预埋型桩端地基检测系统 技术领域

背景技术
混凝土灌注桩是一种直接在地面打孔浇筑混凝土而成型的基建桩体,由于它是直接在地表以下成型,因此,灌注桩的质量以及桩端底层地基质量都无法直观的观测到。为了保证施工质量,一般在混凝土浇筑后都需要对灌注桩质量进行检测,其检测方法包括低应变法、超声波法、钻芯法。其中低应变法、超声波法为无损检测,适用于桩身质量检测。钻芯法则是通过桩身钻芯来检测桩身浇筑质量、桩底沉渣和桩端持力层等性状。
如果对桩底质量进行检测,其必须采用钻芯法,钻芯法就是在灌注桩成型后在灌注桩中心位置钻出一条贯通灌注桩中心轴线的检测通孔,这样检测方法存在的问题为:沿整桩钻芯导致检测施工复杂,检测时间较长,施工效率低,并且,其对灌注桩整体结构造成了破坏,降低灌注桩的结构强度。

第一封堵杆4在预埋桩1预置到浇注孔中时随预埋桩1同时下入到地表以下的孔内,第一封堵杆4与预埋桩1采用螺纹连接,这样可以避免第一封堵杆4与预埋桩1之间被混凝土封堵死,从而方便第一封堵杆4在灌注桩成型后的取出。在第一封堵杆4的一端设置了拆卸头部5,当第一封堵杆4设置到预埋桩1中后,拆卸头部5外露在地表以上。拆卸头部5优选采用方块形金属结构,拆卸头部5直接成型在第一封堵杆4的端部。在第一封堵杆4的另一端设置膨胀头6,当第一封堵杆4插入到预埋桩1中后,膨胀头6与预埋桩1小口端的弧形板3 相接触,膨胀头6的外侧表面设置了拨板,在第一封堵杆4从预埋桩1中旋转抽出时,拨板能够搅动弧形板3振动,这样既可以对预埋桩1小口端进行扩张,又能够使得第一封堵杆4非常方便地从预埋桩1中取出。预埋桩1小口端扩张的目的是为了保证超声波探头10具有较大的探测范围,保证检测数据的可靠性。
3、第二封堵杆,第二封堵杆包括有外杆7以及活塞杆8,外杆7的一端开设有出料口,自出料口、沿外杆7的轴线向外杆7的另一端延伸形成有用于装载混凝土浆料的装载腔室,活塞杆8自外杆7的另一端插入至装载腔室内,活塞杆8与外杆7活动连接,外杆7可插入至预埋桩1中并与其螺纹配合连接。
第二封堵杆用于检测完毕后封堵预埋桩1,第二封堵杆采用针筒式结构,其内部可以装载混凝土浆料,当外杆7完全旋入到预埋桩1中后,推动活塞杆8将混凝土浆料推出,混凝土浆料则能够封闭灌注桩的小口端,这样,通过第二封堵杆以及混凝土浆料将灌注桩完全填充,相比于传统的遗留一个钻孔而言,本发明可以极大程度地提高灌注桩的结构强度。
4、探测杆,探测杆9与预埋桩1插接配合,探测杆9的一端设置有超声波探头10,探测杆9的另一端设置有能够通过WIFI无线网络传送信号的无线信号收发装置11,超声波探头10与无线信号收发装置11连接;
5、处理器,处理器12与无线信号收发装置11信号连接。
本发明中所使用的超声波探头10、无线信号收发装置11以及处理器12均采用现有元件,再次不对其结构进行描述。需要说明的是:本发明采用无线方式进行数字信号的发送与接收,其可以使得一个处理器12同时接收多个超声波探头10发出的检测信号,可以提高检测效率。
通过上述结构设计,本发明提供的预埋型桩端地基检测系统,在灌注桩浇筑好以后将第一封堵杆4抽出就可以快速地在灌注桩上形成 一个检测用的贯通通道。本发明的应用不需要再进行钻芯操作就能够实现灌注桩浇筑质量的检测,其检测十分方便、操作简单。并且,检测完毕后,将第二封堵杆插入到灌注桩中封堵该贯通通道,这样可以提高整个灌注桩的结构强度。
由上述可知,第一封堵杆4需要从预埋桩1中取出,第一封堵杆4是通过拆卸头部5利用工具板子或者钳子拆卸下来,为了提高拆卸头部5与第一封堵杆4之间连接的强度,本发明在拆卸头部5与第一封堵杆4之间还设置有加强连接筋条13。
具体地,基于上述结构设计,在本发明中,拆卸头部5为铸铁拆卸头部5,第一封堵杆4为铸铁第一封堵杆4,拆卸头部5与第一封堵杆4连接并形成有一体式结构;加强连接筋条13为铸铁加强连接筋条13,加强连接筋条13通过焊接与拆卸头部5以及第一封堵杆4连接。
具体地,预埋桩1为钛镁合金预埋桩、高碳钢预埋桩或铸铁预埋桩;加固突触2设置于预埋桩1的外壁上并与其成一体式结构。
在本发明中,外杆7为金属外杆,活塞杆8为金属活塞杆,外杆7所采用的金属材料与预埋桩1所采用的金属材料相同。为了保证活塞杆8与外杆7之间接触的密封性,避免混凝土浆料从活塞杆8与外杆7之间的缝隙泄露。活塞杆8插入至装载腔室的一端设置有橡胶活塞14,橡胶活塞14与装载腔室的内侧壁相抵。
在此限定:加固突触2为突刺形结构;加固突触2设置有多个,全部的加固突触2均匀分布于预埋桩1的外壁上。
当然,在本发明中,加固突触2还可以采用钢丝或者螺纹钢。当加固突触2采用钢丝时,加固突触2在预埋桩1的外壁上成团状结构。
本发明的实施例是为了示例和描述起见而给出的,而并不是无遗漏的或者将本发明限于所公开的形式。很多修改和变化对于本领域的普通技术人员而言是显而易见的。选择和描述实施例是为了更好说明本发明的原理和实际应用,并且使本领域的普通技术人员能够理解本发明从而设计适于特定用途的带有各种修改的各种实施例。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种预埋型桩端地基检测系统,其特征在于,包括:
    预埋桩(1),所述预埋桩用于在进行混凝土浇筑时预埋到地表以下的浇注孔内,所述预埋桩为锥形管状结构,于所述预埋桩的内壁设置有内螺纹,于所述预埋桩的外壁设置有向外突出的加固突触(2),所述预埋桩包括有大口端和小口端,所述小口端为由多块弧形板(3)构成的开口结构,相邻的所述弧形板相抵;
    第一封堵杆(4),所述第一封堵杆用于插入到所述预埋桩中,所述第一封堵杆的外侧壁上设置有与所述预埋桩具有的内螺纹适配的外螺纹,所述第一封堵杆插入至所述预埋桩中并与其螺纹连接,所述第一封堵杆的一端设置有用于工具扳手或者钳子卡住的拆卸头部(5),所述第一封堵杆的另一端设置有膨胀头(6),所述膨胀头为金属制实心结构,所述膨胀头的外侧面设置有用于与所述弧形板的内侧面相抵的拨板;
    第二封堵杆,所述第二封堵杆包括有外杆(7)以及活塞杆(8),所述外杆的一端开设有出料口,自所述出料口、沿所述外杆的轴线向所述外杆的另一端延伸形成有用于装载混凝土浆料的装载腔室,所述活塞杆自所述外杆的另一端插入至所述装载腔室内,所述活塞杆与所述外杆活动连接,所述外杆可插入至所述预埋桩中并与其螺纹配合连接;
    探测杆(9),所述探测杆与所述预埋桩插接配合,所述探测杆的一端设置有超声波探头(10),所述探测杆的另一端设置有能够通过WIFI无线网络传送信号的无线信号收发装置(11),所述超声波探头与所述无线信号收发装置连接;
    处理器(12),所述处理器与所述无线信号收发装置信号连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预埋型桩端地基检测系统,其特征在于,
    所述拆卸头部与所述第一封堵杆之间还设置有加强连接筋条(13)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的预埋型桩端地基检测系统,其特征在于,
    所述拆卸头部为铸铁拆卸头部,所述第一封堵杆为铸铁第一封堵杆,所述拆卸头部与所述第一封堵杆连接并形成有一体式结构;
    所述加强连接筋条为铸铁加强连接筋条,所述加强连接筋条通过焊接与所述拆卸头部以及所述第一封堵杆连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的预埋型桩端地基检测系统,其特征在于,
    所述预埋桩为钛镁合金预埋桩、高碳钢预埋桩或铸铁预埋桩;
    所述加固突触设置于所述预埋桩的外壁上并与其成一体式结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的预埋型桩端地基检测系统,其特征在于,
    所述外杆为金属外杆,所述活塞杆为金属活塞杆,所述活塞杆插入至所述装载腔室的一端设置有橡胶活塞(14),所述橡胶活塞与所述装载腔室的内侧壁相抵。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的预埋型桩端地基检测系统,其特征在于,
    所述加固突触为突刺形结构;
    所述加固突触设置有多个,全部的所述加固突触均匀分布于所述预埋桩的外壁上。
