Abstract

L'invention concerne un fluide à base d'eau de mer polymère contenant du chlorure de potassium pour la perforation de puits de forage terrestres et de puits en mer, pour la perforation de formations argileuses dans des puits de forage terrestres et des puits en mer obtenu par un procédé de la présente invention, qui est conçu pour perforer des formations à faible et moyenne teneur en argile, mais qui n'est pas limité à ce type de formations de puits si l'opération le justifie. La perforation des zones argileuses avec le système de fluide à base d'eau de mer polymère contenant du chlorure de potassium remplit les besoins techniques rhéologiques pour assurer le transfert et la mise en suspension des déblais de forage, le contrôle de la filtration, le pouvoir lubrifiant, l'inhibition d'argiles. Ledit fluide à base d'eau de mer polymère pour la perforation de formations argileuses dans des puits de forage terrestres et des puits en mer obtenu selon le procédé de la présente invention est principalement composé d'eau de mer, de produits polymères, de liquides de nouvelle génération, au moyen d'une technologie haute performance et à préparation facile et homogénéisation rapide qui réduit au minimum la logistique de navires, assurant l'approvisionnement continu en volume de fluide pendant la perforation, pour éviter les périodes non productives, garantissant la descente des tubages dans le temps estimé, sans retards logistiques opérationnels. Ledit fluide à base d'eau de mer polymère contenant du chlorure de potassium obtenu selon le procédé de la présente invention est conçu pour des zones à teneur en argile comprise entre 15,0 et 50,0 meq/100 milligrammes, à la concentration proposée de "base" et peut contrôler davantage d'argiles à haute réactivité.
