Abstract
The invention is an automatic hand washing machine that first soaps down, and then rinses and finally dries the hands, and it consists of two items of basin holes (1), vacuum fan (5), water pump (12), soap dosage pump (13), electronic card (16), stands (19) and outer casing (20).

AUTOMATIC HAND WASHING BASIN
Technological Scope:
This invention is related with automatic hand washing basin that rapidly washes and dries the hands of users in areas, where people are available as collectively, in cafes, shopping malls, public transportation stations, airports, bus terminals, ships and etc.
Known Status of the Technique:
In the existing system, there are the basin examples with which the soaping and rinsing processes are made together. This system does not contain the drying stem. Drying process is provided either through a separate machine or through the paper towel. Use of the paper towels causes cutting of the trees and causes the environment to become a paper dumpsite. And, the use of a separate dryer machine causes both to the extra time consumption and to loss of available space. Any device, with which soaping, rinsing and drying is performed together, is not encountered.
Moreover, in the existing system, the basins have faucet, soap pad and paper towel or dryer machine. Such so many components cause the basins to seem messy. Leaving the faucets open or washing the hands in unnecessarily long durations, by the users, may cause the waste of water.
In the existing system, process of hand washing in the collectively used areas are generally carried out in toilets. As these areas which are used collectively are the huge structures, the placements of the toilets are not easily accessible locations. This situation causes the persons to be lazy to go to the toilets. Additionally, it cannot be said that this
situation is so hygienic for the ones who do not be lazy for that. Because, the person touches to the faucet in order to cut faucet off after washing the hands.
Although this situation is prevented through the photo celled faucets, the user who had to turn the door handle in order to exit the toilet cannot obtain the complete hygiene.
As a result, there is need for a system that is fast, hygienic, economical and easily accessible for hand washing and drying processes. Definition of Invention:
This invention is the automatic hand washing machine that can handle the above mentioned disadvantages, and its features are the performance of hand washing and drying in a fast, hygienic and economical way, and being easily-accessible.
The use of the invention is so easy. First the hands are placed into the blue lighted basin holes up to the wrists. The soaping process is realized when the blue light turns to red. The rinsing process begins when the red light turns to blue. The drying process is started when the blue light turns green. The process is completed when all the lights begin to blink. The hands can be moved with the basin holes, but for a better washing the hands need to be kept open.
The invention performs the process of washing and rinsing through the small diameter holes that are called as nozzle within its structure. Soap and water are conveyed to the nozzles with the help of the pumps, and they are sprayed to the skin from these small diameter nozzles. The nozzles are placed into the basin hole, with the great care, in a way that any part of the hands are contacted with water and soap. This invention, which can better clean the dirt within the small pores on the hands, does not cause any harm for the skin.
The invention can perform the processes of soaping, rinsing and drying within 45 seconds. It provides a water saving of 70%, due to the nozzles it has within its structure. Additionally, the users can wash their hands without touching any place, and thus a more hygienic washing is enabled.
There is not any need to tell that how much important subject the hand cleaning is. For that reason, the products which provide better hygienic cleaning are developed and will be continued to be developed. These developments are performed over less water consumption and more hygiene by basing on the foresight that the world will experience the water problems in the future. Additionally, the dryer machines are developed instead of paper towels, and by this way the harm caused to the forests are prevented.
It is thought that the invention will be helpful to get children adopt a habit of hand washing through their consideration that it is funny.
The invention has two types in mobile and fixed basins. The water in the fixed ones is supplied from the water installations, and in the portable ones these is the water reservoir within the invention. The fixed types can operate with the mains of 220 volts. The portable ones are designed in a way that can be charged with the unidirectional current adaptors with 12 Volts.

Description of Invention:
The invention is an automatic hand washing machine that first soaps down, and then rinses and finally dries the hands, and it consists of two items of basin holes (1), vacuum fan (5), water pump (12), soap dosage pump (13), electronic card (16), stands (19) and outer casing (20).
There are the nozzles (2) on the basin holes (1) with which water and soap are sprayed, and the LED lights for understanding that which processes are performed by the invention (21), and the sensors that sense the user hands (18). It means the soaping process is realized when the blue light (M) is turned to the red light (K), and the rinsing process is realized when the red light (K) again turned to the blue light (M), and the drying process is realized when the blue light (M) turned to the green light (Y). The nozzles (2) are 24 items for one basin hole (1), and their quantity can be increased or reduced, and they are placed on the basin holes (1) in a way that there will not be any part of the hands which do not touch to water and soap.
The connection between vacuum fan (5) and basin holes (1) are provided with air pipe (4) and vacuum ring (3). When vacuum fan starts to run (5), vacuum ring (3) vacuums
the water and humidity of the hand together with the air, and transfers to exhaust air outlet pipe (17).
Water pump (12) enables the water, which it received from water inlet faucet (7), to connection pipe (9) and then from there to nozzles (2) in order to be sprayed with the help of pipets (10). After the process, the waste water is sent to drain valve (6) via waste water pipe (8), and exiting of waste water from the system is enabled.
Soap dosage pump (13) sends the liquid soap which it pulled from soap dispenser (15) via the soap carrier pipe (14) to liquid soap connection pipe (9) and the from there to nozzles (2) in order to be sprayed with the help of pipets (10). The soap amount that is to be pumped is provided via the valve (1 1) that was positioned between connection pipe (9) and soap dosage pump (13). Electronic card (16) operates water pump (12) through the sensing the hand movements by sensor (18) in basin holes (16), and it takes valve (1 1) to open position.
When valve (1 1) is taken to the open position, dosage pump (13) pumps the soap, which it received from soap dispenser (15), until valve (1 1) closes.
The invention is an automatic hand washing machine, and it features; nozzles (2) placed inside basin holes (1), at least two items of vacuum rings (3) that are placed the mouth side of basin holes (1), at least one item of vacuum fan (5), at least one item of air pipe (4) that provides the connection between vacuum fan (5) and vacuum ring (3), exhaust air outlet pipe (17) that are placed the lower part of basin holes (1), and pipets (10) that provide the connection between connection pipe (9) and nozzles (2), and valve (1 1) that is placed between connection pipe (9) and soap dosage pump (13).
Vacuum ring (3) in the invention wraps the basin holes (1).
Exhaust air outlet pipe (17) of the invention is connected to vacuum ring (3) in order to exhaust the polluted air.
The invention has pipets (10) in equal number of nozzles (2) that take place on basin holes (1).
The invention has vacuum fan (5) that is opened and closed by at least one electronic card (16). The invention has valve (11) that is opened and closed by at least one electronic card (16).
Claims
1- The invention is the automatic hand washing machine, it features;
- nozzles (2) placed inside basin holes (1),
- at least two items of vacuum rings (3) that are placed the mouth side of basin holes (1),
- at least one item of vacuum fan (5),
- at least one item of air pipe (4) that provides the connection between vacuum fan (5) and vacuum ring (3),
- exhaust air outlet pipe (17) that are placed the lower part of basin holes ( 1 ),
- pipets (10) that provide the connection between connection pipe (9) and nozzles (2),
- valve (1 1) that is placed between connection pipe (9) and soap dosage pump (13) 2- It is the automatic hand washing machine that is mentioned in claim 1, it features; it is characterized with 24 items of nozzles (2) for each basin hole (1), and the possibility of increasing and reading them.
3- It is the automatic hand washing machine that is mentioned in claim 1, it features; it is characterized with the placement nozzles (2) into basin holes (1) in a way that there will be no any part of the hands are not contacted with water.
4- It is vacuum ring (3) mentioned in claim 1, it features; it is characterized with wrapping basin holes ( 1 ) .
5- It is the exhaust air outlet pipe (17) that is mentioned in claim 1, and it features; it is characterized with its connection with vacuum ring (3) for the purpose exhausting the polluted air.
6- It is the automatic hand washing machine that is mentioned in claim 1, and it features; it is characterized with its pipets (10) in the number of nozzles (2) that take place on basin holes (1). 7- It is the automatic hand washing machine that is mentioned in claim 1, it features; it is characterized with its vacuum fan (5) that is opened and closed by at least one electronic card (16).
8- It is the automatic hand washing machine that is mentioned in claim 1 , it features; it is characterized with its valve (1 1) that is opened and closed by at least one electronic card (16).
9- It is the automatic hand washing machine that is mentioned in claim 1, it features; it is characterized with its blue (M), red (K) and green (Y) LED lights (21).
