Description

虚拟SIM卡终端及其付费方法、装置和计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及终端付费技术,尤其涉及一种虚拟用户识别模块(SIM,Subscriber Identity Module)卡终端及其付费方法、装置和计算机存储介质。
背景技术
随着移动通信技术的迅速发展,虚拟SIM卡技术越来越成熟,支持虚拟SIM卡的终端可以让用户无需使用传统SIM卡,就可以直接访问运营商的无线网络服务,可以轻松解决传统SIM卡的漫游问题。相对传统SIM卡,虚拟SIM卡不仅可以取消传统终端中的SIM卡槽,让终端变得更轻巧,甚至可以让用户方便自主选择网络运营商。由于虚拟SIM卡和传统SIM卡实现的差异,虚拟SIM卡所带来新的业务功能和新的终端产品冲击着传统的通信行业。相关支持虚拟SIM卡的终端和系统平台方案吸引着越来越多运营商和用户的关注和使用。
目前,虚拟SIM卡的技术方案中没有虚拟SIM卡付费的方案,现有的传统SIM卡付费方案是基于SIM卡的,一个SIM卡对应一个号码,用户缴费时需要到相应的运营商营业厅对该传统SIM卡对应的号码办理账单结算业务,或者手动通过第三方支付平台向相应运营商支付该传统SIM卡对应的号码的账单。并且,虚拟SIM卡为了解决传统SIM卡的漫游问题,在所述虚拟SIM卡的账户下可能分配有多个属于不同运营商的号码,如果仍按照传统的SIM卡付费方案,分别对各个号码进行账单结算和缴费,则用户需要到各个运营商营业厅分别对各个号码办理用户账单结算业务,或者,手动通过第三方支付平台分别对各个号码进行在线交易支付;这样操作起来显然比较繁琐,无法满足用户智能化和人性化的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种虚拟SIM卡终端及其付费方法、装置和计算机存储介质。
本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种虚拟SIM卡终端的付费方法,所述方法包括:
根据收到的携带有终端身份标识的虚拟SIM卡业务信息生成终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单;
接收支付方式配置信息,其中,所述支付方式配置信息中携带有终端身份标识以及终端支付方式;
按照所述终端支付方式支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。

使用银行卡方式进行交易结算,虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器将终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及所述银行卡信息加密后发送给第三方支付平台进行账单结算。第三方支付平台通过银行专用网络和银行后台的业务服务器进行通信,从银行卡的发行机构验证后得到支付交易授权的确认,得到银行支付结算确认后,借助银行的金融专用网应用所述银行卡支付终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单给虚拟SIM卡运营商,然后所述第三方支付平台将用户账单支付完成信息发送给虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器。
虚拟SIM卡运营商获得这些费用后,会根据预定规则将这些费用支付给该虚拟SIM卡终端上的各个通信运营商。这里所述的预定规则由虚拟SIM卡运营商和各个通信运营商进行协商获得。
本发明实施例提供了一种虚拟SIM卡终端的付费方法,应用于虚拟SIM卡终端,本实施例方法的处理流程包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、获取所述虚拟SIM卡终端的支付方式配置信息;
步骤S2、向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送支付方式配置信息。
所述支付方式配置信息中携带有终端身份标识以及终端支付方式,所述支付方式配置信息用于使虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器根据所述终端支付 方式支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。
本实施例方法中,用户只需要通过虚拟SIM卡终端向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送一个支付方式配置信息,这样,虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器生成虚拟SIM终端的用户账单后,就会按照支付方式配置信息中的支付方式支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单,与现有技术中针对每个号码进行付费相比,本实施例方法针对虚拟SIM卡终端,一次支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单,操作简单,满足用户智能化和人性化的需求。

本发明实施例提供了一种虚拟SIM卡终端的付费方法,所述方法是基于图3所示的支付系统实现的,如图2所示,该支付系统包括:虚拟SIM卡终端201、广域网202、虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器203、虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器204、第三方支付平台205;其中,
虚拟SIM卡终端201,可以是支持虚拟SIM卡的移动宽带业务(MBB,Mobile Broadband)产品(如无线路由器,数据卡)和手机等终端,虚拟SIM卡终端201可以通过广域网202与虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器203和虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器204进行通信。
虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器203,是虚拟SIM卡系统中负责实现用户付费处理相关业务实现逻辑的服务器,包括:实现虚拟SIM卡终端的相关支付方式配置业务,用户账单管理业务,用户账单结算业务。
虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器204,是虚拟SIM卡系统中负责实现虚拟SIM卡运营商给用户提供相关业务功能的服务器。
第三方支付平台205,是虚拟SIM卡运营商协议的支付平台,虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器204可以通过第三方支付平台205完成用户付费相关的交易和结算,第三方支付平台205负责完成与银行专用网络和银行后台的业务服务器相关通信。

所述支付方式配置信息中携带有终端身份标识以及终端支付方式,所述终端支付方式包括以下至少一种支付方式:虚拟SIM卡账户支付,银行卡支付。在所述终端支付方式中包括银行卡支付时,所述支付方式配置信息还携带有应用于银行卡支付的银行卡信息,一般为银行卡的卡号。虚拟SIM卡账户是虚拟SIM卡终端对应的一个账户,用来支付虚拟SIM卡终端进行各种业务产生的费用,银行卡支付则是给该虚拟SIM卡终端绑定一个银行卡,用该银行卡来支付虚拟SIM卡终端进行各种业务产生的费用。
终端身份标识可以是虚拟SIM卡终端中的数据证书,也可以是其他能够识别虚拟SIM卡终端身份的标识。
用户可以向虚拟SIM卡终端输入用户选择的终端支付方式,所述终端支付方式可以是虚拟SIM卡账户支付,可以是银行卡支付,也可以是先用虚拟SIM卡账户支付,在虚拟SIM卡账户余额不足时用银行卡支付,用户可以根据自己的实际情况进行设定。在用户选择的终端支付方式中包括银行卡支付时,用户还需要向所述虚拟SIM卡终端输入应用于银行卡支付的银行卡的信息,一般为银行卡的卡号。
为了保证支付方式配置信息传输的安全性,可以采用数据签名技术对支付方式配置信息进行加密后,再发送给虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器。
虚拟SIM卡终端可以是支持虚拟SIM卡的MBB产品(如无线路由器,数据卡)和手机等终端,虚拟SIM卡终端可以通过广域网向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送支付方式配置信息。
虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器接收到支付方式配置信息后,首先应用数 字签名技术对支付方式配置信息进行解密,获得终端身份标识以及终端支付方式,如果终端支付方式中包括银行卡支付则进行步骤302,如果终端支付方式中未包括银行卡支付则进行步骤304。
步骤302、虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器将所述支付方式配置信息中的所述银行卡信息发送给第三方支付平台。
在此过程中,所述虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器仍然采用数据签名技术对银行卡信息进行加密后,再发送给第三方支付平台。
步骤303、第三方支付平台根据所述银行卡信息进行信息验证和交易授权,并将所述银行卡信息合法且授权交易的信息发送给虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器。
第三方支付平台通过银行专用网络和银行后台的业务服务器进行通信,根据所述银行卡信息从该银行卡的发行机构验证后得到支付交易授权的确认。该银行卡信息确认合法有效后,将相关银行卡信息合法且授权交易的信息发送给虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器,以使虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器执行步骤304。
如相关银行卡信息不合法则直接返回相关错误信息给所述虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器,由所述虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器通知虚拟SIM卡终端该银行卡不合法。
步骤304、虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器更新存储所述虚拟SIM卡终端的支付方式配置信息。
虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器接收到支付方式配置信息后,首先应用数字签名技术对支付方式配置信息进行解密,获得终端身份标识以及终端支付方式,如果终端支付方式中未包括银行卡支付,则虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器就更新存储所述支付方式配置信息,即对应存储其虚拟SIM卡终端的终端支付方式;如果终端支付方式中未包括银行卡支付则虚拟SIM卡计 费管理服务器在经过步骤302和303中第三方支付平台的验证和授权后,再更新存储所述支付方式配置信息。
上述支付方式配置流程结束后,可以进行以下步骤按照配置的支付方式完成支付流程:
步骤305、虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器接收虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器发送的携带有终端身份标识的虚拟SIM卡业务信息。
虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器是负责实现虚拟SIM卡运营商给所述虚拟SIM卡终端提供的相关业务功能的服务器,示例地,所述虚拟SIM卡终端在中国使用国内的移动号码,当所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户去国外出差进入该国的通信网络时,为了解决传统SIM卡的漫游问题,虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器就会给所述虚拟SIM卡终端分配一个适合该国通信网络的号码,所述虚拟SIM卡终端就会应用该新分配的号码在该国进行语音业务、上网业务等业务;并且虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器会将所述虚拟SIM卡终端进行的虚拟SIM卡业务信息发送给虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器。所述虚拟SIM卡业务信息中携带有终端身份标识,该终端身份表示用来标识该虚拟SIM卡业务信息对应的虚拟SIM卡终端。
步骤306、虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器根据所述终端身份标识的虚拟SIM卡业务信息生成终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。
虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器会根据所述虚拟SIM卡终端的付费策略等相关配置触发账单交易结算流程,这里的相关策略可以是按天付费或按月付费,若是按天付费则虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器会每天都生成本天所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单,然后进行支付流程;若是按月付费则虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器可以在每月的最后一天生成本月所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单,然后进行支付流程。

虚拟SIM卡业务管理服务器会根据支付结果按照虚拟SIM卡运营商的业务逻辑处理策略处理对应虚拟SIM卡终端的相关虚拟SIM卡业务。
步骤309、虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器将所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单的支付结果发送给所述虚拟SIM卡终端。
如果虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器时采用虚拟SIM卡账户支付,则虚拟 SIM卡计费管理服务器会将所述用户账单以及支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单的后的虚拟SIM卡账户余额等信息发送给所述虚拟SIM卡终端。
在上述流程中,为了保证安全各个设备之间的数据交互都需要采用数字签名技术对传输的数据进行加密,可以采用终端身份标识进行数字签名,这样即保证了安全,又可以表明当前的步骤针对的虚拟SIM终端。
本实施例方法中,虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器生成虚拟SIM终端的用户账单后,会按照支付方式配置信息中的支付方式支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单,与现有技术中针对每个号码进行支付付费相比,本发明实施例方法针对虚拟SIM卡终端,一次支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单,操作简单,满足用户智能化和人性化的需求。

  1. 一种虚拟SIM卡终端的付费方法,所述方法包括:
    根据收到的携带有终端身份标识的虚拟SIM卡业务信息生成终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单;
    接收支付方式配置信息,其中,所述支付方式配置信息中携带有终端身份标识以及终端支付方式;
    按照所述终端支付方式支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据收到的携带有终端身份标识的虚拟SIM卡业务信息生成终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单,包括:
    根据收到携带有终端身份标识的虚拟SIM卡业务信息生成所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的各个通信运营商的业务账单;
    将所述各个通信运营商对应的业务账单的总费用作为所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述接收支付方式配置信息包括:
    接收并解密所述虚拟SIM卡终端发送的加密的支付方式配置信息;所述支付方式配置信息中携带有终端身份标识以及终端支付方式,所述终端支付方式包括以下至少一种支付方式:虚拟SIM卡账户支付,银行卡支付;
    在所述终端支付方式中包括银行卡支付时,所述支付方式配置信息中还携带有应用于银行卡支付的银行卡信息;相应地,所述按照所述终端支付方式支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单之前,所述方法还包括:
    将所述支付方式配置信息中的所述银行卡信息加密后发送给第三方支 付平台,所述银行卡信息用于所述第三方支付平台进行银行卡合法性验证和交易授权;
    接收所述第三方支付平台发送的银行卡合法和交易授权信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述按照所述终端支付方式支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单,包括:
    应用所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡账户支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单给虚拟SIM卡运营商;
    或者,
    将终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及所述银行卡信息加密后发送给第三方支付平台,所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及所述银行卡信息用于所述第三方支付平台应用所述银行卡支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单给虚拟SIM卡运营商;接收所述第三方支付平台发送的用户账单支付完成信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在按照所述终端支付方式支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单的支付结果发送给所述虚拟SIM卡终端。
  6. 一种虚拟SIM卡终端的付费方法,所述方法包括:
    获取所述虚拟SIM卡终端的支付方式配置信息;
    向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送支付方式配置信息;所述支付方式配置信息中携带有终端身份标识以及终端支付方式,所述支付方式配置信息用于使虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器根据所述终端支付方式支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。
  7. 根据要求6所述的方法,其中,所述向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器 发送支付方式配置信息,包括:
    向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送加密的支付方式配置信息;所述终端支付方式包括以下至少一种支付方式:虚拟SIM卡账户支付,银行卡支付。
  8. 根据要求6所述的方法,其中,所述向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送的支付方式配置信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送的所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单的支付结果。
  9. 一种虚拟SIM卡终端的付费装置,所述装置包括:
    账单生成单元,配置为根据收到的携带有终端身份标识的虚拟SIM卡业务信息生成终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单;
    第一接收单元,配置为接收支付方式配置信息,其中,所述支付方式配置信息中携带有终端身份标识以及终端支付方式;
    账单支付单元,配置为按照所述第一接收单元接收到的所述终端支付方式支付所述账单生成单元生成的所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,
    所述账单生成单元,配置为根据收到携带有终端身份标识的虚拟SIM卡业务信息生成所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的各个通信运营商的业务账单;以及将所述各个通信运营商对应的业务账单的总费用作为所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述第一接收单元,配置为接收并解密所述虚拟SIM卡终端发送的加密的支付方式配置信息;所述终端支付方式包括以下至少一种支付方式:虚拟SIM卡账户支付,银行卡支付;
    在所述终端支付方式中包括银行卡支付时,所述支付方式配置信息中还携带有应用于银行卡支付的银行卡信息;所述装置还包括第一发送单元;
    所述第一发送单元,配置为将所述第一接收单元接收到的支付方式配置信息中的所述银行卡信息加密后发送给第三方支付平台,所述银行卡信息用于所述第三方支付平台进行银行卡合法性验证和交易授权;
    所述第一接收单元,还配置为接收所述第三方支付平台发送的银行卡合法和交易授权信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,
    所述账单支付单元,配置为应用所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡账户支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单给虚拟SIM卡运营商;
    或者,
    所述账单支付单元,配置为将生成的终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及所述第一接收单元接收到的所述银行卡信息加密后发送给第三方支付平台,所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及所述银行卡信息用于所述第三方支付平台应用所述银行卡支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单给虚拟SIM卡运营商;
    所述第一接收单元,还配置为接收所述第三方支付平台发送的用户账单支付完成信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第一发送单元,其中,
    所述第一发送单元,配置为将所述账单生成单元生成的终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及所述账单支付单元支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单的支付结果发送给所述虚拟SIM卡终端。
  14. 一种虚拟SIM卡终端,所述虚拟SIM卡终端包括:
    处理单元,配置为获取所述虚拟SIM卡终端的支付方式配置信息;
    第二发送单元,配置为向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送所述处理单元获取的支付方式配置信息;所述支付方式配置信息中携带有终端身份标识以及终端支付方式,所述支付方式配置信息用于使虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器根据所述终端支付方式支付所述终端身份标识对应的虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单。
  15. 根据要求14所述的虚拟SIM卡终端,其中,
    所述第二发送单元,配置为向虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送加密的所述处理单元获取的支付方式配置信息;所述终端支付方式包括以下至少一种支付方式:虚拟SIM卡账户支付,银行卡支付。
  16. 根据要求14所述的虚拟SIM卡终端,其中,所述虚拟SIM卡终端还包括:第二接收单元,其中,
    所述第二接收单元,配置为接收虚拟SIM卡计费管理服务器发送的所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单以及支付所述虚拟SIM卡终端的用户账单的支付结果。
  17. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质包括一组指令,当执行所述指令时,引起至少一个处理器执行如权利要求1至5任一项所述的虚拟SIM卡终端的付费方法,或者执行如权利要求6至8任一项所述的虚拟SIM卡终端的付费方法。
