一种事务提醒的方法和装置 技术领域
本公开涉及应用技术领域,特别涉及一种事务提醒的方法和装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,汽车越来越普及,而现在每个汽车上都有系统。现在我们的压力越来越来,事务也越来越多,经常忘掉一些事情是比较常见的事,该方法就给了一个提醒事务处理的方法。比如家里没有牙膏了,我又不想专门开车去超市买牙膏,就在系统中记录该事务,当下次开车经过超市时,系统会提醒我,需要去超市买牙膏。当我们要拜访某人时,由于距离比较远,又不愿意专门去拜访,可以在系统中记录该事件,过上几月后,我们经过该客户附近,会提醒我们在这里有个客户需要拜访。
发明内容
本公开实施例的主要目的是提供一种事务提醒的方法和装置,旨在根据地理位置、车速和时间有效地对用户进行事务提醒。

本实施例中,根据用户所处的地理位置,对装置中保存的未处理事务进行提醒,且该实施例根据运行速度来监控获取用户当前地理位置的时间,还有预设提醒距离,这样可以及时提醒用户,也让用户有处理事务的准备时间。

图1是本发明实施例示出的一种事务提醒方法的流程图,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
在步骤S11中,获取当前位置信息和读取预先设置的事务信息。
在步骤S12中,根据当前位置与触发提醒的位置计算间隔距离L,比较间隔距离L与预设提醒距离S;
在步骤S13中,当间隔距离L小于或等于预设提醒距离S,则提醒处理事务。
本发明实施例,根据用户所处的地理位置,对事务进行提醒,并且还设置预设提醒距离,防止触发事务提醒的地理位置经过还未提醒,又能做到提前提醒用户要在某地处理某事务,让用户及时规划行程。
图2是本发明另一实施例示出的一种事务提醒方法的流程图,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
在步骤S21中,获取当前位置信息和读取预先设置的事务信息;
在步骤S22中,根据当前位置与触发提醒的位置计算间隔距离L,比较间隔距离L与预设提醒距离S;
在步骤S23中,当间隔距离L小于或等于预设提醒距离S,则提醒处理事务。
在步骤S24中,提醒处理事务后,可设置为处理该事务,则删除该事务信息。
在本实施例中,提醒处理事务后,可设置为处理事务,则该事务信息被删除;也可设置为下次经过该事务信息中的地理位置再处理该事务,则标识为下次处理。
作为一种可选的方式,提醒处理事务后的不同处理方式的选择,可以让用户根据自身实际情况决定是否处理该事务。
本实施例中,获取当前地理位置信息的步骤,可以实时获取,也可以以周期T的间隔获取。
作为一种可选的方式,周期T的计算方式是所述间隔距离L与所述预设提醒距离S之差再除以车速,以周期T的时间间隔获取当前地理位置信息可以保证获取当前地理位置信息的时间根据车速动态改变,避免实时获取当前地理位置的消耗,又防止触发事务处理的位置经过。
例如:假设用户汽车在西安,用户在系统中设置北京需要处理的事务信息,提醒时间设置为2016年5月1日、事务内容设为拜访客户、触发事务处理的位置信息设置为北京大学、触发事务处理的预设提醒距离S=100公里。
假设系统中只有该事务信息。汽车在西安启动时获取当前位置信息,并计算当前位置和系统中事务信息的距离L1=1000公里,假设车速是U=100公里/小时。那么下次获取当前位置,重新计算汽车和目标事务时间是t1=L/U=1000/100=10小时,为提高提醒用户事务处理的精度,把t1修正为t1=5小时,这个调整后的时间按照计算时间的1/2计算,实际应用时,可以根据实际情况作调整,可以是1/2、1/3、1/4、1/5等。过5小时后计算汽车到事务处理地的距离L2=500公里,t2=L2/U=500/100=5小时,t2调整为2.5小时。过2.5小时后计算汽车到事务处理地的距离L3=250公里,t3=L3/U=250/100=2.5小时,t3调整为1.25小时。过1.25小时后计算汽车到事务处理地的距离L4=125公里,t4=L4/U=125/100=1.25小时,t4调整为0.625小时。过0.625小时后计算汽车到事务处理地的距离L5=62.5公里,62.5公里小于触发事务处理的S(100)>62.5公里。通过车机系统提醒用户距当前位置62.5公里北京大学有需要拜访的客户。用户根据提醒信息,可以选择:(1)立即处理该事务,并在事务信息中,去掉该事务;(2)稍后处理事务,3分钟后再做提醒;(3)取消提醒,并在事务信息中,去掉该事务。
本发明实施例根据用户所处的地理位置,对事务进行提醒,并且还设置预设提醒距离,防止触发事务提醒的地理位置经过还未提醒,又能做到提前提醒用户要在某地处理某事务,让用户及时规划行程。图3是本发明实施例示出的一种事务提醒装置框图,如图3所示,该系统包括:
获取模块S31,用于获取当前位置信息;
读取模块S32,用于读取预先设置的事务信息;
分析模块S33,用于根据当前位置与触发事务处理的位置计算间隔距离L,比较所述距离L与所述预设提醒距离S;
提醒模块S34,用于当间隔距离L小于或等于所述预设提醒距离S,提醒处理所述事务。
图4是本发明另一实施例示出的一种事务提醒系统框图,如图4所示,该装置包括:
获取模块S41,用于获取当前位置信息;
读取模块S42,用于读取预先设置的事务信息;
分析模块S43,用于根据当前位置与触发事务处理的位置计算间隔距离L,比较所述距离L与所述预设提醒距离S;
提醒模块S44,用于当间隔距离L小于或等于所述预设提醒距离S,提醒处理所述事务;
处理模块S45,用于当提醒处理事务后,将该事务设置为处理,删除该事务信息。本发明实施例中,还可以包括处理模块,用于当提醒处理事务后,可设置处理该事务,然后删除该事务信息;也可设置为下次经过该事务信息中的位置时再处理,则标识为下次处理。
作为一种可选的模块,处理模块提供的提醒处理事务后的不同处理方式的选择,可以让用户根据自身实际情况决定是否处理该事务。
本实施例中,获取模块,可以实时获取当前地理位置信息,也可以以周期T的间隔获取当前地理位置信息。
作为一种可选的方式,周期T的计算方式是所述间隔距离L与所述预设提醒距离S之差再除以车速,以周期T的时间间隔获取当前地理位置信息可以保证获取当前地理位置信息的时间根据车速动态改变,避免实时获取当前地理位置的消耗,又防止触发事务处理的位置经过。

  1. 一种事务提醒的方法,其中,包括:
    获取当前地理位置信息和读取预先设置的事务信息,所述事务信息至少包括触发事务处理的位置信息和触发事务处理的预设提醒距离S;
    根据所述触发事务处理的位置与所述当前地理位置计算间隔距离L,比较所述间隔距离L与所述预设提醒距离S;
    当所述间隔距离L小于或等于所述预设提醒距离S,则提醒处理所述事务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:当所述间隔距离L大于所述预设提醒距离S,则转到所述读取预先设置的事务信息步骤。

  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,还包括:处理模块,设置为当提醒处理所述事务后,可设置为下次经过所述事务信息中的位置时再处理所述事务,则标识为下次处理。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块以周期T的间隔定时获取当前地理位置信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块定时获取所述用户当前的位置信息的周期T为,所述间隔距离L与所述预设提醒距离S之差再除以车速。
