Abstract

一种真菌小培养装置,包括一载玻片,所述载玻片正面设有一培养皿,所述载玻片和培养皿为一体成型结构而且培养皿的底盘为载玻片,所述培养皿与载玻片形成一真菌培养腔,所述培养皿的侧壁开设有用于伸入接种的通孔,所述通孔与真菌培养腔连通。通过在载玻片正面设有一培养皿,并将载玻片和培养皿设置为一体成型结构,在培养皿的侧壁开设一通孔,便于接种环先期将真菌伸入固态培养基内接种,同时,该培养装置能够直接移至显微镜下观察真菌培养生长情况,无需再额外取出真菌放置在显微镜下,防止实验室污染。

真菌小培养装置
技术领域
本发明涉及微生物实验装置,尤其涉及一种真菌小培养装置。
背景技术
在真菌实验中大都以小培养法来观察其形态变化,真菌一般放在培养皿中的固态培养基中进行培养,培养一定时间后通过接种环转移至显微镜下进行形态学鉴定,以便观察了解真菌的培养生长情况,但是在真菌转移至显微镜下的过程中,受空气流动影响,菌丝和孢子易挥发,容易污染实验室,对实验环境造成很大的影响。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种真菌小培养装置,其可直接转移至显微镜下观察真菌培养生长情况,防止实验室污染。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
真菌小培养装置,包括一载玻片,所述载玻片正面设有一培养皿,所述载玻片和培养皿为一体成型结构而且培养皿的底盘为载玻片,所述培养皿与载玻片形成一真菌培养腔,所述培养皿的侧壁开设有用于伸入接种的通孔,所述通孔与真菌培养腔连通。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述通孔的轴向与载玻片的长度方向相垂直。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述培养皿还包括上盖,所述上盖通过超声波焊接在培养皿的侧壁顶端上,所述上盖的边框还设有朝下的翻边。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述载玻片两侧均设有磨砂区。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述载玻片和培养皿均由透光的聚苯乙烯材料制成。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述培养皿为横截面为圆形或椭圆形或正多边形。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述培养皿为横截面为圆形。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述载玻片的长度为50~100mm,宽度为20~30mm。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述培养皿的直径为15~25mm,高度为2~5mm,所述通孔的内径为1.0~4.0mm。
本发明的有益效果有:
本发明通过在载玻片正面设有一培养皿,并将载玻片和培养皿设置为一体成型结构,在培养皿的侧壁开设一通孔,便于接种环先期将真菌伸入固态培养基内接种,同时,本培养装置能够直接移至显微镜下观察真菌培养生长情况,无需再额外取出真菌放置在显微镜下,防止实验室污染。

具体实施方式
参见图1 ,本发明的一种真菌小培养装置,包括一载玻片1,所述载玻片1正面设有一培养皿2,所述载玻片1和培养皿2为一体成型结构而且培养皿2的底盘为载玻片1,所述载玻片1和培养皿2均由透光的聚苯乙烯材料制成。
此外,所述培养皿1的侧壁开设有用于伸入接种的通孔4,其中,通孔4的轴向与载玻片1的长度方向相垂直,通孔4用于接种环先期将真菌伸入固态培养基内接种,而且孔径较小,不易挥发,所述培养皿2还包括上盖5,所述上盖5通过超声波焊接在培养皿2的侧壁顶端上,所述上盖5的边框还设有朝下的翻边6,进一步密封培养皿2,此外还可将上盖5替换成盖玻片,通过石蜡对培养皿2的侧壁密封处理,以满足不同的要求,也更接近于传统的显微观察模式。
进一步参见图2,所述培养皿1与载玻片2形成一真菌培养腔3,所述通孔4与真菌培养腔3连通,所述载玻片1两侧均设有磨砂区7,便于标记。
另外,培养皿2可为横截面为圆形或椭圆形或正多边形,本实施例中,所述培养皿2为横截面为圆形,载玻片1为长方形,其中,载玻片1的长度为50~100mm,宽度为20~30mm,所述培养皿2的直径为15~25mm,高度为2~5mm,所述通孔的内径为1.0~4.0mm,具体地,在本实施例中,载玻片1的长度为75.9mm,宽度为25.2mm,所述培养皿2的直径为23.1mm,高度为4.35mm,所述通孔4的内径为2.7mm,这样方便本培养装置放置在显微镜下观察,无需再额外取出真菌放置在显微镜下,防止实验室污染。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施方式而已,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 真菌小培养装置,其特征在于:包括一载玻片,所述载玻片正面设有一培养皿,所述载玻片和培养皿为一体成型结构而且培养皿的底盘为载玻片,所述培养皿与载玻片形成一真菌培养腔,所述培养皿的侧壁开设有用于伸入接种的通孔,所述通孔与真菌培养腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的真菌小培养装置,其特征在于:所述通孔的轴向与载玻片的长度方向相垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的真菌小培养装置,其特征在于:所述培养皿还包括上盖,所述上盖通过超声波焊接在培养皿的侧壁顶端上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的真菌小培养装置,其特征在于:所述上盖的边框还设有朝下的翻边。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的真菌小培养装置,其特征在于:所述载玻片两侧均设有磨砂区。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的真菌小培养装置,其特征在于:所述载玻片和培养皿均由透光的聚苯乙烯材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的真菌小培养装置,其特征在于:所述培养皿为横截面为圆形或椭圆形或正多边形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的真菌小培养装置,其特征在于:所述培养皿为横截面为圆形。
