一种锥形蚊香盒 技术领域
本发明属于驱蚊工具领域,尤其涉及一种锥形蚊香盒。
背景技术
如图1所示,传统蚊香盒,都是有一个以上的尖刺或者用细钢丝拉网,用来支撑蚊香。蚊香盒上的尖刺在运输使用的过程中,不小心容易刺伤物品以及手,比较不安全;细钢丝拉网支撑,钢丝容易烧断或者生锈,容易坏掉。传统盘式蚊香还有一个问题是两个单独的蚊香缠绕在一起,不容易分离开。稍不注意,就容易弄碎传统盘式蚊香。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种锥形蚊香盒,即不需要尖刺,也不需要细钢丝拉网,并且,还可以利用蚊香盒的锥度结构帮助分离缠绕在一起的蚊香,即安全又实用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种锥形蚊香盒,包括盒槽,所述盒槽的表面设有锥槽、锥底面和锥顶,所述盒槽的侧面设有锥支撑臂;所述锥槽的一端与所述锥底面相连接,所述锥槽的另一端与所述锥顶相连接,所述锥支撑壁和所述锥槽通过所述锥顶相连接。
进一步地,所述锥底面设置在所述盒槽的中心。
进一步地,所述锥槽与所述盒槽之间的夹角小于90度。
进一步地,所述锥槽的表面设置有多个凸起筋。
进一步地,每个所述凸起筋的一端与所述锥底面相连接,每个所述凸 起筋的另一端与所述锥顶相连接。
进一步地,所述多个凸起筋在所述锥槽的表面,以所述锥底面为中心,环形非接触地分布。
本发明的有益效果为:更安全、更低的成本、使用更加方便,具有重要的推广价值和市场潜力,具体体现在以下三个方面:
(1)、不需要尖刺、细钢丝拉网等结构的存在。因此,更加安全并且减少了金属用量,属于节能环保用品,同时,锥形蚊香盒可以一次成型,不需要人工固定尖刺或者细钢丝拉网的工作,而且在包装运输的过程中,每个锥形蚊香盒还可以紧密的叠放在一起,运输成本也降低了,锥形蚊香盒的整体成本要明显低于传统蚊香盒。
(2)、由于锥槽与盒槽具有小于90度的夹角,这样蚊香在放入锥槽中时,平面状的蚊香由于自身重力的作用,便会自然架空在锥槽上,即锥槽能够支撑蚊香。
(3)、由于设置有多个凸起筋,蚊香在放入盒槽中时,仅仅靠多个凸起筋支撑,减少了接触点,蚊香不容易熄灭,此外由于多个凸起筋的存在,还加强了锥形蚊香盒的强度。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种锥形蚊香盒,包括盒槽4,(其中盒槽4可以为圆形或者类圆形,本发明不作具体的限制),本实施例以圆形为例,盒槽4的表面设有锥槽11、锥底面14和锥顶15,锥槽11的一端与锥底面14相连接,锥槽11的另一端与锥顶15相连接,其中,锥底面14设置在盒槽4的中心,平面放置,(锥底面14可以为圆形或者类圆形,本发明不作具体的限制)本实施例以圆形为例,锥槽11沿着锥底面14的外圆周围绕,锥槽11与盒槽4之间的夹角小于90度,即锥槽11保持一定的倾斜度。盒槽4的侧面设有锥支撑臂13;锥支撑壁13和锥槽11通过锥顶15相连接。锥槽11的表面设置有多个凸起筋111。其中多个凸起筋111沿着锥底面14的外圆周环绕布置,即每个凸起筋111的一端与锥底面14相连接,每个凸起筋111的另一端与锥顶15相连接。每个凸起筋111都保持一定的距离,靠近锥底面14的方向上,多个凸起筋111之间的距离小于靠近锥顶15的方向上的多个凸起筋111之间的距离。由于多个凸起筋111是在锥槽11的表面分布,即每个凸起筋111与盒槽4之间的夹角也小于90度。
本发明是这样实现的:因为锥形蚊香盒是有一定锥度的锥槽11,锥槽11是由锥底面14、锥顶15以及锥支撑壁13组成,这样蚊香在放入锥槽11中时,平面状的蚊香便会自然架空在有锥度的锥槽11上,锥槽11即支撑蚊香。为了使得蚊香支撑点更加少,以减小与金属的接触容易熄灭的问题,在锥槽11的锥面上,设置凸起筋111,这样,蚊香放在放入锥形蚊香盒中时候,仅仅靠凸起筋111就可以支撑,而不用接触到锥槽11,接触点更加少,蚊香不容易熄灭,由于凸起筋111的存在,还加强了锥形蚊香盒的强度。
在分离蚊香的方式上,只需要把蚊香放在锥形蚊香盒上,用手指向下按压蚊香的中间八卦头,两个缠绕在一起的蚊香就会由平面状态沿着锥形蚊香盒的锥槽11变化为锥形状态的蚊香,每个蚊香之间就自然错位分离开来。或者,还有一种简单的办法是,用两只这样的蚊香盒,通过叠放代替手指按压,即可分离。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对 于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

  1. 一种锥形蚊香盒,其特征在于:包括盒槽,所述盒槽的表面设有锥槽、锥底面和锥顶,所述盒槽的侧面设有锥支撑臂;所述锥槽的一端与所述锥底面相连接,所述锥槽的另一端与所述锥顶相连接,所述锥支撑壁和所述锥槽通过所述锥顶相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锥形蚊香盒,其特征在于:所述锥底面设置在所述盒槽的中心。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锥形蚊香盒,其特征在于:所述锥槽与所述盒槽之间的夹角小于90度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锥形蚊香盒,其特征在于:所述锥槽的表面设置有多个凸起筋。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的锥形蚊香盒,其特征在于:每个所述凸起筋的一端与所述锥底面相连接,每个所述凸起筋的另一端与所述锥顶相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的锥形蚊香盒,其特征在于:所述多个凸起筋在所述锥槽的表面,以所述锥底面为中心,环形非接触地分布。
