Description

Protective member for fender and pneumatic fender
The present invention relates to a protective member for a fender and a pneumatic fender, and particularly relates to a protective member for a fender used by being attached to the fender, and a pneumatic fender having a protective member for a fender. Is.
Conventionally, a pneumatic netting material placed on a quay or the like has a chain net woven with used tires wrapped around its outer peripheral surface. Thereby, the outer periphery of the pneumatic fender was protected by the tire.
Generally, the tire is black and the outer surface of the ship is white. Therefore, when the ship contacts the pneumatic fender through the tire, the black color of the tire may transfer to the outer surface of the ship. Moreover, even if the pneumatic fenders themselves are formed in white in consideration of the landscape, black tires sometimes stand out.
Therefore, the following pneumatic fenders have been proposed.
13 is a schematic front view of a conventional pneumatic fender disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-348840, and FIG. 14 is a perspective view of a protective block in the pneumatic fender shown in FIG. FIG.
Referring to these drawings, a net-shaped protective material 95 for a fender is installed on the outer peripheral surface of the pneumatic fender 91.
The protective material 95 for the fender is disposed in a checkered pattern on the outer peripheral surface of the pneumatic fender 91, and a plurality of protections formed into a substantially square plate shape by extrusion molding using polyethylene resin. The block 100 is constituted.
The protective block 100 includes a connecting connecting hole 103a and 103b through which a string-like member 102 such as a rope is inserted in the vicinity of the opposite side edge part, and an uneven part 104 substantially parallel to the connecting connecting hole 103a and 103b on the front and back surfaces. And are formed.
Further, the protection block 100 is made of a polyethylene resin material colored in a color similar to the color of the ship to be in contact with or a color that matches the scenery of the place where the fender is used. As a result, the color transfer to the ship and the landscape are taken into consideration.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2007-106350
In the conventional pneumatic fender 91 as described above, since the protective block 100 is made of polyethylene resin, it is hard and has poor buffering properties.
In addition, the following pneumatic fenders have been proposed.
FIG. 15 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another conventional pneumatic fender disclosed in Patent Document 2, and FIG. 16 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of an “X” portion shown in FIG.
Referring to these drawings, the pneumatic fender 121 is composed of a main body portion 132 formed in a hollow cylindrical shape and cap portions 133a and 133b at both ends.
The main body 132 includes an inner layer rubber 134 formed inside thereof, a reinforcing cord layer 135 formed outside the inner layer rubber 134, an outer layer rubber 136 formed outside the reinforcing cord layer 135, and an outer layer rubber 136. It is composed of a urethane elastomer coating layer 137 that is integrally applied to the outer surface and colored in an arbitrary color. Thereby, there is little possibility of polluting the external appearance of a ship.
However, in the pneumatic fender 121, the urethane elastomer coating layer 137 is coated with a urethane elastomer coating material colored in a predetermined color by a spray method using a static mixing gun or the like, or using a brush or the like. It is intended to be applied and not to contaminate the exterior of the ship. Therefore, the urethane elastomer coating layer 137 has a small thickness and a poor buffering property. Moreover, even if the coating thickness is formed thick at an arbitrary portion, like the urethane elastomer coating layer 137a shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 16, the buffering property is still poor. Therefore, in order to improve the buffering property, it is necessary to form the entire urethane elastomer coating layer 137 to be thicker, which takes time and effort.

With this configuration, the impact from the ship is transmitted to the fender main body through the fender protective member.
As described above, the protective member for a fender according to the first aspect of the present invention improves the buffering property of the fender as a whole because the buffering property of the buffer is improved. Further, since the color of the buffer body can be selected according to the color of the ship, the color transfer in the ship is not noticeable.

FIG. 16 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of “X” portion shown in FIG. 15.
FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a fender having a fender protective member according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic right side view of the fender shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a schematic end view taken along line III-III shown in FIG.
Referring to these drawings, a fender 6 is a pneumatic fender 1 disposed on a quay or the like (not shown), and is made of a rubber material that is a flexible material having airtightness. The main body 2 having the shape of the heel, and the protective member 11 for the main body, which is attached to the outer peripheral surface 3 of the main body 2 (the outer surface 10 of the fender 6 and the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6). It consists of.
A connecting member 5a is attached to the right end of the fender 6 via a connector 4a. The fender 6 is connected to another adjacent fender via the connecting member 5a. Similarly, a connecting member 5b is attached to the left end portion of the fender 6 via a connector 4b. The fender 6 is connected to another adjacent fender via the connecting member 5b.
The protective member 11 for fenders has a compression performance comparable to that of a used tire, and is made of foamed polyurethane, which is a fine foam material of independent foam. For example, a buffer that can be colored in any color by mixing pigments or the like. The body 21a to 21h and the adhesive 36 which is the attachment means 31 for attaching the buffer bodies 21a to 21h to the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6 are provided. Thereby, the protection member 11 for fenders can be formed advantageously in cost.
Each of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h of the protective member 11 for the fender is formed in a shape obtained by deforming the rectangular parallelepiped so that the lower surface has a curved shape along the outer peripheral surface 8 having the fist shape of the fender 6. . Each of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h is arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction so that the longitudinal direction of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h and the longitudinal direction of the fender body 2 are parallel. Each of the lower surfaces of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6 with an adhesive 36 which is an attachment means 31. By fixing with the adhesive 36 in this way, the buffer bodies 21a to 21h are firmly bonded to the fender 6 so that the reliability of the fender protective member 11 attached to the fender 6 is improved. To do.
In use, when the ship touches the quay, the impact from the ship is transmitted to the fender body 2 of the fender 6 (pneumatic fender 1) through the fender protective member 11. , The impact on the ship is reduced.
As described above, the buffer bodies 21a to 21h of the protective member 11 for fenders are formed of a foam material. As a result, the buffering properties of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h are improved, so that the buffering property of the entire fender is improved.
Here, the buffer bodies 21a to 21h are made of polyurethane foam as described above. Therefore, since the buffering properties of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h are further improved, the buffering property of the fender as a whole is further improved. The buffer bodies 21a to 21h may be formed of foamed polyethylene. In this case, the same effect as the polyurethane foam can be obtained.
Further, the buffer bodies 21a to 21h of the protective member 11 for the fender can be colored in any color as described above. By forming in this way, the color of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h can be selected according to the color of the ship, for example, white, so that color transfer in the ship is not noticeable. That is, even if the colors of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h shift to the ship, the colors do not stand out. Alternatively, the color of the buffer bodies 21a to 21h can be selected according to the color suitable for the scenery of the place where the fender 6 is used. As a result, the landscape is taken into consideration.
When a part of the shock absorbers 21a to 21h of the fender 6 is worn or damaged by repeated use, only the corresponding shock absorber is removed and a new shock absorber is attached to the fender 6 with the adhesive 36. Can be installed and replaced.
FIG. 4 is a schematic front view of a fender having a fender protective member according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a schematic right side view of the fender shown in FIG. FIG. 6 is a schematic end view seen from the VI-VI line shown in FIG.
Note that the fender protective member 12 according to the second embodiment has the same basic configuration as the fender protective member 11 shown in FIG. Here, the difference will be mainly described.
Referring to these drawings, the buffer bodies 21a to 21h of the fender protective member 12 are bonded to the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6 with an adhesive 36 in the fender protective member 11 shown in FIG. What is directly fixed is fixed to an elastic sheet 39 which is an attachment means 31 in which a sheet-like rubber is bonded to a cloth.
The buffer bodies 21a to 21h of the protective member 12 for the fender are fixed with an adhesive to an elastic sheet 39 having a size that wraps around a part of the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6. When the elastic sheet 39 is wound around the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6, the buffer bodies 21 a to 21 h of the fender protective member 12 are arranged in the same manner as the fender protective member 11 shown in FIG. 1. As described above, the elastic sheet 39 is preferably fixed.
The elastic sheet 39 which is the attachment means 31 is wound around the fender 6 so that the end portions 41a and 41b which are both ends in the circumferential direction face each other.
In each of the end portions 41a and 41b of the elastic sheet 39 in the wound state, holding holes 44a and 44b, which are a pair of holding means 50, are formed at opposing positions, respectively. Both ends (end portions 41a and 41b) of the elastic sheet 39 are fixed by inserting a fixing tool 55 made of a shackle as the holding means 50 into each of the pair of holding holes 44a and 44b. Thereby, the elastic sheet 39 is held in a state of being wound around a part of the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6 by the holding means 50 (which constitutes the attachment means 31). In the elastic sheet 39, two or more holding holes 44a and 44b, which are the holding means 50, and the fixture 55 are formed at both end portions (end portions 41a and 41b) of the elastic sheet 39. From the viewpoint of Here, in the elastic sheet 39, holding means 50 are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the fender 6 respectively.
With this configuration, the buffer bodies 21 a to 21 h are attached to the fender 6 via the elastic sheet 39, so that the fender protective member 12 can be easily attached to the fender 6. . In addition, since the elastic sheet 39 is wound around the fixing member 55, the attachment of the protective member 12 for the fender to the fender 6 is expedited. Further, since the elastic sheet 39 is formed to include rubber having a small specific gravity, buoyancy is generated in the elastic sheet 39.
If most of the shock absorbers 21a to 21h of the fender 6 are worn or damaged by repeated use, the elastic sheet 39 is removed from the fender 6 and an elastic sheet to which a new shock absorber is fixed is attached. By attaching to the fender 6, quick replacement is possible.
7 is a schematic front view of a fender having a fender protective member according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a schematic right side view of the fender shown in FIG. FIG. 9 is a schematic enlarged end view showing a part seen from the IX-IX line shown in FIG. 7, and FIG. 10 is a schematic front view of the shock absorber in the fender shown in FIG. FIG. 11 is a schematic right side view of the shock absorber shown in FIG.
Note that the fender protective member 13 according to the third embodiment has the same basic configuration as the fender protective member 11 shown in FIG. Here, the difference will be mainly described.
Referring to these drawings, the shock absorbers 21a to 21h of the protective member 13 for fenders are made of foamed polyurethane, which has a compression performance comparable to that of a used tire, and is a minute closed-cell foamed material. It can be colored to any color. The buffer bodies 21a to 21h are attached to a part of a string-like member 64 of a net-like member 61, which will be described later, which is the attaching means 31.
The mesh member 61 as the attachment means 31 is formed by connecting a plurality of string-like members 64a and 64b made of chains in a mesh shape, and has a size that is wound around a part of the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6 in an annular shape. ing.
The net-like member 61 is annularly wound around a part of the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6 and the holders 82a and 82b, which are holding means 80 (constituting the attachment means 31), of the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6 are provided. The state wrapped around a part is held. The holders 82a and 82b, which are the holding means 80, are disposed at both ends (right end and left end) of the fender 6 and connected to a plurality of string-like members 64a and the like.
With reference to FIGS. 9 to 11 in particular, the buffer body 21b of the protective member 13 for fenders has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape with an opening 27, and part of the string-like members 64a and 64b. A pair of buffer members 25a and 25b to be sandwiched, and an adhesive 30 for fixing each of the buffer members 25a and 25b with the buffer members 25a and 25b sandwiching a part of the string-like members 64a and 64b. The
In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, in the state where each of the pair of buffer members 25a and 25b is overlapped (a state where a part of the string-like members 64a and 64b shown in FIG. 9 is sandwiched), the buffer body 21b is Insertion holes 28a to 28d for inserting the string-like members 64a and 64b are formed in a straight line so as to communicate with the opening 27 from the apex portion in front view. That is, each of the pair of buffer members 25a and 25b is formed with grooves 29a and 29b having a semicircular shape in cross section so that the insertion holes 28a to 28d are formed when they are overlapped. Each of the other buffer bodies 21a, 21c to 21h is formed in the same manner as the buffer body 21b.
Here, the length L 1 in the lateral direction viewed from the front of the cushion 21b shown in FIG. 10 is a 550 mm, the vertical length L 2 is 550 mm, the diameter R 1 of the opening 27 200 mm. Length W in the horizontal direction in the side view of the cushion 21b shown in FIG. 11 is a 120 mm, the diameter R 2 of the through hole 28a is 60 mm. The diameters of the insertion holes 28b to 28d are formed in the same manner as the diameter of the insertion hole 28a.
Buffer body 21b has the same compression performance as used tires. The used tire here is an automobile tire having a thickness of 157 mm, an outer diameter of 470 mm, and an inner diameter of 230 mm. The buffer body 21b has a compression performance of 35% displacement at a load of 5.5 kN and an absorption energy of 0.085 kN · m at a displacement of 35%. 1 and the shock absorbers 21a to 21h in the fender protective member 12 shown in FIG. 4 have compression performance comparable to that of this used tire.
FIG. 12 is a schematic attachment process diagram of the shock absorber in the fender shown in FIG.
Referring to (1) of FIG. 12, when mounting the buffer body 21b, first, the buffer member 25b of the buffer body 21b is disposed between the outer peripheral surface 8 of the fender 6 and the string-like member 64b. In that case, it arrange | positions so that the groove | channel 29b of the buffer member 25b may be located under the string-like member 64b.
Next, referring to (2) of FIG. 12, the buffer member 25a of the buffer body 21b is superimposed on the buffer member 25b from above and fixed with the adhesive 30. In that case, it arrange | positions so that the groove | channel 29a of the buffer member 25a may be located above the string-like member 64b, and it pinches | interposes with the buffer bodies 21a and 21b. Thereby, the buffer body 21b sandwiches a part of the string-like member 64b by the insertion hole 28d.
Therefore, since the buffer body 21b is attached to the fender 6 through the mesh member 61, the fender protective member 13 can be easily attached to the fender 6. Further, since the buffer body 21b can be attached to the mesh member 61 while the mesh member 61 is wound around the fender 6, the buffer body 21b can be easily attached.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the buffer bodies 23a and 23b are attached to the string-like member 64b of the mesh member 61, thereby improving the cushioning property of the entire fender.
Furthermore, with reference to FIGS. 7 and 10, the string-like member 64a is inserted into the insertion holes 28a and 28c of the buffer body 21b. The string-like member 64b is inserted into the insertion holes 28b and 28d of the buffer body 21b. The string-like member 64a and the string-like member 64b are connected at the position of the opening 27 of the buffer body 21b. By attaching in this way, the buffer body 21b does not move carelessly.
If the buffer bodies 21a to 21h of the fender 6 are worn or damaged by repeated use, they can be replaced by removing them from the mesh member 61 and attaching a new buffer body as shown in FIG. it can. At this time, insertion holes 28a to 28d are formed in the buffer body 21b, and the buffer body 21b and the string-like members 64a and 64b are not completely in close contact with each other, so that they can be easily removed. Moreover, since the string-like members 64a and 64b do not get in the way of attachment, the buffer members 25a and 25b can be easily bonded.
