本申请的有益效果在于:通过电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置,获取开放所述直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容,使得用户能够准确及时地获取路况信息,并且能够实时地获取现场的路况,在出现拥堵的时候进行准确的判断,这样就能够避免因为获取消息不够及时和准确而作出误判,并且在乘客或者驾驶员知道拥堵的起因后会缓解内心的焦虑,不会引起不必要的混乱。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本发明的构思是:通过电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置,获取开放所述直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容,使得用户能够在终端上获取直播内容,能够准确及时地把握路况信息,为出行作出准确规划。
实施例一:
请参考图1,该场景中包括:摄像装置、服务器以及移动终端,移动终端与服务器通信连接,摄像装置与服务器通信连接,可以是智能手机或者平板电脑等设备。其中,服务器判断当前路段的路况是否拥堵,当判断到出现拥堵的时候,请求该路段的摄像装置开放直播权限,若该路段的摄像装置同意开放直播权限,则终端的电子地图可以看到开放直播权限的摄像装置,通过终端可以获取开放直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容。
实施例二:
请参考图2,图2为本申请的路况直播方法的流程图,该路况直播方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置。本实施例中,电子地图可以是调用百度地图、腾讯地图以及高德地图等开放数据的电子地图。在电子地图上,可以通过设定图形来表示开放直播权限的摄像装置,设定图形可以是摄像头,亦既是,在电子地图上显示摄像头图形,这样用户就可以很直观地找到开放直播权限的摄像头。
步骤S102:获取开放直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容。本实施例中,终端连接服务器,服务器连接该摄像装置。开放权限的摄像装置会在终端的电子地图上呈现,用户在电子地图上进行选择时,摄像装置会把直播内容通过服务器转发至各个终端上,各个终端播放该直播内容。
实施例三:
请参考图3,图3为本申请的路况直播方法的流程图,该路况直播方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:判断路况是否出现拥堵,如果是,请求在拥堵路段的摄像装置开放路况的直播权限。
在判断路况是否出现拥堵的步骤中,包括:
步骤S2011:获取车辆的行驶参数,其中,行驶参数包括:GPS信息、车辆速度、平均刹车频率以及平均启动频率中的至少一种。
步骤S2012:根据行驶参数判断路段是否出现拥堵。
根据行驶参数判断设定路段是否出现拥堵的步骤中包括如下的一种或多种;
判断路段接收到的GPS信息的数量是否超过设定数量值,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况。比如,学府路某一路段大概2公里的距离内,收到GPS信息的数量为30个,超过了设定的20个,表示在这两公里的范围内拥堵了超过20辆车,则此2公里的路段出现了拥堵。
判断路段的车辆的平均速度是否低于设定速度,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况。比如,在科苑路大概3公里长的路段内,该路段行驶速度为20KM/H时,则认为车速正常,如果低于20KM/H,则认为车辆行驶缓慢,该路段可能出现了拥堵的情况。
判断路段的每辆车的平均刹车频率是否大于设定平均频率,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况。比如,在科苑路大概3公里长的路段内,如果每辆车经过该路段的平均刹车频率为10次,大于设定平均频率3次,则认为该路段处于拥堵状态,因为当路段出现拥堵时,车辆会频繁地启动、刹车,所以刹车频率能够反映路况。
判断路段的每辆车的平均启动频率是否大于设定平均频率,如果是,则认为设定路段出现拥堵情况。因为只有在路段出现拥堵的情况下,车辆才需要频繁地刹车,然后启动车辆,所以车辆的启动频率越多,说明出现了拥堵。
在其它实施例中,可以通过获取电子地图的路况数据,并根据路况数据判断路况是否出现拥堵。具体可以通过调用百度地图、高德地图或者腾讯地图等地图运营商的开放的数据接口,即可获取它们的路况数据。
当然,摄像装置可以一直开放直播权限,这样服务器不用请求,通过在终端上选择就可以直接获取已经开放直播权限的摄像装置的内容。
当出现拥堵的情况时,才请求开放直播权限,能够节省摄像装置以及终端的流量,并且更有针对性,只在出现拥堵的路段显示摄像装置,这样用户界面就更为简洁,用户能够更加快捷地找到有用的摄像装置,为出行作出准确的规划。
步骤S202:电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置。
本实施例中,直播权限包括:完全公开的权限以及带预设条件公开的权限,其中,完全公开的权限为向任何终端用户公开摄像装置的直播内容,带预设条件公开的权限为向满足预设条件的终端用户公开摄像装置的直播内容,预设条件包括:终端用户的账号的等级高于设定等级和/或终端用户账号支付获取相应权限的费用。
本实施例中,电子地图上显示响应服务器的请求开放直播权限的摄像装置的步骤具体包括:
在电子地图上显示第一设定图形表示开放完全公开的权限的摄像装置,在电子地图上显示第二设定图形表示开放带条件的权限公开的摄像装置。
在其它实施例中,也可以通过不同颜色的图形来表示摄像装置开放的权限等级。比如,通过电子地图上显示红色的摄像机图标表示摄像装置开放的权限为部分权限,通过在电子地图上显示绿色的摄像机图标表示摄像装置开放的权限为全部权限。
这里对表示摄像装置的形式不作限制,可以根据实际的情形进行设置。
步骤S203:获取开放直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容。
如果要获取带条件开放直播圈地摄像装置的直播内容,则在获取带预设条件开放所述直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容的步骤中包括:
判断需要获取直播内容的终端用户是否满足预设条件。本实施例中,在服务器上设置并保存终端用户的账号,终端用户的账号信息包括终端用户的等级、终端用户的账号余额、终端用户的账号允许使用流量以及终端用户的账号积分等。这样,当终端用户连接服务器,并通过服务器获取摄像装置的直播内容的时候,服务器会首先判断终端用户的账号信息是否符合获取直播内容的条件。
如果满足,则为终端用户提供直播内容,否则,提示终端用户不满足预设条件。
通过设置权限进行直播的方式,能够使得直播方获取一定的利益,提高了直播的积极性,而终端用户可以通过提高账号的等级或者通过参与商家的活动获得更多的积分来获取直播内容,提高了终端用户参与商家活动的积极性。
实施例四:
请参考图4,图4是根据一示例性实施例示出路况直播装置的原理框图,该路况直播装置包括:
显示模块41,用于电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置。本实施例中,电子地图可以是调用百度地图、腾讯地图以及高德地图等开放数据的电子地图。在电子地图上,可以通过设定图形来表示开放直播权限的摄像装置,设定图形可以是摄像头,亦既是,在电子地图上显示摄像头图形,这样用户就可以很直观地找到开放直播权限的摄像头。
直播模块42,用于获取开放直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容。本实施例中,终端连接服务器,服务器连接该摄像装置。开放权限的摄像装置会在终端的电子地图上呈现,用户在电子地图上进行选择时,摄像装置会把直播内容通过服务器转发至各个终端上,各个终端播放该直播内容。
实施例五:
请参考图5,图5是根据一示例性实施例示出路况直播装置的原理框图,该路况直播装置包括:
拥堵判断模块51,用于判断路况是否出现拥堵,如果是,请求在拥堵路段的摄像装置开放路况的直播权限。
拥堵判断模块包括:
参数获取单元511,用于获取车辆的行驶参数,其中,行驶参数包括:GPS 信息、车辆速度、平均刹车频率以及平均启动频率中的至少一种。
拥堵判断单元512,用于根据行驶参数判断路段是否出现拥堵。
在根据行驶参数判断设定路段是否出现拥堵的步骤中包括如下的一种或多种;
判断路段接收到的GPS信息的数量是否超过设定数量值,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
判断路段的车辆的平均速度是否低于设定速度的车辆的数量是否超过设定车辆数量值,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
判断路段的每辆车的平均刹车频率是否大于设定平均频率,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
判断路段的每辆车的平均启动频率是否大于设定平均频率,如果是,则认为设定路段出现拥堵情况。
在其它实施例中,可以通过获取电子地图的路况数据,并根据路况数据判断路况是否出现拥堵。具体可以通过调用百度地图、高德地图或者腾讯地图等地图运营商的开放的数据接口,即可获取它们的路况数据。
当然,摄像装置可以一直开放直播权限,这样服务器不用请求,通过在终端上选择可以直接获取已经开放直播权限的摄像装置的内容。

在其它实施例中,也可以通过不同颜色的图形来表示摄像装置开放的权限等级。比如,通过电子地图上显示红色的摄像机图标表示摄像装置开放的权限为部分权限,通过在电子地图上显示绿色的摄像机图标表示摄像装置开放的权限为全部权限。

直播模块53,用于获取开放直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容。本实施例中,终端连接服务器,服务器连接该摄像装置。开放权限的摄像装置会在终端的电子地图上呈现,摄像装置会把直播内容通过服务器转发至各个终端上,各个终端播放该直播内容。
如果要获取带条件开放直播圈地摄像装置的直播内容,则直播模块53包括:
权限判断单元531,用于判断需要获取直播内容的终端用户是否满足预设条件。本实施例中,在服务器上设置并保存终端用户的账号,终端用户的账号信息包括终端用户的等级、终端用户的账号余额、终端用户的账号允许使用流量以及终端用户的账号积分等。这样,当终端用户连接服务器,并通过服务器获取摄像装置的直播内容的时候,服务器会首先判断终端用户的账号信息是否符合获取直播内容的条件。
直播单元532,用于如果满足,则为终端用户提供直播内容,否则,提示终端用户不满足预设条件。通过设置权限进行直播的方式,能够使得直播方获取一定的利益,提高了直播的积极性,而终端用户可以通过提高账号的等级或者通过参与商家的活动获得更多的积分来获取直播内容,提高了终端用户参与商家活动的积极性。
本申请的有益效果在于:通过电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置,获取开放所述直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容,使得用户能够准确及时地获取路况信息,并且能够实时地获取现场的路况,在出现拥堵的时候进行准确的判断,这样就能够避免因为获取消息不够及时和准确而作出误判,并且在乘客或者驾驶员知道拥堵的起因后会缓解内心的焦虑,不会引起不必要的混乱。
本领域技术人员可以理解,上述实施方式中各种方法的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器、随机存取存储器、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种路况直播方法,其特征在于,其包括:
    电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置;
    获取开放所述直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的路况直播方法,其特征在于,在所述电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置的步骤前包括步骤:
    判断路况是否出现拥堵,如果是,请求在拥堵路段的摄像装置开放路况的直播权限。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的路况直播方法,其特征在于,在所述判断路况是否出现拥堵的步骤中包括:
    获取车辆的行驶参数,其中,所述行驶参数包括:GPS信息、车辆速度、平均刹车频率以及平均启动频率中的至少一种;
    根据所述行驶参数判断路段是否出现拥堵;
    在所述根据所述行驶参数判断路段是否出现拥堵的步骤中包括如下的一种或多种;
    判断所述路段接收到的所述GPS信息的数量是否超过设定数量值,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
    判断所述路段的车辆的平均速度低于设定速度的车辆的数量是否超过设定车辆数量值,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
    判断所述路段的每辆车的平均刹车频率是否大于设定平均频率,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
    判断所述路段的每辆车的平均启动频率是否大于设定平均频率,如果是,则认为所述设定路段出现拥堵情况。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的路况直播方法,其特征在于,所述直播权限包括:完全公开的权限以及带预设条件公开的权限,其中,所述完全公开的权限为向任何所述终端用户公开摄像装置的直播内容,所述带预设条件公开的权限为向满足预设条件的终端用户公开摄像装置的直播内容,所述预设条件包括:所述终端用户的账号的等级高于设定等级和/或所述终端用户账号支付获取相应权限的费用;
    在所述电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置的步骤中,包括:
    在所述电子地图上显示第一设定图形表示开放所述完全公开的权限的摄像装置,在所述电子地图上显示第二设定图形表示开放所述带条件公开权限的摄像装置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的路况直播方法,其特征在于,在所述获取带预设条件开放所述直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容的步骤中,包括:
    判断需要获取直播内容的终端用户是否满足预设条件;
    如果是,则为所述终端用户提供直播内容,否则,提示所述终端用户不满足预设条件。
  6. 一种路况直播装置,其特征在于,其包括:
    显示模块,用于电子地图的各个路段显示开放直播权限的摄像装置;
    直播模块,用于获取开放所述直播权限的摄像装置的直播内容。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的路况直播装置,其特征在于,所述路况直播装置还包括:
    拥堵判断模块,用于判断路况是否出现拥堵,如果是,请求在拥堵路段的摄像装置开放路况的直播权限。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的路况直播装置,其特征在于,所述拥堵判断模块包括:
    参数获取单元,用于获取车辆的行驶参数,其中,所述行驶参数包括:GPS信息、车辆速度、平均刹车频率以及平均启动频率中的至少一种;
    拥堵判断单元,用于根据所述行驶参数判断路段是否出现拥堵;
    在所述根据所述行驶参数判断设定路段是否出现拥堵的步骤中包括如下的一种或多种;
    判断所述路段接收到的所述GPS信息的数量是否超过设定数量值,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
    判断所述路段的车辆的平均速度低于设定速度的车辆的数量是否超过设定车辆数量值,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
    判断所述路段的每辆车的平均刹车频率是否大于设定平均频率,如果是,则认为该路段出现拥堵情况;
    判断所述路段的每辆车的平均启动频率是否大于设定平均频率,如果是,则认为所述设定路段出现拥堵情况。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的路况直播装置,其特征在于,所述直播权限包括:完全公开的权限以及带预设条件公开的权限,其中,所述完全公开的权限为向任何所述终端用户公开摄像装置的直播内容,所述带预设条件公开的权限为向满足预设条件的终端用户公开摄像装置的直播内容,所述预设条件包括:所述终端用户的账号的等级高于设定等级和/或所述终端用户账号支付获取相应权限 的费用;
    所述显示模块还用于:
    在所述电子地图上显示第一设定图形表示开放所述完全公开的权限的摄像装置,在所述电子地图上显示第二设定图形表示开放所述带条件权限公开的摄像装置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的路况直播装置,其特征在于,所述直播模块还包括:
    权限判断单元,用于判断需要获取直播内容的终端用户是否满足预设条件;
    直播单元,用于如果是,则为所述终端用户提供直播内容,否则,提示所述终端用户不满足预设条件。
