单色电源显示灯,所述单色电源显示灯在接收到所述第一控制器的第一控制信号后点亮;和/或
红色电源显示灯,所述红色电源显示灯在接收到所述第一控制器的第一控 制信号后点亮;和/或
蜂鸣器,所述蜂鸣器接收到所述第一控制器的第一控制信号后发出蜂鸣声。
根据所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
通信网络控制器,分别与所述第一控制器和家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统连接,所述通信网络控制器接收在所述电流感应器检测所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值后发送的第二控制信号,向所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统传送所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值的信息;
所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统接收所述信息并根据用户的选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器返回切断所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令。
根据所述的装置,所述通信网络控制器包括:无线网络发射器、蓝牙网络发射器或者可编程控制器。
根据所述的装置,所述告警阈值为所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流可负荷最大电流值的75%~95%。
根据所述的装置,所述告警阈值为所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流可负荷最大电流值的90%。
根据所述的装置,所述电流感应器和所述电流短路控制器串联连接。
根据所述的装置,所述第一控制器分别与所述电流感应器和所述电流短路控制器串联连接。
根据所述的装置,所述电流感应器和所述电流短路控制器连接于所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的火线上。
根据所述的装置,所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统包括:
移动终端,通过所述移动终端选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器返回切断所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令;和/或
固定终端,通过所述移动终端选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器返回切断所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令。
根据所述的装置,所述电源供应端为电压220V或110V,频率为50-60Hz的交流电电源供应端。
本发明通过将用电量超负荷报警的装置设置为包括:装置本体、电流检测 单元以及告警装置,在电流检测单元检测所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流达到预设的告警阈值后,告警装置发出告警提示。由此,通过告警装置向用户发出告警提示。如采用告警装置中的LED灯及蜂鸣器发出灯光或者声音,警报装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线超出电流负荷状态。此外,插座或电源延长线还能有效地连接家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统,利用手机作监测电源运作及遥控开关电源,可以避免电器产生高温,导致火警等而引致的家居,公司或工厂意外。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参见图2~图6,在本发明的第一实施例中,提供了一种用电量超负荷报警的装置100,包括:
装置本体10,连接于电源供应端,并且在所述装置本体10上设置有至少一个插孔101,所述插孔101用于连接电器;
电流检测单元20,设置在所述装置本体10内,检测所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流是否达到预设的告警阈值;
告警装置30,在所述电流检测单元20检测到所述电流是否达到预设的告警阈值后,发出告警提示。
在该实施例中,用电量超负荷报警的装置100由装置本体10、电流检测单元20以及告警装置构成。其中,装置本体10连接于电源供应端,该电源供应 端可以为电压220V或110V,频率为50-60Hz的交流电电源供应端。而在该装置本体10上设置有至少一个插孔101,该插孔101可以用于连接电器。因此,该插孔101可以是两相插座或者是三相插座。优先的,装置本体10的外形为长方体,并且装置本体10的外壳由阻燃材质构成。例如,装置本体10的外壳的原料为防火、硬度强、难燃物料制造,这样才能够达到不导致危险及安全可靠。而电流检测单元20则是检测装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流是否达到预设的告警阈值;例如,当前电路的电流达到了10A,而告警阈值为12A,则告警装置30不发出告警提示。而在所述电流检测单元20检测到所述电流达到预设的告警阈值后,即12A时,则发出告警提示。该告警阈值为实质为到装置本体10内的电路达危险水平的电流值。具体的,可以是所述告警阈值为所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流可负荷最大电流值的75%~95%,当达到这个范围时,通常认为为电路负载的危险水平。特别是所述告警阈值为所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流可负荷最大电流值的90%时,可以认定若不及时采取措施,可能会发生危险。因此,需要及时的由告警装置30发出告警提示。而且需要说明的是图2~图5中,E表示地线;N表示零线;L表示火线。
参见图4~图6,在本发明的第二实施例中,电流检测单元20包括:
电流感应器21,电流感应器21检测装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值,并与电流短路控制器22连接;
电流短路控制器22,在电流感应器21检测装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到所述告警阈值时,切断所述装置本体10内的电路。
在该实施例中,通过电流感应器21测量装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值;电流短路控制器22在电流感应器21检测装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到所述告警阈值时,则切断所述装置本体10内的电路,由此保护了装置本体10内的电路不发生过载现象,维护了用户使用电器的安全性。
优选的,装置100还包括:
第一控制器40,分别与电流感应器21和电流短路控制器22连接,在电流感应器21检测装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值后向告警装置30发出第一控制信号,控制所述告警装置30发出告警 提示。
所述告警装置30包括:
单色电源显示灯31,所述单色电源显示灯31在接收到所述第一控制器40的第一控制信号后点亮;和/或
红色电源显示灯32,所述红色电源显示灯32在接收到所述第一控制器40的第一控制信号后点亮;和/或
蜂鸣器33,所述蜂鸣器33接收到所述第一控制器40的第一控制信号后发出蜂鸣声。
在该实施例中,通过第一控制器40的控制,在电流感应器21检测装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值后,由第一控制器40向告警装置30发出第一控制信号。接收到该第一控制信号后,告警装置30发出告警提示。具体的,如单色电源显示灯31或者红色电源显示灯32点亮。而单色电源显示灯31可以为各种颜色的单色电源显示灯,只要改单色电源显示灯31则表示装置本体10内的电路存在过载危险。此外,还可以通过蜂鸣器33发出告警提示音,吸引用户的注意。另外,在本发明的一个实施方式中,电流感应器21和电流短路控制器22串联连接。第一控制器40分别与电流感应器21和电流短路控制器22串联连接。电流感应器21和电流短路控制器22连接于所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的火线上。用电量超负荷报警的装置100在其用电量到达危险情况,会启动蜂鸣器以发出警号,以及同时亮起红色LED灯。防止电器产生高温过热,导致火警等而引致的家居,公司或工厂意外。
参见图4~图6,在本发明的第三个实施例中,装置100还包括:
通信网络控制器50,分别与第一控制器40和家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统连接,通信网络控制器50接收在电流感应器21检测装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值后发送的第二控制信号,向所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统传送所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值的信息;
所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统接收所述信息并根据用户的选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器40返回切断所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令。
在该实施例中,第一控制器40通过通信网络控制器50在电流感应器21检测装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值后向家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统发送控制指令,家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统接收所述信息并根据用户的选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器40返回切断所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令。其中,所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统包括:
移动终端,通过所述移动终端选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器40返回切断所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令;和/或
固定终端,通过所述移动终端选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器40返回切断所述装置本体10内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令。而所述通信网络控制器包括:无线网络发射器、蓝牙网络发射器或者可编程控制器。
由此,第一控制器40(CU-Control Unit)同时连接家居管理系统/公司智能管理系统,接收信息及提示及发出指令遥控电源开关。利用通信网络控制器50,如Wi-Fi发射器、篮牙发射器,或电力线网络通讯接口,经过家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统的电脑或手机Apps传递有关信息作通告,之后用户可以根据资料作去相应管理行动,即发出指令遥控电源,可达到监测电源运作及开关电源之作用。
参见图2~图6,在本发明的一个实施例中,装置本体10表面设有至少一个以上插置孔提供电器连接、一个LED显示灯表示电器在使用中的预设电流数值。即装置本体10一端设有电源供应连接于插置孔;另一端设有插头连接电源供应端。在装置本体10内部空间设有一个电流感应器21连接电源供应端、一个电流断路控制器22(保护单元)、一个第一控制器50(CU-Control Unit)连接电流感应器21电流断路控制器22。第一控制器50会依据预设电流数值输出指示。如接收到第一控制信号后告警装置30中的一个蜂鸣器33、单色电源显示灯31或者红色电源显示灯32点亮。此外,通信网络控制器50包括一个Wi-Fi发射器、一个蓝牙发射器或者电力线网络通讯接口。通过通信网络控制器50把信息传送到家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统或者公司智能管理系统中的移动终端或者是固定终端。如固定终端为电脑或移动终端为手机上的Apps进行家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统或者公司智能管理系统。
参见图2~图6,在本发明的一个实施例方式中,电源供应端符合香港地区 的电力供应端的要求,其中,香港电力供应为220V或110V交流电,频率为50-60Hz(赫兹)。电器连接插座或电源延长线后,电流感应器21会连接电源供应单元,接着输出讯号及转换成电流数值到控制器。电功率Watt=电流I(单位为安培,即Ampere)x电压Voltage(单位为伏特,即Volt)。例如:660w电器电功率=3A电流x 220V市电电压。第一控制器40会依据预设电流数值,作出反应。启动LED灯(单色电源显示灯31或红色电源显示灯32)发亮及同时触动蜂鸣器33,发出警号。当过载时,截断电源。LED灯,红色表示其电流数值己经在可负荷范围90%之外,到达危险情况,会启动及发出警号。如果电流己经超出可负荷范围,其中保护单元,因为与电流感测单元及控制器连接而启动自动截断电源。此外,使用插座或电源延长线在日常生活中不可缺少,如何安全地使用非常重要。本发明的实施例中,为一个用LED灯及通过蜂鸣器33发出声音来警报可能超出负荷状态的装置。最重要可以发出声音来警报用电量可能已超出负荷,并且可以防止过载而产生高温,提示电器在使用中可能发生意外,避免造成危险。插座或电源延长线是每家每户(家居,公司,工厂)都有的日常用品,生活中不可缺少。长时间使用同一电器,如家居的风扇;公司的咖啡机或煲水器;工厂中流动性工具等等都会使用插座或电源延长线。它们经常容易被乏略,而缺乏保养及维修,故造成意外。所以插座或电源延长线除了需要有用电量到达危险情况时的警报提示器(单色电源显示灯31或红色电源显示灯32及蜂鸣器33),防止过载,确保安全之外;同时可以连接家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统,利用手机作监测电源运作及遥控开关电源。
参见图2~图6,在本发明的一个实施例中,用电量超负荷报警的装置100设有LED灯,第一控制器40读取电流感应器21的电流数据,依据预设电流数值,发出指示。如指示单色电源显示灯31或红色电源显示灯32或者启动蜂鸣器33发出警号,甚至截断电源,用电量超负荷报警的装置100中的预设模块会根据插座或电源延长线可负荷安全电流量,预设电流数值范围,作出相应指示。
在本发明的一个实施例中,用电量超负荷报警的装置100的插座或电源延长线的安全电流量为15A,接驳了热水瓶6A和电饭锅6A,合共12A,用电到达可负荷水平90%之内,LED灯不会显示及蜂鸣器33不会启动,说明用电在安全水平之内。
在本发明的一个实施例中,用电量超负荷报警的装置100的插座或电源延 长线的安全电流量为12A,接驳了熨斗6A和吹风机5A,合共11A,用电已经到达可负荷范围90%之外,启动LED灯发亮及蜂鸣器33发出声音,说明不但没有剩余电量提供可再接驳多一个电器使用及接近危险水平,警报有可能超出负荷状态。
在本发明的一个实施例中,用电量超负荷报警的装置100接驳了电暖炉7A和电饭锅6A,在插座或电源延长线只有12A安全电流量上,电流超出可负荷范围。其中保护单元,因为与感测单元及控制器连接而启动自动截断电源。LED灯发亮及蜂鸣器33发出警号提示己经到达危险水平、保护单元会在过载自动截断电源为安全用电作出一个简单易明提示,令使用者清楚明白。
参见图6,在本发明的一个实施例中,装置100的第一控制器40可以连接家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统,利用Wi-Fi发射器、篮牙发射器,或电力线网络通讯接口,经过计算机或手机Apps程序传递有关信息作通告。在预设电流数值下,发放不同信息。之后使用者会根据数据作去相应管理行动,即发出指令遥控电源,可达到监测电源运作及开关电源之作用。例如,电器在待机或使用中,电流数值到达可负荷水平90%之内,控制器不会启动LED灯及蜂鸣器33,只会在使用者阅读家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统信息时显示使用中。再如,电器在使用中,电流数值已经到达可负荷范围90%之外,信息预设为红色警号,第一控制器40实时发出一条警告信息。如果使用者在预设时限内没有查阅家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统,控制器会再次发出警告信息,直到使用者查阅家居/公司智能管理系统为止。当使用者进入家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统,需要作出相应行动解除红色警号,才可以停止警告信息继续发出。又如:电器在使用中,电流数值超出可负荷范围。信息预设为停止信息。第一控制器40实时发出一条停止信息。如果使用者在预设时限内没有查阅家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统,控制器会再次发出停止信息,直到使用者查阅家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统为止。当使用者进入家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统,需要作出相应行动解除停止警号,并重新启动电源,才可以解除停止信息继续发出。
在上述多个实施例中,该用电量超负荷报警的装置的多个单元或者器件可以为硬件单元或软硬件结合单元。移动终端可以是手机、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、掌上电脑等。
综上所述,本发明通过将用电量超负荷报警的装置设置为包括:装置本体、电流检测单元以及告警装置,在电流检测单元检测所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流达到预设的告警阈值后,告警装置发出告警提示。由此,通过告警装置向用户发出告警提示。如采用告警装置中的LED灯及蜂鸣器发出灯光或者声音,警报装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线超出电流负荷状态。此外,插座或电源延长线还能有效地连接家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统,利用手机作监测电源运作及遥控开关电源,可以避免电器产生高温,导致火警等而引致的家居,公司或工厂意外。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用电量超负荷报警的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    装置本体,连接于电源供应端,并且在所述装置本体上设置有至少一个插孔,所述插孔用于连接电器;
    电流检测单元,设置在所述装置本体内,检测所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流是否达到预设的告警阈值;
    告警装置,在所述电流检测单元检测到所述电流是否达到预设的告警阈值后,发出告警提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述电流检测单元包括:
    电流感应器,所述电流感应器检测所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值,并与电流短路控制器连接;
    电流短路控制器,在所述电流感应器检测装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到所述告警阈值时,切断所述装置本体内的电路。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第一控制器,分别与所述电流感应器和电流短路控制器连接,在所述电流感应器检测所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值后向所述告警装置发出第一控制信号,控制所述告警装置发出告警提示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述告警装置包括:
    单色电源显示灯,所述单色电源显示灯在接收到所述第一控制器的第一控制信号后点亮;和/或
    红色电源显示灯,所述红色电源显示灯在接收到所述第一控制器的第一控制信号后点亮;和/或
    蜂鸣器,所述蜂鸣器接收到所述第一控制器的第一控制信号后发出蜂鸣声。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    通信网络控制器,分别与所述第一控制器和家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统连接,所述通信网络控制器接收在所述电流感应器检测所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值后发送的第二控制信号,向所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统传送所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流的数值达到预设的告警阈值的信息;
    所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统接收所述信息并根据用户的选择 通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器返回切断所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通信网络控制器包括:无线网络发射器、蓝牙网络发射器或者可编程控制器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述告警阈值为所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流可负荷最大电流值的75%~95%。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述告警阈值为所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的电流可负荷最大电流值的90%。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述电流感应器和所述电流短路控制器串联连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一控制器分别与所述电流感应器和所述电流短路控制器串联连接。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述电流感应器和所述电流短路控制器连接于所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的火线上。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述家居管理系统和/或公司智能管理系统包括:
    移动终端,通过所述移动终端选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器返回切断所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令;和/或
    固定终端,通过所述移动终端选择通过所述通信网络控制器向所述第一控制器返回切断所述装置本体内的电路或者电源延长线的控制指令。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述电源供应端为电压220V或110V,频率为50-60Hz的交流电电源供应端。
