按键 技术领域
本公开涉及按键技术领域,例如涉及一种按键。
背景技术
随着网络机顶盒在普通家庭中的使用越来越广泛,市场需求也越来越大,消费者对电子设备,例如机顶盒的要求也越来越高。为了实现透光或透光显示特定的图案或字符,一般通过在面壳或在加做的装饰件的底部做背光板或导光件来实现;指示灯一般在面壳开孔或加导光件实现;按键开关功能一般通过普通的按键来实现,不仅成本高、结构复杂,而且装配难度较大。
发明内容
本公开提供一种按键,将按键功能与装饰灯和指示灯功能整合,减少了零部件数量,简化了结构,降低了成本,提高了组装效率。
本公开采用以下技术方案:
一种按键,包括:
按键本体;
凸起部,所述凸起部凸设在所述按键本体上;
标识部,所述标识部设置在所述凸起部的顶部,所述标识部为透光区,所述凸起部除所述标识部外的其他部位均为非透光区。
可选的,还包括设置在所述凸起部的一侧的印刷电路板PCB;
固定在所述PCB上且位于PCB与凸起部之间的LED灯,所述LED灯与所述标识部相对设置,使得所述LED灯的灯光通过所述标识部射出。
可选的,还包括位于所述凸起部与所述PCB之间的遮光体,所述遮光体的中部是镂空的,其中,所述凸起部、所述PCB和所述遮光体形成密闭的空间。
可选的,所述按键本体为塑胶按键。
可选的,所述标识部通过镭雕设置在所述凸起部的顶部。
可选的,所述按键本体的底部设置有触点,所述PCB设置有与所述触点相配合的轻触开关。
可选的,所述按键本体的两侧均设置有向两侧延伸第一预设距离后向背离 所述标识部的方向延伸第二预设距离的悬臂结构,所述按键本体的外侧设置有向背离所述标识部的方向凸出的支撑部。
可选的,还包括面壳,所述面壳设置有与所述凸起部相配合的通孔。
可选的,所述悬臂结构与所述面壳通过第一螺钉固定连接,所述悬臂结构的远离所述按键的一端设置有与所述第一螺钉相配合的第一安装孔,所述面壳设置有与所述第一螺钉相配合的第二安装孔。
可选的,所述悬臂结构在所述第一安装孔的两侧均设置有定位孔,所述面壳设置有与所述定位孔相配合的定位柱。
可选的,所述PCB与所述面壳通过第二螺钉固定连接,所述PCB的两端均设置有与所述第二螺钉相配合的第三安装孔,所述面壳设置有与所述第二螺钉相配合的第四安装孔。
可选的,所述遮光体通过背胶固定在所述PCB上。
可选的,所述遮光体包括遮光海绵。
可选的,凸起部设置在所述按键本体的中部。
一种机顶盒,包括上述任一项所述的按键。
本实施例的按键将按键功能与装饰灯和指示灯功能整合,减少了零部件数量,简化了结构,降低了成本,提高了组装效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图7并通过具体实施例来进一步说明本公开的技术方案。
如图1至图6所示,一种按键,包括按键本体1,按键本体1的中部设置有向上凸出的凸起部11,凸起部11的顶部设置有标识部111,标识部111为透光区,凸起部11的除标识部111外的其他部位均为非透光区。可选的,凸起部11的下方设置有PCB2,PCB2在标识部的相对位置设置有LED灯21。可选的,凸起部11与PCB2之间设置有中空的遮光体3,用于防止从凸起部11和PCB2之间漏光,凸起部11、PCB2和遮光体3形成密闭的空间,LED灯21的灯光通过标识部向外射出。标识部111为透光区,起装饰灯和指示灯的作用,与相关技术中电子设备例如机顶盒的指示灯、透光装饰件和按键一般为独立的个体相比,本实施例的按键将按键功能与装饰灯和指示灯功能整合,减少了零部件数量,简化了结构,降低了成本,提高了组装效率。
本实施例中,如图1所示,按键还包括面壳4,面壳4设置有与凸起部11相配合的通孔41。可选地,按键本体1为塑胶按键,凸起部11的顶部镭雕有标识部111。生产时,用调好的塑胶原料生产按键本体1,使得按键本体1达到均匀透光的效果,并可根据需要设置按键本体1的颜色;然后在按键本体1的外表面喷油使其不透光,喷油颜色可与面壳4的颜色保持一致,也可根据需要喷对应颜色的油漆;再在凸起部11的顶部镭雕所要的特定字符或图案,使得仅镭雕后的标识部111透光,凸起部11的其它部位不透光。
本实施例中,如图3所示,按键本体1的底部设置有触点12,PCB2设置有与触点12相配合的轻触开关22。如图5和图6所示,按键本体1的两侧均设置有向外并向下延伸的悬臂结构13,按键本体1的外侧设置有向下凸出的支撑部14。触点12和轻触开关22相配合,起到按键本体1的开关作用;悬臂结构13的设置,起到调整触点12与轻触开关22之间的按压力度的作用,可通过调整悬臂结构13的长度、宽度和厚度等以实现按键本体1的按压力度大小和均匀性的调整,同时起到防止卡键的作用。
本实施例中,悬臂结构13与面壳4通过第一螺钉固定连接。如图5和图6所示,悬臂结构13的外端设置有与第一螺钉相配合的第一安装孔131;如图4所示,面壳4设置有与第一螺钉相配合的第二安装孔42。悬臂结构13与面壳4通过第一螺钉固定连接,使得按键本体1固定在面壳4上,提高了结构的可靠性。
本实施例中,如图5和图6所示,悬臂结构13在第一安装孔131的两侧均设置 有定位孔132;如图4所示,面壳4设置有与定位孔132相配合的定位柱43。定位孔132与定位柱43相配合,提高了组装的效率。
本实施例中,PCB2与面壳4通过第二螺钉固定连接。如图1所示,PCB2的两端均设置有与第二螺钉相配合的第三安装孔23;如图4所示,面壳4设置有与第二螺钉相配合的第四安装孔44。PCB2与面壳4通过第二螺钉固定连接,提高了结构的可靠性。
本实施例中,遮光体3通过背胶固定在PCB上。可选地,遮光体3为遮光海绵。在其他实施例中,可根据需要选择其他具有遮光功能的材料作为遮光体3。
图7是本实施例的机顶盒的结构框图。如图7所示,本实施例还提供了一种机顶盒7,包括上述任一所述的按键71,还可以是包括其他支持所述机顶盒7正常工作的部件。其中,按键71的具体结构参见上文,此处不再赘述。
工业实用性
本实施例提供的按键将按键功能与装饰灯和指示灯功能整合,减少了零部件数量,简化了结构,降低了成本,提高了组装效率。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种按键,包括:
    按键本体(1);
    凸起部(11),所述凸起部(11)凸设在所述按键本体(1)上;
    标识部(111),所述标识部(111)设置在所述凸起部(11)的顶部,所述标识部(111)为透光区,所述凸起部(11)除所述标识部(111)外的其他部位均为非透光区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按键,还包括设置在所述凸起部(11)的一侧的印刷电路板PCB(2);
    固定在所述PCB(2)上且位于PCB(2)与凸起部(11)之间的LED灯(21),所述LED灯(21)与所述标识部(111)相对设置,使得所述LED灯(21)的灯光通过所述标识部(111)射出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的按键,还包括位于所述凸起部(11)与所述PCB(2)之间的遮光体(3),所述遮光体(3)的中部是镂空的,其中,所述凸起部(11)、所述PCB(2)和所述遮光体(3)形成密闭的空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按键,其中,所述按键本体(1)为塑胶按键。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的按键,其中,所述标识部(111)通过镭雕设置在所述凸起部(11)的顶部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的按键,其中,所述按键本体(1)的底部设置有触点(12),所述PCB(2)设置有与所述触点(12)相配合的轻触开关(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的按键,其中,所述按键本体(1)的两侧均设置有向两侧延伸第一预设距离后向背离所述标识部(111)的方向延伸第二预设距离的悬臂结构(13),所述按键本体(1)的外侧设置有向背离所述标识部(111)的方向凸出的支撑部(14)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的按键,还包括面壳(4),所述面壳(4)设置有与所述凸起部(11)相配合的通孔(41)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的按键,其中,所述悬臂结构(13)与所述面壳(4)通过第一螺钉固定连接,所述悬臂结构(13)的远离所述按键的一端设置有与所述第一螺钉相配合的第一安装孔(131),所述面壳(4)设置有与所述第一螺钉相配合的第二安装孔(42)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的按键,其中,所述悬臂结构(13)在所述第一安装孔(131)的两侧均设置有定位孔(132),所述面壳(4)设置有与所述定位 孔(132)相配合的定位柱(43)。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的按键,其中,所述PCB(2)与所述面壳(4)通过第二螺钉固定连接,所述PCB(2)的两端均设置有与所述第二螺钉相配合的第三安装孔(23),所述面壳(4)设置有与所述第二螺钉相配合的第四安装孔(44)。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的按键,其中,所述遮光体(3)通过背胶固定在所述PCB上。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的按键,其中,所述遮光体(3)包括遮光海绵。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的按键,其中,凸起部(11)设置在所述按键本体(1)的中部。
  15. 一种机顶盒(7),包括权1-14任一所述的按键(71)。
