本申请基于申请号为201610855283.7、申请日为2016年09月27日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种控制移动终端的方法、移动终端和计算机存储介质。
背景技术
目前无线网络的使用很广泛,在宾馆、医院和商场等场所都有无线保真接口,只要终端支持无线保真(WiFi,Wireless-Fidel ity)上网,就可以使用终端进行各种操作。但是在图书馆和文物博物馆等场所对终端的使用有限制,例如在图书馆,终端要设置为静音模式,在文物博物馆,终端的拍照功能要被禁用。目前在这些场所只能通过提醒警告的方式通知用户不要启用拍照功能或将终端设置为静音模式,在很多情况下用户并不遵守规则,对纪律的管理和知识产品的保护方面都造成了不便。
发明内容
本申请实施例期望提供一种控制移动终端的方法和移动终端,解决了现有技术存在的不能对终端的功能进行统一控制的问题。
本申请实施例提供一种控制移动终端的方法,包括:
接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段;
根据所述目标字段对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能进行控制。
本申请实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括:
接收模块,配置为接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段;
控制模块,配置根据所述目标字段对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能进行控制。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行的一个或多个程序,一个或多个所述程序被所述计算机执行时使所述计算机执行如上述提供的一种控制移动终端的方法。
本申请实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括:
通信接口,配置为与无线保真设备进行通信;
存储器,配置为存储计算机可执行的一个或多个程序;
处理器,与所述通信接口及所述存储器连接,配置为通过执行所述程序,能够执行如上述提供的一种控制移动终端的方法。
本申请实施例,接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段;根据所述目标字段对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能进行控制。在广播消息中添加特殊字段,利用特殊字段来实现对移动终端的各个功能的统一控制,为特定场所和特殊活动的管理带来方便。

具体实施方式
为使本申请要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述,应当理解,以下所说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供一种控制移动终端的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101、接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段。
步骤S102、根据所述目标字段对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能进行控制。
在步骤S101中,在某些特定场所,对移动终端的使用有限制。例如在图书馆或者会议室这样的场所,一般不允许有噪音出现,移动终端要设置为静音状态。在文物博物馆或者名胜古迹这样的场所,一般不允许拍摄照片和录制视频。但是用户往往不遵守规定,给管理造成了很大的麻烦。因此利用无线保真设备的接入点(AP,Access Point)模式广播消息,并在广播消息中加入特殊的字段,利用这些特殊的字段来实现对移动终端的各个功能的控制。
其中无线保真设备可以是无线路由器,也可以是其他发射无线保真信号的设备,总之,所述无线保真设备,可供终端接入的电子设备。
移动终端的无线保真功能为开启状态时,在不与无线保真设备建立连接的状态下即可扫描到广播消息,进而获得广播消息中的特殊字段,最后实现对移动终端中的各个功能的控制。
在步骤S102中,目标字段即为特殊字段,每一个特殊字段对应控制移动终端中的一个功能。例如将这些特殊字段定义为无线保真禁止WIFI_FORBIDDEN,取值范围为0x00-0xFF,其中0x00代表该无线保真覆盖 范围内对移动终端的使用没有特殊要求,0x01-0xFF表示按照统一约定标准对移动终端的各个功能进行控制。例如0x01对应禁止拍摄照片和录制视频;0x02对应禁止录音;0x03对应强制静音;0x04对应禁用数据链接等等。另外,也可定义一个字段同时控制两种及两种以上的移动终端的功能。
另外,除了对移动终端中的各个功能进行控制之外,还要对移动终端的无线保真功能进行控制。只要获取的广播消息中的特殊字段为非0x00的字段,就强制控制移动终端的无线保真功能不可关闭,即用户不可手动关闭移动终端的无线保真功能。如果移动终端的无线保真功能已经被设置为强制不可关闭,那么就不需要再利用非0x00的字段强制控制移动终端的无线保真功能不可关闭了。
在本实施例中所述步骤S102可包括以下至少之一:
根据所述目标字段,禁止所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能,例如,禁止拍照、禁止录像、禁止向所述无线保真设备所在局域网络以外的设备发送数据;
根据所述目标字段,将所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能切换到预定模式。例如,手机来电提醒模式,自动切换到会议模式或静音模式。
总之,在所述步骤S102中,将根据所述目标字段,禁止对所述移动总段中与目标字段对应的功能,和/或,切换到预定模式,使得移动终端所开启的功能或所开启的功能的模式,与所述移动终端所在的位置和/或场所的场景相适配。
本实施例中,提出一种控制移动终端的方法,利用无线保真设备的接入点模式广播消息,并在广播消息中添加特殊字段,利用这些特殊字段实现对移动终端中的各个功能的控制,为特定场所和特殊活动的管理带来方便。
如图2所示,本申请实施例提供另一种控制移动终端的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S201、获取所述目标字段与控制命令的对应关系。
步骤S202、开启所述移动终端的无线保真功能,以使所述移动终端随时接收所述无线保真设备发送的广播消息。
步骤S203、接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段。
步骤S204、根据所述对应关系对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能执行与所述目标字段对应的控制命令。
在步骤S201中,在进入某个特定场所之前,先在移动终端中安装场所管理方开发的计算机应用程序(APP,Application),这样用户携带移动终端进入特定场所时,移动终端开启无线保真功能后,该APP支持移动终端随时进行扫描,并且强制控制移动终端的无线保真功能不可关闭,即用户无法手动关闭移动终端的无线保真功能。
另外,该APP中包含各个特殊字段与移动终端中的各个功能的对应关系。当移动终端获取了广播消息中的特殊字段后,根据APP中包含的各个特殊字段与移动终端中的各个功能的对应关系就可以知道获取的特殊字段是对移动终端中的哪一个功能进行控制。
需要说明的是,在移动终端中安装场所管理方开发的APP只是一种实现方式,也可以采用统一约定的标准对各个特殊字段的含义进行定义。
在步骤S202中,开启移动终端的无线保真功能,可以有两种方式,第一种方式为步骤S201中提到的在移动终端中安装场所管理方开发的APP,安装了该APP后,开启移动终端的无线保真功能,该APP支持移动终端随时都进行扫描,并强制控制移动终端的无线保真功能不可关闭。第二种方式为由场所管理方的工作人员进行检查,要求用户将移动终端的无线保真 功能打开。
在步骤S203中,利用无线保真设备的接入点模式广播消息,并在广播消息中加入特殊的字段,利用这些特殊的字段来实现对移动终端的各个功能的控制。移动终端接收包含特殊字段的广播消息,并从广播消息中获取特殊字段。
在步骤S204中,获取到广播消息中的特殊字段后,根据场所管理方开发的APP中的对特殊字段的约定标准,即各个特殊字段与移动终端中各个功能的对应关系就可以知道获取的特殊字段是对移动终端中的哪一个功能进行控制。需要说明的是,也可定义一个字段同时控制两种及两种以上的移动终端的功能。
另外,除了对移动终端中的各个功能进行控制之外,还要对移动终端的无线保真功能进行控制。只要获取的广播消息中的特殊字段为非0x00的字段,就强制控制移动终端的无线保真功能不可关闭,即用户不可手动关闭移动终端的无线保真功能。如果移动终端的无线保真功能已经被设置为强制不可关闭,那么就不需要再利用非0x00的字段强制控制移动终端的无线保真功能不可关闭了。
可选的,所述控制命令包括:
禁止所述移动终端拍摄照片和录制视频的命令;
禁止所述移动终端录音的命令;
控制所述移动终端静音的命令;
控制所述移动终端自动播放音视频的命令;
禁止所述移动终端使用数据连接、蓝牙和无线保真连接的命令。
各个特殊字段对移动终端中的各个功能都有对应的控制指令,移动终端获取了广播消息中的特殊字段后,就根据获取的特殊字段对移动终端中的某个功能进行控制。
对移动终端中的各个功能进行控制,例如,在文物博物馆里是禁止拍照和录制视频的,那么就可以在广播消息中添加一个控制移动终端的相机功能的字段,而控制移动终端的相机功能的字段为0x01,并且字段0x01控制的是移动终端的相机功能是事先在APP中设置好的。而移动终端本身无法获得字段0x01的具体含义,即移动终端本身无法获悉字段0x01控制的是什么功能,需要到安装的APP中找出字段0x01控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能。
当移动终端接收到广播消息后,从广播消息中获取这个0x01字段,再从移动终端安装的APP中获取0x01这个字段控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能,这样就知道0x01这个字段控制的是移动终端的相机功能,因此就实现了对移动终端的相机功能的控制。
当某个特定场所禁止用户录音时,就可以在广播消息中添加一个控制移动终端的录音功能的字段,而控制移动终端的录音功能的字段为0x02,并且字段0x02控制的是移动终端的录音功能是事先在APP中设置好的。而移动终端本身无法获得字段0x02的具体含义,即移动终端本身无法获悉字段0x02控制的是什么功能,需要到安装的APP中找出字段0x02控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能。
当移动终端接收到广播消息后,从广播消息中获取这个0x02字段,再从移动终端安装的APP中获取0x02这个字段控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能,这样就知道0x02这个字段控制的是移动终端的录音功能,因此就实现了对移动终端的录音功能的控制。
在图书馆或者会议室这样的场所,一般是不允许有噪音出现的,这就要求用户的移动终端要设置为静音状态。此时就可以在广播消息中添加一个控制移动终端的音量功能的字段,而控制移动终端的音量功能的字段为0x03,并且字段0x03控制的是移动终端的音量功能是事先在APP中设置好 的。而移动终端本身无法获得字段0x03的具体含义,即移动终端本身无法获悉字段0x03控制的是什么功能,需要到安装的APP中找出字段0x03控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能。
当移动终端接收到广播消息后,从广播消息中获取这个0x03字段,再从移动终端安装的APP中获取0x03这个字段控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能,这样就知道0x03这个字段控制的是移动终端的音量功能,因此就实现了对移动终端的音量功能的控制。并且此时用户无法手动更改移动终端的音量,在特定场所的无线保真设备控制范围内移动终端一直是强制静音的。
在学校里,大部分学生都有自己的移动终端,在课堂上使用移动终端玩游戏、看视频或者看小说会影响听课效率,而且往往屡禁不止。此时可以在学校的无线保真设备广播的消息中添加一个禁止使用移动终端连接网络的字段,而这个字段为0x04,并且字段0x04控制的是移动终端的禁止连接网络功能是事先在APP中设置好的。而移动终端本身无法获得字段0x04的具体含义,即移动终端本身无法获悉字段0x04控制的是什么功能,需要到安装的APP中找出字段0x04控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能。
当移动终端接收到广播消息后,从广播消息中获取这个0x04字段,再从移动终端安装的APP中获取0x04这个字段控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能,这样就知道0x04这个字段控制的是移动终端的禁止连接网络功能,因此就实现了对移动终端的禁止连接网络功能的控制。
移动终端获取了这个0x04字段,且从安装的APP中获得了字段0x04控制的是移动终端的禁止连接网络功能后,移动终端会关闭数据连接功能和蓝牙功能,而无线保真功能由于要持续打开来接收广播消息,因此无线保真功能不会被关闭,此时虽然无线保真功能是开启的,但是移动终端无法与无线保真设备进行连接,即移动终端仍然是无法连接到任何网络的。 并且此时用户无法手动开启数据连接功能和蓝牙功能,这些功能在特定场所的无线保真设备控制范围内一直是强制关闭的。
在一些公共场所或者在举行特定活动时,往往需要向用户通知一些消息。此时可以在广播消息中添加一个控制移动终端自动播放音频或者视频的字段,而控制移动终端自动播放音频或者视频的字段为0x05,并且字段0x05控制的是移动终端的自动播放音频或者视频功能是事先在APP中设置好的。而移动终端本身无法获得字段0x05的具体含义,即移动终端本身无法获悉字段0x05控制的是什么功能,需要到安装的APP中找出字段0x05控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能。
当移动终端接收到广播消息后,从广播消息中获取这个0x05字段,再从移动终端安装的APP中获取0x05这个字段控制的是移动终端中的哪一个功能,这样就知道0x05这个字段控制的是移动终端的自动播放音频或者视频功能,因此就实现了对移动终端的自动播放音频或者视频功能的控制。
当移动终端获取了0x05这个字段,且从安装的APP中获得了字段0x05控制的是移动终端的自动播放音频或者视频功能后,将调用移动终端的音频播放器或者视频播放器,并且搜寻移动终端中事先存储的相应音频文件或者视频文件进行播放,或者也可以播放特定网页上的音频文件或者视频文件。音频文件或者视频文件播放完成后,会停留在播放界面,供用户选择是否重复播放。针对播放特定网页上的音频文件或者视频文件这种情况,需要移动终端与网络建立连接,如果移动终端没有与网络建立连接,需要弹出提示,提醒用户要让移动终端连接上网络。
针对特定单位及特定人群,可以将需要播放的特定文件提前存储于定制的移动终端中,如果不是定制的移动终端,可以建立一个文件夹,将想要播放的文件提前存储于这个文件夹中,这样就可以达到统一通知所有用户的目的,而且方便快捷。此时用户只要通过自己的移动终端就可以清晰 地获取信息,不会造成信息遗漏或者获得的信息不明了的情况。
另外,也可以也可定义一个字段同时控制两种及两种以上的移动终端的功能。
可选的,所述禁止所述移动终端拍摄照片和录制视频的命令,可用于使所述移动终端至少执行以下之一:
控制所述移动终端的相机功能无法使用或者限制拍摄数据的存储;
所述禁止所述移动终端录音包括:
控制所述移动终端的录音功能无法使用或者限制录音数据的存储。
总之,所述移动终端在执行所述禁止所述移动终端拍摄照片和录制视频的命令时,会执行以下至少之一:
控制所述移动终端的相机功能无法使用或者限制拍摄数据的存储;
所述禁止所述移动终端录音包括:
控制所述移动终端的录音功能无法使用或者限制录音数据的存储。
当对移动终端的相机功能进行控制时,可以有两种方式,第一种方式为移动终端的相机不可打开,同时给用户提供相机功能不可用的提示。第二种方式为移动终端的相机可以打开,但是限制拍摄数据的存储,包括静态图片和动态视频,此时虽然可以打开相机,但是拍摄的照片和录制的视频无法保存下来。
当对移动终端的录音功能进行控制时,可以有两种方式,第一种方式为移动终端的录音模块不可打开,同时给用户提供录音功能不可用的提示。第二种方式为移动终端的录音模块可以打开,但是限制录音数据的存储,此时虽然可以打开录音模块,但是录下来的语音无法保存下来。
需要说明的是,对手机各个功能的控制仅限于有特殊要求的特定场所的无线保真设备控制范围内,离开了特定场所的无线保真设备控制的范围,移动终端扫描到的字段就为0x00,此时移动终端的各个功能都不会再受任 何控制,恢复正常的状态,或者此时移动终端扫描不到特定场所的无线保真设备发送的无线保真信号,移动终端的各项功能恢复正常的状态,可以正常使用。而且本实施例中的某个字段控制移动终端的某个功能只是一种举例说明,一个字段控制移动终端的哪一个功能是可以随机进行设置的,这里并不限制特定的字段控制移动终端的特定的功能。例如,本实施例中,字段0x01控制的是移动终端的相机功能,字段0x02控制的是移动终端的录音功能,也可以将字段0x01设置为控制移动终端的录音功能,将字段0x02设置为控制移动终端的相机功能。
本实施例,提出另一种控制移动终端的方法,利用无线保真设备的接入点模式广播消息,并在广播消息中添加特殊字段,利用这些特殊字段实现对移动终端中的各个功能的控制,为特定场所和特殊活动的管理带来方便。
如图3所示,本申请实施例提供一种控制移动终端的方法的流程,包括:
步骤S301、强制开启移动终端的无线保真功能。
在步骤S301中,开启移动终端的无线保真功能,可以有两种方式,第一种方式为在移动终端中安装场所管理方开发的APP,安装了该APP后,开启移动终端的无线保真功能,该APP支持移动终端随时都进行扫描,并强制控制移动终端的无线保真功能不可关闭。第二种方式为由场所管理方的工作人员进行检查,要求用户将移动终端的无线保真功能打开。
步骤S302、扫描无线保真设备发送的广播消息。
在步骤S302中,移动终端的无线保真功能为开启状态时,在不与无线保真设备建立连接的状态下即可扫描到广播消息,进而获得广播消息中的特殊字段,最后实现对移动终端中的各个功能的控制。
步骤S303、解析广播消息中的特殊字段。
在步骤S303中,从接收到的广播消息中获得特殊字段,并从安装在移动终端中的APP中获得特殊字段控制的是移动终端的哪一个功能。
步骤S304、根据对特殊字段的解析结果控制移动终端的相应的功能。
在步骤S304中,根据获得的特殊字段以及APP提供的各个特殊字段与移动终端中的各个功能之间的对应关系来控制移动终端的相应的功能。同时当获得的特殊字段为非0x00的字段时,要控制移动终端的无线保真功能强制不可关闭,即此时用户无法手动关闭移动终端的无线保真功能。

存储器,配置为存储计算机可执行的一个或多个程序;
处理器,与所述通信接口及所述存储器连接,配置为通过执行所述程 序,能够实现前述任意一种技术方案提供的一个或多个控制移动终端的方法。
所述通信接口,可为WiFi接口,可用于与无线保真设备连接,接收无线保真设备的广播消息等。
所述处理器可以通过移动终端的内部总线,例如,集成电路总线,分别与所述存储器及通信接口进行连接,通过所述内部总线,读取所述存储器内的程序,读取所述存储器内存储的对应关系和/或控制命令,基于所述控制命令,对特定功能执行禁止和切换到预定模式的操作。
所述处理器可为:移动终端中的应用处理器(AP,Application Processor)、中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)中的一个或多个。
以上所述是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,凡按照本申请原理所作的修改,都应当理解为落入本申请的保护范围。
工业实用性
本申请实施例中移动终端会接收无线保真设备的广播消息,基于广播消息对移动终端内的功能进行控制,包括禁止和切换到预定模式,从而使得移动终端当前可执行的功能或功能的模式,与当前移动终端所在的位置和场合对应的场景相适配,从而使得简化特定场所和活动现场的移动终端管理,具有积极的工业效果。且可以在移动终端添加对应的程序等计算机可执行指令就可以简便的实现,显然在工业上具有很强的可实现性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种控制移动终端的方法,包括:
    接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段;
    根据所述目标字段,对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能进行控制。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述目标字段与控制命令的对应关系;
    所述根据所述目标字段,对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能进行控制,包括:
    根据所述对应关系,对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能执行与所述目标字段对应的控制命令。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述获取所述目标字段与控制命令的对应关系之后,在所述接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段之前,所述方法还包括:
    开启所述移动终端的无线保真功能,以使所述移动终端随时接收所述无线保真设备发送的广播消息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述控制命令包括:
    禁止所述移动终端拍摄照片和录制视频的命令;
    禁止所述移动终端录音的命令;
    控制所述移动终端静音的命令;
    控制所述移动终端自动播放音视频的命令;
    禁止所述移动终端使用数据连接、蓝牙和无线保真连接的命令。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述禁止所述移动终端拍摄照片和录制视频的命令,用于执行以下至少之一:
    控制所述移动终端的相机功能无法使用或者限制拍摄数据的存储;
    所述禁止所述移动终端录音包括:
    控制所述移动终端的录音功能无法使用或者限制录音数据的存储。
  6. 一种移动终端,包括:
    接收模块,配置为接收无线保真设备发送的广播消息,所述广播消息包含目标字段;
    控制模块,配置为根据所述目标字段对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能进行控制。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端还包括:
    获取模块,配置为获取所述目标字段与控制命令的对应关系;
    所述控制模块,配置为根据所述对应关系对所述移动终端中与所述目标字段对应的功能执行与所述目标字段对应的控制命令。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端还包括:
    开启模块,配置为开启所述移动终端的无线保真功能,以使所述移动终端随时接收所述无线保真设备发送的广播消息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述控制命令包括:
    禁止所述移动终端拍摄照片和录制视频的命令;
    禁止所述移动终端录音的命令;
    控制所述移动终端静音的命令;
    控制所述移动终端自动播放音视频的命令;
    禁止所述移动终端使用数据连接、蓝牙和无线保真连接的命令。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述禁止所述移动终端拍摄照片和录制视频的命令,用于执行以下至少之一:
    控制所述移动终端的相机功能无法使用或者限制拍摄数据的存储;
    所述禁止所述移动终端录音包括:
    控制所述移动终端的录音功能无法使用或者限制录音数据的存储。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,所存储有计算机可执行的一个或多个程序,一个或多个所述程序被所述计算机执行时使所述计算机执行权利要求1至5任一项所述控制移动终端的方法。
  12. 一种移动终端,包括:
    通信接口,配置为与无线保真设备进行通信;
    存储器,配置为存储计算机可执行的一个或多个程序;
    处理器,与所述通信接口及所述存储器连接,配置为通过执行所述程序,能够实现权利要求1至5任一项所述控制移动终端的方法。
