Description
The present invention relates to a paper tube, a roll sheet, and a method for manufacturing the paper tube.
Conventionally, in a roll sheet such as a toilet roll, a fragrance is imparted to a core paper tube so that the scent can be felt when the product is used.
For example, it is known that after a paper tube is formed, a fragrance is attached to the predetermined region of the outer peripheral surface of the paper tube by spraying the fragrance composition (FIG. 1).
Moreover, the fragrance | flavor application layer formed by apply | coating a fragrance | flavor to the inner peripheral surface of a paper tube, the 1st film which is provided in the inner peripheral surface of the fragrance | flavor application layer, and has several opening parts, The inner peripheral surface of a 1st film There is known a paper tube provided with a gas barrier second film which is detachably provided. (Patent Document 1).
However, in the paper tube of FIG. 1, the fragrance component easily escapes from the outer peripheral surface side of the paper tube through a sheet wound around the paper tube. In addition, when used for a so-called multi-roll roll-shaped sheet having a large number of sheets wound per roll, the period until the use of the roll is longer, the fragrance imparted to the paper tube is before the end of use. It may volatilize and disappear.
Further, in Patent Document 1, although the scent of the scent after the start of use is mentioned, the long-term sustainability assumed for a multi-rolled sheet is not studied.
In view of the above points, an object of one embodiment of the present invention is to provide a paper tube for a roll-like sheet that can maintain a scent for a long period of time.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a first form of the present invention is a paper tube that becomes a core of a roll-shaped sheet, a cylindrical base paper layer, an outer gas barrier layer provided outside the base paper layer, A fragrance layer provided between the base paper layer and the outer gas barrier layer.
According to the first aspect, since the fragrance layer is provided between the base paper layer and the outer gas barrier layer, the outer gas barrier is interposed between the fragrance layer and the sheet when the sheet is wound around the paper tube. There will be intervening layers. Therefore, the volatilization (release) of the fragrance component through the sheet from the outer peripheral surface of the fragrance layer is significantly reduced. As a result, the fragrance component is mainly volatilized from the end surface of the fragrance layer, and partly from the end surface and the inner peripheral surface of the base paper layer, and as a result, the fragrance component is mainly volatilized from the end surface of the roll-shaped sheet. It is well controlled and can maintain a scent over a long period of time. Moreover, since the rapid fall of the intensity | strength of a fragrance is prevented, the user can continue to feel a fragrance stably with the intensity | strength comparable as the start stage of use.
In the second embodiment of the present invention, an inner gas barrier layer is provided inside the base paper layer.
The perfume ingredient penetrates into the base paper layer. Therefore, the base paper layer may escape from the inner surface of the base paper layer to the center of the roll. On the other hand, according to said 2nd form, volatilization of the fragrance | flavor component from the inner peripheral surface side of a paper tube can also be suppressed because a paper tube further has an inner side gas barrier layer inside a base paper layer. . Thereby, volatilization of the fragrance | flavor component from both peripheral surfaces of a paper tube is suppressed, and since the fragrance | flavor component will volatilize from the end surface of a fragrance | flavor layer and a base paper layer, the sustained effect of the fragrance over a long period of time increases further.
In the third aspect of the present invention, the base paper layer includes an inner base paper layer and an outer base paper layer provided outside the inner base paper layer, and the perfume layer includes the inner base paper layer and the outer base paper layer. And at least one of the outer base paper layer and the outer gas barrier layer.
According to the third aspect, the base paper layer includes the inner base paper layer and the outer base paper layer, so that it is possible to increase the strength of the paper tube while maintaining the avoidance of the exposure of the fragrance layer.
In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the perfume layer contains an adhesive component.
According to the fourth embodiment, the bond between the fragrance layer and the outer gas barrier layer and the bond between the fragrance layer and the base paper layer can be strengthened. In particular, since the outer gas barrier layer can be laminated more closely, the volatilization of the fragrance component can be further suppressed, and the effect of maintaining the scent can be further enhanced.
A fifth aspect of the present invention is a roll-shaped sheet including a paper tube according to any one of the first to fourth aspects and a sheet wound around the paper tube.
According to the fifth embodiment, since the roll-shaped sheet has the paper tube that exhibits the effects described above for the first to fourth embodiments as a core, the roll-shaped sheet capable of maintaining the scent for a long period of time. Can be provided.
The sixth aspect of the present invention has a cylindrical base paper layer, an outer gas barrier layer provided outside the base paper layer, and a perfume layer provided between the base paper layer and the outer gas barrier layer. A method for producing a paper tube that becomes a core of a roll-shaped sheet, comprising: preparing a base paper to be the base paper layer and an outer gas barrier film to be the outer gas barrier layer; and at least the base paper and the outer gas barrier film. On the other hand, a laminate comprising the base paper, the fragrance composition or the fragrance-containing base material, and the outer gas barrier film by applying a fragrance composition or a fragrance-containing base material containing a fragrance component to be the fragrance layer. And forming the paper tube by winding the laminate on a core shaft.
According to the sixth aspect, it is possible to manufacture a paper tube that exhibits the same effects as the first aspect.
7th form of this invention includes the process of laminating | stacking the 2nd base paper used as a 2nd base paper layer, and the inner side gas barrier film used as an inner side gas barrier layer, and forming the 2nd laminated body, The said laminated body Winding the core around the core shaft to form the paper tube includes winding the second laminated body around the second laminated body after winding the second laminated body around the core shaft.
According to the seventh aspect, it is possible to manufacture a paper tube having the same effects as the second aspect.
In the eighth aspect of the present invention, the fragrance composition contains an adhesive component, or the fragrance-containing substrate has adhesiveness.
According to the eighth aspect, it is possible to manufacture a paper tube that exhibits the same effects as the fourth aspect.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a paper tube for a roll-like sheet that can maintain a scent for a long period of time is provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the drawings are for easy understanding of the description, and are not necessarily drawn according to the actual dimensional ratio.
FIG. 2 (a) shows a schematic perspective view of a paper tube according to this embodiment. FIG. 2B shows a partially enlarged view of the end surface (cut surface). As shown in FIG. 2B, the paper tube 10 of this embodiment includes a cylindrical base paper layer 20, an outer gas barrier layer 41 provided outside the base paper layer 20, a base paper layer 20, and an outer gas barrier layer 41. And a perfume layer 30 provided between the two.
In the paper tube 10 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2B, the fragrance layer 30 is sandwiched between the base paper layer 20 and the outer gas barrier layer 41, so the sheet 11 is wound as shown in FIG. In the state of the roll sheet 12, the outer gas barrier layer 41 is interposed between the fragrance layer 30 and the sheet 11. Therefore, the fragrance | flavor component contained in the fragrance | flavor layer 30 is confined by the outer side gas barrier layer 41 in an outer peripheral surface, and the diffusion through the sheet | seat 11 of a fragrance | flavor component is reduced significantly. Thereby, since the place where the scent is released from the paper tube 10 is the end face and part of the fragrance layer 30 from the inner peripheral face and the end face of the base paper layer 20, the scent is maintained for a long period of time, for example, several months. be able to. Therefore, even when it is used as a paper tube for a multi-rolled roll sheet, until the use of the multi-rolled roll sheet is completed (until the multi-rolled roll sheet is consumed) You can continue to feel the scent.
And according to this form, since the intensity | strength of a fragrance does not fall rapidly during a use period, the scent of the same intensity | strength as the initial stage of use is stably maintained until use is complete | finished. be able to. Therefore, a fragrance can be scented with a comfortable strength from the initial stage of use to the end of use without using an excessive amount of perfume.
In addition, since the outer gas barrier layer 41 is provided on the outer peripheral surface side of the paper tube 10, an instrument or a person can contact the outer peripheral surface of the outer gas barrier layer 41 when the sheet 11 is wound (FIG. 4). Since there is little or no nature, there is an advantage that the risk of damage to the outer gas barrier layer 41 is small. The perfume layer 30 disposed between the base paper layer 20 and the outer gas barrier layer 41 is also less likely to be damaged for the same reason.
The base paper layer 20 has a cylindrical shape, and specifically has a hollow cylindrical shape. The base paper layer 20 may be composed of a single layer or a plurality of layers, and may be a flat-wrapped paper tube or a so-called spiral paper tube wound spirally. Among them, a paper tube in which two or more base papers (paper tube base paper) are spirally wound and bonded with an adhesive (FIG. 5) is preferable because the strength of the paper tube can be secured.
The basis weight of the base paper constituting the base paper layer 20, preferable to be 100 ~ 400g / m 2, and more preferably a 130 ~ 200g / m 2. The paper thickness of the base paper is preferably 50 to 800 μm, more preferably 100 to 400 μm. By setting the basis weight and the paper thickness within the above ranges, appropriate strength and mass can be obtained. In addition, the base paper of the base paper layer 20 may be subjected to a coating treatment or the like, particularly on the surface facing the perfume layer 30, to suppress the diffusion / penetration of the perfume from the perfume layer 30 into the base paper layer 20.
The outer gas barrier layer 41 is a layer that does not easily transmit the gas of the fragrance component emitted from the fragrance layer 30, and the scent from the fragrance layer 30 is not substantially felt from the surface on which the outer gas barrier layer 41 is provided. It has a function to make. For example, the outer gas barrier layer 41 has an oxygen permeability of 200 cc / m 2 · day · atm or less and a carbon dioxide permeability of 900 cc / m 2 · day · atm or less. Since volatilization can be suitably prevented, it is preferable. The thickness of the outer gas barrier layer 41 is preferably 17 to 100 μm. Further, the outer gas barrier layer 41 may be a single layer or a plurality of layers.
The material used for the outer gas barrier layer 41 is preferably a resin film. For example, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), resin in which styrene elastomer is blended with EVOH, nylon, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH), polyvinylidene chloride, biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP), etc. Examples include polypropylene. Of these, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) is preferable because of its particularly high gas barrier properties. Nylon is preferred because it has high gas barrier properties and a good balance between longitudinal and lateral tear strength.
Among the above resins, one or a plurality of materials can be appropriately selected according to the kind of the fragrance or the desired scent strength. When a plurality of materials are selected, the resins can be mixed and used, or each resin film can be laminated to be used as a laminate film.
Further, the outer gas barrier layer 41 can be a metal sheet such as a metal foil, or a laminated film obtained by laminating the above resin film on a metal sheet.
The fragrance layer 30 can be formed by applying a fragrance (fragrance component) or a fragrance composition containing a fragrance to the outer gas barrier layer 41 and / or the base paper layer 20. Alternatively, a substrate such as paper, non-woven fabric or cloth impregnated with a liquid composition containing a fragrance can be formed by adhering to the outer gas barrier layer 41 and / or the base paper layer 20.
As the fragrance contained in the fragrance layer 30, natural or synthetic known fragrances can be used. Specific examples include Ryusen Incense, Benzo Incense, Kaigo Incense, Spirit Cat Incense, Clove Oil, Galvanam, Jasmine, Labanam, Mate Tea, Merilot, Mimosa, Musk Tonkin, Myrrh, Oak Moss, Milk Incense, Syringe Incense, Oris, Bachuri, Rose Natural flavors such as marie, lemon, grapefruit, peppermint, mandarin, lime, yuzu, chamomile, lavender, rose, spearmint, sandalwood, vetiver, violet leaf, and extracts thereof, alcohol, ketone, aldehyde, benzaldehyde, benzoic acid, Cinnamic acid, cinnamic aldehyde, cinnamic alcohol, coumarin, ester, indole, ketone, salicylic acid and related compounds, terpenes such as limonene, linalool, citronellol, menthol and geraniol, and combinations of vanillin and the like Perfumes and the like. These may be used alone or in combination as a blended fragrance. The selection of the fragrance may be determined according to the desired fragrance tone. The perfume component can be appropriately diluted with mineral oil such as dipropylene glycol and paraffin oil, castor oil, and vegetable oil such as soybean oil in order to adjust the strength of the fragrance (fragrance).
In addition, the fragrance layer 30 counteracts the scent to be imparted with a deodorant substance such as an extract of plantain family plants, an extract of a legume family Clara genus plant, cypress oil, hiba oil, cedar oil, fine oil, camphor oil and the like. It can also be added in a different kind and amount.
In addition, the amount of the fragrance when the fragrance layer 30 is formed by directly applying the liquid fragrance to the base paper layer 20 can be appropriately selected according to the kind of the fragrance and the desired fragrance strength. 0.14 to 3.4 μL / cm 2 is preferable, 0.27 to 2.0 μL / cm 2 is more preferable, and 0.41 to 1.23 μL / cm 2 is further preferable. For example, when a base paper layer having a length of 114 mm and a paper tube diameter of 41 mm is used, it is preferably 20 to 500 μL, more preferably 40 to 300 μL, and even more preferably 60 to 180 μL. By setting it as 20 microliters or more, the sustainability of the fragrance of the liquid fragrance | flavor used in this field | area can be improved more. Moreover, a fragrance | flavor can be favorably apply | coated on the base paper layer 20 by setting it as 500 microliters or less.
The perfume layer 30 may be provided so as to cover the peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20, or may be provided so as to cover a part of the area of the peripheral surface. In that case, the fragrance layer 30 preferably covers 20% or more of the peripheral surface area of the base paper layer 20, more preferably covers 50% or more of the peripheral surface area of the base paper layer 20, and the base paper More preferably, it covers 80% or more of the area of the peripheral surface of the layer 20. Further, the fragrance layer 30 may cover 100% of the area of the peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20, that is, may cover the entire peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20.
As will be described later, when the base paper layer 20 is formed by spirally winding two base papers, the base paper may be wound while overlapping the edges of the outer base paper. In that case, since the perfume is difficult to permeate through the overlapping portion, the perfume layer 30 may be provided to avoid the overlapping allowance. For example, when the width of the paper tube base paper is 80 mm, the overlap margin may be set to about 3 to 15 mm, and the perfume layer 30 may cover 80 to 95% of the area of the peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20.
When the fragrance layer 30 is provided so as to cover a part of the peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20, the fragrance layer 30 having a predetermined area may be dispersed in an island shape, or the fragrance layer 30 may be It can also be applied to one or more bands on 20.
The outer gas barrier layer 41 may be formed so as to cover almost the entire fragrance layer 30. Thereby, the fragrance | flavor layer 30 can avoid contacting the air | atmosphere or the sheet | seat 11 directly in an outer peripheral surface. Further, if the outer gas barrier layer 41 is formed so as to cover almost the entire fragrance layer 30, it is preferable that the outer gas barrier layer 41 is formed so as to cover 50% or more of the area of the outer peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20. More preferably, it is formed so as to cover 80% or more of the area of the outer peripheral surface of the layer 20, and more preferably, it is formed so as to cover 90% or more of the area of the outer peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20. Further, it is particularly preferable that it is formed so as to cover 100% of the area of the outer peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20, that is, over the entire outer peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, an additional gas barrier layer, that is, an inner gas barrier layer 42 can also be provided inside the base paper layer 20. The material and / or thickness of the inner gas barrier layer 42 may be the same as or different from that of the outer gas barrier layer 41. The gas permeability of the inner gas barrier layer 42 may be the same as or different from that of the outer gas barrier layer 41. When the gas permeability of both gas barrier layers 41 and 42 is different, the difference can be utilized to control the volatilization of the fragrance.
Since the perfume layer 30 is disposed between the base paper layer 20 and the outer gas barrier layer 41, the exposed portion to the atmosphere is limited as described above. However, the fragrance component contained in the fragrance layer 30 penetrates into the base paper layer 20. Therefore, the fragrance component can be volatilized from the inner peripheral surface of the base paper layer 20 into the atmosphere through the base paper layer 20. Moreover, since the inner peripheral surface of the paper tube 10 may come into contact with a member such as a paper holder during use and may be damaged, the fragrance may easily escape from the damaged portion.
On the other hand, by providing the inner gas barrier layer 42 inside the base paper layer 20, volatilization of the fragrance component from the inner peripheral surface side of the paper tube 10 can be suppressed. Thereby, volatilization of the fragrance component from both the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the paper tube 10 is suppressed, and the diffusion of the fragrance component to the atmosphere is substantially from the end surfaces of the fragrance layer and the base paper layer. The effect of sustaining the fragrance over time is further enhanced.
Further, the inner gas barrier layer 42 may be a single layer or a plurality of layers.
As described above, the base paper layer 20 may be a plurality of layers. Then, it is preferable that the base paper layer 20 has an inner base paper layer 21 and an outer base paper layer 22 as shown in FIG. 2 because the paper tube 10 can ensure an appropriate strength. In that case, the fragrance layer 30 may be provided between the outer base paper layer 22 and the outer gas barrier layer 41. In such an arrangement of the fragrance layer 30, the fragrance layer 30 is provided between the two base paper layers 21 and 22 and the outer gas barrier layer 41, thereby preventing volatilization of the fragrance component. Can enhance the effect.
Further, the perfume layer 30 may be provided between the inner base paper layer 21 and the outer base paper layer 22. When the inner gas barrier layer 42 is further provided in this form, the fragrance layer 30 is disposed in the center in the laminated body of the inner gas barrier layer 42, the base paper layer 20, and the outer gas barrier layer 41. If it does so, a fragrance | flavor component can be volatilized with sufficient balance from the end surface of the inner base paper layer 21 and the end surface of the outer base paper layer 22 of the paper tube 10.
As described above, the fragrance layer 30 can be formed by applying a fragrance or a fragrance composition containing a fragrance to the outer gas barrier layer 41 and / or the base paper layer 20. In this case, it is preferable that the fragrance | flavor or the fragrance | flavor composition containing a fragrance | flavor has adhesiveness. That is, it is preferable that the fragrance itself has adhesiveness or an adhesive component is added to the fragrance composition. Thereby, the coupling | bonding of the fragrance | flavor layer 30 and the base paper layer 20, and the coupling | bonding of the fragrance | flavor layer 30 and the outer side gas barrier layer 41 can be strengthened. In particular, since the outer gas barrier layer 41 can be laminated more closely, volatilization of the fragrance can be further suppressed, and the effect of maintaining the scent can be further enhanced.
When the fragrance composition contains a component other than the fragrance such as the adhesive component, the amount of the fragrance in the fragrance layer 30 is changed by adjusting the blending ratio of the fragrance and the adhesive component. be able to. Therefore, the amount of the fragrance in the fragrance layer 30 can be adjusted according to the type of the desired fragrance and the intensity of the fragrance.
In addition, when the fragrance | flavor or the fragrance | flavor composition containing a fragrance | flavor apply | coated to the outer side gas barrier layer 41 and / or the base paper layer 20 does not have adhesiveness, it adheres to the outer side gas barrier layer 41 and / or the base paper layer 20 previously. It is preferable to laminate the fragrance layer 30 after applying the agent. However, even when the fragrance or the fragrance composition containing the fragrance has adhesiveness, the fragrance layer 30 is laminated after the adhesive is additionally applied to the outer gas barrier layer 41 and / or the base paper layer 20. You can also.
In addition, as described above, the fragrance layer 30 is obtained by impregnating a base material such as paper, non-woven fabric, or cloth with a fragrance or a composition containing a fragrance to form a fragrance-containing base material. It can also be formed by being applied to the base paper layer 20. In this case, it is preferable that the perfume-containing substrate has adhesiveness. That is, it is preferable that the fragrance itself to be impregnated has adhesiveness, the adhesive component is added to the fragrance composition containing the fragrance to be impregnated, or the base material itself has adhesiveness. Thereby, the coupling | bonding of the fragrance | flavor layer 30 and the base paper layer 20, and the coupling | bonding of the fragrance | flavor layer 30 and the outer side gas barrier layer 41 can be strengthened. In particular, since the outer gas barrier layer 41 can be laminated more closely, the volatilization of the fragrance can be further suppressed, and the effect of maintaining the scent for a long time can be further enhanced.
In addition, when the fragrance | flavor containing base material does not have adhesiveness, it is preferable to laminate | stack the fragrance | flavor layer 30 after apply | coating an adhesive agent beforehand to the outer side gas barrier layer 41 and / or the base paper layer 20. FIG. However, even if the fragrance-containing substrate has adhesiveness, the fragrance layer 30 can be laminated after additionally applying an adhesive to the outer gas barrier layer 41 and / or the base paper layer 20.
Examples of the adhesive component to be added include polyvinyl alcohol adhesives, natural rubber adhesives, natural rubber latex adhesives, acrylic adhesives, hot melt adhesives, starch adhesives, and cellulose adhesives. And vinyl acetate adhesives. When a resinous film is used for the outer gas barrier layer 41 and / or the inner gas barrier layer 42, it is preferable to use an acrylic adhesive that is excellent in adhesiveness with the resin.
Next, a method for manufacturing the paper tube 10 will be described. FIG. 5 shows an example of a manufacturing process and a manufacturing apparatus for the paper tube 10 according to this embodiment.
In the example of FIG. 5, first, the outer base paper 26 that becomes the outer base paper layer 22 and the outer gas barrier film 45 that becomes the outer gas barrier layer 41 are supplied. The fragrance composition 33 is applied (applied) to the outer surface of the outer base paper 26 (the surface disposed on the outer side of the paper tube 10), and then the outer gas barrier film 45 is laminated. Thereby, the laminated body containing the outer side base paper 26, the fragrance | flavor composition 33, and the outer side gas barrier film 45 is formed. In the illustrated example, the fragrance composition 33 is applied to the outer surface of the outer base paper 26, but it may be applied to the inner surface of the outer gas barrier film 45 instead of or in addition to the outer base paper 26. It is.
The fragrance composition 33 can be a liquid or slurry composition in which a fragrance (fragrance component) is dispersed in a dispersion medium. Moreover, it is preferable that an adhesive component is added to the fragrance composition 33. When the fragrance composition 33 does not have adhesiveness because no adhesive component is added to the fragrance composition 33 or the fragrance itself does not have adhesiveness, as shown in FIG. An adhesive 67 can be applied in advance to the inner surface of the gas barrier film 45. The adhesive 67 can be applied to the outer surface of the outer base paper 26 in place of or in addition to the application to the outer gas barrier film 45.
Further, instead of applying the fragrance composition 33, a fragrance-containing base material is formed by impregnating a fragrance component or a fragrance composition into a base material such as paper, woven fabric, or non-woven fabric. It can also be applied (attached) to at least one of the outer base paper 26 and the outer gas barrier film 45. In that case, the fragrance | flavor containing base material has adhesiveness because the fragrance | flavor to impregnate has adhesiveness, the adhesive agent component is added to the fragrance | flavor composition, or the base material itself has adhesiveness. It is preferable. When the fragrance-containing substrate does not have adhesiveness, the adhesive 67 can be applied in advance to the inner surface of the outer gas barrier film 45 as described above. The adhesive 67 can be applied to the outer surface of the outer base paper 26 in place of or in addition to the application to the outer gas barrier film 45.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner gas barrier film 46 that becomes the inner gas barrier layer 42 and the inner base paper 25 that becomes the inner base paper layer 21 are supplied. An adhesive 66 is applied to the inner surface of the inner base paper 25, and then the inner gas barrier film 46 is laminated. Thereby, the laminated body containing the inner base paper 25 and the inner side gas barrier film 46 is formed. The adhesive 66 may be applied to the outer surface of the inner gas barrier film 46.
The adhesive 66 may contain the same component as the above-mentioned adhesive component that can be contained in the perfume layer 30. When the inner gas barrier film 46 is made of a resin, the adhesive 66 is also preferably an acrylic adhesive because it has excellent adhesion to the resin.
Subsequently, in order to form the paper tube 10, a laminate including the outer base paper 26, the fragrance composition 33 and the outer gas barrier film 45 (outer laminate), and a laminate including the inner base paper 25 and the inner gas barrier film 46. The body (inner laminated body) is spirally wound around a core shaft (mandrel shaft) 2 that rotates in one direction. In that case, winding is performed so that the laminated body including the inner base paper 25 and the inner gas barrier film 46 is on the inner side.
At that time, as shown in the figure, an adhesive 65 is applied to the inner surface of the outer base paper 26 and bonded to the inner base paper 26. The adhesive 65 may be applied to the outer surface of the inner base paper 25. The adhesive 65 may include the same components as the above-described adhesive components that can be contained in the perfume layer 30. Further, the adhesive 65 can be mixed with a fragrance (fragrance component). Thereby, the structure by which the fragrance | flavor layer 30 is arrange | positioned between the inner base paper layer 21 and the outer base paper layer 22 can be obtained easily.
After the inner laminate and the outer laminate are wound, the paper tube is cut into a predetermined length to obtain a paper tube 10 for the roll sheet 12.
When winding the laminate, the inner laminate can be spirally wound around the core shaft 2 without any gaps while abutting the edges. Moreover, it can also wind so that an edge part may leave | separate and it can also wind, overlapping edge parts. The same applies to the outer laminate. Moreover, in order to improve an intensity | strength, an inner side laminated body and an outer side laminated body can be mutually shifted and wound, as shown in FIG.
In the illustrated example, a laminate (inner laminate) including the inner base paper 25 and the inner gas barrier film 46 is wound, and then a laminate including the outer base paper 26, the fragrance composition 33, and the outer gas barrier film 45 (from above). Although the outer laminated body is wound, the paper tube 10 can be manufactured by omitting the inner laminated body and winding the outer laminated body directly around the core shaft 2 in a spiral shape.
The paper tube 10 of this embodiment is suitably used as the core of a roll-like sheet 12 for hygiene such as toilet or makeup.
In addition, a paper tube refers to the tubular member which has a function which simplifies transportation, installation, and use of a sheet-like product by winding a sheet-like product, such as sanitary thin paper, around it, and making it into a roll shape. The paper tube is generally made of paper, but may contain a material other than paper (resin film or the like) as in the present embodiment. What is substantive is also included in the concept of paper tubes.

<Scent evaluation>
The roll sheets of Examples 1 to 8 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were sealed in a polyethylene film bag and allowed to stand at room temperature of 50 ° C. and relative humidity of 50%. About each roll-shaped sheet | seat, the sensory evaluation of the intensity | strength of the fragrance after 0 hour, 24 hours, and 48 hours was performed. Note that this condition is a severer condition than the normal use condition assuming deterioration of the product over a long period of time. In this test, 24 hours corresponds to about one and a half months when used under normal conditions, and 48 hours corresponds to about three months when used under normal conditions.

In Comparative Examples 1 to 3, the scent intensity rapidly decreases with time, whereas in Examples 1 to 8, the scent intensity decrease rate is small. Therefore, in Examples 1 to 8, the same scent intensity as in the initial stage of use can be stably maintained over several months.
Furthermore, when Example 1 and Example 5 to which the same amount of fragrance was applied were compared, Example 5 having a gas barrier layer on both the outside and the inside had a higher scent persistence. Similar results were obtained when Examples 2 to 4 were compared with Examples 6 to 8, respectively.
In Examples 1 to 8, the fragrance evaluation of Examples 4 and 8 with a large amount of fragrance was high, but a phenomenon in which the fragrance hangs down from the base paper layer during application was observed. From this, it was found that Examples 1 to 3, 5 to 7 were superior to Examples 4 and 8 from the viewpoint of ease of production.
