除该信息卡片。
例如,图3所示的信息卡片中展览的结束时间为2016年08月31日。在2016年09月01日或2016年09月02日,自动删除该信息卡片。
通过自动删除过期的信息卡片,防止时间过期的信息卡片继续占据电子设备的主屏幕页面,提高人机交互的智能性。
图11为本发明实施例中一种信息卡片显示方法的流程示意图。如图11 所示,当电子设备中包括多张信息卡片时,图4中步骤S103包括如下步骤。以下方法步骤可以顺序执行或并行执行,也可以包括更多或更少的方法步骤。该方法流程包括:
步骤S1031,根据预设优先级规则,确定多张所述信息卡片中优先级最高的信息卡片。
其中,所述预设优先级规则包括重要性优先级和/或时间优先级。重要性优先级用于表示信息卡片中信息的重要性高低。重要性优先级可以是事先预设在电子设备中,也可以由用户自行设置。例如,用户可以设置包含提醒事件的信息卡片重要性优先级高于不包含提醒事件的信息卡片。或者,用户可以设置某些应用程序用户界面的截屏图片所生成的信息卡片具有较高重要性优先级。例如,用户可以设置订票应用的截屏图片所生成的信息卡片具有最高重要性优先级。
其中,时间优先级用于表示根据信息卡片生成时间确定信息卡片的优先级。时间优先级可以是事先预设在电子设备中,也可以是由用户自行设置。例如,用户可以设置生成时间较晚(即生成时间距离当前电子设备的系统时间较近)的信息卡片的优先级高于生成时间较早(即生成时间距离当前电子设备的系统时间较远)的信息卡片。
预设优先级规则可以包括重要性优先级和时间优先级中的至少一个。例如,预设优先级规则为包含提醒事件的信息卡片重要性优先级高于不包含提醒事件的信息卡片,且生成时间较晚的信息卡片的优先级高于生成时间较早的信息卡片
步骤S1032,在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片和查看其他信息卡片的显示入口。
其中,其他信息卡片的显示入口也可以不显示在电子设备的预设显示界面中。
下面将举例说明图11所示的多张信息卡片的显示方法。
图12为多张信息卡片显示时的一种用户界面示意图。电子设备已包括并在预设显示界面显示如图3所示的艺术展览的信息卡片。电子设备中的预设 优先级规则为生成时间较晚的信息卡片的优先级高于生成时间较早的信息卡片。如图12所示,当用户对购物应用程序中皮包的用户界面进行截屏时,生成皮包的截屏图片且生成信息卡片。该信息卡片处于可编辑状态,用户可以编辑或删除该信息卡片。如果用户确定生成该皮包的信息卡片,由于该信息卡片的生成时间最晚,因此该信息卡片的优先级最高。该新生成的皮包截屏图片会替代原来艺术展览的信息卡片显示于电子设备的预设显示界面中,同时在电子设备的预设显示界面中显示艺术展览信息卡片的显示入口。用户点击该显示入口后,即可以看到原来的艺术展览信息卡片。当电子设备中包括多个信息卡片时,根据每个信息卡片的生成时间对各信息卡片进行排序,将生成时间最晚的信息卡片作为时间优先级最高的信息卡片显示在电子设备的预设显示界面中。
图13为多张信息卡片显示时的另一种用户界面示意图。如图13所示,用户对即时聊天应用的聊天用户界面进行截屏生成截屏图片,同时生成信息卡片。由于该截屏图片中包括时间信息,因此电子设备根据该时间信息生成提醒事件。预设优先级规则为包含提醒事件的信息卡片的优先级高于不含提醒事件的信息卡片,生成时间较晚的信息卡片的优先级高于生成时间较早的信息卡片。根据该预设优先级规则,该聊天用户界面所对应生成的信息卡片生成时间最晚,且包含提醒事件,因此具有最高优先级。在电子设备的预设显示界面中显示该聊天界面的信息卡片,并显示其他信息卡片的显示入口。

本发明实施例还提供一种图片处理装置。图14为本发明实施例中一种图片处理装置的结构示意图。如图14所示,图片处理装置包括接收模块、处理模块、以及显示模块。
接收模块,用于接收图片生成指令。处理模块,用于响应所述接收模块接收的图片生成指令生成信息保存图片,其中,所述信息保存图片中包括第一信息。处理模块根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片,其中,所述信息卡片中至少包括所述第一信息中的部分信息。处理模块指示显示模块在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。所述显示模块,用于在所述 电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。
可选地,图片生成指令包括截屏指令或拍照指令。
在另一实施例中,处理模块还用于:生成信息卡片生成提示信息,所述信息卡片生成提示信息用于询问是否允许根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。所述显示模块还用于显示所述信息卡片生成提示信息。所述接收模块还用于接收用户根据信息卡片生成提示信息而输入的同意指令或拒绝指令。所述处理模块根据接收模块接收的用户输入的同意指令生成信息卡片。如果接收模块接收了用户输入的拒绝指令,则处理模块不再根据信息保存图片生成信息卡片。
在另一实施例中,处理模块还用于生成信息卡片编辑提示信息,所述信息卡片编辑提示信息用于提示所述信息卡片中的信息允许被用户编辑。所述显示模块还用于显示信息卡片编辑提示信息。所述接收模块还用于接收用户根据信息卡片编辑提示信息输入的编辑指令或删除指令或复制指令。所述处理模块还用于根据接收模块接收的编辑指令或删除指令或复制指令,对信息卡片中的信息进行编辑或删除或复制。显示模块还用于显示编辑后的信息卡片。
在另一实施例中,处理模块还用于将所述信息卡片中的信息设为可编辑状态。所述显示模块还用于显示处于可编辑状态的信息卡片。所述接收模块还用于接收用户输入的编辑指令或删除指令或复制指令。所述处理模块还用于根据接收模块接收的编辑指令或删除指令或复制指令,对信息卡片中的信息进行编辑或删除或复制。显示模块还用于显示编辑后的信息卡片。
在另一实施例中,接收模块还用于接收用户输入的信息卡片编辑指令。处理模块还用于响应所述信息卡片编辑指令将所述信息卡片中的信息设为可编辑状态。
在另一实施例中,所述处理模块还用于确定所述第一信息中是否包括时间信息。如果所述第一信息中包括时间信息,则处理模块根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成提醒事件。所述提醒事件为所述电子设备的系统时间到达所述时间信息指示的时间时或到达所述时间信息指示的时间之前, 生成提醒动作,其中所述提醒动作包括振动、亮屏、显示提示信息、响铃中的至少一个动作。
可选地,所述处理模块还用于确定所述第一信息中的时间信息是否在所述电子设备的系统时间之后。如果所述第一信息中的时间信息指示的时间在所述电子设备的系统时间之后,则处理模块根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成所述提醒事件。
可选地,所述处理模块还用于当所述电子设备的系统时间在所述第一信息中的时间信息指示的时间之后时,删除所述信息卡片。
在另一实施例中,当存在多张所述信息卡片时,所述处理模块还用于根据预设优先级规则,确定多张所述信息卡片中优先级最高的信息卡片。所述预设优先级规则包括重要性优先级和/或时间优先级。所述处理模块还用于指示所述显示模块在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片。所述显示模块还用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片。
可选地,所述显示模块还用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片和查看其他信息卡片的显示入口。
在另一实施例中,所述接收模块还用于接收信息卡片设置指令。所述信息卡片设置指令用于设置当对所述电子设备中的第一应用的用户界面截屏生成所述信息保存图片时,根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。
所述处理模块还用于确定所述信息保存图片是否是对所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的图片。如果所述信息保存图片是对所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的图片,则处理模块根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。
图片处理装置用于执行上述图2至图13中涉及的方法流程和/或用于本申请所描述的技术的其他过程。为叙述简洁在此不再赘述。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以 有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。

另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本领域技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。上述描述的装置的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,具有前述方法实施例中对应的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备具有如图1A所示的结构,其中该电子设备的触摸屏、处理器、以及显示器分别被配置如下。
触摸屏,用于接收图片生成指令。处理器,用于响应所述接收模块接收的图片生成指令生成信息保存图片,所述信息保存图片中包括第一信息。处理器根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片,所述信息卡片中至少包括所述 第一信息中的部分信息。处理器指示显示器在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。所述显示器,用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。
可选地,图片生成指令包括截屏指令或拍照指令。
可选地,处理器还用于生成信息卡片生成提示信息,所述信息卡片生成提示信息用于询问是否允许根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。所述显示器还用于显示所述信息卡片生成提示信息。所述触摸屏还用于接收用户根据信息卡片生成提示信息而输入的同意指令或拒绝指令。所述处理器根据触摸屏接收的用户输入的同意指令生成信息卡片。如果触摸屏接收了用户输入的拒绝指令,则处理器不再根据信息保存图片生成信息卡片。
在另一实施例中,处理器还用于生成信息卡片编辑提示信息,所述信息卡片编辑提示信息用于提示所述信息卡片中的信息允许被用户编辑。所述显示器还用于显示信息卡片编辑提示信息。所述触摸屏还用于接收用户根据信息卡片编辑提示信息输入的编辑指令或删除指令或复制指令。所述处理器还用于根据触摸屏接收的编辑指令或删除指令或复制指令,对信息卡片中的信息进行编辑或删除或复制。显示器还用于显示编辑后的信息卡片。
在另一实施例中,处理器还用于将所述信息卡片中的信息设为可编辑状态。所述显示器还用于显示处于可编辑状态的信息卡片。所述触摸屏还用于接收用户输入的编辑指令或删除指令或复制指令。所述处理器还用于根据触摸屏接收的编辑指令或删除指令或复制指令,对信息卡片中的信息进行编辑或删除或复制。显示器还用于显示编辑后的信息卡片。
在另一实施例中,触摸屏还用于接收用户输入的信息卡片编辑指令。处理器还用于响应所述信息卡片编辑指令将所述信息卡片中的信息设为可编辑状态。
在另一实施例中,所述处理器还用于确定所述第一信息中是否包括时间信息。如果所述第一信息中包括时间信息,则处理器根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成提醒事件。所述提醒事件为所述电子设备的系统时间到 达所述时间信息指示的时间时或到达所述时间信息指示的时间之前,生成提醒动作,其中所述提醒动作包括振动、亮屏、显示提示信息、响铃中的至少一个动作。
可选地,所述处理器还用于确定所述第一信息中的时间信息是否在所述电子设备的系统时间之后。如果所述第一信息中的时间信息指示的时间在所述电子设备的系统时间之后,则处理器根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成所述提醒事件。
可选地,所述处理器还用于当所述电子设备的系统时间在所述第一信息中的时间信息指示的时间之后时,删除所述信息卡片。
在另一实施例中,当存在多张所述信息卡片时,所述处理器还用于根据预设优先级规则,确定多张所述信息卡片中优先级最高的信息卡片。所述预设优先级规则包括重要性优先级和/或时间优先级。所述处理器还用于指示所述显示器在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片。所述显示器还用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片。
可选地,所述显示器还用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片和查看其他信息卡片的显示入口。
在另一实施例中,所述触摸屏还用于接收信息卡片设置指令。所述信息卡片设置指令用于设置当对所述电子设备中的第一应用的用户界面截屏生成所述信息保存图片时,根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。
所述处理器还用于确定所述信息保存图片是否是对所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的图片。如果所述信息保存图片是对所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的图片,则处理器根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。
电子设备用于执行上述图2至图13中涉及的方法流程和/或用于本申请所描述的技术的其他过程,具有前述方法实施例中对应的技术效果。为叙述简洁在此不再赘述。
应理解,这里的电子设备仅为简化设计。这里的术语“处理器”可以 指应用特有集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称为“ASIC”)、电子电路、用于执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器(例如共享处理器、专有处理器或组处理器等)和存储器、合并逻辑电路和/或其它支持所描述的功能的合适组件。在一个可选例子中,本领域技术人员可以理解,电子设备可以用于执行上述方法实施例中的各个流程和/或步骤,为避免重复,在此不再赘述。
在实现过程中,上述方法实施例的各步骤可以通过电子设备中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质可以是存储器,处理器读取存储器中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种图片处理方法,其特征在于,所述图片处理方法应用于电子设备中,包括:
    接收图片生成指令,响应所述图片生成指令生成信息保存图片,所述信息保存图片中包括第一信息;
    根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片,所述信息卡片中至少包括所述第一信息中的部分信息;
    在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述图片生成指令包括截屏指令或拍照指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片之前,所述方法还包括:
    显示信息卡片生成提示信息,所述信息卡片生成提示信息用于询问是否允许根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片之后,所述方法还包括:
    显示信息卡片编辑提示信息,所述信息卡片编辑提示信息用于提示所述信息卡片中的信息允许被用户编辑;
    或者,所述信息卡片中的信息处于可编辑状态;
    或者,接收用户输入的信息卡片编辑指令,响应所述信息卡片编辑指令将所述信息卡片中的信息设为可编辑状态;
    所述在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片,包括:
    在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示编辑后的信息卡片。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述第一信息中是否包括时间信息;
    如果所述第一信息中包括时间信息,则根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成提醒事件,所述提醒事件为所述电子设备的系统时间到达所述时间信息指示的时间时或到达所述时间信息指示的时间之前,生成提醒动作,其中所述提醒动作包括振动、亮屏、显示提示信息、响铃中的至少一个动作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成提醒事件,包括:
    确定所述第一信息中的时间信息是否在所述电子设备的系统时间之后;
    如果所述第一信息中的时间信息指示的时间在所述电子设备的系统时间之后,则根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成所述提醒事件。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生成所述提醒事件之后,所述方法还包括:
    当所述电子设备的系统时间在所述第一信息中的时间信息指示的时间之后时,删除所述信息卡片。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的方法,其特征在于,当存在多张所述信息卡片时,所述在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片,包括:
    根据预设优先级规则,确定多张所述信息卡片中优先级最高的信息卡片,所述预设优先级规则包括重要性优先级和/或时间优先级;
    在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片;
    或者在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片和查看其他信息卡片的显示入口。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收图片生成指令,响应所述图片生成指令生成信息保存图片之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收信息卡片设置指令,所述信息卡片设置指令用于设置当对所述电子设备中的第一应用的用户界面截屏生成所述信息保存图片时,根据所述 信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片;
    所述根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片,包括:
    确定所述信息保存图片是否是对所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的图片;
    如果所述信息保存图片是对所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的图片,则根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设显示界面包括主屏幕页面、或锁屏界面、或通知栏界面。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括图像信息、文字信息、时间信息、超链接信息中的至少一种信息。
  12. 一种图片处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收图片生成指令;
    处理模块,用于响应所述接收模块接收的图片生成指令生成信息保存图片,所述信息保存图片中包括第一信息;根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片,所述信息卡片中至少包括所述第一信息中的部分信息;指示显示模块在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片;
    所述显示模块,用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述图片生成指令包括截屏指令或拍照指令。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预设显示界面包括主屏幕页面、或锁屏界面、或通知栏界面。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    触摸屏,用于接收图片生成指令;
    处理器,用于响应所述接收模块接收的图片生成指令生成信息保存图片,所述信息保存图片中包括第一信息;根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片,所述信息卡片中至少包括所述第一信息中的部分信息;指示显示器在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片;
    所述显示器,用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述信息卡片。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述图片生成指令包括截屏指令或拍照指令。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    生成信息卡片生成提示信息,所述信息卡片生成提示信息用于询问是否允许根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片;
    所述显示器还用于显示所述信息卡片生成提示信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    生成信息卡片编辑提示信息,所述信息卡片编辑提示信息用于提示所述信息卡片中的信息允许被用户编辑;
    所述显示器还用于显示信息卡片编辑提示信息。
  19. 根据权利要求15至17任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    将所述信息卡片中的信息设为可编辑状态;
    所述显示器还用于显示处于可编辑状态的信息卡片。
  20. 根据权利要求15至19任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    确定所述第一信息中是否包括时间信息;如果所述第一信息中包括时间信息,则根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成提醒事件,所述提醒事件为所述电子设备的系统时间到达所述时间信息指示的时间时或到达所述 时间信息指示的时间之前,生成提醒动作,其中所述提醒动作包括振动、亮屏、显示提示信息、响铃中的至少一个动作。
  21. 根据权利要求15至20任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    确定所述第一信息中的时间信息是否在所述电子设备的系统时间之后;如果所述第一信息中的时间信息指示的时间在所述电子设备的系统时间之后,则根据所述第一信息中的时间信息生成所述提醒事件。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    当所述电子设备的系统时间在所述第一信息中的时间信息指示的时间之后时,删除所述信息卡片。
  23. 根据权利要求15至22任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当存在多张所述信息卡片时,所述处理器还用于:
    根据预设优先级规则,确定多张所述信息卡片中优先级最高的信息卡片,所述预设优先级规则包括重要性优先级和/或时间优先级;指示所述显示器在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片;
    所述显示器还用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片。
  24. 根据权利要求15至22任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,当存在多张所述信息卡片时,所述处理器还用于:
    根据预设优先级规则,确定多张所述信息卡片中优先级最高的信息卡片,所述预设优先级规则包括重要性优先级和/或时间优先级;指示所述显示器在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片;指示所述显示器在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片和查看其他信息卡片的显示入口;
    所述显示器还用于在所述电子设备的预设显示界面中显示所述优先级最高的信息卡片和查看其他信息卡片的显示入口。
  25. 根据权利要求15至24任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述 触摸屏还用于:
    接收信息卡片设置指令,所述信息卡片设置指令用于设置当对所述电子设备中的第一应用的用户界面截屏生成所述信息保存图片时,根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片;
    所述处理器还用于:
    确定所述信息保存图片是否是对所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的图片;如果所述信息保存图片是对所述第一应用的用户界面截屏生成的图片,则根据所述信息保存图片生成所述信息卡片。
  26. 根据权利要求15至25任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述预设显示界面包括主屏幕页面、或锁屏界面、或通知栏界面。
  27. 根据权利要求15至26任一所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括图像信息、文字信息、时间信息、超链接信息中的至少一种信息。
  28. 一种电子设备上的图形用户界面,所述电子设备包括显示器、一个或多个输入设备、存储器、和用于执行保存在存储器中的一个或多个程序的一个或多个处理器,所述图形用户界面包括:
    包含第一信息的用户界面;
    其中:
    响应于接收到的截屏指令,根据所述截屏指令对包含所述第一信息的用户界面进行截屏,生成信息保存图片,并根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片,所述信息卡片中至少包括所述第一信息中的部分信息;
    所述信息卡片被显示在预设显示界面中。
  29. 一种电子设备上的图形用户界面,所述电子设备包括显示器、一个或多个摄像头、一个或多个输入设备、存储器、和用于执行保存在存储器中的一个或多个程序的一个或多个处理器,所述图形用户界面包括:
    所述摄像头的拍摄用户界面;
    其中:
    响应于接收到的拍照指令,根据所述拍照指令生成信息保存图片,所述信息保存图片中包括第一信息;并根据所述信息保存图片生成信息卡片,所述信息卡片中至少包括所述第一信息中的部分信息;
    所述信息卡片被显示在预设显示界面中。
