优选的,所述LED灯包括硅胶条,所述硅胶条设置于灯罩内,并沿所述PCB板粘连;所述LED灯包括固定电线的护线夹,和固定所述护线夹的护线夹螺丝,所述电线穿过护线夹,并通过所述护线夹螺丝固定。
优选的,所述LED灯包括电源,所述电源通过电线与接线端子相接,所述 接线端子设置在PCB板上位于LED灯壳体内,所述电源线的另一端位于所述LED灯的壳体外;所述LED灯包括用于固定所述电源的电源卡板,所述电源卡板置于所述PCB板的下方,与所述PCB板相连;所述灯具卡口通过固定螺丝固定在所述电源卡板的下方,其中固定螺丝为半牙螺丝或卡扣螺丝。
本发明公开了一种LED灯安装方法,其中包括:
将灯罩安装在灯座上,其中所述灯罩为一体成型;以及将PCB板安装在灯座与灯罩之间,且所述PCB板上设有光源组件。
优选的,还包括将硅胶条放置在灯罩内,并沿所述PCB板粘连;将LED灯的电线穿过护线夹,并通过护线夹螺丝固定。
优选的,还包括将所述灯座与灯罩安装在连接卡盘内,由所述连接卡盘将灯座与灯罩连接夹紧,将卡盘硅胶垫安装在所述连接卡盘与所述灯座和灯罩之间,所述连接卡盘上设有第一收容孔,所述卡盘硅胶垫上对应设置有第二收容孔;用卡盘盖板封闭所述第一收容孔,并将所述卡盘盖板固定在所述连接卡盘上,卡盘盖板与连接卡盘之间设有盖板硅胶垫,所述卡盘盖板上设有第三收容孔,所述盖板硅胶垫上对应设有第四收容孔;将LED灯内电线的穿过防水接头,所述防水接头穿过所述第三收容孔,固定在所述卡盘盖板上。
优选的,还包括将电源通过电线与LED灯内的接线端子相接,所述接线端子设置在PCB板上位于LED灯壳体内,所述电源线的另一端位于所述LED灯的壳体外;还包括将所述电源卡板置于所述PCB板的下方,与所述PCB板相连;将灯具卡口通过固定螺丝固定在所述电源卡板的下方,其中固定螺丝为半牙螺丝或卡扣螺丝。。
本发明中的LED灯通过将各元件模块化设计,使得LED安装便捷。且LED灯各个模块,采用模块化设计后可以直接作为一种分开的销售方式,且模块化的售后服务变为现实。

具体实施例
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步更详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1(a)、1(b)所示,本发明第一种实施例提供的LED灯。其中包括铝管1,PCB板2以及一体成型的PC面罩3,PC面罩3一般采用透光的塑料制成。该LED灯还包括有灯头4;灯头硅胶垫5;灯头门6,配有M18PG接头;灯头门硅胶垫7;灯头固定部8,型号为PA3*16;门螺丝9,且门螺丝卡在灯头门上,不易单个分离造成螺丝二次安装时丢失,型号为BM4*8型螺丝;防水连接头10;硅胶条11,固线端子12,;电源13,六角螺母14;电源卡板15;灯具卡口16;半牙螺丝17;2管脚双端子DC线18;XH-2AWT卧贴端子19;以及线材20。以上元件电性连接。如图1(a)、1(b)所示,图中包括有LED灯所示的所有部件,以及该LED灯组装完成后的示意图以及侧视图和俯视图。
具体地,在一个是实施例中,铝管1和光源设置在PCB板2上,其中光源置于铝管1内,而面罩为一体成型的PC面罩置于铝管1的外部。进一步的灯头硅胶垫5收容在灯头4内,灯头4上开设有一个第一收容孔,灯头硅胶垫5对应第一收容孔开设有第二收容孔,通过灯头固定部固定在铝管2上。进一步的,灯头门6与灯头4相连,灯头门硅胶垫7收容在灯头门6内,灯头门6上开设有第三收容孔,灯头门硅胶垫7对应所述第三收容孔开设有第四收容孔,通过门螺丝固定在灯头4上。对于本领域的技术人员来说灯头固定部可以是螺丝或者其他类型的固定元件,并不局限于螺丝。而用于固定灯头门的门螺丝也可用其他类型的灯头门固定元件替代,并不局限于门螺丝。通过上述各模块化的部件,使得LED灯的安装更为便捷,同时也有利于灯具的模块化销售。
进一步地,LED灯包括可供穿过电线的防水接头10,防水接头10穿过上 述第三收容孔,固定在灯头门6上。硅胶条11置于PC面罩3内,并沿PCB板2粘连,可以有效改善封装的耐热性和耐湿性,提高LED灯的使用寿命。电源13通过电线与固线端子12相接,固线端子12设置在PCB板上位于LED灯壳体内,电源线的另一端位于所述LED灯的壳体外。进一步地,电源13接好中性线N、零线E后,火线L连接LED灯具为灯具提供电能。电源卡板15置于PCB板2的下方,与PCB板2相连。灯具卡口16通过固定螺丝固定在电源卡板15的下方,其中固定螺丝为半牙螺丝或卡扣螺丝。卡扣螺丝是指具有卡口式结构的螺丝,装配简单,且节省材料。
上述各元件之间连接后,即完成组装,组装完成示意图如图1(b)所示。本发明的LED灯,安装便捷,具有防水,高出光率等优点。
图2(a)、2(b)为本发明第二种实施例提供的LED灯的结构示意图。如图所示,其中包括:包括铝管1,PCB板2以及面罩3,具体的,面罩3为一体成型的PC面罩,一般采用透光的塑料制成。该LED灯还包括有灯头4;灯头硅胶垫5;灯头门6,并配有M18PG接头;灯头门硅胶垫7;M18PG接头8;灯头固定部9,型号为PA3*16;门螺丝10,型号为BM4*8,且门螺丝卡在灯头门上,不易单个分离造成螺丝二次安装时丢失;护线夹11;护线夹螺丝12;硅胶条13;电源14;固线端子15,六角螺母16;电源卡板17;灯具卡口18;卡口螺丝19;两管脚双端子DC线20;XH-2AWT卧贴端子21;以及线材22。以上元件电性连接。如图2(a)、2(b)所示,图中包括有LED灯所示的所有部件,以及该LED灯组装完成后的示意图以及侧视图和俯视图。
具体地,电源置于铝管1的内部,并设置在PCB板2上,面罩3置于铝管1的外部并与PCB板2相连。其中,面罩3可以是一体成型的PC面罩。进一步的灯头硅胶垫5收容在灯头4内,灯头4上开设有一个第一收容孔,灯头硅胶垫5对应第一收容孔开设有第二收容孔,通过灯头固定部固定在铝管2上。进一步的,灯头门6与灯头4相连,灯头门硅胶垫7收容在灯头门6内,灯头门6上配有M18PG接头,灯头门硅胶垫7对应配有M18PG接头与灯头门6相耦接,最后通过门螺丝10固定在灯头4上。在本是实施例中,门螺丝采用的是BM4*8型螺丝,对于本领域的技术人员而言,本实施例仅用于对本发明的说明而不能作为对本实施例的现在,这里的门螺丝也可以用其他类型的灯头门固定部件替代。
进一步地,图2(a)、2(b)所示的LED灯中各元件的连接与组装方法与图1(a)、1(b)所示的LED灯类似,为避免累赘,不再重复描述。有利地,图2(a)、2(b)所示的LED灯中还包括有护线夹11,护线夹螺丝12。LED灯中的电线穿过护线夹11并通过护线夹螺丝固定,可有效的改善电线随意滑落灯风险。
图3(a)、3(b)为本发明第三种实施例提供的LED灯的结构示意图。如图所示,其中包括:包括铝管1,PCB板2以及面罩3,面罩3为一体成型的PC面罩,一般采用透光的塑料制成。该LED灯还包括有灯头4,灯头硅胶垫5,灯头固定部6,塑料门7,塑料门硅胶垫8,门螺丝(半牙)9,型号为BM4*35,且门螺丝卡在灯头门上,不易单个分离造成螺丝二次安装时丢失;螺丝胶圈10,PG接头11,硅胶条12,五位接线端子13,电源卡板14,端子螺丝15,型号为PWA3*16,固线端子16,六角螺母17,电源18,灯具卡口19,半牙螺丝20,两管脚双端子DC线21,XH-2AWT卧贴端子22,以及线材22。以上元件电性连接。如图3(a)、3(b)所示,图中包括有LED灯所示的所有部件,以及该LED灯组装完成后的示意图以及侧视图和俯视图。
具体地,铝管1、PCB板2、面罩、灯头4、灯头硅胶垫5、灯头固定部6之间的连接方式与上述图1(a)、1(b)和图2(a)、2(b)中描述的方式相同,在此不再赘述。与上述两个实施例区别在于,本实施中采用塑料门7、塑料门硅胶垫8以及半牙型门螺丝进一步的固定的灯头。其中塑料门7与灯头4相连,塑料门硅胶垫8收容在塑料门7内,塑料门7上开设有收容孔,塑料门硅胶垫8对应收容孔开设有另一个收容孔,通过半牙型门螺丝固定在灯头4上。在本实施例中,半牙型门螺丝采用的是BM4*35型螺丝,对于本领域的技术人员而言,本实施例仅用于对本发明的说明而不能作为对本实施例的限制,这里的半牙型门螺丝也可以用其他类型的灯头门固定部件替代。
图4(a)、4(b)为本发明第三种实施例提供的LED灯的结构示意图。如图所示,其中包括:包括铝管1,PCB板2以及面罩3,其中面罩3为一体成型的PC面罩,一般采用透光的塑料制成。该LED灯还包括有灯头4,灯头硅胶垫5,灯头固定部6,型号为PA3*16;灯头门硅胶垫7,灯头门8,灯头门螺丝9,型号为BM4*8;AC线材10;奶嘴接线头11,固线夹12,固线夹螺丝13,电源14;固线端子15,六角螺母16,电源卡板17,硅胶圈18,螺丝胶粒19,型号为KA4-20;PG接头20,;灯具卡口21,卡口螺丝22,两管脚双端子DC线23, XH-2AWT卧贴端子24以及硅胶条25。以上元件通过电性连接。如图4(a)、4(b)所示,图中包括有LED灯所示的所有部件,以及该LED灯组装完成后的示意图以及侧视图和俯视图。
具体地,铝管1、PCB板2、面罩、灯头4、灯头硅胶垫5、灯头固定部6、灯头门8、灯头门硅胶垫7以及灯头门螺丝9(类同于灯头门固定部件)之间的连接方式与上述图1(a)、1(b)和图2(a)、2(b)中描述的方式相同,在此不再赘述。本发明主要是针对上述实施例中的配件提供了可替换元件。在本发明中可将图3(b)中的用于固定电源卡板的端子螺丝替换成螺丝胶粒,本实施例中公开的LED灯的配件的替换对于本领域的技术人员是常见的一种替换方式,在此不再描述。上述实施例仅仅作为对于公开的防水LED灯的一部分实施例,通过公开的实施例可知,LED灯的各个部件可以模块化生产销售,且各部件之间具有相似可替换元件,可以更好的推广应用。并且应用范围更广。
通过本发明公开的LED灯,具有以下诸多优点:由于采用一体成型的面罩,本发明公开的LED灯在出光上比现有的同类更大、更均匀、光效更高;外观上设计独特,可在实际应用要求变换安装;由于本发明的LED灯采用三相五线制安装,当连接多个LED灯时,可随意变换不同的串接方向和模式;防水接头的使用,适合北美安装方式的灯具背后防水出线,且可以随意替换现有的北美灯具,并可以防水;最后.防脱式卡扣可以保证灯具更安全。另外除了提升LED灯效率以及便利外,在生产组装LED灯时,简化了组装程序,提高了组装效率。另外卡板的模块化生产更具灵活性和功能变换。还有本发明公开的LED灯具有独特的散热方式,可以有效把电源的热直排到灯外,有效的降低了灯体内热沉积,增加灯具使用寿命。
本发明中的LED灯通过使用线材的排布可以排除灯体移动时产生的异响。降低线材脱落风险和磨损破裂风险。而LED灯各个模块,采用模块化设计可以直接作为一种分开的销售方式,且模块化的售后服务变为现实。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明实施例中的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED灯,其特征在于,包括灯座和安装在所述灯座上的灯罩,所述灯座与灯罩之间设有PCB板,所述PCB板上设有光源组件,所述灯罩为一体成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯包括连接卡盘,所述灯座与灯罩安装在所述连接卡盘内,由所述连接卡盘将灯座与灯罩连接夹紧,所述连接卡盘与所述灯座和灯罩之间设有卡盘硅胶垫,所述连接卡盘上设有第一收容孔,所述卡盘硅胶垫上对应设置有第二收容孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯包括封闭所述第一收容孔的卡盘盖板,所述卡盘盖板固定在所述连接卡盘上,卡盘盖板与连接卡盘之间设有盖板硅胶垫,所述卡盘盖板上设有第三收容孔,所述盖板硅胶垫上对应设有第四收容孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯包括可供穿过电线的防水接头,所述防水接头穿过所述第三收容孔,固定在所述卡盘盖板上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯包括硅胶条,所述硅胶条设置于灯罩内,并沿所述PCB板粘连;所述LED灯包括固定电线的护线夹,和固定所述护线夹的护线夹螺丝,所述电线穿过护线夹,并通过所述护线夹螺丝固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯包括电源,所述电源通过电线与接线端子相接,所述接线端子设置在PCB板上位于LED灯壳体内,所述电源线的另一端位于所述LED灯的壳体外;所述LED灯包括用于固定所述电源的电源卡板,所述电源卡板置于所述PCB板的下方,与所述PCB板相连;所述灯具卡口通过固定螺丝固定在所述电源卡板的下方,其中固定螺丝为半牙螺丝或卡扣螺丝。
  7. 一种LED灯安装方法,其特征在于,其中包括:
    将灯罩安装在灯座上,其中所述灯罩为一体成型;以及
    将PCB板安装在灯座与灯罩之间,且所述PCB板上设有光源组件。
  8. 根据权利要求11所述的LED灯安装方法,其特征在于,还包括将硅胶条放置在灯罩内,并沿所述PCB板粘连;将LED灯的电线穿过护线夹,并通过护 线夹螺丝固定。
  9. 根据权利要求11所述的LED灯安装方法,其特征在于,还包括:将所述灯座与灯罩安装在连接卡盘内,由所述连接卡盘将灯座与灯罩连接夹紧,将卡盘硅胶垫安装在所述连接卡盘与所述灯座和灯罩之间,所述连接卡盘上设有第一收容孔,所述卡盘硅胶垫上对应设置有第二收容孔;用卡盘盖板封闭所述第一收容孔,并将所述卡盘盖板固定在所述连接卡盘上,卡盘盖板与连接卡盘之间设有盖板硅胶垫,所述卡盘盖板上设有第三收容孔,所述盖板硅胶垫上对应设有第四收容孔;将LED灯内电线的穿过防水接头,所述防水接头穿过所述第三收容孔,固定在所述卡盘盖板上。
  10. 根据权利要求11所述的LED灯安装方法,其特征在于,还包括:将电源通过电线与LED灯内的接线端子相接,所述接线端子设置在PCB板上位于LED灯壳体内,所述电源线的另一端位于所述LED灯的壳体外;还包括将所述电源卡板置于所述PCB板的下方,与所述PCB板相连;将灯具卡口通过固定螺丝固定在所述电源卡板的下方,其中固定螺丝为半牙螺丝或卡扣螺丝。
