Abstract

At present, global epidemic outbreak, disaster and 205 countries take 67 days from 1 st case to 10 thousands cases, but increase from 40 thousands to 50 thousands to take 1 day, and the number of people diagnosed at present exceeds 100 thousands. 70 hundred million uninfected people use two weapons to resist epidemic and infection, 1 with a mask and 2 to wash hands frequently. However, the tap for washing hands has a great risk of cross infection, namely, the handle is polluted when the tap is used for boiling water by dirty hands, and after the tap is washed clean by hands, the polluted handle is grabbed to close water, and the hands are polluted again. Even the virus left on the handle of the former people is taken away completely, so that a vicious circle is formed, and the longer the faucet is used, the dirtier and the more nauseous the faucet is. This is also a route of fecal oral transmission. To address this vicious circle. The patent provides an epidemic prevention and cross infection prevention water faucet, wherein a handle is arranged in a sprinkling area, no enough space is available below a water outlet above the handle for washing hands, enough space is available below the water outlet above the handle for fingers to scrub the handle, and water is sprinkled to the hands after being sprinkled through the tail end of the handle.

Description

Anti-epidemic and anti-cross-infection faucet
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of medical protective articles, 2 daily sanitary protection and 3 fluid valves.
Background
The mechanical water faucet in the prior art is free of electricity and gas, low in failure rate and durable, so that the mechanical water faucet is popular with people and is visible everywhere in life. However, the serious epidemic outbreak which is seen in the afternoon of this year and is wrapped around the world exposes the tap to the fatal weakness and the great infection risk.
By now (4 months and 3 days 2020), the number of globally diagnosed people is over 102 thousands, and the number of countries is 205. The remaining 70 billion people on earth who are not infected need conscious precautions.
The first safeguard is with a mask.
The second safeguard is to routinely wash hands.
However, the tap used in this second safeguard presents a significant risk of cross-contamination. When the water faucet is used, a dirty hand is used for pinching the water faucet handle to open the water faucet handle, the handle is polluted, then the clean hand is used for pinching the polluted handle in order to close the water faucet, which is equivalent to that virus and bacteria on the handle are stuck back to the hand, and then the handle is polluted. When a second person washes hands, the second person pollutes the handle of the water faucet, when the second person washes hands and closes water, the second person also needs to hold and pinch the handle, at this time, two kinds of dirty things exist on the handle, the two kinds of dirty things pollute the hands of the second person to form cross infection, and so on, when the 100 th person washes hands, various virus and bacteria dirt which are left on the handle by the 99 th person at the front part of the handle are stored on the handle, when the 100 th person washes hands and closes water, the handle is held and pinched, and then the pollutants of the 100 persons (including the person before washing the hands) are adhered to the hands of the second person. That is, everyone "donates" a contaminant to the handle, and uses a clean hand to stain the contaminants from the individual user in front, the longer the faucet is used, the dirtier and the more nausea.
The water tap is also a way for spreading feces in the new coronary pneumonia, and if a person defecates and washes hands before, the person holds the hand-held handle with feces to open and close the water tap, and viral and bacterial parasite eggs in the feces are donated to the handle of the water tap. When a person washes hands before eating, and holds the handle of the water faucet in order to close water, the feces of the first person can be brought to tableware, and the dirt such as bacteria, virus, parasite eggs and the like which can not be seen by naked eyes is eaten into the belly, so that the spread of intestinal infectious diseases can be caused, and the spread of respiratory infectious diseases such as new coronary pneumonia, SARS (SARS) and the like can be caused when the excrement is sucked into the lung. As a result of the awareness of these sanitary safety hazards, people are reluctant to bump the handle to shut off the water after the public faucet has been washed, and a large amount of the water can be flushed away from the handle, which indirectly results in waste of water resources. The act of wasting water is certainly not blame, but from a personal hygiene perspective they are not intentionally wasting water but are for their own hygiene.
At home, people all have a good idea of sanitation and wash hands before and after meals! is that people are actually infected with each other unconsciously. Therefore, we see that the infection is a family in the epidemic situation, so that when we are in a non-epidemic situation, one child in the family gets the parasitic disease, and other children can not be survived.
There is also a class of faucets in the prior art, which are push-delayed faucets, although the faucets do not need to be turned off after washing the hands. However, in order to open the faucet, the user can press the circular pressing type handle forcibly and donate dirty things to the handle. The 100 th hand washing of the user can prove that the east and west of the viscera donated by the former 99 people are owned
From the above analysis, these faucets of the prior art:
1, everyone keeps dirty things on a handle which becomes a garbage collection station;
2, each person can contact the hands with the dirty objects of the front people and leave the dirty objects in the faucet to form cross infection;
3, the faucet can not be sprayed to the handle of the faucet when the faucet wants to wash the handle, and the faucet wants to wash the handle without leaving dirty objects for the later person but can not be washed under objective conditions;
4, after washing, the hands touch the dirty handle to close the faucet, causing secondary infection.
Although the prior art has an infrared sensing faucet, due to the use of electronic devices, the cost is high, the failure rate is high, the maintenance is required to be performed frequently, and if a battery is used, the battery is required to be checked and replaced frequently. If the AC power is used, the danger of electric leakage and electric shock is generated, and the installation and wiring are inconvenient and the cost is high when the AC power is used outdoors (such as a park square), and the utilization rate is far lower than that of a mechanical faucet. It should be appreciated that such a floor of a toilet restroom may not be equipped with a monitoring head nor be attended by a person, and a person with a worry and a vandalism may get the door to a small action to avoid the leakage of electricity.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses an anti-epidemic and cross-infection prevention faucet, which is called a faucet or a faucet for short, does not need to add an electric element and use a power supply, and can be convenient for each user to clean a handle, so that the handle is prevented from becoming a virus and bacteria collecting station, cross infection and secondary infection are avoided, even more skillfully, each person can logically scrub the handle of the faucet to be clean for the next person, and each person actively and consciously scrubs to scrub a handle to be clean, otherwise, the water faucet is unfavorable for the person to become a former person and a later person.
Each person can take away the dirt brought by the person in time and clean the dirt without leaving the dirt for the later person. So that it does not stick to the predecessor. I is a person, and the person is the person.
All the beneficial effects objectively possessed by the patent scheme are the technical problems to be solved by the application, and can not be listed up due to space limitation.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment of the invention is a 7-shaped vertically-mountable water tap, and the 7-shaped shell 1 of the water tap is composed of two parts, namely a stand column 101 and a front arm 102 (see figure 1 and figure 2), wherein the lower end of the stand column is provided with an external thread 105 for vertically mounting the water tap on a table top and connecting a water supply hose for supplying water to the water tap, and the water supply hose is provided with an internal thread interface which can be matched and connected with the external thread 105 at the lower end of the stand column. The valve core is arranged in the middle upper part pipe cavity of the upright post 101, the handle 3 is fixedly connected with the valve core and extends forwards to the sprinkling area 8, when the water faucet is in a water outlet state, a user can wash hands in the sprinkling area below the handle (see fig. 3), and the tail end 301 of the handle can also be washed, so that the tail end of the handle which is just dirty is washed, and the user has to take and pinch the tail end 301 of the handle to unscrew the water faucet just to open the water faucet.
More wonderfully, the user not only can wash the handle, but also can wash the tail end of the handle with pleasure, because, on one hand, the water for washing hands flows through the tail end 301 of the handle and then is sprinkled to the hand of the user, only the handle is washed clean first, and then clean water can fall on the hand, on the other hand, when the faucet is closed after the hand is washed for a while, the hand also holds the tail end 301 of the handle, and only the handle is washed clean first, the cleaned hand can not be polluted by the tail end 301 of the handle for the second time when the faucet is closed. Therefore, each user subjectively cleans the handle of each subsequent person for the self sanitation, takes away the dirt brought by the user objectively, and keeps the handle in a clean state without leaving the dirt for the subsequent person. The aim that people are the same as people and people are the same as people is objectively achieved. Rather than my harming people who harm my prior art use. Moreover, each hand-washing person only needs to wash away the dirt brought by the hand-washing person, so that the difficulty in cleaning the handle is not high.
From the internal structure, the pipe cavity is a 7-shaped pipe cavity (see fig. 4 and 5), two Z-shaped partition plates 601 which are horizontal and vertical are arranged at the middle upper part of an upright column in the pipe cavity, the pipe cavities below and behind the partition plates are water inlet sections 103, a semi-closed space formed by the horizontal parts, the vertical parts and the pipe walls of the Z-shaped partition plates is used for installing a single-channel quick-opening ceramic valve core 2 which is called a valve core chamber or a valve chamber 5, the valve chamber is provided with an opening which is communicated with the outside and can be filled with the valve core, the opening of the valve chamber is forward, the pipe cavities above the valve chamber and above the Z-shaped partition plates (till the water outlet) are called a water outlet section 104, and a through hole is formed in the middle of the vertical parts of the Z-shaped partition plates. In fig. 4 and 5, the direction of water flow is indicated by arrows, and the valve core in the figure is a single-channel rotary quick-opening ceramic valve core commonly used in the existing market, and comprises a main body and a valve core control rod (simply called valve rod) 204, and the schematic picture of the valve core is shown in fig. 27. The neck of the valve core is provided with a fixing thread 205 which is matched with an inner thread 504 of the valve chamber opening so as to install the valve core into the valve chamber and fix the valve core in a screwing way, and a valve core cover plate 205 also serves as a partition between the valve chamber and the outside; the bottom of the valve core is provided with a water inlet hole 201 which is in butt joint communication with a first water inlet hole 501 of the valve chamber, and the butt joint is provided with a waterproof rubber ring which is impervious to the outside; the valve core control rod points forward, one end of the tap handle 3 is fixedly connected with the valve core control rod, the other end is called a tail end 301 and extends forward to the sprinkling area 8, namely, the direction of the valve core control rod is the same as that of the faucet handle, and the valve core control rod and the faucet handle are both directed to the front of the faucet (including the right front or the oblique front); the user can turn the control lever of the valve cartridge by turning the handle tail end 301 to open or close the water flow passage in the valve cartridge to achieve opening, closing and flow regulation of the faucet. In this embodiment, the tail end 301 of the handle is spherical, when the user rotates the tail end counterclockwise, the faucet opens to discharge water, the flow rate increases correspondingly with the increase of the rotation angle, and then when the user rotates the tail end 301 clockwise, the flow rate of the faucet decreases until the faucet is closed. The entire process is such that the trailing end 301 is within the shower area. The water flow direction is as shown by arrows in fig. 4 and 5, cold water enters the water inlet section from the water supply hose, passes through the valve chamber water inlet hole 501, then passes through the water inlet hole 201 of the valve core 3 to enter the valve core, then flows out of the valve core water outlet hole 203 from the valve core to enter the water outlet section 104, then flows out of the faucet through the bubbler, is sprinkled to the tail end 301 of the handle, and then falls onto the hand of a person for washing hands. The front of the water faucet refers to the direction faced by the front of the water faucet, when a human body stands in front of the normally installed water faucet and faces the water faucet, the right side of the human body is also the left side of the water faucet, the left side of the human body is also the right side of the water faucet, one end of a handle fixedly connected with a control rod is called a handle head or a connecting end, and the other end of the handle fixedly connected with the control rod is called a tail end.
In this embodiment, the handle head is a conventional hollow circular spline housing, and cooperates with the spline shaft at the tail of the valve stem 204 to transmit torque, and the axial fixing mode may be adhesive fixing, friction fixing, or radial screw tightening. The tail end of the handle is spherical, and the middle of the handle is a cylindrical connecting rod.
In this example, there is not enough space in the gap above and below the water outlet of the handle for a person to wash his hands, and when the faucet is in a water-out state and the handle is in a shower area, there is enough space above and below the water outlet of the handle for a person's fingers to scrub the handle or a portion of the handle. Please note that the present embodiment also has no feature of embodiments 2, 3, 4, and 5, namely, the tail end 301 of the handle is in the shower area regardless of whether the valve is in the open state, i.e., whether the faucet is in the water outlet state, the hand has to receive the water flow under the handle to wash hands, i.e., the water flow received by the hand is water flowing downwards or showering over the handle or the end of the handle during hand washing, thereby forcing people to wash the handle before starting to wash hands, otherwise, the received water flow is dirty water.
Fig. 6 is a front view of the valve cartridge (fig. 5) with the handle and valve cartridge removed. The position of the vertical portion of the Z-shaped partition is shown by a dotted line in the figure. The grayed-out portion is a portion of the vertical portion of the zigzag-shaped partition plate as viewed from the opening of the valve chamber inward. Fig. 7 is a schematic bottom view of a first embodiment of the present invention.
The second embodiment (see fig. 8-10, paragraphs 24 and 25 in this specification) of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the valve chamber is disposed in the forward arm, the opening of the valve core chamber is downward, the valve core control rod is directed downward (its lower concept includes downward or oblique downward), one end of the faucet handle is fixedly connected to the valve core control rod, and the other end of the faucet handle extends forward to the shower area, i.e., the direction of the valve core control rod is staggered with the direction of the faucet handle by about 90 degrees, and the user can turn the control rod of the valve core by pushing the tail end of the handle left and right, thereby opening and closing the faucet and adjusting the amount of water output. Specifically, in the present embodiment, (see fig. 10, 11, and 12, when the tail end of the handle is in the water spraying region, the faucet is in the water discharging state, the flow rate is moderate as in fig. 11, and then when the user pushes the tail end 301 of the handle to the right, the flow rate of the faucet is reduced until the water is turned off as in fig. 12, and on the contrary, when the user pushes the tail end 301 of the handle to the left, the flow rate of the faucet is increased until the maximum water discharging state is as in fig. 10.
The handle head of the handle in this embodiment is a hollow circular wheel-shaped spline housing 302 in the prior art, and the spline housing is matched with the spline shaft of the valve rod end to transmit torque, and the axial fixing mode can be adhesive fixing, friction fixing or screw tightening fixing. The tail end is vertically placed in a rugby shape, the middle is a long cylindrical connecting rod, and the other end of the long cylindrical connecting rod is connected to the periphery of the hollow circular spline housing.
The third embodiment of the present invention (see fig. 13) is different from the second embodiment in that the upright post 101 of the 7-shaped faucet is omitted, and only the front arm, the water inlet section, the valve chamber and the water outlet section are located in the front arm, and the tail end of the front arm is provided with a fixed screw 105 which is directly connected to the internal screw seat of the water supply pipe in the wall, such as the common internal screw seat of the water supply pipe for connecting the angle valve.
